신체 내부에 장착 후 일정 시간이 흐르면 생분해되는 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립은 일측으로부터 분지된 제1레그와 제2레그를 포함하고, 상기 제1레그와 제2레그 사이에 혈관 부위가 놓인 상태에서 상기 제1레그와 제2레그의 자유단이 서로 결합되면 혈관 부위를 압착하여 봉합하되, 상기 제1레그와 제2레그는 시차에 따라 분해되도록 다중 레이어층으로 이루어질 수 있다.

Description

이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립
본 발명은 신체 내부에 장착 후 일정 시간이 흐르면 분해되는 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 결찰술(surgical clipping)은 신체 내부에 병변이 발생한 부위를 외과적 수술로 치료 시 조직 부위를 클립을 이용해 결찰(ligation)시켜 봉합 또는 제거하기 위한 목적에서 시행된다. 따라서, 결찰술은 주로 조직 부위가 융기된 형상일 경우에 효과적이며 예컨대, 치핵이나 각종 용종의 치료 등에서 폭넓게 사용되고 있다.
결찰술은 조직을 바로 절단시켜 제거하는 방식과, 고무밴드나 링 타입의 결찰수단을 이용해 조직의 근권부를 묶어둔 채로 봉합 또는 자연 탈락에 의해 제거하는 방식으로 대별된다.
전자의 절단 방식은 절단 부위에 과다출혈이 발생하거나 회복기간이 장기간 소요되는 등의 부작용이 초래될 수 있어 최근에는 후자의 방식이 주로 시행되고 있으며, 그 대표적인 예로서 등록특허 제10-0548873호의 의료용 밴드 결찰기를 통해서 밴드 타입의 결찰수단 및 이를 조직에 결찰시키는 장치에 관한 구체적인 구성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
원통형 몸체(10)의 내부로 관통공(12)과 선단으로 원주 상에 다수개의 걸림홈을 형성하고, 몸체(10) 외표면으로 다수개의 밴드를 장착하여 실을 걸림홈에 걸어 지지되는 상태로 밴드 밑과 위를 전,후방으로 지그재그 엮고 그 단부를 외부로 안내하여 제어기(5)의 드럼(6)에 권취하여서 드럼(6)을 회전 작동해 실을 인출하면서 밴드를 차례로 전방으로 이동 공급하여 병변부위를 결찰하는 결찰기에 있어서, 상기 걸림홈(a,b,c,d,e...)(a',b',c',d',e'...)은 원주상의 좌우로 대향 형성하고, 상기 실(9)은 양단을 연결한 링 형태로 구성하여서 실(9)의 일측이 좌,우 첫번째 걸림홈(a)(a')에 걸려진 상태로 첫번째 밴드(20)의 밑으로 전방에서 후방으로 이동하고 다시 위로 후방에서 전방으로 이동하여 감싸며 첫번째 밴드(20)를 결속하고, 상기 실(9)은 두번째 밴드(21)의 밑으로 후방에서 전방으로 이동하고, 좌우 각각 두번째 밴드(21)의 위로 후방에서 전방으로 다시 밑으로 후방에서 전방으로 이동하여 감싸면서 그 끝단이 좌우 걸림홈(b,c)(b',c')에 걸려 지지되며 두번째 밴드(21)를 결속하는 형태로 다수개의 밴드를 결속하는 것을 포함하여 구성된다.
그러나 상기와 같은 용도로 사용되는 결착수단은 클립 형태로 다수 개발되어 있으나, 종래의 외과용 클립은 혈관이 불충분하게 결찰되어 혈액의 손실이 생기거나 수술 중 또는 수술 후에 클립이 해체되거나 수술 후 분해되지 않아서 장기에 손상을 일으키는 문제점 등이 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 생분해성 소재의 복수의 레이어 층이 시차에 따라 분해되도록 구성하여 혈관의 절단된 부위를 안정적으로 지혈하도록 유지하면서도 생분해성 고분자 소재로 이루어져 생체 부작용이 발생하지 않게 할 수 있는 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립을 제공하는 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 수단으로서 본 발명은, 일측으로부터 분지된 제1레그와 제2레그를 포함하고, 상기 제1레그와 제2레그 사이에 혈관 부위가 놓인 상태에서 상기 제1레그와 제2레그의 자유단이 서로 결합되면 혈관 부위를 압착하여 봉합하되, 상기 제1레그와 제2레그는 시차에 따라 분해되도록 다중 레이어층으로 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 상기 다중 레이어층은 적어도 1종 이상의 금속층을 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 다중 레이어층은 적어도 1종 이상의 생분해성 고분자층을 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 다중 레이어층은 금속층을 포함하고, 상기 금속층 표면에 적어도 1종 이상의 생분해성 고분자층이 적층되어 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 상기 금속층은 마그네슘 및 이의 합금일 수 있다.
