本申请涉及电子烟领域,特别涉及一种电子烟回收方法、售卖回收机、回收系统、存储介质及设备。
电子雾化器(英语:VAPE或Electroniccigarette),俗称“电子烟”,是一种以电池供电驱动雾化器,透过加热油舱中的烟油,使其变成蒸汽后,让使用者吸食的一种产品。
通常,电池、雾化器等结构设置于电子烟的烟杆中,而烟油则被加注于烟弹之中,烟油中有丙二醇、植物甘油、食用香精或尼古丁。由于电子烟无需燃烧,只会产生“蒸气”,亦无焦油及一氧化碳,使部分医学界人士认为其是有潜力的尼古丁替代品,理论上也可以减少部分传统纸烟对身体的影响、火灾发生的可能,并让以电子烟替代纸烟的吸烟人士远离纸烟中的致癌物质。
随着技术的进步,自动售货机被广泛地布置于现代城市中。在现有技术中,已经出现了一些用于出售电子烟的自动售货机。然而,现有技术尚未有具备回收功能的自动售货机。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题或至少部分地解决上述技术问题,在本申请的一个实施方式中,提供了一种电子烟回收方法。该电子烟回收方法包括:
与电子烟建立通信连接;
对电子烟进行验证;
在电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
与所述方法配套地,本申请的另一个实施方式中,提供了一种电子烟售卖回收机,包括:
机体本体,所述机体本体上设置有通信模块和回收机构;
其中,所述通信模块用于与所述电子烟建立通信连接,所述回收机构用于在所述电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
在本申请的另一个实施方式中,还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机可读存储介质所存储的计算机程序在被处理器执行时,能够实现上述任意一种方法中的步骤。
本申请的实施方式还提供了一种计算设备,包括:存储器及处理器,其中,
所述存储器,用于存储程序;
所述处理器,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以用于实现上述任意一种方法中的步骤。
本申请的实施方式还提供了一种电子烟回收系统。该电子烟回收系统包括:
回收机,用于在检测到电子烟的烟杆后,获取所述烟杆的回收码,并将所述回收码发送至服务端设备;
服务端设备,用于根据接收到的所述回收码,确定具有所述回收码的电子烟对应的状态,并将所述烟杆的状态反馈至所述回收机;
回收机,还用于在所述电子烟的状态为注销状态时,所述烟杆通过验证 并吞下所述电子烟。
为了更清楚地说明本申请实施方式或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施方式或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作简单介绍。显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅用于示意本申请的一些实施方式,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图中未提及的技术特征、连接关系乃至方法步骤。

为使本申请实施方式的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施方式中的附图,对本申请实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施方式是本申请一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本申请中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。
应当理解,在本申请实施方式中使用的术语是仅仅出于描述特定实施方式的目的,而非旨在限制本申请。在本申请实施方式和所附权利要求书中所使用的单数形式的“一种”、“所述”和“该”也旨在包括多数形式,除非上下文清楚地表示其他含义,“多种”一般包含至少两种,但是不排除包含至少一种的情况。

