背景技术
雾化式电子烟,是一种可供抽吸且模仿香烟口感的电子产品,有着和卷烟类似的烟雾、味道和口感。它是通过雾化等手段,将含尼古丁成份的烟油等变成蒸汽后,让用户吸食的一种替烟产品,由于雾化式电子烟在一定程度上具有安全、方便、快捷、环保和减害等特点,因此受到广大消费者的青睐。
但是由于雾化式电子烟的兴起,也引起了一些不法分子制作和销售假冒雾化烟弹,危害公众身体健康;与此同时,未成年人很容易购买和吸食雾化式电子烟目前,雾化式电子烟行业普遍缺乏监管机制和技术手段,以避免假冒烟弹的流通,避免未成年人购买和吸食电子烟。
发明内容
为了解决或改善现有技术存在的问题,本申请各实施例提供一种雾化式电子烟系统、信息处理方法及设备。

上述客户端设备103可以是手机、平板电脑、智能穿戴设备(如智能手表、智能眼镜等),PC电脑等等。所述客户端设备103还可与其他设备通信连接,比如服务器、云端等,以备份、更新或请求相应的数据,在此不做具体限定。例如,客户端设备103可请求服务端设备104确定烟弹是否为未激活状态。
进一步地,所述客户端设备103,用于将所述烟弹完成激活信息发送至雾化烟杆设备102。相应的,雾化烟杆设备102,用于在接收到所述烟弹完成激活信息后,从所述防伪芯片中读取所述烟弹对应的口数阈值;将所述口数阈值与所述烟弹的烟弹标识关联,以便用户在通过雾化烟杆设备加热烟弹以进行抽吸时,根据检测到的抽吸次数,对口数阈值进行递减操作。比如,用户每抽吸一次,口数阈值减一。即所述雾化烟杆设备102响应用户的抽吸动作,记录使用数据并更新所述烟弹对应的剩余口数。
进一步的,所述客户端设备103,具体用于根据所述烟弹标识,请求服务端设备确定所述烟弹是否为已激活状态;在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息非所述用户的用户信息时,提示所述烟弹已被他人激活,无法再次激活。
所述客户端设备103,还用于在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息为所述用户的用户信息时,向所述雾化烟杆设备发送指示信息。相应的,所述雾化烟杆设备102,还用于在接收到所述指示信息后,处于可使用状态以等待抽吸操作。
再进一步的,所述雾化烟杆设备102,还用于在所述数据信息通过验证,且与所述客户端设备间无通信连接的情况下,根据所述烟弹标识,确定所述 烟弹是否为新烟弹;在所述烟弹为新烟弹时,输出需与客户端建立通信连接提示。
具体实施时,可通过判定所述烟弹的烟弹标识是否与本地已存储的烟弹标识一致的方式,来确定所述烟弹是否为新烟弹。即当烟弹的烟弹标识与本地已存储的烟弹标识不一致时,确定所述烟弹为新烟弹;当烟弹的烟弹标识与本地已存储的烟弹标识一致时,确定所述烟弹为旧烟弹。
或者,在另一可实现的技术方案中,在插入雾化烟杆设备的烟弹的剩余口数小于或等于设定值(如零)时,将本地存储的该烟弹的烟弹标识删除。这种情况下,雾化烟杆设备本地是没有任何烟弹的烟弹标识。因此,上述判定一致的方式的前提是本地存储有烟弹标识。对于本地没有存储的烟弹标识的情况,无需判定,直接可确定当前插入的烟弹为新烟弹。
这里需要补充的是:雾化烟杆设备102和客户端设备103可通过蓝牙、WIFI或物联网网络等建立通信连接,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
进一步地,所述雾化烟杆设备102,还用于在所述烟弹为旧烟弹时,且与所述客户端设备间无通信连接的情况下,读取所述烟弹对应的剩余口数;响应于抽吸事件,判断所述剩余口数是否小于或等于设定值;在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,断电不加热并记录所述烟弹用尽无法加热事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将所述烟弹用尽无法加热事件发送至所述客户端设备;在所述剩余口数大于设定值,通电以对所述烟弹进行加热,并基于所述抽吸事件更新所述烟弹对应的剩余口数。
其中,使用雾化烟杆设备的用户,比如,雾化烟杆设备检测到用户的抽吸动作,便触发所述抽吸事件。
进一步地,所述雾化烟杆设备102,还用于在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,控制震动装置震动和/或控制警示灯闪烁。
进一步地,所述雾化烟杆设备102,还用于在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,向所述客户端设备103发送携带有所述烟弹的烟弹标识的已达上限信息。对应的,所述客户端设备103,还用于接收到所述已达上限信息后,将所 述烟弹标识对应的使用状态更新为已使用完,并显示所述烟弹无法继续使用信息。具体实施时,设定值可以是零。相应的,已达上限信息是指:烟弹剩余口数为零,已用完、无发再使用。

进一步的,所述雾化烟杆设备102,还用于在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备间无通信连接时,处于不可用状态并输出用户可感知提示;记录所述烟弹未通过验证的事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将所述烟弹未通过验证事件发送至所述客户端设备。其中,可通过雾化烟杆设备震动或者LED灯闪烁等可感知方式提示用户雾化烟杆设备处于不可用状态。
