本申请的LED显示屏箱体属于LED显示设备技术领域,LED显示屏是各个领域作为必要的显示工具,其稳定性、便利性尤为重要。现有的大屏LED显示屏,往往因其屏体的庞大导致运输艰难,故而将屏体分解成若干单个小箱体,同时为了方便拼接,单个的箱体往往会做成矩形。但是,现有单个箱体的加工周期长、笨重,不便于运输、搬运以及拼接。
如图1至图22所示,本申请提供的一种LED显示屏箱体,包括主框架10、支撑组件20和内置有电源、控制系统和信号传输系统的控制盒30,其中,控制系统和信号传输系统与电源电连接,主框架10采用轻型材料制作而成,如铝合金、镁合金及塑料等,其中,主框架10包括用于安装显示屏幕的第一端面(图中未示出)和与第一端面相背对的第二端面(图中未示出),支撑组件20包括支撑管21和多个支撑件22。在本实施方式中,控制盒30安装在所述第二端面上,第二端面的四周边缘上均设有固定部(图中未示出),多个支撑件22对应安装在固定部上,支撑件22在远离第二端面的一端设有管道固定部,支撑管21固定在管道固定部上。
采用以上技术方案后,由于主框架10采用轻型材料制作而成,而且在主框架10的第二端面上设置有支撑组件20,这样不仅可以减轻主框架10的重量,同时也确保了主框架10的强度。
在一个可选的实施方式中,主框架10包括环设在主框架10四周的框架杆11和设置在主框架10内侧的支撑杆12,框架杆11与支撑杆12采用镁合金材料一体成型,不仅可以确保主框架10的重量更轻、强度更高,而且也确保了框架杆11和支撑杆12之间结合更牢度,不需要对其进行装配,简化了生产工艺。
通过一体成型结构的主框架10,便解决了目前LED显示屏整体重量较重,不利于轻质化的未来发展的技术问题。
在一个可选的实施方式中,框架杆11和/或支撑杆12上设有多个用于减轻质量的缺口,以便减少实体材料的又能确保主框架10的强硬的,便于LED显示屏轻质化的设计。
在本实施方式中,每两根框架杆11连接构成框架边角115,缺口包括设置在框架边角115上的第一缺口、设置在支撑杆12上的第二缺口123以及框架杆11其他位置上的第三缺口,其目的主要为了减轻主框架10的重量,本申请不做任何限制。
在一个可选的实施方式中,框架杆11和/或支撑杆12在缺口的边缘上连接有多个加强筋,以确保框架杆11的承载能力。
在本实施例方式中,加强筋包括设置在框架杆11上的第一加强筋116和设置在支撑杆12上的第二加强筋124,第一加强筋116和第二加强筋124的位置本申请不做任何限制,其目的主要为了增强主框架10的强硬度,以确保框架杆11的承载能力。
采用以上技术方案后,通过在框架杆11和/或支撑杆12上设置缺口及加强筋,利用缺口来减轻主框架10的重量,同时利用加强筋的来改变主框架10的承受力,以确保主框架10整体的牢固性的保证,这样不仅能够保证主框架10的强度,同时又能减轻主框架10的质量,起到一举两得的作用效果。
在一个可选的实施方式中,支撑杆12的数量为两个,两个支撑杆12呈十字型交叉设置在主框架10的内侧。
具体的,支撑杆12包括第一支撑杆121和第二支撑杆122,在本实施方式中,框架杆11包括第一框架杆111、第二框架杆112、第三框架杆113和第四框架杆114,第一框架杆111、第二框架杆112、第三框架杆113和第四框架杆114相互连接并形成矩形结构,第一支撑杆121和第二支撑杆122呈正交设置在矩形结构内,且第一支撑杆121连接在第一框架杆111和第二框架杆112之间,第二支撑杆122连接在第三框架杆113和第四框架杆114之间,这样不仅可以进一步减轻主框架10的质量,同时也能确保主框架10的承载能力,其中,第一支撑杆121的宽度大于第二支撑杆122的宽度,以便可以将控制盒30安装在第一支撑杆121上。
在一个可选的实施方式中,支撑件22包括采用PP塑料注塑成型且具有空心结构的支撑件,和/或支撑管21包括采用采用碳纤维材料制成的碳纤管,从而再一次减轻了主框架10的质量,又能保证主框架10的稳定性。
在本实施方式中,支撑件22包括第一支撑件221、第二支撑件222和第 三支撑件223,第一支撑件221卡接在框架杆11的边角上,第二支撑件222和第三支撑件223安装在框架杆11的中部。