本申请的发明人发现:随着技术的进一步,自动售货机被广泛地布置于现代城市中。在现有技术中,已经出现了一些用于出售电子烟的自动售货机。
通常而言,电子烟可以被拆分为烟杆部分和烟弹部分。烟弹通常是一次性使用的,不允许重新装填,以保证安全。但是,大批量使用之后被抛弃的烟弹会引起环境问题。而对于烟杆而言,作为电子垃圾直接抛弃也十分浪费。
然而,现有技术尚未有具备回收功能的自动售货机。
本申请的发明人认为,出售电子烟的企业可以且应当承担更多的社会责任,对电子烟进行回收,以提高材料利用率,保护环境。
有鉴于此,本申请的实施方式提供了一种电子烟回收方法、售卖回收机、回收系统、存储介质及设备。
其中,一种电子烟售卖回收机,参见图1所示,包括:
机体本体,所述机体本体上设置有通信模块和回收机构;
其中,所述通信模块用于与所述电子烟建立通信连接,所述回收机构用于对所述电子烟进行验证,在所述电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
据此,本申请的实施方式还提供了一种电子烟回收方法,参见图2所示,包括:
与电子烟建立通信连接;
对电子烟进行验证;
在电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
其中,可选地,通信机构包括:
近距离通信机构,用于与电子烟建立通信连接;
远距离通信机构,用于与服务器建立通信连接。
对本申请的实施方式而言,通信模块可以包括近距离通信模块和远程通信模块。其中,远程通信模块可以是与接入互联网的有线网卡,或是基于移动数据通信网络、WIFI、蓝牙、NB-IoT/LoRa等技术的无线网络模块。近距离通信模块与远程通信模块对应,负责与电子烟的通信模块进行通信。值得一提的是,近距离通信模块指的是广义的“近距离”通信,而并 不单指“近场通信模块”,也就是说本申请所指的“近距离”,主要是为了和负责与服务器通信的“远程”通信模块作出的区分而进行的命名。其通信原理可以与远程通信模块一致,也可以不一致。具体地,本申请的近距离通信模块可以是蓝牙模块、NFC模块、WIFI模块、有线接口等等。通常以能够兼顾便利性和续航的蓝牙模块和NFC模块为优选方案。
也就是说,在本申请的实施方式中,电子烟可以通过低功耗蓝牙,或有线接口等等方式与电子烟售卖回收机进行连接。举例来说,当电子烟被放置在回收机构内时,可以被放置在设置有有线接口的底座上,从而实现有线连接。
对于电子烟而言,一般可以被分为烟杆和烟弹两个部分。这两个部件是可能被分别购买的。在前文中,并未对烟杆和烟弹进行区分,仅笼统地提及“电子烟”。本领域普通技术人员应当理解,无论购买使用的是烟杆还是烟弹,还是完整的电子烟,上述的技术方法皆可适用。而针对电子烟的烟杆、烟弹也可以分别进行回收。在进行回收时,烟杆和烟弹可以一起回收,也可以将这两个部分分开回收。由于烟弹的更换频率显著地高于烟杆,因此分开回收显然更加合理。也就是说,可选地,回收机构可以包括:烟杆回收仓和/或烟弹回收仓。进一步的,回收机构还包括检测装置、验证装置及回收执行组件。其中,检测装置,用于检测所述烟杆回收仓是否置入有烟杆和/或检测所述烟弹回收仓内是否置入有烟弹。验证装置,用于在所述检测装置检测到所述烟杆回收仓内置入有烟杆时,验证所述烟杆是否已被注销,所述烟杆已被注销时,所述烟杆通过验证;和/或在所述检测装置检测到所述烟弹回收仓内置入有烟弹时,验证所述烟弹是否为正品烟弹或是否属于召回批次的烟弹,属于正品烟弹或属于召回批次的烟弹通过验证。回收执行组件,用于在所述烟杆和/或烟弹通过验证的情况下,执行回收动作以将所述烟杆从所述烟杆回收仓或将所述烟弹从所述烟弹回收仓回收至所述机体本体内。
接下来,对回收烟杆时的情况作进一步分析:
对于电子烟的烟杆而言,在回收之前通常建议作二次确认,以防止误回收。据此,可以对已经注册在案的电子烟烟杆进行注销操作。因此可选地,前述方法可以包括:
判断所述烟杆是否已注销;
若判定所述烟杆未被注销,则显示注销提示;
若判定所述烟杆已被注销,则通过所述烟杆的验证。
进一步地,对电子烟进行验证,可以包括:
获取电子烟的烟杆的回收码;
根据所述回收码,判断所述烟杆是否已注销。