进一步地,所述客户端设备103,还用于响应于用户的输入操作,获取用户的身份信息,并对身份信息进行验证;其中,所述验证包括身份信息真伪验证、是否属于适于使用电子烟人群的验证;在验证通过后,获取所述雾化烟杆设备的烟杆标识;获取雾化烟杆设备的烟杆标识;根据所述烟杆标识,判定所述烟杆是否处于锁定状态;若所述烟杆处于锁定状态,则显示无法激活提示;若所述烟杆处于非锁定状态,获取用户的用户信息;将所述用户信息与所述烟杆标识进行绑定。

进一步的,本实施例中所述客户端设备103,还用于响应于用户触发的身 份信息输入操作,获取所述用户的身份信息;基于所述身份信息识别所述用户是否为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群;在所述用户为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群,请求所述服务端设备为所述用户生成一对应的消费编码。所述服务端设备104,还用于为所述用户生成所述消费编码,并将所述消费编码进行存储,以便后续所述用户购买雾化烟杆设备和/或烟弹时出示。
再进一步的,本实施例提供的所述系统中,还可包括售卖方使用的设备(图中未示出)。具体的,所述售卖方使用的设备还用于获取已售出雾化烟杆设备和/或烟弹的标识信息,并将所述标识信息发送至所述服务端设备;
所述服务端设备104,还用于将接收到的已售出雾化烟杆设备和/或烟弹的标识信息进行存储,以备后续执行相应的监管或统计任务。

图2为本申请另一实施例提供的信息处理方法的流程示意图,该方法的执行主体为图1中的雾化烟杆设备,该雾化烟杆设备采用雾化方式加热烟弹;该方法包括:
201、读取所述防伪芯片对应的数据信息,并对所述数据信息进行验证;其中,所述防伪芯片设置在烟弹上;
202、在所述数据信息通过验证且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,将所述烟弹的烟弹标识发送至所述客户端设备。
上述步骤201中,数据信息可以为:烟弹的厂家编码及全球唯一的生产序列号,根据生产序列号可以在服务端设备检索得到与烟弹相关的具体信息,如:烟弹的品牌名称、口味、等级、保质期、生产厂家、存放环境。
上述202中所述烟弹标识可以是防伪芯片中UID。在一些实际应用中,防伪芯片可以采用动态加密防伪芯片,例如,内建Abits UID的动态防伪芯片,其组成如图3所示,防伪芯片与雾化烟杆设备上设置的验证装置(如解密芯 片)都具有Abits UID,其中包括abits生产商码,用作区别不同的烟弹生产商,bbits功能码可用作该烟弹生产商的不同烟弹的功能区别,cbits流水号为生产流水号,保证每颗芯片的流水号均全球唯一不重复,dbits保留位可用作烟弹生产商自定义其他用途。
进一步地,所述信息处理方法,还包括:
2021、在接收到客户端设备发送的所述烟弹完成激活信息后,读取所述烟弹对应的口数阈值,将所述口数阈值与所述烟弹的烟弹标识关联,并处于可用状态;响应用户的抽吸动作,记录使用数据并更新所述烟弹对应的剩余口数。其中,烟弹标识可为烟弹的UID。

上述步骤2022,烟弹在插入雾化烟杆设备后,雾化烟杆设备会读取烟弹的UID信息,并将通过客户端绑定烟弹的UID信息并存储于本地。因此,在判断所述烟弹是否为新烟弹时,可通过读取到的插入雾化烟杆设备的烟弹的UID信息与本地已存储的UID信息进行比对,如果本地存储有该烟弹的UID信息,那么该烟弹为旧烟弹;如果本地没有存储该烟弹的UID信息,那么该烟弹为新烟弹。

2024、所述烟弹为旧烟弹时,读取该旧烟弹对应的剩余口数;

在通电对烟弹加热后,实时监测用户的抽吸口数,并基于监测到的口数,对剩余口数进行更新,如每抽吸一口,剩余口数减一。
上述步骤2025-2026中,所述设定值可以为任意值。例如,可以将设定值设置为零,即当剩余口数为零时,雾化烟杆设备断电停止对烟弹进行加热;在剩余口数大于零时,雾化烟杆设备可以通电对烟弹进行加热。
其中,在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,控制震动装置震动和/或控制警示灯闪烁,并向所述客户端设备发送携带有所述烟弹的烟弹标识的已达上限信息。
在烟弹抽吸的过程中,若与客户端设备间无通信连接,则记录所述烟弹的使用数据以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将记录的所述使用数据发送至客户端设备;若与所述客户端设备建立通信连接时,向所述客户端设备发送所述烟弹的使用数据雾化烟杆设备会记录所述烟弹的使用数据,将所述使用数据发送至客户端设备;其中,所述使用数据包括如下中的至少一项:剩余口数、抽吸频率、每吸一口的时长。
进一步的,本实施例提供的所述方法,还可包括如下步骤:
S11、在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,向所述客户端设备发送提示信息;
S12、在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备间无通信连接时,处于不可用状态,并记录所述烟弹未通过验证的事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将所述烟弹未通过验证事件发送至所述客户端设备。
