Dans la partie de boîtier, un élément de corps d'électrode connecté électriquement à la partie de génération de basse fréquence et constitué d'un matériau conducteur est entouré par un élément de film isolant constitué d'un matériau isolant, et vient en contact avec la peau de l'utilisateur pour établir un couplage capacitif de sorte que le courant électrique circule de façon stable indépendamment de l'état de la peau, ce qui permet d'assurer une stabilité de fonctionnement et une fiabilité de fonctionnement, d'améliorer de manière uniforme l'efficacité de pénétration de produits cosmétiques, et d'améliorer de manière significative la satisfaction lors de la réalisation de soins de la peau.
