Description

Vehicle sunshade device
The present invention relates to a vehicle sunshade device.
Conventionally, sunlight may enter the vehicle through a window provided in the vehicle, and a vehicle sunshade device provided with a screen for shielding such sunlight is known.
Patent Document 1 describes, as an example of a vehicle sunshade device attached to a door body provided so as to open and close a window, a screen housed in the door body and used by pulling it upward of the vehicle, and an inside of the upper end portion of the door body. It is disclosed that it is equipped with a winding device that is installed in a windshield and winds up a screen. Passengers in the rear seats of the car pull the screen out of the winder to cover the window if they need to block the sunlight, and if they do not need to block the sunlight, the screen is pulled up by the winder. Roll it up and store it.
By the way, in this kind of vehicle sunshade device, for example, the length of the front side forming the front side side of the screen and the length of the rear side forming the rear side side of the screen are different. If the front side and the rear side having different lengths are wound on the same winding shaft, the longer side will not be wound when the winding of the shorter side is completed. There is a possibility that it will remain in. In order to avoid such a phenomenon that the cloth of the screen is not wound and remains, it is conceivable to design the winding shaft by pre-winding the portion to be wound on the longer side with a pad to increase the diameter. ..
However, if the screen is wound and stretched by the pad of the winding shaft for many years, it is possible that the screen will sag over time.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a vehicle sunshade device capable of suppressing the occurrence of slack in the screen while avoiding the phenomenon that the screen remains unwound by the take-up shaft. The purpose is to provide.
In order to solve such a problem, the vehicle sunshade device of the present invention has a first side and a second side which is arranged to face the first side and is longer than the first side, and is provided in the vehicle. A winding portion having a preliminary winding fixing portion that is previously wound and fixed is provided, and the amount of the preliminary winding fixing portion wound around the winding shaft is from the first side to the second side. The diameter of the winding portion is gradually increased, and the diameter of the winding portion is gradually increased from the first side to the second side.
According to the vehicle sunshade device according to the present invention, the diameter of the take-up portion is gradually increased from the first side to the second side, so that the second side, which is the longer side of the screen, is wound. The phenomenon that remains untaken is avoided. Further, since the amount of the preliminary winding fixing portion wound around the winding shaft is gradually set from the first side to the second side, the occurrence of slack in the screen is suppressed. As a result, the occurrence of slack in the screen is suppressed while avoiding the phenomenon that the screen remains unwound by the take-up shaft.

There is.
FIG. 3 is a side view of the vehicle sunshade device 10 as viewed from the vehicle interior side. The vehicle sunshade device 10 includes a screen 14, a winding unit 27, and a winding unit 20 (see FIG. 4).
[screen]
The screen 14 can be deployed along a window 5 provided in the vehicle. The screen 14 has a screen body 15 and a holding frame 16.
The screen body 15 is a member that covers the window 5. The screen body 15 is made of a thin material having flexibility that can be wound on the outer circumference of the winding shaft 27a, which is a rotating shaft rotated by the winding unit 20, and is cut into a required shape according to the shape of the window 5. Has been done. Further, the screen body 15 has a light-shielding property. For example, the screen body 15 can use a mesh-like (mesh-like) cloth or the like. Since it is a mesh, passengers can also see the scenery through the holes in the mesh. The screen main body 15 has a first side 15a, a second side 15b, a winding end portion 15c, and a winding start end portion 15d, and is a cloth surrounded by these, and is formed in a substantially quadrangular shape. ..
[1st side / 2nd side]
The first side 15a is a side extending vertically and is arranged on the rear side of the vehicle body. The second side 15b is a side extending vertically at a position facing the first side 15a, and is arranged on the front side of the vehicle body. The length H2 of the second side 15b is set longer than the length H1 of the first side 15a. By setting the length H2 of the second side 15b of the screen body 15 to be longer than the length H1 of the first side 15a, the window 5 (rear) in which the front side of the vehicle body is long and the rear side of the vehicle body is short. The screen 14 can be adapted to the shape of the window).
[Winding start end / winding end]
The take-up start end portion 15d includes one end portion 15a1 (first side end portion) of the first side 15a closer to the take-up shaft 27a and one end portion 15b1 (second end portion) of the second side 15b closer to the take-up shaft 27a. This is the side that becomes the starting end to be wound when the screen 14 that is connected to the side end portion) is wound by the winding shaft 27a. The winding start end portion 15d is arranged at the lower end of the screen main body 15.
The take-up end portion 15c is a screen 14 developed by connecting the other end portion 15a2 of the first side 15a far from the take-up shaft 27a and the other end portion 15b2 of the second side 15b farther from the take-up shaft 27a. This is the side that becomes the end to be wound when the winding shaft 27a winds up. The winding end portion 15c is arranged at the upper end of the screen main body 15.