이때, 상기 마그네슘 합금은 아연(Zn), 망간(Mn), 칼슘(Ca), 지르코늄(Zr), 이트륨(Y), 몰리브덴(Mo), 니오븀(Nb), 탄탈륨(Ta), 티타늄(Ti), 스트론튬(Sr), 크롬(Cr), 규소(Si), 인(P), 니켈(Ni) 및 철(Fe)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 생분해성 고분자층은 폴리에테르이미드(polyetherimide; PEI), 폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone; PCL), 키토산(chitosan), 폴리락트산(polylactic acid; PLA), 폴리글리콜산(polyglycolic acid; PGA), 폴리-ε -카프로락톤-락트산 공중합체(PCLA), 폴리-ε -카프로락톤-글리콜산 공중합체(PCGA), 폴리락트산-글리콜산 공중합체(PLGA), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethylene glycol; PEG), 폴리디옥사논(polydioxanone; PDO), 폴리트리메틸렌카보네이트(polytrimethylene carbonate); PTMC), 폴리아미노산(polyamino acid), 폴리안하이드라이드(polyanhydride), 폴리오르쏘에스테르(polyorthoester), 폴리포스파진(polyphosphazene), 폴리이미노카보네이트(polyiminocarbonate), 폴리포스포에스테르(polyphosphoester), 폴리히드록시발레레이트(polyhydroxyvalerate), 이들의 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 다중 레이어층은 결찰 시 상기 금속층이 내측에 위치하고 상기 생분해성 고분자층이 외측에 위치하도록 적층될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 생분해성 고분자층은 상기 금속층의 내측면을 제외한 외측면과 양측면을 감싸도록 적층될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 금속층의 내측면에는 복수개의 돌기부가 형성되고, 상기 생분해성 고분자층은 상기 복수개의 돌기부를 제외하고 상기 금속층의 전면을 감싸도록 적층되되 상기 금속층의 내측면에 적층된 생분해성 고분자층의 두께는 상기 복수개의 돌기부보다 얇게 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 금속층과 상기 생분해성 고분자층 사이에는 불소 코팅층 또는 생체 세라믹층이 형성될 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
(1) 본 발명은 클립이 신체 내부에서 일정시간이 지나면 분해되는 재질의 이종의 다중 레이어층으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 신체 내부에 남아 일으킬 수 있는 문제점을 미연에 방지할 수 있게 된다.
(2) 본 발명은 클립 외측의 생분해성 고분자층이 먼저 분해가 이루어지고 내측의 금속층이 나중에 분해가 이루어지게 되기 때문에 강성도는 유지하면서 결찰 시간을 충분히 확보할 수 있게 된다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 동일 또는 유사한 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 참조부호를 붙였다.

이하에서는 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립(10)을 보다 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립(10)은, 도 1 내지 도 4를 참고하면, 일측으로부터 분지된 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)를 포함한다. 상기 클립(10)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 외력이 전혀 가해지지 않은 상태에서 약 70-90도 사이의 각으로 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)가 구부러져 있는 형태를 가지게 된다.
이때, 도 1을 참고하면, 상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12) 사이에 혈관(1) 부위가 놓인 상태에서 상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)의 자유단이 서로 결합되면 혈관 부위를 압착하여 봉합하게 된다.
이때, 상기 클립(10)은 제1레그(11), 제2레그(12), 그라고 상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)를 연결하는 연결부(13)로 이루어지고, 상기 연결부(13)는 구부러지는 부분으로 상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)가 분지된 부분이다.
이때, 상기 연결부(13)에는 구부러질 때, 잘 구부러질 수 있도록 중공부(13a)가 형성되어 있다.
상기 제1레그(11)의 자유단에는 고리형태로 형성된 제1결합부(11a)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 제2레그(12)의 자유단에는 상기 제1결합부(11a)의 고리형태에 삽입되어 빠지지 않도록 제2결합부(12a)가 형성되어 있다.
이때, 상기 제2결합부(12a)의 양측면에는 결합 시에는 상기 제2결합부(12)가 상기 제1결합부(11a)에 올바른 방향으로 걸리도록 안내하고, 결합 후에는 양쪽 측면으로 벗어나 결찰이 해제되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 가이드(12b)가 각각 형성되어 있다.
상기 제1레그(11) 및 제2레그(12)에는 길이방향에 대하여 수직 방향으로 내측면에 일정 간격을 두고 돌출부(10c)가 형성되어 있다. 상기 돌출부(10c)는 결찰 시, 대상물을 돌출부들이 엇갈려 잡을 수 있도록 조력하게 된다.
상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)는 시차에 따라 분해되도록 다중 레이어층으로 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 상기 다중 레이어층은 금속층(10a)을 포함하고, 상기 금속층(10a) 표면에 적어도 1종 이상의 생분해성 고분자층(10b)이 적층되어 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 도 1을 참고하면, 상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)의 내측면에는 금속층(10a)이, 상기 금속층(10a)의 외측면에는 생분해성 고분자층(10b)이 적층될 수 있다.