目前,以手机为主的智能终端由于极高的普及率和良好的工具性质,已经成为了现代人不可或缺的延伸器官。本申请的发明人认为,可以借助智能终端,对电子烟的烟杆作出追朔,以更好地针对用户提供个性化的服务。在此前提下,用户可以利用手机上的应用程序,绑定电子烟,也可以借助手机来注销已经绑定的电子烟。
判断所述烟杆是否注销的依据可以为:回收码是否已在服务器生成。因此,当通过手机注销了已经注册在案的电子烟烟杆时,服务器可以生成并向手机发送回收码。这一回收码可以是二维码或数字码。采用二维码具备更好的安全性。正确的回收码即代表着电子烟的烟杆已被注销。
在实际应用场景中,使用者通过手机或者通过回收机登录个人账户后,可在个人账户上对已注册关联的烟杆进行注销申请,服务器在接收到烟杆注销申请后,对存储于服务器的该烟杆的对应标识(每根烟杆也有固定的全球唯一ID编码)标记为回收状态,同时生成回收码展示给用户。此时烟杆在服务器被认为已注销(此时烟杆还没被回收)。用户将需要注销的烟杆带到就近的回收机上,通过回收机操作回收烟杆时,回收机会提示用户出示回收码,用户扫描(或输入)回收码后,服务器会自动关联到具体哪个用户的烟杆需要被回收,若关联成功,用户根据回收机的提示,将需要注销的烟杆放入回收仓。至此,烟杆回收完成。
当然,电子烟售卖回收机本身也可以操作并注销与之连接的电子烟。也就是说,对于电子烟售卖回收机来说,其可以包括:
响应于用户对交互界面的操作,向服务器发送注销烟杆的注销信息;
根据所述服务器返回的注销确认信息,判断所述烟杆是否已注销。
其中,注销信息除了注销请求之外,还可以包括该电子烟的烟杆的ID、批次等等,这些可以在电子烟售卖回收机与电子烟的烟杆通信连接之后,经由电子烟售卖回收机获取和自动上传。采用针对电子烟的信息生成并发送的注销确认信息具备更高的防伪和安全性。
对于本申请的实施方式而言,电子烟售卖回收机的烟杆回收仓可以是敞开式的,也可以是封闭式的。作为封闭式的烟杆回收仓具备更好的安全性,因此可选地,在烟杆通过验证的情况下,打开烟杆回收仓的仓门。在仓门打开后,用户可以方便地投入烟杆,以便烟杆回收仓吞下烟杆。
对于本申请的实施方式所提供的烟杆回收仓而言,可以在回收仓上设置物理连接接口,以便烟杆通过物理连接接口有线连接。当然,对于支持无线连接的烟杆而言,采用无线连接是更佳的选择。
本实施例提供的电子烟售卖回收机除具有回收机构外,还可售卖电子烟(烟杆和/或烟弹)。该电子烟售卖回收机还包括:售卖机构。该售卖机构设置在机体本体上。所述售卖机构包括储物仓、数据获取模块。其中,储物仓,用于存放待出售的电子烟。以及数据获取装置,用于获取购买电子烟用户的身份数据,并在所述身份数据通过验证时,获取被购买电子烟的激活码。所述通信模块还用于将所述激活码发送至电子烟,以激活所述电子烟。
在一具体实施方案中,所述通信模块可包括近距离通信模块及远程通信模块。其中,
近距离通信模块,用于与电子烟建立通信连接;
数据获取装置,用于获取使用者输入的身份数据;
远程通信模块,用于将所述身份数据发送至服务器,以便所述服务 器基于所述身份数据对所述电子烟使用者的身份进行验证;
所述远程通信模块,还用于在所述身份数据通过验证的情况下,获取激活码;
所述近距离通信模块,还用于将所述激活码发送至所述电子烟,以激活所述电子烟。
上述方案中身份数据的验证是由服务器实现,实际上,对电子烟购买者的身份验证也可在本地进行,即由电子烟售卖回收机基于电子烟购买者的身份数据对购买者的身份进行验证。
电子烟售卖回收机的机体本体可以是柜式、台式的箱体外观,本实施例对此不作限定。售卖机构还包括执行机构。其中,执行机构在用户完成电子烟的购买后,执行相应动作以将用户购买的电子烟移出机体本体的储物仓,便于用户拿取。
所述数据获取装置及通信模块均设置在机体本体上。该数据获取装置可包括但不限于如下中的至少一种:摄像头、键盘、触摸屏、指纹采集器、读码器、证件读取器。比如,证件读取器可以是身份证信息读取器,身份证信息读取器能对身份证真伪进行有效识别,以识别身份证内含有的RFID芯片所存储的信息,如姓名、地址、号码、照片等。读码器可读取条形码、二维码等图形码。摄像头可采集用户的面部视频(或称为面部动图,如眨眼动图、扭头动图等)或照片等。