[Holding frame]
FIG. 4 is a partial perspective view of the vehicle sunshade device 10 as viewed from the vehicle interior side. The holding frame 16 is a member for pulling out the screen main body 15 in an orderly manner by lifting it upward, and is provided on an upper terminal (a terminal on the pull-out side) of the screen main body 15 along the vehicle front-rear direction. The holding frame 16 is attached along the winding end portion 15c. The holding frame 16 has a holding bar 16a and a notch 16b.
The holding bar 16a is composed of, for example, a rod-shaped member whose shaft extends along the front-rear direction of the vehicle.
The cutout portion 16b is formed by cutting out the upper terminal of the holding frame 16. The holding bar 16a is configured to straddle the notch of the notch portion 16b. As a result, the holding bar 16a can be hooked on the hook member 4a1 (see FIG. 2) provided on the upper side portion 4a of the door sash 4. The cutouts 16b are arranged on both sides with the knob 17, which will be described later, at the center.
[Knob]
The knob 17 is attached to the central portion of the holding frame 16 along the vehicle front-rear direction. The knob 17 is attached to the holding frame 16 so as to face the vehicle interior side, and functions as a handle when the screen body 15 is pulled out or wound up. The knob 17 has a shape larger than the screen opening 6a. Therefore, when the screen body 15 is wound up, the knob 17 is caught without passing through the screen opening 6a. As a result, the winding of the screen body 15 is forcibly stopped. On the other hand, when using the screen body 15, the screen body 15 can be pulled out by lifting the knob 17 located at the upper end of the door trim 3 upward.
[Winding section]
FIG. 5 is a developed view of the screen 14 and the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b of the vehicle sunshade device 10. This will be described below with reference to FIG. 5 and FIG. 4 described above. The winding portion 27 is arranged on the back surface side of the interior trim that covers the inside of the vehicle, and is a portion for winding the screen 14. The winding portion 27 has a winding shaft 27a and a preliminary winding fixing portion 27b.
[Take-up shaft]
The take-up shaft 27a functions as a shaft for winding the screen 14 in a state where the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b, which will be described later, is wound and fixed. The take-up shaft 27a holds the screen 14 so that it can be taken up when the screen 14 is not pulled. On the contrary, the take-up shaft 27a holds the screen 14 in a deployable manner by pulling the screen 14. Further, the take-up shaft 27a is formed of, for example, a cylinder, and has a built-in spring (not shown) for winding the screen 14.
[Preliminary winding fixing part]
The preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is a region extending from the screen 14 toward the winding shaft 27a, and is previously wound and fixed to the winding shaft 27a. The pre-winding fixing portion 27b is a portion of a region surrounded by the winding start end portion 15d, the first edge portion 115a, the second edge portion 115b, and the fixing start end 115c. In this embodiment, it is formed in a trapezoidal shape. The amount of the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b wound around the winding shaft 27a is gradually set to increase from the first side 15a side to the second side 15b side. The winding dimension between the first edge portion 115a and the winding start end portion 15d is, for example, the dimension K2 on the second side 15b side when comparing the dimension K1 on the first side 15a side and the dimension K2 on the second side 15b side. Is set to be larger than the dimension K1 on the first side 15a side.
The first edge portion 115a is a portion that approaches from the first side 15a side to the second side 15b side as it goes from one end portion 15a1 of the first side 15a toward the winding shaft 27a. In the present embodiment, the first edge portion 115a is formed by a line. The second edge portion 115b is a portion connecting one end portion 15b1 of the second side 15b and the winding shaft 27a. The second edge portion 115b corresponds to a line portion extending the second side 15b to the winding shaft 27a. The length of the first edge portion 115a is set to be longer than the length of the second edge portion 115b.
The fixed start end 115c is a portion where the screen 14 is fixed to the take-up shaft 27a. The portion of the fixed starting end 115c is fixed to the take-up shaft 27a. Regarding the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b between the screen main body 15 and the winding shaft 27a, the portion of the fixed starting end 115c is directly fixed to the winding shaft 27a, but the first edge portion 115a other than the fixed starting end 115c Is not directly fixed to the take-up shaft 27a. Therefore, the area between the first edge portion 115a and the take-up shaft 27a is a region without fabric. The fixed starting end 115c is closer to the second side 15b than the first side 15a.
Since the fixed starting end 115c is a side, it is easier to wind than when it is a point. For example, if the fixed start end 115c is a side, the fixed start end 115c may be wound in parallel with the winding start end portion 15d, so that the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b can be easily wound. However, when the fixed start end 115c is a point and the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is an inverted triangle, the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is attempted to be wound so that the winding shaft 27a is parallel to the winding starting end portion 15d. However, if the take-up shaft 27a is not arranged parallel to the take-up start end portion 15d, it may be difficult to align the take-up shaft 27a with the take-up start end portion 15d, and it is difficult to wind the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b. The dimension X3 of the fixed start end 115c connecting the tip 115a1 of the first edge portion 115a and the tip 115b1 of the second edge portion 115b is set smaller than the dimension X2 of the winding start end 15d.
FIG. 6A is an inner side view of the vehicle sunshade device 10 in a state where the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is wound. As shown in FIG. 6A, the dimension X2 of the winding start end portion 15d is larger than the dimension X1 of the winding end portion 15c.
FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view of the take-up shaft 27a of the vehicle sunshade device 10 as viewed from above. As shown in FIG. 6B, when the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is wound and fixed to the winding shaft 27a, the diameter of the winding portion 27 is the second from the first side 15a side. It is gradually thickened toward the side 15b side. That is, the diameter at the rear of the vehicle in the winding unit 27 is set to be small, the diameter at the front of the vehicle at the winding unit 27 is set to be large, and the change between them changes gently.
This is because the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b has a small diameter because the winding amount on the rear side of the vehicle is small, and a large diameter because the winding amount on the front side of the vehicle is large. Further, since the winding amount gradually increases from the rear side of the vehicle toward the front side of the vehicle, the diameter of the winding portion 27 gradually increases from the rear side of the vehicle toward the front side of the vehicle.
[pad]
On top of that, the pad 19 is fixed to the front side of the vehicle of the winding unit 27. The winding portion 27 has a step by the thickness of the pad 19. Therefore, the winding start end portion 15d reaches a position substantially parallel to the winding end portion 15c after the screen main body 15 is wound by the winding shaft 27a. Then, the portion of the pad 19 is aligned with the front end of the holding frame 16. The pad 19 is wound in a range from "the position of the second side 15b" to "the position of the second side 15b to a predetermined dimension" in the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b wound around the winding shaft 27a. The predetermined dimension referred to here may be, for example, the dimension X3 of the fixed start end 115c described above.
[Taking unit]
Here, it will be described back to FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the take-up unit 20 has a retractor 21 and a bearing 24. The retractor 21 is a member for attaching the take-up portion 27 to the door upper 6 and supporting the bearing 24 and the take-up shaft 27a. The bearing 24 rotates together with the take-up shaft 27a while supporting both ends of the take-up shaft 27a.
[Manufacturing process]
In the process of manufacturing the vehicle sunshade device 10, the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is wound around the winding shaft 27a as shown in FIG. 6A from the state where the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is deployed as shown in FIG. Move to the new state. Then, the position of the take-up shaft 27a and the position of the take-up start end portion 15d are aligned, and the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is fixed to the take-up shaft 27a. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, a pad 19 is attached to the outer circumference of the take-up shaft 27a.
[how to use]
A passenger in the rear seat of the car grips the knob 17 and pulls up the screen 14. Then, the passenger hooks the hole formed by the notch portion 16b and the holding bar 16a on the hook member 4a1 (see FIG. 2) provided on the upper side portion 4a of the door sash 4.
The vehicle sunshade device 10 of the present embodiment has a first side 15a and a second side 15b that is arranged to face the first side 15a and is longer than the first side 15a, and is provided in a window 5 provided on the vehicle. A screen 14 that can be deployed along the screen, a take-up shaft 27a that is arranged on the back side of the interior trim that covers the inside of the vehicle and can take up the screen 14, and a take-up shaft 27a that extends from the screen 14 and is pre-wound on the take-up shaft 27a. A winding portion 27 having a preliminary winding fixing portion 27b to be fixed by being fastened is provided. Here, the amount of the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b wound around the winding shaft 27a gradually increases from the first side 15a side to the second side 15b side, and the diameter of the winding portion 27 is from the first side 15a side. It is gradually thickened toward the second side 15b side.
According to such a configuration, the diameter of the winding portion 27 is gradually increased from the first side 15a side to the second side 15b side, so that the second side 15b, which is the longer side of the screen 14, is wound. The phenomenon that remains without being left is avoided. Further, since the amount of the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b wound around the winding shaft 27a is gradually set from the first side 15a side to the second side 15b side, the occurrence of slack in the screen 14 is suppressed. As a result, the occurrence of slack in the screen 14 is suppressed while avoiding the phenomenon that the screen 14 remains unwound by the take-up shaft 27a.
Further, the vehicle sunshade device 10 has a pad 19 wound in a range from the position of the second side 15b to the position of the second side 15b to a predetermined dimension among the preliminary winding fixing portions 27b wound around the winding shaft 27a. Further prepare. According to such a configuration, it is not necessary to set a large winding area of the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b because the pad 19 winds the screen 14.
Further, it is conceivable to attach the pad 19 to the take-up shaft 27a first and then wind the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b, but the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b must be securely fixed to the pad 19. , There is a possibility that slack is likely to occur as a whole of the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b. Alternatively, when the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b is wound from above the pad 19, some workers wind the pad 19 around the winding shaft 27a while crushing the pad 19 or wind the pad 19 around the winding shaft 27a without crushing the pad 19. However, there is a possibility that the product may easily vary due to the force of the operator. Therefore, it is considered better to attach the pad 19 to the take-up shaft 27a first and then wind the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b.
By using the preliminary winding fixing portion 27b and the pad 19 in combination, the pad 19 can function even if it is made small. Therefore, the step of the winding portion 27 can be designed to be small, and the slack of the screen 14 is suppressed.
Although the vehicle sunshade device of the present embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the invention.
