上述方式中,通过将控制板组件200拆分为第一控制板210、第二控制板220以及第三控制板230。且三个控制板可以用于分别独立进行滑动以便于相对壳体架100进行抽出与推进,从而可以独立对各个控制板进行检修,一方面通过抽屉方式与壳体架100进行安装,无需对壳体架100进行整体拆卸,另一方面通过模块化,使得各控制板可以单独检修,无需对 其他组件进行拆卸。且进一步的,通过将控制板组件200与背板300进行分离,并各自模块化设置,从而使得在对背板300进行拆卸时,无需对控制板组件200进行拆卸。
在具体实施例中,第一控制板210、第二控制板220以及第三控制板230与壳体架100之间均还设置有卡扣结构,以便于第一控制板210、第二控制板220以及第三控制板230相对壳体架100推进到极限位置时,第一控制板210、第二控制板220以及第三控制板230相对壳体架100可以进行卡扣连接,不容易发生晃动。
在具体实施例中,控制板210、220和230与架体100之间均还设置有卡扣结构,以便于控制板210相对架体100推进到极限位置时,控制板210相对架体100可以进行卡扣连接,不容易发生晃动。
在具体实施例中,背板300通过插针组件与控制板组件200电连接。具体地,可以是背板300上设置有插针,控制板组件200上对应设置有针槽以进行配合实现电连接。其他实施例中,也可以是控制板组件200设置有插针,背板300设置有针槽进行配合。且具体的,插针与针槽的配合方向与控制板组件200的滑动方向相同。
在具体实施例中,控制板组件200的滑动方向进一步垂直于背板300,因此,在控制板组件200相对架体100进行抽出时,可以直接远离背板300,进而解除插针与针槽的配合关系。
在上述实施例的基础上,壳体还可以包括一用于阻挡控制板组件200从架体100上抽出的阻挡板,阻挡板置于第一侧面上。阻挡板可以相对外壳进行移动以解除对控制板的抽出阻挡,进而便于控制板组件200相对外壳进行抽出。
具体地,阻挡板可以相对外壳进行滑动或者转动或者拆卸,从而使得在外壳在控制板组件200的滑动面上露出一个窗口,从而控制板组件200可以从窗口中进行抽出或者推进,从而相对外壳进行抽出。
在上述结构的基础上,对背板300的拆卸和安装方式说明如下:
在背板300通过螺钉或卡扣的方式与架体100进行连接时:
在进行拆卸时,首先将盖板从壳体上拆出,然后移除侧面上的阻挡板, 拉动推拉板240使控制板组件200从架体100内抽出,此时控制板组件200中的控制板210、220和230移出壳体且与背板300断开连接,随后扭动螺钉或者解除卡扣连接,从而可以解除背板300与架体100的连接关系,将背板300沿垂直于顶板150的方向取出,从而完成拆卸。在一些实施例中没有阻挡板结构的,可以直接省略该步骤的拆卸。
在具体实施例中,螺钉的长度方向可以垂直于顶板150,因此可以直接从垂直于顶板150的方向对背板300与进行拆卸与取出,在具体场景中,由于背板300远离顶板150一侧的周边还可能设置有其他的器件,因此直接从垂直于顶板150的方向对背板300与进行拆卸与取出,可以无需对其他器件进行拆卸,极大的缩减了拆卸流程。
在安装时,安装的步骤与拆卸的步骤相反,也即是最后拆卸的部件先安装,先拆卸的部件最后安装。先将背板300通过螺钉或卡扣的方式固定在架体100,随后将控制板组件200相对架体100进行推进,再将阻挡板固定在壳体上推拉板所在的一侧面上,然后将盖板410装到壳体上。
在背板300通过第一卡槽的方式与架体100进行连接时:
相似的,在进行拆卸时候,首先将盖板410从壳体上拆出,然后移除侧面上的阻挡板,拉动推拉板240使控制板组件200从架体100内抽出,此时控制板组件200中的控制板210、220和230移出壳体且与背板300断开连接,随后直接将背板300从第一卡槽抽出,从而完成拆卸。在一些实施例中没有阻挡板结构的,可以直接省略该步骤的拆卸。
在进行安装时,操作步骤与拆卸的步骤顺序相反。先将背板300推进到第一卡槽中,随后将控制板组件200相对架体100进行推进,使控制板组件200中的各控制板与背板300连接,再将阻挡板固定在壳体上推拉板所在的一侧面上,然后将盖板410固定在壳体上,从而完成背板300的连接。
本实用新型提供的放映机,通过盖板将电子箱模组封设于放映机的壳体内,且电子箱模组的顶板与盖板邻接设置,打开盖板电子箱模组的顶板和背板可露在外面,控制板组件中控制板的一端固设在推拉板上,推拉板贴合设置于架体上且推拉板与壳体的一个侧面邻接设置,在拆卸时可以直 接从壳体的侧面抽出推拉板,抽出推拉板时控制板组件中的控制板从架体中滑出,同时推拉板离开架体与壳体且控制板组件与背板断开连接,从而可以方便地从壳体的另一面将背板取出。即在背板的拆卸过程中,只需要将壳体的盖板拆卸,然后断开与背板连接的控制板,即可快捷地将背板取出。需要拆卸的器件少,拆卸过程简单,使背板可以快速地拆卸与安装,给转接析的检修与定期维护带来了便捷。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种放映机,包括架体、背板、控制板组件和壳体,所述架体置于所述壳体内,所述背板和控制板组件置于所述架体上,其特征在于,所述控制板组件滑动设置于所述架体内,且与所述背板电连接;
    所述控制板组件包括推拉板,所述推拉板贴合设置于所述架体上且与所述背板相对设置,所述推拉板与所述架体分离时,所述控制板组件与所述背板断开连接;
    所述壳体包括第一侧面,所述推拉板邻接于所述第一侧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述架体包括两块侧板与跨接于所述两块侧板上的顶板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述背板位于与所述两块侧板以及所述顶板相邻的侧面上,所述控制板组件的推拉板位于所述两块侧板以及所述顶板相邻的另一侧面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括一盖板,所述架体的顶板与所述盖板相邻设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述背板通过螺钉或者卡扣的方式固定于所述顶板上;
    或者,所述背板通过螺钉或者卡扣的方式固定于所述侧板上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述侧板上设置有滑动方向垂直于所述顶板的第一滑槽,所述背板滑动设置于所述第一滑槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述控制板组件包括至少一块控制板,所述两块侧板和/或所述顶板设置有滑动方向平行于所述顶板的第二滑槽,所述控制板滑动设置在所述第二滑槽上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述控制板固设于所述推拉板上且与所述推拉板垂直设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述背板通过插针组件与所述控制板组件电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括一 用于阻挡所述控制板组件从所述架体上抽出的阻挡板,所述阻挡板置于所述第一侧面上。