图4为本申请另一实施例提供的信息处理方法的流程示意图,该方法的执行主体为图1中的客户端设备,该方法包括:
401、建立与雾化烟杆设备的通信连接;

进一步的,本实施例提供的所述方法还可包括如下步骤:
404、在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息非所述用户的用户信息时,提示所述烟弹已被他人激活,无法再次激活;

上述步骤402中,用户信息可以为用户注册雾化电子烟APP账户时输入的身份信息,身份信息包括如下中的至少一项:身份标识、生物特征信息。其中,身份标识包括如下中的至少一项:用户的姓名、身份证号;生物特征信息包括如下中的至少一项:用户的指纹、面部特征、虹膜、声纹等。
进一步地,所述信息处理方法还包括:

没有经过绑定激活的雾化烟杆设备是无法读取烟弹信息且无法工作。即本实施例中步骤401~403执行的前提是,采用上述步骤406~410完成了雾化烟杆设备与用户信息的绑定,即雾化烟杆设备的激活过程。
进一步的,雾化烟杆设备可将剩余口数同步至客户端设备,方便用户查看。即本实施例提供的所述方法还包括:
在接收到所述雾化烟杆设备发送的已达上限信息后,将所述烟弹标识对应的使用状态更新为已使用完,并显示所述烟弹无法继续使用信息。
进一步地,所述信息处理方法还包括:在接收到雾化烟杆设备发送的读取到的防伪芯片中的数据信息未通过验证的提示信息后,显示所述烟弹未通过验证的可视信息。
其中,上述可视信息可以为以框图形式显示“验证失败”于客户端设备的显示屏上,或者用户可看到的其他形式的信息,如:警示灯等。
进一步地,所述信息处理方法还包括:
411、存储所述雾化烟杆设备发送的所述烟弹的使用数据。其中,所述使用数据包括如下中的至少一项:剩余口数、抽吸频率、每吸一口的时长。
上述各方法步骤执行的前提都是雾化烟杆设备已被用户激活。实质上,本实施例提供的所述方法还可包括激活雾化烟杆设备的步骤。即,为了保护未成年,降低未成年使用雾化式电子烟的概率。本实施例提供的所述方法还可包括如下步骤:
S21、响应于用户的输入操作,获取所述用户的身份信息;
S22、基于所述身份信息,识别所述用户是否为适于使用电子烟的人群;
S23、在所述用户为适于使用所述电子烟的人群时,获取电子烟的标识信息;
S24、将所述电子烟的标识信息与所述用户的用户标识绑定,以激活所述电子烟使其处于可使用状态。
本实施例提供的技术方案,利用用户输入的身份信息,识别所述用户是 否为适于使用电子烟的人群;在用户为适于使用电子烟的人群(如成年人群)时,通过绑定电子烟的标识信息和用户标识信息的方式来激活电子烟处于可使用状态;而在用户非适于使用电子烟的人群(如未成年人群)时,是不能激活电子烟,电子烟是处于禁用状态的;实现对未成年人保护的目的,降低未成年人私自使用电子烟的发生率。
进一步的,本实施例提供的技术方案还可从销售环节来避免未成年人购买。即,本实施例提供的所述方法还可包括如下步骤:
S31、响应于用户触发的身份信息输入操作,获取所述用户的身份信息;
S32、基于所述身份信息识别所述用户是否为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群;
S33、在所述用户为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群,请求所述服务端设备为所述用户生成一对应的消费编码;
S34、响应于用户的编码出示操作,从所述服务端获取并显示所述消费编码。
下面结合具体的应用场景,对本申请提供的各实施例作具体说明:
该应用场景涉及雾化式电子烟及烟弹的以下几个阶段:准入申报阶段、生产规划阶段、生产制造阶段、销售阶段、验证激活阶段、使用阶段,下面对以上阶段进行详细阐述。
一、准入申报阶段
如图5(a)所示,该阶段过程如下:首先,电子烟管理机构发布雾化式电子烟的生产标准以及行业准入办法,面向所有电子烟管理机构登记注册的电子烟生产商参与准入考核,符合标准的电子烟生产商将获得相应的生产经营资质;各地方电子烟生产商向电子烟管理机构申请准入资格;判断申请准入资格的各地方电子烟生产商向电子烟管理机构是否符合资质,若符合资质,电子烟管理机构向其颁发雾化式电子烟生产经营许可证,进入电子烟管理机构雾化式电子烟经营白名单;电子烟管理机构制定雾化式电子烟生产商白名
单目录。若不符合资质,电子烟管理机构拒绝授权并提出整改建议。
二、生产规划阶段
如图5(b)所示,该阶段过程如下:电子烟管理机构向雾化式电子烟白名单生产商征求年度生产计划;白名单生产商申报各系列雾化式电子烟的年度生产计划;电子烟管理机构编制年度雾化式电子烟的生产计划,规划年度全国雾化式电子烟的防伪芯片数量需求;生产计划分为两类:(1)电子烟管理机构根据生产计划情况向芯片原厂批量采购定制化的烟弹外包装NFC或UHF RFID标签芯片,芯片内置电子烟管理机构的全球唯一ID;然后芯片原厂批量交付NFC或UHF RFID防伪芯片标签给对应的烟草制品白名单生产商。(2)电子烟管理机构根据生产计划向芯片原厂批量采购定制化的烟弹防伪芯片和雾化烟杆设备解密芯片,芯片内置电子烟管理机构的全球唯一ID;然后芯片原厂批量交付芯片组给对应的雾化式电子烟白名单生产商。
三、生产制造阶段