具体的,第一支撑件221上设有卡扣2211,第二支撑件222上设有第二支撑件固定部2222,第三支撑件223上设有第三支撑件固定部2232,第一支撑件221通过卡扣2211卡接在框架边角115上,第二支撑件222通过第二支撑件固定部2222固定在第三框架杆113和第四框架杆114的中部,第三支撑件223通过第三支撑件固定部2232固定在第一框架杆111和第二框架杆112上。
在一个可选的实施方式中,第二支撑件222和第三支撑件223的形状大致相同,呈三角形状,其中,第二支撑件222的面积大于第三支撑件223的面积。在本实施方式中,第二支撑件222上设有第二支撑件缺口2221,第三支撑件223上设有第三支撑件缺口2231,以便进一步减少第二支撑件222和第三支撑件223的质量,同时又能确保第二支撑件222和第三支撑件223的强度。
在一个可选的实施方式中,管道固定部包括第一管道固定部2214和第二管道固定部2215,其中,第一管道固定部2214和第二管道固定部2215垂直设置在第一支撑件221相邻的两侧上。
具体的,第一支撑件221上设有第一支撑件通孔2213及第一支撑件缺口2212,框架边角115上设有凸柱1152,凸柱1152的形状及大小与第一支撑件通孔2213的形状及大小相适配,以便第一支撑件221能够通过第一支撑件通孔2213沿着凸柱1152的轴线方向卡接框架边角115上,不仅能够快速将第一支撑件221安装在框架边角115上,同时又能确保第一支撑件221与框架边角115连接的稳定性。在本实施方式中,第一支撑件缺口2212环设在第一支撑件通孔2213的外侧,以便减轻第一支撑件221的质量,进而可以减轻整个主框架10的质量。
在一个可选的实施方式中,管道固定部还包括管道固定孔,具体的,管道固定孔包括设置在第二支撑件222上的第一管道固定孔2223和设置在第三支撑件223上的第二管道固定孔2233。在本实施方式中,支撑管21的数量为四个,四个支撑管穿设在第一管道固定孔2223或第二管道固定孔2233上, 且支撑管21的两端分别固定在第一管道固定部2214和第二管道固定部2215上。
采用以上技术方案后,由于支撑管21安装在主框架10的第二端面上,不仅可以当作主框架10的提手进行使用,方便主框架10的运输及拼接;同时又可以增加主框架10的厚度,确保主框架10立放于水平面时的稳定性。
在一个可选的实施方式中,主框架10上还设有角度调节器14和边锁组件13,以便多个主框架10能够通过角度调节器14与边锁组件13的配合进行拼接。
在一个可选的实施方式中,主框架10上还设有磁铁15,在主框架10拼接过程中,能够起到预定位的作用。
采用以上技术方案后,主框架10的重量大约在5.5KG,而市场上同种规格主框架10的重量在9.5KG,相对市场上的其他主框架而已,本申请中的主框架10能够减重4KG左右,不仅便于安装,而且也方便运输,同时也不增加产品的成本。
在一个可选的实施方式中,还包括锁固组件33,控制盒30沿宽度方向上的两端各设有一个公头安装部,第二端面上设有母座安装部,其中,母座安装部的数量及位置与公头安装部的数量及位置相对应,锁固组件33包括母座332与公头331,公头331安装在公头安装部上,母座332安装在母座安装部上,其中,母座332上设有呈螺旋状的轨迹槽3321,公头331设有与轨迹槽3321配合的锁扣3311,当控制盒30安装在第二端面时,通过旋转公头331使得锁扣3311沿轨迹槽3321运动并卡接在轨迹槽3321中。
具体的,控制盒30呈长方形结构,公头安装部设置在控制盒30的两个窄边的中部,母座安装部的位置与公头安装部的位置相对应。若控制盒30需要维护或更换时,断开LED显示屏幕与控制盒30的信号连接线及电源线后,通过旋转控制盒30上的两个公头331,使得公头331与主框架上的母座332解除连接,即可将控制盒30从主框架上拆卸下来,反之则将控制盒30安装到主框架上,操作方便简单,而且控制盒30的两端中部只设置一个公头331,简化安装操作,同时也确保控制盒30能够通过锁固组件33固定在主框架,安全可靠。