当然,所述数据获取装置除了包括数据采集或输入设备类外,还可以包括具有计算能力的处理器。所述处理器可用来计算激活码,还可用来进行身份验证等等。比如,证件读取器读取到身份号码后,处理器对所述身份号码进行识别,以判定该证件持有者是否为成年人;并对摄像头采集到的用户面部视频(如用户眨眼视频或扭头视频)进行面部识别,以比对通过摄像头采集的用户面部特征与证件读取器读取到的照片上的面部特征;以通过比对结果判定当前使用电子烟售卖回收机购买电子烟的用户是否为证件持有者。假若判定证件持有者为成年人,且识别出当 前使用电子烟售卖回收机购买电子烟的用户是证件持有者,则通过身份验证。
又比如,处理器可基于电子烟的信息计算激活码。其中,所述电子烟的信息包括如下中的至少一种:所述电子烟的标识、批次信息、所述电子烟的烟弹口味信息等等。所述电子烟的标识包括:电子烟的烟杆芯片(或称防伪芯片)对应的标识,或电子烟的烟弹芯片(或称防伪芯片)对应的标识。因电子烟包括烟杆和烟弹,用户可通过电子烟售卖回收机单购买烟杆,也可单购烟弹,也可同时购买烟杆和烟弹。
具体的,在电子烟出厂前,每个烟杆的解码芯片含有全球唯一的ID号,服务器可以基于该全球唯一ID号进行计算,生成烟杆激活码,并将烟杆的激活码、烟杆全球唯一ID号及与烟杆对应的生产编码在数据库中进行绑定保存。激活码的产生其实就是一种数据的加密。处理器可采用预设的加密算法,对烟杆的信息进行计算,得到激活码。本实施例对该加密算法不作具体限定。电子烟在接收到该激活码后,若该激活码与本地预存的激活码一致,则可启动激活,以使自身处于激活状态。烟杆的激活机制可使电子烟监管机构对烟杆进行统一管理,可有效避免未成年人通过不正当途径拿到烟杆后,违法抽电子烟。
激活状态为电子烟处于可正常工作的状态,在电子烟处于可工作状态后,还需要烟杆对烟弹的真伪进行验证。烟杆上设置的验证装置,在检测到有烟弹插入时,与所述设置在烟弹上的防伪芯片进行防伪识别通信以读取所述防伪芯片对应的数据信息,并对所述数据信息进行验证,若所述数据信息验证成功,可确定该烟弹为正品。验证烟弹的真伪,可有效杜绝假烟弹的流通,避免给消费者健康造成不利影响以及给电子烟品牌企业造成经济损失和品牌价值损失。此外,还可对电子烟进行烟量大小设置以及使用时间设置等。所述锁定状态为是电子烟处于不可以使用状态或者有功能限制、时间限制等无法处于正常工作的状态。
本实施例提供的电子烟售卖回收机还可包括显示器及执行机构。其中, 显示器用于显示付款提示信息。执行机构用于按照接收到的指令,将对应电子烟移出电子烟售卖回收机。所述处理器还用于在确认使用者完成支付后,触发所述获取激活码的步骤;在所述电子烟完成激活后,针对所述电子烟向执行机构发送移出指令。或者,所述处理器用于在购买者的身份数据通过验证,且确认购买者完成支付后,针对所述电子烟向执行机构发送移出指令,以便执行机构将对应的电子烟移出电子烟售卖回收机。用户在拿到购买电子烟后,再通过电子烟售卖回收机获取激活码,以激活电子烟。比如,用户在拿到购买的电子烟后,触控电子烟售卖回收机上的控件(如设备体上的按键或触摸屏上的虚拟控件)以触发激活请求。电子烟售卖回收机的处理器响应于该激活请求,基于该电子烟的信息(电子售卖设备中存储有该电子烟的信息,或是通过数据通信的方式从电子烟处获取),计算该电子烟对应的激活码,并将激活码发送至电子烟。
当然,电子烟的激活码也可从服务器侧获取。由服务器基于电子烟的信息计算得到并发送至电子烟售卖回收机。
接下来,将结合实际应用场景,对本申请的实施方式的技术方案进行说明。首先,我们以烟杆回收用户的身份为例,给出了若干个应用场景如下:
场景一
电子烟售卖回收机的近距离通信模块为蓝牙接口。
用户在家中,通过手机操作应用程序,完成电子烟的注销。其中,手机的注销信息可以通过与手机构成蓝牙连接的电子烟烟杆中提取而生成。在完成注销后,手机中生成了数字或二维码形式的回收码。
用户手持烟杆移动至电子烟售卖回收机前,通过电子烟售卖回收机的交互界面发起回收流程。此时,电子烟售卖回收机会请求用户出示回收码。
用户可以通过扫码或手动输入的方式,输入回收码。电子烟售卖回收机在验证了回收码之后,打开烟杆回收仓的仓门。
用户将烟杆放入烟杆回收仓内。检测到烟杆入柜之后,烟杆回收仓自 动关闭仓门,并将烟杆归位。之后,电子烟售卖回收机可以和服务器通信以便在服务器后台同步和更新回收信息。本申请的实施方式所提供的电子烟售卖回收机可以作为企业售后服务的一个重要补充渠道,并作为终端提取前端消费者使用数据。所同步和更新的这些数据信息可以为企业后台提供大数据分析素材。
