下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
参见图4-图6,本申请的锁定机构4包括滑动轴4-1、第一轴座4-3、驱动部件4-4和弹性缠绕部件,第一轴座4-3和驱动部件4-4分别可滑动的套设在滑动轴4-1上,驱动部件4-4与第一轴座4-3之间设有弹性缠绕部件,弹性缠绕部件环绕于滑动轴4-1。
在其中一种实施例中,弹性缠绕部件在初始状态下将滑动轴4-1锁止,弹性缠绕部件通过驱动部件4-4的驱动沿径向扩张以解除对于滑动轴4-1的锁止。具体的,当弹性缠绕部件的原始直径等于滑动轴4-1的直径时,初始状态为弹性缠绕部件的自然状态;或者,当弹性缠绕部件的原始直径小于滑动轴4-1的直径时,初始状态为弹性缠绕部件回缩锁紧滑动轴4-1的状态,即初始状态下的弹性缠绕部件已经处于扩张状态,而要解除锁止则要进一步扩张弹性缠绕部件。在另一种实施例中,弹性缠绕部件在初始状态下可与滑动轴4-1相对滑动,即初始状态下,弹性缠绕部件的直径大于滑动轴4-1的直径,弹性缠绕部件通过驱动部件4-4的驱动沿径向收缩以将滑动轴4-1锁止;在该实施例中,初始状态为弹性缠绕部件的自然状态。
需要指出的是,在初始状态下,弹性缠绕部件与滑动轴4-1锁止,即此时弹性缠绕部件的内径等于滑动轴4-1的直径,使得弹性缠绕部件与滑动轴4-1处于抱紧状态。
本申请所提供的锁定机构4,利用弹性缠绕部件对于滑动轴4-1的锁止和解除锁止,可实现与该锁定机构连接的可相对滑动的两个座体之间的锁定和解锁,则由于弹性缠绕部件与滑动轴4-1抱合和解除抱合时均不会产生明显的噪声,可有效解决锁定机构4的噪声问题,使用效果好。
在本实施例中,弹性缠绕部件可以为扭簧,扭簧的一个扭臂卡接于驱动部件4-4,另一个扭臂卡接于第一轴座4-3。具体的,扭簧可为金属扭簧,驱动部件4-4和第一轴座4-3的对应位置分别设有供扭簧的扭臂插入的卡接孔或卡接槽,较佳的,卡接孔或卡接槽设置在驱动部件4-4和第一轴座4-3相互靠近的位置,卡接孔或卡接槽的设置可以方便扭簧的装配。
进一步的,本实施例的第一轴座4-3设为两个,两个第一轴座4-3分别设于驱动部件4-4的两侧,两个第一轴座4-3与驱动部件4-4之间分别设有扭簧,即第一扭簧4-5和第二扭簧4-6;第一扭簧4-5设于上述驱动部件4-4与一个第一轴座4-3之间,第二扭簧4-6设于驱动部件4-4与另一个第一轴座4-3之间。此外,位于驱动部件4-4两侧的扭簧的旋向相反,即第一扭簧4-5和第二扭簧4-6的旋向相反,使得两个扭簧同时处于锁紧或松开状态。
在上述各实施方式的基础上,参见图4,驱动部件4-4可为拨杆,拨杆包括主杆体以及设于主杆体一端的轴孔,拨杆通过轴孔套设于滑动轴4-1上,拨杆通过摆动带动扭簧的一个扭臂转动,从而使扭簧扩张或回缩。
在上述各实施方式的基础上,驱动部件4-4连接有用于带动其绕滑动轴4-1转动的传动件;上述驱动部件4-4可通过该传动件连接可带动驱动部件4-4转动的驱动装置6,由此,驱动装置6可带动传动件移动,进而带动驱动部件4-4连同扭簧的扭臂转动。
进一步的,驱动部件4-4在远离滑动轴4-1的位置设置有用于连接传动件的连接孔,便于传动件的拆装。具体来说,该传动件可以为拉索5,拉索5的一端连接于上述连接孔;而驱动装置6可以为电磁铁吸合装置、电机、电推杆、气缸或液压缸。由此,可通过电磁铁吸合装置、电机、电推杆、气缸或液压缸等的驱动来拉动拉索5,进而可使拉索5带动驱动部件4-4转动。当然,上述驱动装置6也可以用手动装置替代,从而可以用手拉动拉索5而带动驱动部件4-4转动。
上述设置中,通过将驱动部件4-4设置在两个第一轴座4-3之间,可以有效提高驱动部件4-4的转动稳定性,进而提高该机构在锁定和解锁两种状态下切换时的稳定性。
除了上述锁定机构4以外,本申请还提供了一种包括上述锁定机构4的控制面板移动装置10。参见图1至图4,并参见图7,控制面板移动装置10包括控制面板7、连接座1-1、支撑座2-1以及滑动部;其中,滑动部安装于连接座1-1与支撑座2-1之间,使连接座1-1可相对于支撑座2-1滑动;控制面板7可通过一延伸的连接板7-1安装于连接座1-1上;锁定机构4的第一轴座4-3固定安装于支撑座2-1上,锁定机构4的滑动轴4-1固定连接于连接座1-1上。
具体的,滑动部包括滑块2和导轨1,滑块2固定安装于支撑座2-1上,导轨1与连接座1-1固定连接,且导轨1与滑块2滑动连接。为实现导轨1与滑块2之间的滑动连接,滑块2上设有供导轨1滑动的滑槽,从而,滑块2设置于该滑槽中,可实现导轨1与滑块2两者之间的滑动连接。
在上述各实施方式的基础上,滑动轴4-1的两端分别固定安装有第二轴座4-2,滑动轴4-1通过第二轴座4-2固定连接于连接座1-1;由此,连接座1-1可带动滑动轴4-1相对于第一轴座4-3和驱动部件4-4滑动。
此外,支撑座2-1上设有供用于带动驱动部件4-4转动的传动件(即图4中的拉索5)穿过的通孔,如图4所示,这样可使得拉索5的一端位于支撑座2-1的外侧与驱动装置6连接,另一端位于支撑座2-1的内侧与驱动部件4-4连接。
进一步的,连接座1-1与支撑座2-1之间还设有用于放置线缆的线缆保护链3,当连接座1-1与支撑座2-1的位置发生相对偏移后,线缆保护链3的形状相应的发生变化,由于线缆保护链3上设有若干链牙,相邻的链牙之间相互铰接,线缆保护链3的形状可以自由变化,由于线缆保护链3具有一定的硬度,不容易打结,可以有效的保护线缆。
本实施例所提供的控制面板移动装置10,由于锁定机构的改进,扭簧抱合时不会产生明显的噪声,则可以有效避免移动平台锁定或者解锁时产生较大噪声的问题,使用效果明显改善。
除了上述控制面板移动装置10以外,参见图7,本申请还提供了一种超声诊断设备,该超声诊断设备包括机台9、设置于机台上9的升降装置,设置于升降装置上的控制面板7以及通过支臂与控制面板7连接的显示器 8。其中,控制面板移动装置10和上述支臂可分别与控制面板7延伸出来的连接板7-1。至于超声诊断设备的其他各部分结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。
上述超声诊断设备由于包括有控制面板移动装置10,则具有与该控制面板移动装置10相同的有益效果。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