在一个可选的实施方式中,轨迹槽3321具有起始端、连接端和末端,其中,起始端沿母座的轴线方向设置,末端平行于母座332的端面,连接端连接在起始端与末端之间,以便锁扣3311沿轨迹槽3321运动时,能够通过连接端过渡到末端并卡接在末端的位置,确保控制盒30能够稳定固定在主框架10,同时也便于锁扣3311从末端过渡到起始端中,以便控制盒30能够从主框架10拆卸下来。
在一个可选的实施方式中,连接端的延长线与末端延长线的夹角范围为130°-140°,具体的,连接端的延长线与末端延长线的夹角范围为135°,这样不仅可以确保轨迹槽3321的轨迹长度,以保证控制盒30能够稳定固定在主框架10,而且也确保母座332在开设轨迹槽3321后的强度。
在一个可选的实施方式中,连接端与末端的连接处设有卡台3322,以使得锁扣3311能够卡接在末端远离卡台3322的一端与卡台3322之间。
具体的,卡台3322呈半圆状,以便锁扣3311能够快速从卡台3322移动至末端中,而且卡台3322设置在末端靠近起始端的一侧,以确保控制盒30能够稳定固定在主框架10,例如控制盒30与主框架10连接在一起后,控制盒30始终保持着与主框架10相背离的力矩,即锁扣3311始终位于末端与卡台3322之间;当需要拆卸控制盒30时,朝向主框架10按压控制盒30使得锁扣3311能够稍微偏离卡台3322,再旋转公头331使得锁扣3311越过卡台3322并沿着连接端朝向起始端移动,当锁扣3311进入起始端时即可将控制盒30从主框架10中拆卸出来,操作非常简单。
在一个可选的实施方式中,公头331包括锁杆3313和把手3312,其中,把手3312与锁杆3313的一端连接,锁扣3311设置在锁杆3313远离把手3312的一端上。
具体的,公头331还包括固定销3315,把手3312通过固定销3315与锁杆3313可拆卸连接。
采用以上技术方案后,可以根据锁杆3313和把手3312的使用情况选择不同的材质进行成型,例如把手3312始终与用户的双手接触,因此可以选用塑料材料,以减缓用户通过把手3312旋转锁杆3313时所需要的力矩,而锁杆3313则可以选用金属材质成型,提高公头331的使用寿命。
在一个可选的实施方式中,锁杆3313的中部设有旋转台3314,其中,旋转台3314到把手3312端面的最近距离与锁杆3313穿过控制盒30的长度相适配。
具体的,旋转台3314到把手3312端面的最近距离等于或稍微大于公头安装部的深度,当公头331安装在公头安装部时,将锁杆3313用于安装把手3312的一端穿过公头安装部直至旋转台3314与公头安装部的端面抵接,而后将把手3312安装在锁杆3313上并用固定销3315进行固定,使得公头安装部卡接在把手3312与旋转台3314之间,结构简单却实用。
在一个可选的实施方式中,公头安装部设置在控制盒30两端的中部,在公头安装部的两侧分别设有解锁标识和锁定标识,而且解锁标识和锁定标识均处于公头安装部正面最醒目的显示位置,以提醒用户如何选择把手3312的旋转方向,简化控制盒30的拆装难度。
在一个可选的实施方式中,母座安装部内凹设置在主框架10上,在本实施方式中,母座332包括母座固定部和母座锁固部,其中,母座固定部固定在母座安装部的两侧上,母座锁固部安装在母座安装部的内凹处。
具体的,母座安装部内凹处的形状及大小与母座锁固部的形状及大小相适配,轨迹槽3321设置在母座锁固部上,从而也确保母座332能够稳固固定在母座安装部上,进而确保了控制盒30与主框架10连接的稳固性。
在一个可选的实施方式中,控制盒30包括盒体32和电源组件31,其中,盒体包括盖体和底座,盖体上设有开口腔体325,控制系统和信号传输系统安装在腔体325内,底座盖合在腔体的开口处,以保护控制系统和信号传输系统。在本实施方式中,电源组件31包括电源安装件及电源312,电源312安装在电源安装部上,控制系统及信号传输系统与电源312电连接,其中,盖体在背对腔体325开口处的一端面设有电源组件安装槽323,电源组件安装槽323与腔体325连通,电源312通过电源安装件可拆卸安装在电源组件安装槽323中。