场景二
电子烟售卖回收机的近距离通信模块为蓝牙接口。
用户并未通过手机注销电子烟,直接来到了电子烟售卖回收机前。通过电子烟售卖回收机的交互界面发起回收流程。此时,电子烟售卖回收机会请求用户出示回收码。
用户通过交互界面确认烟杆尚未注销,则电子烟售卖回收机提示用户进行现场注销,并在交互界面显示出烟杆注销操作菜单。用户通过这一操作菜单,可以现场完成烟杆的注销。在这一注销过程中,电子烟售卖回收机将向服务器发送注销烟杆的注销信息,然后服务器返回注销确认信息。根据所述服务器返回的注销确认信息,电子烟售卖回收机可以判断所述烟杆是否已注销。
在确认烟杆已经被注销之后,电子烟售卖回收机自动打开烟杆回收仓的仓门。
用户将烟杆放入烟杆回收仓内。检测到烟杆入柜之后,烟杆回收仓自动关闭仓门,并将烟杆归位。之后,电子烟售卖回收机可以和服务器通信以便在服务器后台同步和更新回收信息。
通过令烟杆在注销之后回收,可以帮助确认所回收的烟杆是否为正品,并帮助企业建立烟杆回收数据库。
接下来,对回收烟弹时的情况作进一步分析:
对于烟弹而言,由于更换频率很高,因此通常不太会在烟弹上设置需要电源支持,且成本相对较高的无线通信芯片。取而代之地,可以在烟弹上设置有线接口或NFC芯片。
烟弹的接口不仅仅在回收时连接,而且在平时使用时,可以用来和烟杆连接,并用于验证烟弹的身份。例如,在烟弹与烟杆建立连接之后,烟杆可以向烟弹发送协定密码。在烟弹判定协定密码符合第一要求时,烟杆接收烟弹发送的动态密码;在烟杆判定动态密码符合第二要求时,烟杆发出驱动信号,以使电子烟进入可工作状态。
其中,协定密码为烟杆与烟弹之前出厂预设的密码。其可以按照预设的加解密算法从动态的一个密码区间中生成,从而防止破解。
具体实施时,上述协定密码和动态密码可采用相同的算法或不同算法计算得到。比如,协定密码和动态密码均可采用基于64bits椭圆形曲线演算法为基础的加解密算法计算得到。
若烟弹成功识别协定密码,得到了符合预设规则的输出结果,则判定协定密码符合第一要求,烟弹可通过设置于自身的防伪芯片向烟杆发送动态密码;烟杆接收到动态密码后,利用本地存储的验证算法对该动态密码进行校验,验证通过则判定该动态密码符合第二要求。
进一步的,烟杆芯片中的密码区间可以通过与服务器的连接得到更新。据此,每当新的一批烟弹上市时,经过更新的烟杆芯片可以实现对这一批烟弹的双向密码认证,进而具备更好的安全性。
在一些可选的实施例中,密码区间可存储在烟杆芯片的主控制器(可以为上述电子烟校验模块)的内部资料区内。比如,烟杆出厂时,烟杆芯片基于原始的密码区间可识别0~99这100种口味的烟弹,但是当厂家推出第101种新烟弹时,烟杆将无法识别第101中新烟弹。因此,当厂家推出第101种新烟弹后,服务器可对原始的密码区间进行更新,以使烟杆的防伪芯片基于更新后的密码区间,识别出第101种新烟弹。具体实施时,服务器可将密码区间更新信息发送至客户端设备(如用户的手机、平板电脑、台式/笔记本电脑或智能穿戴设备等),由客户端设备将接收到的密码区间更新信息发送至与客户端设备绑定的电子烟的烟杆,以便电子烟的烟杆将防伪芯片基于密码区间更新信息对本地密码区间进行更新,继而后 续能识别出第101种新烟弹。服务器还可将密码区间更新信息发送至电子烟售卖设备,由电子烟售卖设备将接收到的密码区间更新信息发送至存储在电子烟售卖设备内未售出的电子烟的烟杆,以便电子烟的烟杆将防伪芯片基于密码区间更新信息对本地密码区间进行更新,继而后续能识别出第101种新烟弹。
值得一提的是,可以在首次通过验证之后,在烟弹芯片中写入数据,将该烟弹和烟杆绑定。如此一来,可以防止同一烟弹被重新装填后滥用于其他的烟杆,进一步地增加了安全性。
在回收烟弹时,与电子烟建立通信连接包括:
在检测到电子烟的烟弹被置入烟弹回收仓时,与烟弹建立通信连接。在烟弹回收仓内可以设置有若干个回收槽,烟弹可以被恰好地放置于回收槽中。回收槽内可以设置导电的弹性触片,以使得烟弹被置入回收槽时,通过弹性触片实现电连接。可以理解地,这一弹性触片可以被置换为NFC或其他的近距离通信机构。
此时,对电子烟进行验证,可以包括:
