Description

一种可在线更换密封副的三偏心金属密封蝶阀结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种三偏心金属密封蝶阀,特别涉及LNG项目及其他超低温工况用的超低温蝶阀。
背景技术
目前常用可在线更换密封副的蝶阀常为双偏心结构,其密封圈采用铜合金制造,但其不适用于含硫LNG超低温工况中,硫化物会对铜造成腐蚀,严重影响阀门密封性能。同时,双偏心结构蝶阀缺点较多,不适用于LNG工况,其密封原理属位置密封,蝶板与阀座的密封面为线接触,依靠蝶板挤压阀座所造成的弹性变形来实现密封,对关闭位置要求很高,特别是金属阀座,常存在承压能力低、泄漏量大等缺点。而常见三偏心结构因密封副密封面为斜锥式,阀座密封圈安装时因无定位无法直接找正密封点,导致安装后密封副间不相匹配而出现无法密封的现象时无法对阀门密封副直接进行更换。
技术问题
为克服上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种可在线更换密封副的三偏心金属密封蝶阀结构。
技术解决方案
一种可在线更换密封副的三偏心金属密封蝶阀结构,包括阀体、限位销a、三开环、锁紧螺母、螺钉a、阀座密封圈、多层次密封圈、限位销b、蝶板、压板、螺钉b,阀体内设置有阀座密封圈,阀座密封圈通过三开环、锁紧螺母、螺钉a固定于阀体内,阀座密封圈与阀体间设置有限位销a,限位销a对阀座密封圈进行限位,蝶板上设置有多层次密封圈,多层次密封圈通过压板、螺钉b压紧并固定在蝶板上,蝶板、多层次密封圈和压板通过限位销b进行位置固定,阀体上设置有检修仓口。
进一步地,多层次密封圈由柔性石墨+304不锈钢垫组成。
有益效果
解决了原三偏心结构无法在线更换密封副的缺点,在线更换时通过设置限位销,确定了密封副位置,降低了蝶阀的泄漏风险,确保LNG接收站的安全有效运行。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种可在线更换密封副的三偏心金属密封蝶阀结构,包括阀体1、限位销a2、三开环3、锁紧螺母4、螺钉a5、阀座密封圈6、多层次密封圈7、限位销b8、蝶板9、压板10、螺钉b11,阀体1内设置有阀座密封圈6,阀座密封圈6通过三开环3、锁紧螺母4、螺钉a5固定于阀体1内,三开环3、螺钉a5通过锁紧螺母4可进行锁紧,阀座密封圈与阀体间设置有限位销a2,限位销a2对阀座密封圈6进行限位,阀座密封圈6安装时仅需对准限位销a2安装即可,位置完全固定,阀体1上的销孔与阀座密封圈6上的销孔采用同一工装进行加工,保证位置尺寸的统一性,不会出现偏差,蝶板9上设置有多层次密封圈7,多层次密封圈7由柔性石墨+304不锈钢垫组成,多层次密封圈7通过压板10、螺钉b8压紧并固定在蝶板9上,蝶板9、多层次密封圈7和压板10通过限位销b11进行位置固定,阀体1上设置有检修仓口12,可通过检修仓口12对密封副进行在线更换。
更换步骤如下。
步骤一:将阀门内压力释放,松开检修仓口12盖板螺母,打开检修仓口12盖板。
步骤二:通过检修仓口12,松开螺钉a5,取出三开环3。
步骤三:将蝶板9半开,取出阀座密封圈6,取出阀座密封圈6与阀体1间的限位销a2。
步骤四:将蝶板9处于关闭位置,松开螺钉b11,取出压板10。
步骤五:取出限位销b8,取出多层次密封圈7。
步骤六:对阀座密封圈6和多层次密封圈7进行在线更换。
步骤七:将新的多层次密封圈7安装至蝶板上,与蝶板9销孔对准,插入限位销b8。
步骤八:安装压板10,通过螺钉b11将压板10进行固定。
步骤九:打开蝶板9至半开位置,将限位销a2安装至阀体1销孔内。
步骤十:安装新的阀座密封圈6,将阀座密封圈6上的销孔对准阀体1上的限位销a2安装。
步骤十一:安装三开环3及螺钉a5,通过拧紧螺钉a5微调阀座密封圈6位置,调整完成后用锁紧螺母5将螺钉a5锁死,关闭蝶板9。
通过本技术方案解决了原三偏心结构无法在线更换密封副的缺点,在线更换时通过设置限位销的方法,确定了密封副位置,降低了蝶阀的泄漏风险,确保LNG接收站的安全有效运行。

  1. 一种可在线更换密封副的三偏心金属密封蝶阀结构,包括阀体、限位销a、三开环、锁紧螺母、螺钉a、阀座密封圈、多层次密封圈、限位销b、蝶板、压板、螺钉b,其特征在于:所述阀体内设置有阀座密封圈,所述阀座密封圈通过三开环、锁紧螺母、螺钉a固定于阀体内,所述阀座密封圈与阀体间设置有限位销a,所述限位销a对阀座密封圈进行限位,所述蝶板上设置有多层次密封圈,所述多层次密封圈通过压板、螺钉b压紧并固定在蝶板上,所述蝶板、多层次密封圈和压板通过限位销b进行位置固定,所述阀体上设置有检修仓口。