采用以上技术方案后,当电源出现故障时,检修人员可以直接从控制盒中将电源312拆卸下来进行维修,不需要将整个控制盒从LED显示屏中拆下来,这样不仅操作简单,而且便捷,节约了大量操作的时间。
在一个可选的实施方式中,电源安装件包括铝基板311,铝基板311的形状及大小与电源组件安装槽323的形状及大小相适配,电源312通过导热硅胶安装在铝基板311上,这样不仅可以将电源312在工作工程中产生的热量通过导热硅胶传递到铝基板311中,再通过铝基板311散发到铝基板311外侧的空气中,从而可以提高电源312的散热效果,有效延长电源312的使用寿命。
在一个可选的实施方式中,铝基板311背对电源312的一端面设有散热件,以便加快电源312的散热效果,有效延长电源312的使用寿命。
具体的,散热件包括开设在铝基板311上至少两条以上相互平行的导流槽3111,以便于增大铝基板311的散热面积。具体的,当电源312处于工作状态时,所述电源312散发出的热量经由铝基板311传递至铝基板311上的导流槽3111中,再通过导流槽3111散发至空气中,同时可以防止一部分热量在传递过程中发散至铝基板311内部,从而提高散热效果。
在一个可选的实施方式中,电源312包括电源本体、电源壳体和AC/DC转接板313,其中,电源本体安装在电源壳体上,电源壳体通过铝基板311安装在电源组件安装槽323中,在本实施方式中,AC/DC转接板313与电源本体电连接,用于降压并整流后向控制系统、信号传输系统及LED显示屏上其他电子元件提供电源。
具体的,铝基板311朝向电源312的一端面设有铝基板安装槽,电源壳体固定在铝基板安装槽。在本实施方式中,电源壳体包括壳体盖体和壳体底座,壳体盖体的横截面呈C字形,可选用板材切割后通过折弯工艺制作而成,生产效率极高、成本相应也较低。
在组装电源壳体的过程中,工人可先将电源本体安装到壳体盖体内,再将壳体底座盖合在壳体盖体中即可,组装效率得到大幅提升。
在一个可选的实施方式中,壳体底座的两端分别设有底座卡槽和底座螺孔,壳体盖体的两端分别设有盖体卡台和盖体通孔,壳体底座与壳体盖体的一端通过盖体卡台与底座卡槽卡接在一起,壳体底座与壳体盖体的另一端通过固定螺丝穿设在盖体通孔后与底座螺孔连接在一起。
在一个可选的实施方式中,盖体32在电源组件安装槽323的位置上设有 多个支撑板324,多个支撑板324交叉设置在电源组件安装槽323的下方。
具体的,考虑到电源312在使用过程中发热的情况,将盖体32设置为大面积的镂空结构,仅在电源组件安装槽323的对角线和中间保留承接电源的支撑板324,以便将控制盒的散热面积做到最大,从而可以增强控制盒的散热的强度。
在一个可选的实施方式中,电源安装件上设有锁固部3111,电源组件安装槽323的一侧设有安装部321,锁固部3111的位置与安装部321的位置相对应。
具体的,锁固部3111为设置在铝基板311的通孔,安装部321为设置在盖体32上的螺孔,以便螺丝可以穿过锁固部3111后与安装部321螺纹连接,不仅便于铝基板311的拆卸,而且也确保铝基板311固定的稳定性。
在一个可选的实施方式中,电源安装件和盖体32的其中一个设有卡口322,电源安装件和盖体32的另一个设有卡台3112,卡台3112与卡口322卡扣连接。
在本实施方式中,卡台3112的数量为两个,两个卡台3112对称设置在铝基板311与锁固部3111相对的一端的两侧上,且卡台3112的形状呈三角形结构,其靠近盖体32的一侧为斜边,以便能够快速将卡台3112插入到盖体32上的卡口322中。
在一个可选的实施方式中,卡口322为盖体32上延伸出凸棱交叉构成,这样不仅可以确保盖体32上镂空结构的最大面积,同时也可以使得卡台3112能够卡接在卡口322中,起到预定位、限位和连接作用。
在一个可选的实施方式中,盒体32为采用铝合金材料制成的盒体,且盒体在安装铝基板311一端面设有上述的导流槽3111,不仅可以确保控制盒整体结构的协调性,同时也可以提高控制盒的散热效果。