如图5(c)所示,该阶段过程如下:白名单生产商将采购到的NFC或UHF RFID芯片标签和防伪芯片组交付给生产线,雾化式电子烟的生产开始;每颗烟弹内置防伪芯片,每根雾化烟杆设备内置解密芯片;设备出厂检测和包装;每盒烟弹和雾化烟杆设备的外包装贴上具备防破坏的NFC标签;基于便捷物流仓储管理目的,每箱烟弹或雾化烟杆设备的包装箱外均贴上UHF RFID标签,一颗或多颗防伪芯片和解密芯片同每盒产品的NFC标签进行信息绑定,每箱产品的UHF RFID标签同内部的多盒产品的NFC芯片进行信息绑定。生产车间的货仓均有特定的读头,实时监控雾化式电子烟箱子的位置和生产进度;生产完毕入库待售。
四、雾化式电子烟销售阶段
如图5(d)所示,该阶段过程如下:白名单品牌雾化电子烟实体店售卖环节开始;消费者进店购买烟弹或雾化烟杆设备套装产品;判断消费者是否为成年人,如果未成年,则拒绝销售;如果成年,则继续判断消费者是否已有雾化式电子烟消费二维码,如果没有二维码,消费者使用终端设备在雾化 式电子烟APP注册个人账户并生成消费二维码,然后继续进入判断是否有二维码的流程;如果有二维码,销售烟弹、烟杆或雾化烟杆设备套装(包含烟弹+雾化烟杆设备)给消费者,售出前使用专用扫描枪非接触式读码烟弹或雾化烟杆设备套装产品外包装盒上的RFID标签信息,确认物品卖出并记录。
五、验证&激活阶段
该阶段分为两种情况:(1)消费者仅购买烟弹;(2)消费者购买雾化烟杆设备。
消费者仅购买烟弹时,如图5(e)所示,该阶段过程如下:消费者仅购买烟弹;判断本人是否已有雾化烟杆设备,若没有,进入消费者进店购买雾化式电子烟烟弹或雾化烟杆设备环节;若有,继续判断该烟杆已在本人中烟APP账户登记与激活。若没激活,雾化烟杆设备需要通过雾化式电子烟APP完成与个人账户的绑定和激活;若已激活,消费者将雾化烟杆设备与手机蓝牙连接;消费者将烟弹插入雾化烟杆设备,烟弹防伪芯片和雾化烟杆设备解密芯片通过电连接方式进行防伪识别通讯工作;判断雾化烟杆设备是否已通过蓝牙连接手机:
若已连接,判断雾化烟杆设备是否成功识别烟弹,若连接成功,则判断烟弹是否已被其他用户激活过,若激活过,APP提示该烟弹已被其他用户激活过,该雾化烟杆设备无法加热该烟弹;若没有激活过,继续判断该烟弹是否为新烟弹,若不是新烟弹,用户正常享用正品雾化式电子烟;若是新烟弹,消费者将该颗烟弹注册到个人账户,APP上会显示插入的新烟弹口味、口数阈值、注册日期和产品编码(烟弹芯片UID中的产品序列号编码);雾化烟杆设备读取并存储该颗新烟弹的口数阈值值和烟弹UID。
若未连接上,若雾化烟杆设备识别到是颗新烟弹或雾化烟杆设备读取烟弹芯片超时,雾化烟杆设备不会向烟弹送电加热;判断是否为正品烟弹,若不是,雾化烟杆设备不会向烟弹送电加热,并在下次连接个人账户时上传事件记录;若是,继续判断是否为新烟弹,若是,雾化烟杆设备不会向烟弹送电加热;消费者需将雾化烟杆蓝牙连接手机,并登陆雾化式电子烟APP注册 新烟弹;若不是新烟弹,雾化烟杆设备读取该烟弹剩余可抽烟口数;判断是否已达口数阈值,若是,雾化烟杆设备不会向烟弹送电加热,若否,用户正常享用正品雾化式电子烟。
消费者购买雾化烟杆设备套装时,如图5(f)所示,该阶段过程如下:消费者购买了雾化烟杆设备套装(包含烟弹+雾化烟杆设备),内含未注册激活的新烟杆;雾化烟杆设备需要通过雾化电子烟APP完成与个人账户的绑定和激活;登录雾化电子烟APP(需先注册个人账号);开启手机蓝牙(无线局域网WIFI或接入物联网等),并在APP中搜索新雾化烟杆设备,发现新雾化烟杆设备后,手动添加进行蓝牙连接;判断雾化烟杆设备是否已被锁定,若是,APP提示该雾化烟杆设备已被锁定,则无法在本人账户下注册激活;若否,成功注册与激活该雾化烟杆设备到个人名下。
六、使用阶段
如图5(g)所示,该阶段过程如下:用户正常享用正品雾化式电子烟;判断雾化烟杆设备检测到烟弹的使用是否已达口数阈值,如果已达上限,雾化烟杆设备发出一次震动提示或LED闪烁提示,并停止加热该烟弹;等下次雾化烟杆设备烟杆蓝牙连接手机时,后台将自动更新该烟弹的使用完毕状态;然后判断雾化烟杆设备与手机蓝牙是否连接。如果没达上限,雾化烟杆设备更新该颗烟弹的剩余口数;然后也判断雾化烟杆设备与手机蓝牙是否连接,如果已连接,APP提示消费者烟弹已达口数阈值,后台已注销该烟弹,无法继续使用;若消费者尝试抽吸,雾化烟杆设备是不会送电给烟弹加热。如果未连接,则返回雾化烟杆设备更新该颗烟弹的剩余口数的步骤。
本申请提供的技术方案,即上述实施例中的适于雾化烟杆设备的信息处理方法方法,可基于如下装置实现。具体的,图6为本申请一实施例提供的一种电子烟装置的结构示意图。如图6所示,该装置包括:
读取验证模块61,用于读取所述防伪芯片对应的数据信息,并对所述数据信息进行验证;其中,所述防伪芯片设置在烟弹上;
发送模块62,用于在所述数据信息通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,将所述烟弹的烟弹标识发送至所述客户端设备。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:

记录更新模块,用于响应用户的抽吸动作,记录使用数据并更新所述烟弹对应的剩余口数。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:
确定模块,用于在所述数据信息通过验证,且与所述客户端设备间无通信连接的情况下,根据所述烟弹标识,确定所述烟弹是否为新烟弹;
输出模块,用于在所述烟弹为新烟弹时,输出需与客户端建立通信连接提示。
进一步的,所述装置还包括:
读取验证模块,还用于在所述烟弹为旧烟弹时,读取所述烟弹对应的剩余口数;
判断模块,用于响应于抽吸事件,判断所述剩余口数是否小于或等于设定值;
