Description

一种新型环保纸质袋体 技术领域
本发明涉及快递,邮政物流的包装,具体地说,涉及一种新型环保纸质袋体。
背景技术
在包装,邮政快递领域,纸质包装袋应用广泛,纸质包装袋具有成本低,可回收的优点。目前市场上用的纸质包装袋在部分具有缓冲保护层,起到保护容纳在内部的物品的目的。常见的缓冲保护层包括纸屑填充物,塑料泡膜,充气泡等,但是这些填充物或多或少都会对环境造成污染,例如纸屑填充物会在制作时造成空气粉尘污染,而塑料泡膜或者充气泡在使用后,塑料不容易分离再回收,丢弃后不容易降解。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型环保纸质袋体,旨在解决现有的包装袋对环境造成污染的技术问题。
本发明提供一种新型环保纸质袋体。该袋体用于快递、邮政、包装的快递,其由平面结构组成,所述平面结构包括纸质第一面以及附着于所述第一面上,用于起到缓冲保护作用的内芯层,所述内芯层包括至少一层衬垫,所述衬垫为经模压后具有多个凹凸不平的排列形状的纸材。
在本实施方式中,内芯层通过凹凸不平排列的形状使衬垫厚度增加,并在厚度范围内具有一定的弹性,凸出的部分承受压力,起到缓冲的作用,从而达到保护物品的目的。其中该衬垫也是纸质材料,可以回收再利用,不会对环境造成污染;同时,该衬垫是通过模压的方式生产,模压技术成熟,成本低,有利于大规模生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步阐述和说明:
请参考图1至图2,本发明公开一新型环保纸质袋体,用于快递、邮政、包装的快递,该袋体可以是以常见的快递袋,信封等方式存在。具体的,所述袋体由平面结构10组成,所述平面结构10包括纸质第一面11以及附着于所述第一面11上,用于起到缓冲保护作用的内芯层12,所述内芯层12包括至少一层衬垫120,所述衬垫120为经模压后具有多个凹凸不平的排列形状的纸材。
在本实施方式中,内芯层12通过凹凸不平排列的形状使衬垫120厚度增加,并在厚度范围内具有一定的弹性,凸出的部分承受压力,起到缓冲的作用,从而达到保护物品的目的。其中该衬垫120也是纸质材料,可以回收再利用,不会对环境造成污染;同时,该衬垫120是通过模压的方式生产,模压技术成熟,成本低,有利于大规模生产。
参考图3,所述平面结构10还包括第二面13,所述内芯层12夹持于所述第一面11与所述第二面13之间。如图4,图4是图3的平面结构10折叠形成的新型环保纸质袋体,此时新型环保纸质袋体相交于图2中增加一层第二面13。
在本实施方式中,通过增加第二面13可以更好的将内芯层12固定,且同时提高了新型环保纸质袋体的受力强度,保护作用进一步增强。
其中,所述平面结构10折叠封边,或两所述平面结构10层叠封边形成所述袋体。
也就是说袋体的制作至少包括两种方式,方式一:将平面结构10沿一条 中心线折叠,之后在垂直于折叠线的两侧的边缘涂胶封边,形成袋体;方式二:将两片平面结构10层叠起来,然后将平面结构10边缘的3侧边封边,形成袋体。另外,袋体的形成还可能包括其他实施方式,只要是通过本发明记载的平面结构10形成,均是本申请的保护范围。
参考图1,图5,所述衬垫120包括凸部121,所述凸部121包括凸起的多根肋条122,相对于所述肋条122,在所述肋条122边缘外侧形成凹部123,所述凸部121与所述凹部123间插设置。
在本实施方式中,模压后形成的肋条122与肋条122边缘形成的凹部123间插设置,能够使多条肋条122同时承受压力,对于袋体来说,受理均匀,多条肋条122同时发生缓冲形变,进一步能够提高缓冲能力。
参考图5及图6,所述肋条122向所述边缘外侧的凹部123设置有圆倒角1220,使得所述凸部121向所述凹部123平滑过度。
在本实施方式中,圆倒角1220一方面能够是凸部121与凹部123连接更加平滑,从而在凸部121受力发生形变时,获得更好的支撑,提高缓冲效果;另一方面,在模压后形成肋条122时,可以防止凸部121与凹部123过陡变化,造成模具压下时纸材的破损,提高衬垫120的良率。