采用以上技术方案后,不仅可以解决电源在出现故障时,检修人员可以直接从控制盒中将电源31拆卸下来进行维修,不需要将整个控制盒从LED显示屏中拆下来,操作简单且便捷;而且也能提高控制盒的散热效果,有效延长电源31的使用寿命。
在一个可选的实施方式中,主框架10上设有角度调节器14和锁紧组件 13,其中,角度调节器14和锁紧组件13分别安装在主框架10相对的两条侧边上,以便通过角度调节器13与锁紧组件13来实现两个LED显示屏箱体的多角度拼接,而且拼接过程简单,易操作,不需使用任何工具,效率高。
具体的,角度调节器14包括安装座141和调节块142,锁紧组件13包括固定座132和用于与调节块配合的把手组件131。在本实施方式中,调节块142可转动安装于安装座141内,安装座141安装在主框架10的其中一侧边上;固定座132安装在主框架10与安装座141相对的另一侧边上,把手组件131可转动安装在固定座132上,且固定座132的位置与安装座141的位置相对应。
在一个可选的实施方式中,角度调节器14的数量和锁紧组件13的数量相匹配,分别设置在主框架10相对的两侧边上,当两个主框架10拼接在一起时,其中一个主框架10上的锁紧组件13与另一个主框架10上的角度调节器14连接以完成拼接。在本实施方式中,由于调节块142可转动安装在安装座141上,因此可以通过调整调节块142相对于安装座141的转动角度来实现两个主框架10拼接后的角度,例如以人为中心的弧形状屏、或者呈U型结构的显示屏等等,不仅可以通过角度调节器14来调整两个主框架10形成的角度,而且拼接方便快捷,效果好,具有很好的实用性。
在一个可选的实施方式中,调节块142包括第一侧面、第二侧面、曲面结构和端面结构,其中,第一侧面和第二侧面均呈四分之一圆弧面,第一侧面位于调节块142的其中一侧,第二侧面位于调节块142的另一侧,曲面结构连接在第一侧面与第二侧面的圆弧边上,端面结构连接在第一侧面与第二侧面的其中一直角边上。在本实施方式中,端面结构上设有与把手组件131配合的连接部1422,结构简单却实用。
具体的,把手组件131上设有锁扣部1313,当把手组件131和角度调节器14分别安装在主框架10相对的两侧边时,锁扣部1313和连接部1422的方向刚好朝向框架本体10的外侧,以便两个主框架10拼接在一起时,锁扣部1313能够扣合在连接部1422上,同时又可以通过转动调节块142来调整两个主框架10形成的相对角度。
在一个可选的实施方式中,角度调节器14还包括调节把手143,其中, 安装座141上设有与调节块142形状相适配的活动腔1411,调节块142安装在该活动腔1411内,调节把手143穿过安装座141后与调节块142连接,用于调节调节块142相对于安装座141的转动角度,从而可以通过调节把手143来控制调节块142相对于安装座141的转动角度,例如进行放大或者缩小,以改变两个主框架10所形成的弧度。
采用以上技术方案后,可以通过角度调节器14既可以拼接常规平面显示屏,同时能拼接弧形显示屏,两种兼容,而且拼接方便快捷,效果好;同时,角度调节器14可以通过调节把手143进行控制,方便角度调整,不易松动,具有很好的实用性。
在一个可选的实施方式中,调节把手143包括第一锁杆1432和第一锁把1431,在本实施方式中,曲面结构上设有穿孔1421,安装座上设有调节孔1412,第一锁杆1432的一端穿过调节孔1412后并伸出调节孔1412,另一端穿过穿孔后通过卡环1434固定连接;第一锁把1431安装在第一锁杆1432穿过调节孔1412的一端上,用于调节调节块142在活动腔1411内的位置。
具体的,调节把手143还包括弹性件1433,当第一锁杆1432穿过穿孔1421后,弹性件1433安装在第一锁杆1432上,弹性件1433的一端与卡环1434抵接,另外一端与曲面结构朝向卡环1434的一侧抵接。在本实施方式中,调节孔1412由直径大小不同的两个通孔依次连通,通孔分别为第一通孔和直径小于第一通孔的第二通孔,第一锁杆1432上具有直径与两个通孔匹配的大端和小端,例如大端的直径与第一通孔的直径相适配,小端的直径与第二通孔的直径相适配,以使得大端能够在弹性件1433的作用下卡接在调节孔1412上,且小端能够在弹性件1433的作用下活动于调节孔1412中。