通断电模块,用于在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,断电不加热并记录所述烟弹用尽无法加热事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将所述烟弹用尽无法加热事件发送至所述客户端设备;在所述剩余口数大于所述设定值,通电以对所述烟弹进行加热。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:
控制模块,用于在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,控制震动装置震动和/或控制警示灯闪烁。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:
发送模块,在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,向所述客户端设备发送提示信息;在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备间无通信连接时,处于不可用状态,并记录所述烟弹未通过验证的事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将所述烟弹未通过验证事件发送至所述客户端设备。
进一步地,所述发送模块还用于:
在与客户端设备间无通信连接时,记录所述烟弹的使用数据以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将记录的所述使用数据发送至客户端设备;
在与所述客户端设备建立通信连接时,向所述客户端设备发送所述烟弹的使用数据;其中,所述使用数据包括如下中的至少一项:剩余口数、抽吸频率、每吸一口的时长。
本申请提供的技术方案,即上述实施例中的适于客户端设备的信息处理方法方法,可基于如下装置实现。具体的,图7为本申请一实施例提供的一种电子烟装置的结构示意图。如图7所示,该装置包括:
建立模块71,用于建立与雾化烟杆设备的通信连接;
确定模块72,根据雾化烟杆设备发送的烟弹的烟弹标识,确定所述烟弹是否已被激活;
绑定模块73,用于在确定所述烟弹为未激活状态时,响应于用户的绑定操作,将所述烟弹与所述用户的用户信息进行绑定以完成对所述烟弹的激活。
进一步地,所述确定模块71具体用于:根据所述烟弹标识,请求服务端设备确定所述烟弹是否为已激活状态。本实施例所述装置还可包括提示模块。所述提示模块用于在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息非所述用户的用户信息时,提示所述烟弹已被他人激活,无法再次激活。本实施例提供的所述装置还可包括发送模块。所述发送模块还用于在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息为所述用户 的用户信息时,向所述雾化烟杆设备发送指示信息,以指示所述雾化烟杆设备处于可使用状态以等待抽吸操作。
进一步地,所述绑定模块73还用于:
响应于用户的输入操作,获取用户的身份信息,并对身份信息进行验证;其中,所述验证包括身份信息真伪验证、是否属于适于使用电子烟人群的验证;
在验证通过后,获取所述雾化烟杆设备的烟杆标识;
根据所述烟杆标识,判定所述烟杆是否处于锁定状态;
若所述烟杆处于锁定状态,则显示无法激活提示;
若所述烟杆处于非锁定状态,获取用户的用户信息,将所述用户信息与所述烟杆标识进行绑定。
进一步的,所述装置还可包括:
显示模块,用于在接收到雾化烟杆设备发送的所述提示信息后,显示所述烟弹未通过验证的可视信息。
进一步的,所述装置还可包括:
获取模块,用于响应于用户触发的身份信息输入操作,获取所述用户的身份信息;基于所述身份信息识别所述用户是否为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群;在所述用户为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群,请求所述服务端设备为所述用户生成一对应的消费编码;响应于用户的编码出示操作,从所述服务端获取并显示所述消费编码。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:
存储/发送模块,用于存储所述雾化烟杆设备发送的所述烟弹的使用数据;和/或将所述烟弹的使用数据发送至服务端设备,以在所述服务端设备进行存储和/或更新。
图8示出了本申请一实施例提供的一种电子烟设备(如雾化烟杆设备)的结构示意图。如图8所示,该设备包括:存储器8001、处理器8002及通讯 组件8003;其中,
所述存储器8001,用于存储程序及数据;
所述通讯组件8003,用于与客户端设备通信连接;
所述处理器8002,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以用于:
读取所述防伪芯片对应的数据信息,并对所述数据信息进行验证;其中,所述防伪芯片设置在烟弹上;
在所述数据信息通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,将所述烟弹的烟弹标识发送至所述客户端设备,以通过所述客户端设备完成对所述烟弹的激活。
