Description

弧形波纹板打孔装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种弧形波纹板打孔装置,属于波纹板打孔领域。
背景技术
涵洞管广泛应用于公路行业,涵洞管通常由多块弧形的波纹板组装而成。弧形波纹帮的组装方式为螺栓连接,即在每块波纹板四周冲制螺栓孔,并通过螺栓将其拼接成型。一般情况下,弧形波纹板四周孔的制造方式为:首先将平钢板制造平直的波纹钢板,在平直的波纹钢板的四周冲孔,冲孔完毕后,利用专用的设备将波纹钢板卷制成弧形,如图1所示。采用上述冲孔方式,在平直波纹板卷制成弧形波纹板的过程中,侧边的螺栓孔会发生严重的变形和位移,导致后期的隔片波纹板之间的连接很难实现。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在提供一种弧形波纹板打孔装置,对弧形波纹板进行打孔,能够解决上述技术问题,避免传统打孔与卷制方式造成的侧部孔变形等问题。
技术方案:本发明的一种弧形波纹板打孔装置,其特征在于,所述打孔装置包括:弧形支架、打孔机以及用于将波纹板压在弧形支架上的压紧装置。所述弧形支架,用于放置弧形波纹板,弧形支架的大小与单片弧形波纹板大小相同。所述打孔机设于弧形支架一侧,数量、间距与所需冲制的的螺栓孔数量、间距相同。
所述打孔机设有冲头与设于冲头正下方的冲模底座,冲模底座的上表面具有弧度,弧度与波纹板波纹弧度相同。优选的,所述冲头截面为圆形或腰型。
所述冲模底座中心设有穿孔或凹槽,冲头下落至最末端时,所述穿孔或凹槽能够完全容纳冲头。
所述弧形支架内侧设有支撑梁。
所述压紧装置包括驱动装置、压头与立杆。所述驱动装置驱动压头下落,下落后的压头将波纹板与弧形支架压紧。所述立杆用于支撑和连接压紧装置。所述压头下表面具有弧度,该弧度与波纹板波纹弧度相同。优选的,所述压紧装置采用液压驱动。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著优点:
(1)采用本发明中的打孔装置,改进了弧形波纹板打孔工艺的步骤,能够实现在卷制成弧形的波纹板上打孔,避免了传统打孔卷制方式导致的侧部孔变形等问题。由此,可以对弧形波纹板冲制腰型孔。
(2)采用本发明中的打孔装置,能够一次性对弧形波纹板冲若干孔,打孔效率高,成孔质量高,提高安装施工的便利性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图2所示,弧形波纹板打孔装置包括:弧形支架1、打孔机2、压紧装置3、支撑梁4。弧形支架包括弧形表面和底座横杆。弧形支架1的弧形表面用于放置弧形波纹板,波纹板波纹方向与弧形表面延伸方向相同。弧形支架1的弧形表面面积大于或等于与单片弧形波纹板的面积大小。弧形支架上表面可为平面,也可以带有波纹凹槽的表面,凹槽与波纹板纹路方向相同,可以起到固定波纹板的作用。
弧形支架1内侧设有支撑梁,支撑梁至少设有两条,相互交错设置,通过设置支撑梁4,可增加弧形支架的强度与稳定性。支撑梁还可具有一定角度,进一步加强户型支架的稳定性。
弧形支架1与支撑梁4为金属材质,优选为钢材。
弧形支架1的一侧设有打孔机2,打孔机2在波纹板最外侧波纹上冲孔。打孔机2的数量、间距与所需冲制的的螺栓孔数量、间距相同,多个打孔机同时工作,使螺栓孔一次成型,提高了打孔效率。打孔机也可同时设于弧形支架两侧,进行两侧同时打孔。
打孔机2具体结构如图3所示,包括冲头5与冲模底座6。
冲头5横截面为圆形或腰型,可冲制圆形孔或腰型孔。
冲模底座6位于冲头5下方,冲模底座6的上表面具有弧度,弧度与波纹板 波纹弧度相同。该弧型表面与波纹板波纹贴合,能够使波纹板稳定放置于冲模底座6。冲模底座6可以为单独的台型,也可以与打孔机底座一体成型。
所述冲模底座中心还设有穿孔或凹槽7,冲头下落至最末端时,所述穿孔或凹槽能够完全容纳冲头。
当打孔机为油压驱动时,打孔机2还设有油压管8。
压紧装置3至少设置两台。压紧装置3可以与打孔机2设置于弧形支架同侧,也可与打孔机设置于弧形支架异侧。优选的,压紧装置3也可以在弧形支架两侧分别布置,此时波纹板两侧分别受力,防止因为一侧受力而导致的波纹板一边翘起等问题。当压紧装置3与打孔机2设置于同侧时,二者交错布置。
压紧装置3包括驱动装置9、压头11、立杆12,如图4所示。驱动装置9用于驱动压头11下落当压紧装置3采用液压驱动时,驱动装置9为油缸,并设有油管10。
压头11下表面具有弧度,该弧度与波纹板波纹弧度相同,下落后的压头将波纹板与弧形支架压紧,能够提高打孔效率与冲制的螺栓孔质量。压头11可以为压杆与半球形的组合结构,也可以为圆柱体。
立杆12用于支撑压紧装置3,并将压紧装置连接至弧形支架1。
上述多个打孔机与压紧装置还可连接控制柜,通过控制柜进行启停控制,实现自动化打孔,提高打孔效率与精度。
弧形波纹板打孔装置的工作步骤如下:
将所需冲孔的弧形波纹钢板放置于弧形支架1上,将波纹板边缘的波纹对齐打孔机冲模底座6的弧形上表面。然后启动压紧装置3,在驱动装置9的驱动下压头11下落,将波纹板固定于弧形支架上,此时波纹板波纹表面与冲模底座表面紧紧贴合。同时启动所有打孔机2,打孔机冲头下落,在波纹板侧边冲制成孔。打孔完成后,松开压紧装置3,取出波纹钢板。
采用本发明中的打孔装置,改进了弧形波纹板打孔工艺的步骤,能够实现在卷制成弧形的波纹板上打孔,避免了传统打孔卷制方式导致的侧部孔变形等问题。由此,可以对弧形波纹板冲制腰型孔。能够一次性对弧形波纹板冲若干孔,打孔效率高,成孔质量高,提高安装施工的便利性。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种弧形波纹板打孔装置,其特征在于,所述打孔装置包括:弧形支架(1)、打孔机(2)以及用于将波纹板压在弧形支架上的压紧装置(3);所述弧形支架(1),用于放置弧形波纹板;所述打孔机(2)设于弧形支架一侧,数量、间距与所需冲制的的螺栓孔数量、间距相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弧形波纹板打孔装置,其特征在于,所述打孔机(2)设有冲头(5)与设于冲头正下方的冲模底座(6),冲模底座的上表面具有弧度,弧度与波纹板波纹弧度相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弧形波纹板打孔装置,其特征在于,所述冲模底座中心设有穿孔或凹槽(7),冲头下落至最末端时,所述穿孔或凹槽(7)能够完全容纳冲头。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的弧形波纹板打孔装置,其特征在于,所述弧形支架(1)内侧设有支撑梁(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的弧形波纹板打孔装置,其特征在于,所述压紧装置(3)包括驱动装置(9)、压头(11)与立杆(12);所述驱动装置(9)驱动压头(11)下落,下落后的压头将波纹板与弧形支架压紧;所述立杆(12)用于支撑和连接压紧装置(3)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的弧形波纹板打孔装置,其特征在于,所述压头(11)下表面具有弧度,该弧度与波纹板波纹弧度相同。