当需要调整调节块142相对于安装座141的角度时,通过拉紧第一锁把1431带动第一锁杆1432向上移动,使得小端能够通过第二通孔从第一个第一通孔向相邻的另一个第一通孔移动,此时弹性件1433处于压缩状态;松开第一锁把1431后,弹性件1433回复并带动大端卡在另一个第一通孔上,从而完成调节块142的角度调节,结构简单却实用。
在本实施方式中,第一通孔的数量为三个,即角度调节器14共有3个档位:-5°、0°和5°,在使用过程中,通过拉紧角度调节器14上的第一锁把 1431,并移动第一锁把1431即可将调节块142切换到不同角度的相应位置。
其中,角度调节器14的档位可根据用户需求进行定制,本申请不做限制。
在一个可选的实施方式中,角度调节器14还包括定位销1444,其中,安装座141的两侧设有销孔1413,定位销144穿过销孔1413后安装在调节块142上,以使得调节块142能够通过定位销144沿着销孔1413转动。
具体的,调节块142设有销钉固定孔1423,定位销144穿过销孔1413后与销钉固定孔1423螺纹连接。
在一个可选的实施方式中,把手组件131包括第二锁杆1312和第二锁把1311,其中,第二锁杆1312包括锁杆本体和转动轴。在本实施方式中,锁杆本体穿设在转动轴中,转动轴通过固定座132安装在主框架10的侧边上;第二锁把1311与锁杆本体固定连接,用于驱动锁杆本体沿转动轴的轴向方向前进或后退。
具体的,锁杆本体沿轴向方向上具有螺旋轴,转动轴上设有与蜗杆轴匹配的螺旋孔,螺旋轴通过第二锁把1311可转动安装在螺旋孔中。
当第二锁把1311带动锁杆本体转动时,由于锁杆本体与转动轴通过螺旋轴与螺旋孔配合连接,因此锁杆本体能够伸出或缩回转动轴中,以便锁杆本体上的锁扣部1313能够与另一个主框架10上的连接部1422连接,进而实现两个主框架10的拼接。
在一个可选的实施方式中,转动轴上具有部分棘轮,第二锁把上设有棘爪,棘爪与棘轮配合用于限制第二锁把1311的旋转方向。
具体的,第二锁把1311包括把手本体、控制件和复位件,棘爪设置在控制件上,复位件的一端与把手本体抵接,另一端与控制件抵接,当棘爪限制第二锁把只能逆时针转动时,第二锁把只有在逆时针方向上才能带动锁杆本体前进或后退,以便锁扣部1313能够与连接部1422连接,并确保锁扣部1313与连接部1422的可靠性;当需要解除第二锁把1311的转动方向时,需要通过按压控制件,使得棘爪与棘轮脱离啮合,从而可以解除锁扣部与连接部的连接,结构简单却实用。
采用以上技术方案后,不仅使得两个主框架10在拼接时,拼接过程简单,易操作,不需使用任何工具,拼接和拆卸快速,效率高,同时占用人工少; 而且也确保两个主框架10弧形连接后连接牢固,不易松动、脱落等。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接。可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接。可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

工业实用性
本申请公开了一种LED显示屏箱体,包括支撑组件、采用轻型材料制作而成的主框架和内置有电源、控制系统和信号传输系统的控制盒,所述主框架包括用于安装显示屏幕的第一端面和与所述第一端面相背对的第二端面,所述控制盒安装在所述第二端面上,所述支撑组件包括支撑管和多个支撑件,所述第二端面的四周边缘上均设有固定部,多个所述支撑件对应安装在所述固定部上,所述支撑件远离所述第二端面的一端设有管道固定部,所述支撑管固定在所述管道固定部上,不仅可以减轻框架结构的质量,而且也确保框架结构的强度。
一种LED显示屏箱体,其特征在于,包括采用轻型材料制作而成的主框架,包括用于安装显示屏幕的第一端面和与所述第一端面相背对的第二端面;支撑组件,包括支撑管和多个支撑件,所述第二端面的四周边缘上均设有固定部,多个所述支撑件对应安装在所述固定部上,所述支撑件远离所述第二端面的一端设有管道固定部,所述支撑管固定在所述管道固定部上;