上述存储器8001可被配置为存储其它各种数据以支持在雾化烟杆设备上的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在雾化烟杆设备上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令。存储器8001可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
上述处理器8002在执行存储器8001中的程序时,除了上面的功能之外,还可实现其它功能,具体可参见前面各实施例的描述。
图9示出了本申请一实施例提供的一种客户端设备结构示意图。如图9所示,该设备包括:存储器9001、处理器9002以及通讯模块9003;其中,
所述存储器9001,用于存储程序;
通讯组件9003,用于与雾化烟杆设备通信连接;
所述处理器9002,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以用于:
建立与雾化烟杆设备的通信连接;
根据雾化烟杆设备发送的烟弹的烟弹标识,确定所述烟弹是否已被激活;
在确定所述烟弹为未激活状态时,响应于用户的绑定操作,将所述烟弹与所述用户的用户信息进行绑定以完成对所述烟弹的激活。
同样的,上述处理器除了上面的功能之外,还可实现其它功能,具体可参见前面各实施例的描述。
所述通讯组件9003用于同雾化烟杆设备及其他应用组件间(如服务端设备、监管系统或第三方身份认证系统)的双向数据交换。通讯方式可以包含蓝牙通讯、NFC近场通讯、串口通讯或网络通讯等一种或多种,不一一赘述。
相应的,本申请实施例还提供一种存储有计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机程序被计算机执行时能够实现上述各实施例提供的服务调度方法的步骤或功能。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种雾化式电子烟系统,其特征在于,包括:
    防伪芯片,其设置在烟弹上;
    雾化烟杆设备,其包括验证装置,用于在检测到有烟弹插入时,与所述防伪芯片进行防伪识别通信以读取所述防伪芯片对应的数据信息,并对所述数据信息进行验证;在所述数据信息通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,将所述烟弹的烟弹标识发送至客户端设备;
    客户端设备,用于在根据所述烟弹标识确定所述烟弹为未激活状态时,响应于用户绑定操作,将所述烟弹与所述用户的用户信息进行绑定以完成对所述烟弹的激活。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述客户端设备,用于将所述烟弹完成激活信息发送至雾化烟杆设备;
    雾化烟杆设备,用于在接收到所述烟弹完成激活信息后,从所述防伪芯片中读取所述烟弹对应的口数阈值;将所述口数阈值与所述烟弹的烟弹标识关联,并处于可用状态;响应用户的抽吸动作,记录使用数据并更新所述烟弹对应的剩余口数。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述客户端设备,具体用于根据所述烟弹标识,请求服务端设备确定所述烟弹是否为已激活状态;在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息非所述用户的用户信息时,提示所述烟弹已被他人激活,无法再次激活。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述客户端设备,还用于在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息为所述用户的用户信息时,向所述雾化烟杆设备发送指示信息;
    所述雾化烟杆设备,还用于在接收到所述指示信息后,处于可使用状态以等待抽吸操作。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述雾化烟杆设备,还用于在所述数据信息通过验证,且与所述客户端设备间无通信连接的情况下,根据所述烟弹标识,确定所述烟弹是否为新烟弹;在所述烟弹为新烟弹时,输出需与客户端建立通信连接的提示。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述雾化烟杆设备,还用于在所述烟弹为旧烟弹时,读取所述烟弹对应的剩余口数;响应于抽吸事件,判断所述剩余口数是否小于或等于设定值;在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,断电不加热,并记录所述烟弹用尽无法加热事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将所述烟弹用尽无法加热事件发送至所述客户端设备;在所述剩余口数大于所述设定值,通电以对所述烟弹进行加热,并基于所述抽吸事件更新所述烟弹对应的剩余口数。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述雾化烟杆设备,还用于在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,控制震动装置震动和/或控制警示灯闪烁。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述雾化烟杆设备,还用于在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,向所述客户端设备发送提示信息;
