Abstract

La présente invention appartient au domaine technique des machines de génie ferroviaire et concerne une machine de normalisation. La machine de normalisation comprend : un dispositif de bobine d'induction de type ouvert et fermé, qui est conçu pour effectuer un chauffage par induction d'un joint soudé entre des aciers de section pour obtenir un traitement de normalisation ; un dispositif de serrage et de centrage, qui est conçu pour serrer les aciers de section simultanément à des positions avant et arrière du joint soudé et effectuer un centrage par rapport aux aciers à section serrée ; et un dispositif d'ouverture, de fermeture et de translation de bobine, qui est conçu pour entraîner le dispositif à bobine d'induction de type ouvert et fermé monté sur celui-ci de sorte à effectuer des mouvements d'ouverture et de fermeture, et déplacer le dispositif de bobine d'induction parallèlement aux aciers de section dans une direction avant ou arrière du joint soudé, de façon à aligner le dispositif de bobine d'induction avec un cordon de soudure du joint soudé. Le dispositif de serrage et de centrage, après avoir serré les aciers de section et effectué le centrage, permet le positionnement du dispositif d'ouverture, de fermeture et de translation de bobine et, sur la base dudit positionnement, entraîne le dispositif de bobine d'induction de sorte à se déplacer dans une direction avant ou arrière du joint soudé. La machine de normalisation de la présente invention permet d'obtenir une précision élevée d'alignement d'une bobine par rapport à un cordon de soudure et un bon traitement de normalisation.
