本发明涉及一种远程监控摄像装置。
背景技术
摄像头一般具有视频摄像、传播和静态图像捕捉等基本功能,它是借由镜头采集图像后,由摄像头内的感光组件电路及控制组件对图像进行处理并转换成电脑所能识别的数字信号,摄像头的典型应用就是智能远程化录像监控。
技术问题
现有的远程监控摄像头,其固定支架的左端设置一个安装板,安装板的上下侧均设置有台阶孔,可将台阶孔内穿入螺丝,在墙面对应台阶孔的位置钻出钻孔,并在钻孔内打入螺丝膨胀管,最后将台阶孔内的螺丝旋入膨胀管内,通过螺丝的丝帽压紧台阶孔的内壁,以此稳定了整体远程摄像头的位置,但是,这样的安装方式,后续需要将远程监控摄像头从墙面上拆卸下来检修时,还需要用螺丝刀将螺丝旋入螺丝膨胀管,检修后,还需要将螺丝重新旋入螺丝膨胀管内,不够方便。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是提供一种远程监控摄像装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为达上述目的,本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种远程监控摄像装置,包括监控摄像头本体和固定板,所述监控摄像头本体的一侧装设有插接板,所述固定板内设有插入槽,所述插接板插入插入槽,所述插入槽的一表面至少设有两个台阶孔,所述插接板的两端均设有插入条,所述插入槽的内壁、对应各个插入条的位置均设有卡槽,所述插入条插入卡槽,所述插接板上设有滑孔,所述滑孔内插设有插销,所述插入槽的内壁、对应滑孔的位置设有插槽,所述插销插出滑孔插入插槽。
进一步的,所述插接板为方形板结构,固定板为方形板结构,插入槽为方形凹槽结构。
进一步的,所述插入条的俯视截面为半圆的条状结构,卡槽的俯视截面为半圆的条状凹槽结构。
进一步的,所述插销上套设有弹簧,弹簧的一端连接插销,弹簧的另一端连接插接板。
有益效果
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
第一,握住监控摄像头本体,并向右侧拉动插销,使得插销退入滑孔,弹簧被拉伸,插接板可从插入槽的上端口插入,并且插入条一一对应卡槽的上端口,直至插接板的下端面接触插入槽的内部下端,插销对应插槽,将插销向左侧推动,使得插销插入插槽内,插销插入插槽内时,限制插接板向上脱出插入槽的上端口,通过弹簧的弹性支撑,限制插销脱出插槽,当前后侧的插入条插入卡槽内时,限制插接板向右脱出插入槽,因此稳定了整体监控摄像头在墙面上的位置。
需要检修时,可向右侧拉动插销,使得插销脱出插槽,然后向上拉动监控摄像头本体,使得插接板向上脱出插入槽,插入条向上脱出卡槽,即可将监控摄像头本体从墙面上拆卸下来实施检修,检修完毕后,重复上述动作,再将监控摄像头本体安装在墙面上即可,因此将监控摄像头本体安装到墙面或者从墙面上拆卸下来更加方便。

请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6,一种远程监控摄像装置,包括监控摄像头本体1和固定板3,监控摄像头本体1的一侧装设有插接板2,监控摄像头本体1的左侧焊接连接插接板2的右端中侧,固定板3内设有插入槽4,插入槽4为方形凹槽结构,设置在固定板3的右端,插接板2为方形板结构,固定板3为方形板结构,插入槽4为方形凹槽结构,插接板2插入插入槽4,插接板2的外壁与插入槽4为滑动配合,插入槽4的一表面至少设有两个台阶孔5,台阶孔5的数量可为两个,且竖向均匀设置在插入槽4的内部左端,插接板2的两端均设有插入条6,插接板2的前后端中侧均设置有插入条6,插接板2与插入条6为熔铸一体件,插入槽4的内壁、对应各个插入条6的位置均设有卡槽7,卡槽7设置在插入槽4的内壁前后端面,插入条6的俯视截面为半圆的条状结构,卡槽7的俯视截面为半圆的条状凹槽结构,插入条6插入卡槽7,插入条6的外壁滑动接触卡槽7的内壁,当前后侧的插入条6插入卡槽7内时,限制插接板2向右脱出插入槽4。
参阅图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6,插接板2上设有滑孔8,滑孔8为圆孔结构,设置在插接板2的上侧中部,滑孔8内插设有插销9,滑孔8与插销9为滑动插入配合,配合截面为圆形,插入槽4的内壁、对应滑孔8的位置设有插槽10,插槽10设置在插入槽4的内壁左端上侧中部,插槽10为圆形凹槽结构,当插接板2完全插入插入槽4内时,滑孔8的左端口对应插槽10的右端口,插销9插出滑孔8插入插槽10,插销9与插槽10为滑动插入配合,配合截面为圆形,插销9插入插槽10内时,限制插接板2向上脱出插入槽4的上端口,插销9上套设有弹簧11,弹簧11为拉伸回缩型,弹簧11的初始压缩回弹力为12牛顿,弹簧11的左端焊接连接插接板2的右端,弹簧11的右端焊接连接插销9的右部,弹簧11的一端连接插销9,弹簧11的另一端连接插接板2,通过弹簧11的弹性支撑,限制插销9脱出插槽10。
安装前,各个组件为分开状态,可先将插入槽4内的台阶孔5内分别插入螺丝,在墙面对应台阶孔的位置钻出钻孔,并在钻孔内打入螺丝膨胀管,最后将台阶孔5内的螺丝旋入膨胀管内,通过螺丝的丝帽压紧台阶孔5的内壁,以此稳定了整体远程摄像头的位置,然后握住监控摄像头本体1,并向右侧拉动插销9,使得插销9退入滑孔8,弹簧11被拉伸,插接板2可从插入槽4的上端口插入,并且插入条6一一对应卡槽7的上端口,直至插接板2的下端面接触插入槽4的内部下端,插销9对应插槽10,将插销9向左侧推动,使得插销9插入插槽10内,插销9插入插槽10内时,限制插接板2向上脱出插入槽4的上端口,通过弹簧11的弹性支撑,限制插销9脱出插槽10,当前后侧的插入条6插入卡槽7内时,限制插接板2向右脱出插入槽4,因此稳定了整体监控摄像头在墙面上的位置,需要检修时,可向右侧拉动插销9,使得插销9脱出插槽10,然后向上拉动监控摄像头本体1,使得插接板2向上脱出插入槽4,插入条6向上脱出卡槽7,即可将监控摄像头本体1从墙面上拆卸下来实施检修,检修完毕后,重复上述动作,再将监控摄像头本体1安装在墙面上即可,因此将监控摄像头本体1安装到墙面或者从墙面上拆卸下来更加方便。
