Abstract

一种三偏心金属密封蝶阀在线更换密封副的方法,步骤如下:将阀门内压力释放,松开检修仓口盖板螺母,打开检修仓口盖板,松开螺钉a,取出三开环,将蝶板半开,取出阀座密封圈和限位销a。将蝶板处于关闭位置,松开螺钉b,取出压板、限位销b、多层次密封圈。将新的多层次密封圈安装至蝶板上,插入限位销b。通过螺钉b将压板进行固定。打开蝶板至半开位置,将限位销a安装至阀体销孔内。安装新的阀座密封圈,将阀座密封圈上的销孔对准阀体上的限位销a安装。安装三开环及螺钉a,通过拧紧螺钉a微调阀座密封圈位置,调整完成后用锁紧螺母将螺钉a锁死。本发明的有益效果是,解决了原三偏心结构无法在线更换密封副的缺点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三偏心金属密封蝶阀,特别涉及一种三偏心金属密封蝶阀在线更换密封副的方法。
背景技术
目前常用可在线更换密封副的蝶阀常为双偏心结构,其密封圈采用铜合金制造,但其不适用于含硫LNG超低温工况中,硫化物会对铜造成腐蚀,严重影响阀门密封性能。同时,双偏心结构蝶阀缺点较多,不适用于LNG工况,其密封原理属位置密封,蝶板与阀座的密封面为线接触,依靠蝶板挤压阀座所造成的弹性变形来实现密封,对关闭位置要求很高,特别是金属阀座,常存在承压能力低、泄漏量大等缺点。而常见三偏心结构因密封副密封面为斜锥式,阀座密封圈安装时因无定位无法直接找正密封点,导致安装后密封副间不相匹配而出现无法密封的现象时无法对阀门密封副直接进行更换。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种三偏心金属密封蝶阀在线更换密封副的方法。
本发明的技术方案是,一种三偏心金属密封蝶阀在线更换密封副的方法,更换步骤如下:
步骤一:将阀门内压力释放,松开检修仓口盖板螺母,打开检修仓口盖板;
步骤二:通过检修仓口,松开螺钉a,取出三开环;
步骤三:将蝶板半开,取出阀座密封圈,取出阀座密封圈与阀体间的限位销a;
步骤四:将蝶板处于关闭位置,松开螺钉b,取出压板;
步骤五:取出限位销b,取出多层次密封圈;
步骤六:对阀座密封圈和多层次密封圈进行在线更换;
步骤七:将新的多层次密封圈安装至蝶板上,与蝶板销孔对准,插入限位销b;
步骤八:安装压板,通过螺钉b将压板进行固定;
步骤九:打开蝶板至半开位置,将限位销a安装至阀体销孔内;
步骤十:安装新的阀座密封圈,将阀座密封圈上的销孔对准阀体上的限位销a安装;
步骤十一:安装三开环及螺钉a,通过拧紧螺钉a微调阀座密封圈位置,调整完成后用锁紧螺母将螺钉a锁死,关闭蝶板,完成密封副的在线更换。
本发明的有益效果是,解决了原三偏心结构无法在线更换密封副的缺点,在线更换时通过设置限位销,确定了密封副位置,降低了蝶阀的泄漏风险,确保LNG接收站的安全有效运行。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种三偏心金属密封蝶阀在线更换密封副的方法,更换步骤如下:
步骤一:将阀门内压力释放,松开检修仓口12盖板螺母,打开检修仓口12盖板;
步骤二:通过检修仓口12,松开螺钉a5,取出三开环3;
步骤三:将蝶板9半开,取出阀座密封圈6,取出阀座密封圈6与阀体1间的限位销a2;
步骤四:将蝶板9处于关闭位置,松开螺钉b11,取出压板10;
步骤五:取出限位销b8,取出多层次密封圈7;
步骤六:对阀座密封圈6和多层次密封圈7进行在线更换;
步骤七:将新的多层次密封圈7安装至蝶板上,与蝶板9销孔对准,插入限位销b8;
步骤八:安装压板10,通过螺钉b11将压板10进行固定;
步骤九:打开蝶板9至半开位置,将限位销a2安装至阀体1销孔内;
步骤十:安装新的阀座密封圈6,将阀座密封圈6上的销孔对准阀体1上的限位销a2安装;
步骤十一:安装三开环3及螺钉a5,通过拧紧螺钉a5微调阀座密封圈6位置,调整完成后用锁紧螺母5将螺钉a5锁死,关闭蝶板9,完成密封副的在线更换。
通过本技术方案解决了原三偏心结构无法在线更换密封副的缺点,在线更换时通过设置限位销的方法,确定了密封副位置,降低了蝶阀的泄漏风险,确保LNG接收站的安全有效运行。

1.一种三偏心金属密封蝶阀在线更换密封副的方法,更换步骤如下:
第一步,将阀门内压力释放,松开检修仓口盖板螺母,打开检修仓口盖板;
第二步,通过检修仓口,松开螺钉a,取出三开环;
第三步,将蝶板半开,取出阀座密封圈,取出阀座密封圈与阀体间的限位销a;
第四步,将蝶板处于关闭位置,松开螺钉b,取出压板;
第五步,取出限位销b,取出多层次密封圈;
第六步,对阀座密封圈和多层次密封圈进行在线更换;
第七步,将新的多层次密封圈安装至蝶板上,与蝶板销孔对准,插入限位销b;
第八步,安装压板,通过螺钉b将压板进行固定;
第九步,打开蝶板至半开位置,将限位销a安装至阀体销孔内;
第十步,安装新的阀座密封圈,将阀座密封圈上的销孔对准阀体上的限位销a安装;
第十一步,安装三开环及螺钉a,通过拧紧螺钉a微调阀座密封圈位置,调整完成后用锁紧螺母将螺钉a锁死,关闭蝶板,完成密封副的在线更换。