检测烟弹是否为正品烟弹,若否,则显示告警提示;
检测烟弹是否为召回批次的烟弹,若是,则显示召回提示。
进一步的,检测到烟弹为正品烟弹或属于召回批次的烟弹时,所述烟弹通过验证,电子烟售卖回收机可回收该烟弹;否则,电子烟售卖回收机可拒绝回收该烟弹。当然,在具体实施时,未通过验证的电子烟也可回收,只是回收的未通过验证的电子烟存放在特殊区域(与回收的通过验证电子烟的存放区域区分开),便于工作人员做出后续处理。
其中,可以通过以下步骤检测烟弹是否为正品烟弹:
读取所述烟弹上防伪芯片对应的数据信息,并对数据信息进行验证;
在数据信息通过验证时,可确定烟弹为正品烟弹。
具体的,所述防伪芯片对应的数据信息可以是防伪芯片的标识(如全球唯一ID码)。上述“对数据信息进行验证”可包括:
将所述数据信息发送至服务器,以由所述服务器查询数据库中是否存储有与所述数据信息匹配的信息项;
若服务器反馈查询到数据库中存在有与所述数据信息匹配的信息项,则所述数据信息通过验证;否则,所述数据信息验证失败。
如上当数据信息为防伪芯片的标识,相应的服务器侧的数据库中存储有出厂的所有正品烟弹上防伪芯片的标识。服务器在接收到电子烟售卖回收机发送的防伪芯片标识后,查询数据库中是否存在与所述防伪芯片标识匹配的标识;若存在,则所述防伪芯片的标识通过验证,即具有该防伪芯片的烟弹为正品烟弹;若不存在,则所述防伪芯片的标识验证失败,即具有该防伪芯片的烟弹为非正品烟弹。
据此,结合实际应用场景,我们以烟弹回收用户的身份为例,给出了应用场景如下:
场景三
电子烟售卖回收机的近距离通信模块还包括设置在烟弹回收仓内的回收槽中的NFC芯片。
通过交互页面的操作,用户提出了回收烟弹的请求。然后,用户将烟弹放入回收槽内,使烟弹与电子烟售卖回收机建立通信连接。
电子烟售卖回收机从烟弹的芯片中读取烟弹信息,发送给服务器,以通过服务器检测烟弹是否为正品烟弹。
若检测失败,则认为该烟弹可能为假烟弹,无法回收。此时,可以提示用户将烟弹取出,或者通过翻转回收槽,直接将烟弹投入假烟弹的回收盒内。
进一步地,当该烟弹为召回批次的烟弹时,还可以在交互界面显示“该烟弹为问题批次的烟弹”,以供用户确认。
对于召回批次和正常回收的烟弹,都可以通过自动翻转回收槽,将烟弹投入对应的回收盒内。
之后,电子烟售卖回收机可以和服务器通信以便在服务器后台同步和 更新回收信息。
另外,由于用户一次有可能回收多个烟弹,因此可以在每回收一枚烟弹后,提醒用户回收下一枚烟弹。
通过令烟杆在注销之后回收,可以帮助确认所回收的烟杆是否为正品,并帮助企业建立烟杆回收数据库。
而烟弹回收后经过专业的处理,还有机会被再利用,或作为塑料、小型电子设备类型的可回收物而被回收再利用。
无论是回收烟杆还是回收烟弹,都能够避免这些材料的浪费,更加环保。
本申请的又一实施方式还提供了一种计算设备,参见图3所示,包括:通信组件53、存储器51及处理器52,其中,
存储器51,用于存储程序;
处理器52,与存储器51耦合,用于执行存储器51中存储的程序,以用于:
控制所述通信组件工作,以与电子烟建立通信连接;
对电子烟进行验证;
在电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
上述存储器51可被配置为存储其它各种数据以支持在计算设备上的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在计算设备上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令。存储器51可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
上述处理器52在执行存储器51中的程序时,除了上面的功能之外,还可实现其它功能,具体可参见前面各实施方式的描述。
进一步,如图3所示,计算设备还可以包括:显示器54、电源组件55、音频组件56等其它组件。图3中仅示意性给出部分组件,并不意味着计算设 备只包括图3所示组件。
相应地,本申请的另一实施方式还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,计算机可读存储介质所存储的计算机程序在被处理器执行时,能够实现前述的各方法中的步骤或功能。