    所述客户端设备,还用于接收到所述提示信息后,显示所述烟弹未通过验证的可视信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述雾化烟杆设备,还用于在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备间无通信连接时,处于不可用状态并输出用户可感知提示;记录所述烟弹未通过验证的事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将所述烟弹 未通过验证事件发送至所述客户端设备。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述客户端设备,还用于响应于用户的输入操作,获取用户的身份信息,并对身份信息进行验证;其中,所述验证包括身份信息真伪验证、是否属于适于使用电子烟人群的验证;在验证通过后,获取所述雾化烟杆设备的烟杆标识;根据所述烟杆标识,判定所述烟杆是否处于锁定状态;若所述烟杆处于锁定状态,则显示无法激活提示;若所述烟杆处于非锁定状态,获取用户的用户信息,将所述用户信息与所述烟杆标识进行绑定。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述雾化烟杆设备,还用于在与客户端设备间无通信连接时,记录所述烟弹的使用数据以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将记录的所述使用数据发送至客户端设备;在与所述客户端设备建立通信连接时,向所述客户端设备发送所述烟弹的使用数据;
    所述客户端设备,还用于存储所述烟弹的使用数据和/或将所述烟弹的使用数据发送至服务端设备,以在所述服务端设备进行存储和/或更新。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述使用数据包括如下中的至少一项:剩余口数、抽吸频率、每吸一口的时长。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述客户端设备,还用于响应于用户触发的身份信息输入操作,获取所述用户的身份信息;基于所述身份信息识别所述用户是否为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群;在所述用户为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群,请求服务端设备为所述用户生成一对应的消费编码;
    所述服务端设备,还用于为所述用户生成所述消费编码,并将所述消费编码进行存储,以便后续所述用户购买雾化烟杆设备和/或烟弹时出示。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    售卖方使用的设备,还用于获取已售出雾化烟杆设备和/或烟弹的标识信息,并将所述标识信息发送至所述服务端设备;
    所述服务端设备,还用于将接收到的已售出雾化烟杆设备和/或烟弹的标识信息进行存储,以备后续执行相应的监管或统计任务。
  15. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,适于雾化烟杆设备,所述方法包括:
    读取防伪芯片对应的数据信息,并对所述数据信息进行验证;其中,所述防伪芯片设置在烟弹上;
    在所述数据信息通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,将所述烟弹的烟弹标识发送至所述客户端设备。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在接收到客户端设备发送的所述烟弹完成激活信息后,读取所述烟弹对应的口数阈值;
    将所述口数阈值与所述烟弹的烟弹标识关联,并处于可用状态;
    响应用户的抽吸动作,记录使用数据并更新所述烟弹对应的剩余口数。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述数据信息通过验证,且与所述客户端设备间无通信连接的情况下,根据所述烟弹标识,确定所述烟弹是否为新烟弹;
    在所述烟弹为新烟弹时,输出需与客户端建立通信连接提示。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述烟弹为旧烟弹时,读取所述烟弹对应的剩余口数;
    响应于抽吸事件,判断所述剩余口数是否小于或等于设定值;
    在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,断电不加热并输出用户可感知提示,记录所述烟弹用尽无法加热事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接 后将所述烟弹用尽无法加热事件发送至所述客户端设备;
    在所述剩余口数大于所述设定值,通电以对所述烟弹进行加热。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述剩余口数小于或等于设定值,控制震动装置震动和/或控制警示灯闪烁。