控制盒,内置有电源、控制系统和信号传输系统,所述控制系统和信号传输系统与所述电源电连接,安装在所述第二端面上。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种LED显示屏箱体,其特征在于,包括:
    采用轻型材料制作而成的主框架,包括用于安装显示屏幕的第一端面和与所述第一端面相背对的第二端面;
    支撑组件,包括支撑管和多个支撑件,所述第二端面的四周边缘上均设有固定部,多个所述支撑件对应安装在所述固定部上,所述支撑件远离所述第二端面的一端设有管道固定部,所述支撑管固定在所述管道固定部上;
    控制盒,内置有电源、控制系统和信号传输系统,所述控制系统和信号传输系统与所述电源电连接,安装在所述第二端面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述主框架包括环设在所述主框架四周的框架杆和设置在所述主框架内侧的支撑杆,所述框架杆与所述支撑杆采用镁合金材料一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述框架杆和/或支撑杆上设有多个用于减轻质量的缺口;和/或,所述框架杆和/或支撑杆在所述缺口的边缘上连接有多个加强筋。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述支撑杆的数量为两个,两个所述支撑杆呈十字型交叉设置在所述主框架的内侧;和/或,所述支撑件包括采用PP塑料注塑成型且具有空心结构的支撑件;和/或,所述支撑管包括采用采用碳纤维材料制成的碳纤管;和/或,所述支撑件包括第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第一支撑件卡接在所述框架杆的边角上,所述第二支撑件安装在所述框架杆的中部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述管道固定部包括第一管道固定部和第二管道固定部,所述第一管道固定部和第二管道固定部垂直设置在所述第一支撑件相邻的两侧上;和/或,所述管道固定部还包括管道固定孔,所述管道固定孔设置在所述第二支撑件上,所述支撑管的数量为四个,四个所述支撑管穿设在所述管道固定孔上,且所述支撑管的两端分别固定在所述第一管道固定部和第二管道固定部上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述控制盒上设有锁固组件,所述包括母座与公头,所述公头安装在所述控制盒上,所述母座安装在所述主框架上;和/或,所述母座上设有呈螺旋状的轨迹槽,所述公头上设有与所述轨迹槽配合的锁扣,所述控制盒安装在所述主框架时,所述锁扣沿所述轨迹槽运动并卡接在所述轨迹槽中;和/或,所述轨迹槽具有起始端、连接端和末端,所述起始端沿所述母座的轴线方向设置,所述末端平行于所述母座的端面,所述连接端连接在所述起始端与末端之间;和/或,所述连接端与所述末端的连接处设有卡台,以使得所述锁扣能够卡接在所述末端远离所述卡台的一端与所述卡台之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述控制盒包括:
    盒体,包括盖体和底座,所述盖体上设有开口腔体,所述控制系统和信号传输系统安装在所述腔体内,所述底座盖合在所述腔体的开口处;
    电源组件,包括电源安装件及电源,所述电源安装在所述电源安装部上,所述控制系统及信号传输系统与所述电源电连接;