以上对本申请所提供的锁定机构进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以对本申请进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本申请权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种锁定机构,其特征在于,包括滑动轴(4-1)、可滑动的套设在所述滑动轴(4-1)上的第一轴座(4-3)和驱动部件(4-4),所述第一轴座(4-3)和所述驱动部件(4-4)之间设有弹性缠绕部件,所述弹性缠绕部件环绕于所述滑动轴(4-1);
    所述弹性缠绕部件在初始状态下将所述滑动轴(4-1)锁止,所述弹性缠绕部件通过所述驱动部件(4-4)的驱动沿径向扩张以解除对于所述滑动轴(4-1)的锁止;
    或者,所述弹性缠绕部件在初始状态下可与所述滑动轴(4-1)相对滑动,所述弹性缠绕部件通过所述驱动部件(4-4)的驱动沿径向收缩以将所述滑动轴(4-1)锁止。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述初始状态为所述弹性缠绕部件的自然状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,当所述弹性缠绕部件在初始状态下将所述滑动轴(4-1)锁止时,所述初始状态为直径小于所述滑动轴(4-1)的所述弹性缠绕部件回缩锁紧所述滑动轴(4-1)的状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述弹性缠绕部件为扭簧,所述扭簧的一个扭臂卡接于所述驱动部件(4-4),另一个扭臂卡接于所述第一轴座(4-3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述驱动部件(4-4)和所述第一轴座(4-3)的对应位置分别设有供所述扭簧的扭臂插入的卡接孔或卡接槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述第一轴座(4-3)设为两个,两个所述第一轴座(4-3)分别设于所述驱动部件(4-4)的两侧,两个所述第一轴座(4-3)与所述驱动部件(4-4)之间分别设有所述扭簧;且位于所述驱动部件(4-4)两侧的所述扭簧的旋向相反。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述驱动部件(4-4)为拨杆,所述拨杆包括主杆体以及设于所述主杆体一端的轴孔,所述拨杆通过所述轴孔套设于所述滑动轴(4-1)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述驱动部件(4-4)连接有用于带动其绕所述滑动轴(4-1)转动的传动件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述驱动部件(4-4)在远离所述滑动轴(4-1)的位置设置有用于连接所述传动件的连接孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述传动件为拉索(5),所述拉索(5)连接于所述连接孔。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述驱动部件(4-4)通过所述传动件连接有可带动所述驱动部件(4-4)转动的驱动装置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的锁定机构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为电磁铁吸合装置、电机、电推杆、气缸或液压缸。
  13. 一种控制面板移动装置,其特征在于,其包括如权利要求1至12任意一项所述的锁定机构(4)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的控制面板移动装置,其特征在于,还包括控制面板、连接座(1-1)、支撑座(2-1)以及滑动部;
    所述滑动部安装于所述连接座(1-1)与所述支撑座(2-1)之间,使所述连接座(1-1)可相对于所述支撑座(2-1)滑动;
    所述控制面板安装于所述连接座(1-1)上;
    所述锁定机构(4)的第一轴座(4-3)固定安装于所述支撑座(2-1)上,所述锁定机构(4)的滑动轴(4-1)固定连接于所述连接座(1-1)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制面板移动装置,其特征在于,所述滑动部包括:
    滑块(2),所述滑块(2)固定安装于所述支撑座(2-1)上;
    导轨(1),所述导轨(1)与所述连接座(1-1)固定连接,且所述导轨(1)与所述滑块(2)滑动连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的控制面板移动装置,其特征在于,所述滑块(2)上设有供所述导轨(1)滑动的滑槽。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的控制面板移动装置,其特征在于,所述滑动轴(4-1)的两端分别固定安装有第二轴座(4-2),所述滑动轴(4-1)通过所述第二轴座(4-2)固定连接于所述连接座(1-1)。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的控制面板移动装置,其特征在于,所述支撑座(2-1)设有供用于带动所述驱动部件(4-4)转动的传动件穿过的通孔。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的控制面板移动装置,其特征在于,所述连接座(1-1)与所述支撑座(2-1)之间还设有用于放置线缆的线缆保护链(3)。
  20. 一种超声诊断设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求13至19任意一项所述的控制面板移动装置。
