DCDC变压器通过自激振荡电路把输入的直流电转变为交流电,再通过变压器改变电压之后再转换为直流电输出,或者通过倍压整流电路将交流电转换为高压直流电输出。
根据本发明的具体实施例,从DCDC变压器端通过线路板电路到IRF,场效应晶体管主要有两种类型和金属 - 氧化物半导体场效应管(metal-oxide semiconductor FET,简称MOS-FET)。由多数载流子参与导电,也称为单极型晶体管。它属于电压控制型半导体器件。具有输入电阻高(10~10Ω)、噪声小、功耗低、动态范围大、易于集成、没有二次击穿现象、安全工作区域宽等优点。
从DCDC变压器端通过线路板电路到WiFi及蓝牙模块、遥控模块、程序模块,WiFi及蓝牙模块,是一种集成WiFi和蓝牙功能的PCBA板,用于短距离无线通讯,按功能分为数据模块和语音模块。该模块主要用于短距离无线数据传输领域。可方便地和PC、手机、平板的蓝牙或者WIFI设备相连,避免繁琐的线缆连接,能直接替代串口线。遥控模块的作用起到控制和功能转换传输。程序模块是指产品的功能程序文件的编写更改组件。
从WiFi及蓝牙模块、遥控模块、程序模块的输出端通电线路板电路到达IRF。
从IRF输出端通过线路板电路到达散热组件,散热组件的作用是温度保护组件。
从DCDC变压器和散热组件输出端到达驱动器的输入端,驱动模块是用来模拟被测试模块的上一级模块,相当于被测模块的主程序。从驱动器输出端通电线路板电路到达MOSFET,金氧半场效晶体管是一种可以广泛使用在模拟电路与数字电路的场效晶体管。从MOSFET输出端到达负载。
如图3所示,DCDC变压器将交流电转化为直流电。
如图3所示,WiFi模块和蓝牙模块通过无线终端控制。
根据本发明的具体实施例,关闭程序模块、遥控模块和WiFi模块和蓝牙模块其中的一个的开关,构成回路。
如图4所示,白暖白-LED二级管内部结构。由LED由芯片、粘接胶、SI胶、荧光粉、金丝、支架、热沉、组成。
如图5所示,白暖白-LED二级管一种尺寸。LED胶体底部的外径5MM,LED胶体顶部的外径4.8MM,支架的相关尺寸宽度0.6MM,厚度0.5MM,长度15.4MM、17MM,支架之间的距离2.54MM。
如图6所示,在于在同一通电线路下,同时供电不管运行多长时间产品保持同步效果。连接产品数量不限。
如图7所示,白暖白-LED二级管是一款采用控制IC和LED芯片合封技术的两个引脚的灯珠,灯珠内封白和暖白两种 LED 芯片,控制 IC 接收指令后可控制 LED 芯片不同闪烁方式。
实例1:白暖白-LED同步智能灯串100个灯泡,每50灯泡为1回路,共2个回路.效果为:

1.开关功能:
开关功能对控制器进行开启和关闭作用。
2.常亮功能:
按键功能按到白色常亮、暖白常亮、浅暖白色常亮时,白暖白-LED同步智能灯串呈现对应的常亮颜色。
3.常亮加闪功能:
按键功能按到白+白闪、暖白+暖白闪、白+暖白闪、暖白+白闪时,白暖白-LED同步智能灯串呈现对应的常亮加闪颜色。
4.全闪功能:
按键功能按到暖白全自闪、白色全自闪时,白暖白-LED同步智能灯串呈现对应的全闪颜色。
5.渐明渐暗功能:
按键功能按到(白/暖白/浅暖白)渐明渐暗时,渐明渐暗的过程时长8秒,每个颜色渐明渐暗两次后,换下一种颜色.
6.一亮一灭功能:
按键功能按到(白/暖白/浅暖白)一亮一灭,闪烁15秒后,换下一种颜色.