本申请的另一实施方式还提供了一种电子烟回收系统。参见图4所示,包括:
回收机61,用于在检测到电子烟后,获取所述电子烟的信息,并将所述电子烟的信息发送至服务端设备62;
服务端设备62,用于根据接收到的所述电子烟的信息,确定所述电子烟是否满足回收条件,并将确定结果反馈至所述回收机61;
回收机61,还用于在所述确定结果表征所述电子烟具备回收条件,执行回收动作以回收所述电子烟。
进一步的,所述电子烟包括烟杆;相应的,
所述回收机61,用于在检测到所述烟杆后,获取所述烟杆的回收码,并将所述回收码作为所述电子烟的信息发送至服务端设备62;
所述服务端设备62,用于根据接收到的所述回收码,确定具有所述回收码的电子烟对应的状态,并将所述烟杆的状态反馈至所述回收机;
所述回收机,还用于在所述电子烟的状态为注销状态时,所述烟杆通过验证并吞下所述电子烟。
再进一步地,所述电子烟系统还包括:客户端设备63;
所述客户端设备63,用于响应于用户针对所述电子烟的注销操作,向所述服务端设备发送注销请求;
相应的,所述服务端设备62还用于根据所述注销请求,向所述客户端设备发送所述电子烟对应的回收码;
再进一步地,所述回收机61在获取电子烟的回收码时,具体用于:
读取所述客户端设备63上展示的所述回收码;或者接收客户端设备63发送的所述回收码。
若检测到电子烟为电子烟的烟弹时,本实施例提供的所述电子烟回收系统中,
所述回收机61,用于在检测到烟弹后,获取所述烟弹的烟弹芯片标识,并将所述烟弹芯片标识作为所述电子烟的信息发送至服务端设备62;
所述服务端设备62,用于根据接收到的烟弹芯片标识,确定所述烟弹是否为正品烟弹和/或是否属于召回批次烟弹,并将确定结果反馈至回收机;
所述回收机,还用于在所述确定结果表征所述烟弹属于正品烟弹和/或属于召回批次烟弹,则执行回收动作以回收所述烟弹。
这里需要说明的是,本实施例中的所述回收机61、服务端设备62、客户端设备63可实现上述方法实施例中提供的各步骤对应功能,相关内容可参见上述实施例中的内容,此处不做赘述。
综上所述,本申请的实施方式能够提供更好的防伪验证功能,并通过验证使用者的身份防止非法用户购买和使用电子烟,而且还具有良好的便利性。
最后应说明的是,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,为了使读者更好地理解本申请,本申请的实施方式提出了许多技术细节。但是,即使没有这些技术细节和基于上述各实施方式的种种变化和修改,也可以基本实现本申请各权利要求所要求保护的技术方案。因此,在实际应用中,可以在形式上和细节上对上述实施方式作各种改变,而不偏离本申请的精神和范围。
Claims (16)
- 一种电子烟回收方法,其特征在于,包括:与电子烟建立通信连接;对电子烟进行验证;在电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对电子烟进行验证,包括:判断烟杆是否已注销;若判定所述烟杆未被注销,则显示注销提示;若判定所述烟杆已被注销,则通过所述烟杆的验证。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对电子烟进行验证,包括:获取电子烟的烟杆的回收码;根据所述回收码判断所述烟杆是否已注销,或者;响应于用户对交互界面的操作,向服务器发送注销烟杆的注销信息;根据所述服务器返回的注销确认信息,判断所述烟杆是否已注销。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与电子烟建立通信连接包括:在检测到电子烟的烟弹被置入烟弹回收仓时,与所述烟弹建立通信连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对电子烟进行验证,包括:检测所述烟弹是否为正品烟弹,若否,则显示告警提示;检测所述烟弹是否为召回批次的烟弹,若是,则显示召回提示。