在本发明中,肋条122的设置具有多种方式,这里仅针对较为简单,比较具有代表性的方式做陈述,其中应该认为肋条122的数量以及肋条122的位置只要能够符合上述陈述内容均应该是本专利保护的内容。
具体的,参考图1,所述肋条122至少包括第一肋条1221和第二肋条1222,在这里所述第一肋条1221与第二肋条1222至少有一条,当然也可以是多条,多条肋条122的设置平铺在整个纸材上,其中,所述第一肋条1221与所述第二肋条1222彼此相交,相对所述第一肋条1221及所述第二肋条1222的边缘外侧形成所述凹部123。所述第一肋条1221与所述第二肋条1222彼此垂直,所述第一肋条1221与所述第二肋条1222合围形成四边形区域,所述四边形区域为所述凹部123。
在本发明的另一种实施方式中,参考图7,所述肋条122还包括第三肋条1223,所述第一肋条1221、第二肋条1222与所述第三肋条1223彼此相交并合 围,从而形成三角形区域,所述三角形区域为所述凹部123。
在本发明的其他实施方式中,如图8,所述肋条还包括第四肋条1224,多条所述第一肋条1221、第二肋条1222与所述第四肋条1224各自平行设置,两条所述第一肋条1221、所述第二肋条1222与所述第四肋条1224彼此相交并合围,从而形成八边形区域,所述八边形区域为所述凹部。该肋条122也可以是更多条,如8条,多条肋条122形成八边形,通过多条肋条122模压后,形成特定的凸部121,同样能够实现缓冲保护的作用。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型环保纸质袋体,用于快递、邮政物流的包装,其特征在于,所述袋体由平面结构组成,所述平面结构包括纸质第一面以及附着于所述第一面上,用于起到缓冲保护作用的内芯层,所述内芯层包括至少一层衬垫,所述衬垫为经模压后具有多个凹凸不平的排列形状的纸材。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的新型环保纸质袋体,其特征在于,所述平面结构还包括第二面,所述内芯层夹持于所述第一面与所述第二面之间。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的新型环保纸质袋体,其特征在于,所述平面结构折叠封边,或两所述平面结构层叠封边形成所述袋体。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的新型环保纸质袋体,其特征在于,所述衬垫包括凸部,所述凸部包括凸起的多根肋条,相对于所述肋条,在所述肋条边缘外侧形成凹部,所述凸部与所述凹部间插设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的纸质包括装袋,其特征在于,所述肋条向所述边缘外侧的凹部设置有圆倒角,使得所述凸部向所述凹部平滑过度。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的新型环保纸质袋体,其特征在于,所述肋条至少包括一条第一肋条和一条第二肋条,所述第一肋条与所述第二肋条彼此相交,相对所述第一肋条及所述第二肋条的边缘外侧形成所述凹部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的新型环保纸质袋体,其特征在于,所述第一肋条与所述第二肋条彼此垂直,所述第一肋条与所述第二肋条合围形成四边形区域,所述四边形区域为所述凹部。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的新型环保纸质袋体,其特征在于,所述肋条还包括第三肋条,所述第一肋条、第二肋条与所述第三肋条彼此相交并合围,从而形成三角形区域,所述三角形区域为所述凹部。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的新型环保纸质袋体,其特征在于,所述肋条还包括第四肋条,多条所述第一肋条、第二肋条与所述第四肋各自平行设置,两条所述第一肋条、所述第二肋条与所述第四肋条彼此相交并合围,从而形成六边形区域,所述六边形区域为所述凹部。