  20. 根据权利要求15至19中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,向所述客户端设备发送提示信息;
    在所述数据信息未通过验证,且与客户端设备间无通信连接时,处于不可用状态,并记录所述烟弹未通过验证的事件以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将所述烟弹未通过验证事件发送至所述客户端设备。
  21. 根据权利要求15至19中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在与客户端设备间无通信连接时,记录所述烟弹的使用数据以等待与所述客户端设备成功建立通信连接后将记录的所述使用数据发送至客户端设备;
    在与所述客户端设备建立通信连接时,向所述客户端设备发送所述烟弹的使用数据;
    其中,所述使用数据包括如下中的至少一项:剩余口数、抽吸频率、每吸一口的时长。
  22. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,适于客户端设备,所述方法包括:
    建立与雾化烟杆设备的通信连接;
    根据雾化烟杆设备发送的烟弹的烟弹标识,确定所述烟弹是否已被激活;
    在确定所述烟弹为未激活状态时,响应于用户的绑定操作,将所述烟弹与所述用户的用户信息进行绑定以完成对所述烟弹的激活。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,根据雾化烟杆设备发送的烟弹的烟弹标识,确定所述烟弹是否已被激活,具体为:
    根据所述烟弹标识,请求服务端设备确定所述烟弹是否为已激活状态;
    以及所述方法还包括:
    在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息非所述用户的用户信息时,提示所述烟弹已被他人激活,无法再次激活;
    在确定所述烟弹为已激活状态,且与所述烟弹标识绑定的用户信息为所述用户的用户信息时,向所述雾化烟杆设备发送指示信息,以指示所述雾化烟杆设备处于可使用状态以等待抽吸操作。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于用户的输入操作,获取用户的身份信息,并对身份信息进行验证;其中,所述验证包括身份信息真伪验证、是否属于适于使用电子烟人群的验证;
    在验证通过后,获取所述雾化烟杆设备的烟杆标识;
    根据所述烟杆标识,判定所述烟杆是否处于锁定状态;
    若所述烟杆处于锁定状态,则显示无法激活提示;
    若所述烟杆处于非锁定状态,获取用户的用户信息,将所述用户信息与所述烟杆标识进行绑定。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在接收到雾化烟杆设备发送的提示信息后,显示所述烟弹未通过验证的可视信息。
  26. 根据权利要求22或23所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于用户触发的身份信息输入操作,获取所述用户的身份信息;
    基于所述身份信息识别所述用户是否为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群;
    在所述用户为适于使用雾化烟杆设备和烟弹的人群,请求服务端设备为所述用户生成一对应的消费编码;
    响应于用户的编码出示操作,从所述服务端获取并显示所述消费编码。
  27. 根据权利要求22或23所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    存储所述雾化烟杆设备发送的所述烟弹的使用数据;和/或将所述烟弹的使用数据发送至服务端设备,以在所述服务端设备进行存储和/或更新。
  28. 一种电子烟设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器及通信组件;其中,
    所述存储器,用于存储程序及数据;
    所述通信组件,用于与客户端设备通信连接;
    所述处理器,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以用于:
    读取防伪芯片对应的数据信息,并对所述数据信息进行验证;其中,所述防伪芯片设置在烟弹上;
    在所述数据信息通过验证,且与客户端设备建立通信连接时,将所述烟弹的烟弹标识发送至所述客户端设备,以通过所述客户端设备完成对所述烟弹的激活。
  29. 一种客户端设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器及通讯组件;其中,
    所述存储器,用于存储程序及数据;
    通信组件,用于与雾化烟杆设备通信连接;
    所述处理器,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以用于:
    建立与雾化烟杆设备的通信连接;
    根据雾化烟杆设备发送的烟弹的烟弹标识,确定所述烟弹是否已被激活;
    在确定所述烟弹为未激活状态时,响应于用户的绑定操作,将所述烟弹与所述用户的用户信息进行绑定以完成对所述烟弹的激活。