- 一种电子烟售卖回收机,其特征在于,包括:机体本体,所述机体本体上设置有通信模块和回收机构;其中,所述通信模块用于与所述电子烟建立通信连接,所述回收机构用 于对所述电子烟进行验证,在所述电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟售卖回收机,其特征在于,所述通信机构包括:近距离通信机构,用于与所述电子烟建立通信连接;远距离通信机构,用于与服务器建立通信连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟售卖回收机,其特征在于,所述回收机构包括:烟杆回收仓和/或烟弹回收仓;检测装置,用于检测所述烟杆回收仓是否置入有烟杆和/或检测所述烟弹回收仓内是否置入有烟弹;验证装置,用于在所述检测装置检测到所述烟杆回收仓内置入有烟杆时,验证所述烟杆是否已被注销,所述烟杆已被注销时,所述烟杆通过验证;和/或在所述检测装置检测到所述烟弹回收仓内置入有烟弹时,验证所述烟弹是否为正品烟弹或是否属于召回批次的烟弹,属于正品烟弹或属于召回批次的烟弹通过验证;回收执行组件,用于在所述烟杆和/或烟弹通过验证的情况下,执行回收动作以将所述烟杆从所述烟杆回收仓或将所述烟弹从所述烟弹回收仓回收至所述机体本体内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟售卖回收机,其特征在于,所述机体本体上还设有售卖机构;所述售卖机构包括:储物仓,用于存放待出售的电子烟;以及数据获取装置,用于获取购买电子烟用户的身份数据,并在所身份数据通过验证时,获取被购买电子烟的激活码;所述通信模块,还用于将所述激活码发送至电子烟,以激活所述电子烟。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质所存储的计算机程序在被处理器执行时,能够实现 如下步骤:与电子烟建立通信连接;对电子烟进行验证;在电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
- 一种计算设备,包括:通信组件、存储器及处理器,其中,所述存储器,用于存储程序;所述处理器,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以用于:控制所述通信组件工作,以与电子烟建立通信连接;对电子烟进行验证;在电子烟通过验证的情况下,吞下电子烟。
- 一种电子烟回收系统,其特征在于,包括:回收机,用于在检测到电子烟后,获取所述电子烟的信息,并将所述电子烟的信息发送至服务端设备;服务端设备,用于根据接收到的所述电子烟的信息,确定所述电子烟是否满足回收条件,并将确定结果反馈至所述回收机;回收机,还用于在所述确定结果表征所述电子烟具备回收条件,执行回收动作以回收所述电子烟。
- 根据权利要求12所述的系统,其特征在于,若检测到电子烟为电子烟的烟杆时,所述回收机,用于在检测到所述烟杆后,获取所述烟杆的回收码,并将所述回收码作为所述电子烟的信息发送至服务端设备;所述服务端设备,用于根据接收到的所述回收码,确定具有所述回收码的电子烟对应的状态,并将所述烟杆的状态反馈至所述回收机;所述回收机,还用于在所述电子烟的状态为注销状态时,所述烟杆通过验证并吞下所述电子烟。
- 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:客户端设备;所述客户端设备,用于响应于用户针对所述烟杆的注销操作,向所述服务端设备发送注销请求;所述服务端设备,还用于根据所述注销请求,向所述客户端设备发送所述烟杆对应的回收码。
- 根据权利要求14所述的系统,其特征在于,所述回收机在获取烟杆的回收码时,具体用于:读取所述客户端设备上展示的所述回收码;或者接收客户端设备发送的所述回收码。
- 根据权利要求12至15中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,若检测到电子烟为电子烟的烟弹时,所述回收机,用于在检测到烟弹后,获取所述烟弹的烟弹芯片标识,并将所述烟弹芯片标识作为所述电子烟的信息发送至服务端设备;所述服务端设备,用于根据接收到的烟弹芯片标识,确定所述烟弹是否为正品烟弹和/或是否属于召回批次烟弹,并将确定结果反馈至回收机;所述回收机,还用于在所述确定结果表征所述烟弹属于正品烟弹和/或属于召回批次烟弹,则执行回收动作以回收所述烟弹。