7.调速功能:
按键功能按到调速 + 键,对白暖白-LED同步智能灯串呈现对应颜色进行速度增加。按键功能按到调速 - 键,对白暖白-LED同步智能灯串呈现对应颜色进行速度减少。
8.自动变色功能:
按键功能按到自动变色功能键时,白暖白-LED同步智能灯串呈现以下功能效果。
(白/暖白/浅暖白)常亮颜色,每15秒换一种颜色。
(白+白闪/暖白+暖白闪/白+暖白闪/暖白+白闪),每15秒换一种颜色。
(白/暖白/浅暖白)渐明渐暗,渐明渐暗的过程时长8秒,每个颜色渐明渐暗两次后,换下一种颜色。
(白/暖白/浅暖白)一亮一灭,闪烁15秒后,换下一种颜色。
(白闪/暖白闪),每15秒换颜色。
9.以上功能分可遥控和不可遥控两种。本功能可以通过电脑程序,对产品功能进行任意编程修改。在同一通电线路下,同时供电不管多长时间都同步。
实例2:白暖白-LED同步智能灯串100个灯泡,每50灯泡为1回路,共2个回路.效果为:
产品功能自动循环功能:
暖白常亮30秒、暖白+暖白闪30秒、白光常亮30秒、白+白闪30秒、暖白全闪30秒、白光全闪30秒、白+暖白常亮1020秒。然后以上功能自动循环。
本功能可以通过电脑程序,对产品功能进行任意编程修改。在同一通电线路下,同时供电不管多长时间都同步。
以上所述实施例仅是为充分说明本发明而所举的较佳的实施例,本发明的保护范围不限于此。本技术领域的技术人员在本发明基础上所作的等同替代或变换,均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种白暖白-LED同步智能灯串,其特征在于,包括智能电源、多个灯串和主线,多个所述灯串并联到所述主线上,所述主线的两端设置公接头和母接头,所述智能电源由插头、控制器和电源线母端子依次电线连接,所述电源线的母端子与所述公接头连接,插头接的一端入到24-230V电压,所述插头的另一端依次连接控制器的滤除噪音和分离信号的滤波器以及高频阻低频通的滤波电路,该滤波电路输出端分别连接到MOSFET的输入端和DCDC变压器,该DCDC变压器将改变电压之后的直流电输出到驱动器和IRF,该IRF连接程序模块,该程序模块的输入的控制白暖白-LED同步智能灯串同步指令,经过IRF处理后,将输出信号经过散热组件输入到驱动模块的输入端,该驱动模块的输出端和所述DCDC变压器的输出端均连接到到所述MOSFET的输入端后传递到灯串。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的白暖白-LED智能灯串,其特征在于在同一通电线路下,同时供电不管运行多长时间产品保持同步效果,连接数量不限。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的白暖白-LED智能灯串,其特征在于白暖白-LED具有同步功能,白暖白-LED是一款采用控制IC和LED芯片合封技术的两个引脚的灯珠,灯珠内封白和暖白两种 LED 芯片,控制 IC 接收指令后可控制 LED 芯片不同闪烁方式。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的白暖白-LED智能灯串,其特征在于,所述IRF还连接遥控模块、WiFi模块和蓝牙模块。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的白暖白-LED智能灯串,其特征在于,所述遥控模块、所述WiFi模块和所述蓝牙模块通过所述无线终端对多个所述灯串进行同步效果切换的控制。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的白暖白-LED智能灯串,其特征在于,所述灯串包括一般灯串、冰条灯、窗帘灯或网灯,插头为IP44插头。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的白暖白-LED智能灯串,其特征在于,所述灯串由多个白暖白-LED二极管依次串联而成,所述白暖白-LED二极管包括LED灯泡和PC壳,所述LED灯泡内设置所述芯片,所述LED灯泡通过环氧树脂封装PC壳内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的白暖白-LED智能灯串,其特征在于,所述LED二极管使用尺寸的外径为3mm、4mm、5mm或8mm。