    其中,所述盖体在背对所述腔体开口处的一端面设有电源组件安装槽,所述电源组件安装槽与所述腔体连通,所述电源通过电源安装件可拆卸安装在所述电源组件安装槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述电源安装件包括铝基板,所述铝基板的形状及大小与所述安装槽的形状及大小相适配,所述电源通过导热硅胶安装在所述铝基板上;和/或,所述铝基板背对所述电源的一端面设有散热件;和/或,所述散热件包括开设在所述铝基板上至少两条以上相互平行的导流槽。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述盖体在所述电源组件安装槽的位置上设有多个支撑板,多个所述支撑板交叉设置在所述安装槽的下方;和/或,所述电源安装件上设有锁固部,所述安装槽的一侧设有安装部,所述锁固部的位置与所述安装部的位置相对应;和/或,所述电源安装件和所述盖体的其中一个设有卡口,所述电源安装件和所述盖体的另一个设有卡台,所述卡台与所述卡口卡扣连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述主框架上设 有角度调节器和锁紧组件,所述角度调节器和锁紧组件分别安装在所述主框架相对的两条侧边上;和/或,所述角度调节器包括安装座和调节块,所述调节块通过所述安装座安装所述主框架上,所述锁紧组件包括固定座和用于与所述调节块配合的把手组件,所述把手组件通过所述固定座安装在所述主框架上,所述固定座的位置与所述安装座的位置相对应。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述调节块包括:
    第一侧面,位于所述调节块的其中一侧,呈四分之一圆弧面;
    第二侧面,位于所述调节块的另一侧,呈四分之一圆弧面;
    曲面结构,连接在所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面的圆弧边上;
    端面结构,连接在所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面的其中一直角边上,设有与所述把手组件配合的连接部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有与所述调节块相适配的活动腔,所述角度调节器还包括调节把手,所述调节把手穿过所述安装座后与安装在所述活动腔内的调节块连接,用于调节所述调节块相对于所述安装座的转动角度;和/或,所述曲面结构上设有穿孔,所述安装座上设有调节孔,所述调节把手包括第一锁杆和第一锁把,所述第一锁杆的一端穿过所述调节孔后并伸出所述调节孔,另一端穿过所述穿孔后通过卡环固定连接;所述第一锁把安装在所述第一锁杆穿过所述调节孔的一端上,用于调节所述调节块在所述活动腔内的位置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述调节孔由直径大小不同的两个通孔依次连通,所述第一锁杆上具有直径与两个通孔匹配的大端和小端,所述调节把手还包括:
    弹性件,一端与所述卡环抵接,另外一端与所述曲面结构抵接,以使得所述大端能够在所述弹性件的作用下卡接在所述调节孔上,且所述小端能够在所述弹性件的作用下活动于所述调节孔中。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述安装座的两侧设有销孔,所述角度调节器还包括定位销,所述定位销穿过所述销孔后安装在所述调节块上,以使得所述调节块能够通过所述定位销沿着所述销孔转动;和/或,所述把手组件包括第二锁杆和第二锁把,所述第二锁杆包括锁杆 本体和转动轴,所述锁杆本体穿设在所述转动轴中,所述转动轴通过所述固定座安装在所述主框架上;所述第二锁把与所述锁杆本体固定连接,用于驱动所述锁杆本体沿所述转动轴的轴向方向前进或后退。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述锁杆本体沿轴向方向上具有螺旋轴,所述转动轴上设有与所述蜗杆轴匹配的螺旋孔,所述螺旋轴通过所述第二锁把可转动安装在所述螺旋孔中;和/或,所述转动轴上具有部分棘轮,所述第二锁把上设有棘爪,所述棘爪与所述棘轮配合用于限制所述第二锁把的旋转方向;和/或,所述第二锁把上还设有控制件,所述控制件与所述棘爪连接,用于控制所述棘爪与所述棘轮的连接或断开。