따라서, 상기 다중 레이어층은 결찰 시 상기 금속층(10a)이 내측에 위치하고 상기 생분해성 고분자층(10b)이 외측에 위치하도록 적층될 수 있다.
따라서, 상기 클립(10)의 적용 시, 체내의 세포 또는 혈액과 직접 접촉하는 생분해성 고분자층(10b)이 먼저 분해가 시작되고, 이어서 금속층(10a)이 분해가 시간차를 두고 분해가 이루어질 것이다.
상기 클립(10)은 수술 시, 통상 클립 보관함에 들어 있는 상태에서 클립 어플라이어를 통하여 인출하여 수술 시 바로 적용하게 된다.
도 1과 도 2를 참고하면, 상기 클립(10)은 대략 혈관 등을 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12) 사이에 끼울 수 있도록 구부러져 있다. 상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)를 그 상태에서 구부려 서로의 자유단들인 결합부(11a, 12a)를 밀착시키면 상기 제2레그(12)의 결합부(12a)가 상기 제1레그(11)의 결합부(11a) 끝단을 타고 넘어 들어가 고리형 결합부 내측에 걸리게 되어 결찰이 이루어진다. 물론 이때에는 가이드(12b)의 안내에 의해 결찰 시에는 정확한 위치로 안내를 하고, 결찰 후에는 옆으로 빠지지 않도록 안내한다. 상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)는 내측에는 금속층(10a)으로 형성되고, 외측에는 생분해성 고분자층(10b)으로 형성되어 결찰 시의 변형에 대한 강성도는 금속층(11a)이 담당하고, 형태의 유지는 생분해성 고분자층(12a)이 담당하게 된다. 즉 생분해성 고분자층(12a)은 변형에 취약하여 이것 만으로 제작하게 되면 결찰 시 구부러질 때 파손의 위험이 있고, 결찰 후에는 너무 짧은 시간에 분해가 이루어져 결찰을 해야 하는 시기에 분해가 이루어지게 되어 목적을 달성할 수 없게 되기 때문이다.
이때, 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 클립으로서, 제1 레그(11)와 제2 레그(12)의 단부를 연결하여 상호 절곡 되도록 형성된 연결부(13) 부위에 소정의 탄성력을 제공하도록 니켈-티타늄 합금부(미도시)를 형성할 수도 있다. 따라서 클립(10)을 사용하는 경우에 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)를 접합하여 신체조직을 고정하는 경우에 소정의 탄성력과 고정력을 유지할 수 있게 된다.
도 3을 참고하면, 상기 클립(10)에 의해 혈관이 결찰된 상태를 보여준다. 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제1레그(11)와 제2레그(12)의 결합부(11a, 12a)가 결합되어 내측의 금속층(10a)이 혈관(1)을 눌러 결찰하게 되고, 돌출부(10c)에 의해 더욱더 확실하게 파지가 이루어지게 된다.
도 4를 참고하면, 상기 클립(10)이 내측의 금속층(10a)과 외측의 생분해성 고분자층(10b)으로 이루어진 것을 볼 수 있다. 외측의 생분해성 고분자층(10b)이 먼저 분해가 이루어지기 시작하고, 그 다음 금속층(10a)의 분해가 이루어질 것이다. 따라서 금속층(10b)의 분해가 이루어질 때까지 결찰을 요하는 시간에 대하여 충분히 대응이 가능하게 된다.
본 발명에 의한 클립(10)은 구체적으로, 고분자폴리머를 포함하는 고분자층(10b)은 2주 이상 결찰 상태 및 강도 유지를 하는 것이 바람직하고, 안쪽의 금속층(10a)은 12주 이상 결찰 강도를 유지하는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서 이러한 조건들을 바탕으로 고분차층(10b)과 금속층(10a)의 두께 및 조성을 설계할 수 있게 된다. 다만, 고분자층 및 금속층의 결찰 강도 유지 기간은 고분자층의 조성, 두께, 성분비 등에 의하여 필요에 따라 다르게 선택될 수 있다.
한편, 도 5를 참고하면, 본 발명에 의한 클립(10)의 제2실시예가 단면도로 도시되어 있다. 제1실시예와 다른 점은 금속층(10a)과 생분해성 고분자층(10b) 사이에 불소 코팅층(10d)이 형성된 점이다. 상기 클립(10)은 마그네슘 합금층인 금속층(10a) 상부에 불소 코팅층(10d) 또는 생체 세라믹층을 형성시킨 후에 생분해성 고분자층(10b)을 형성시킨 구성을 가질 수 있다.
이때, 상기 생체 세라믹층의 종류는 특별히 한정되는 것은 아니며, 예를 들어, 생체 세라믹 히드록시아파타이트(hydroxyapatite; HA), 폴리-L-락트산(poly-L-lactic acid; PLLA) 등 또는 이들을 모두 포함하는 구성일 수 있다.
이때, 본 발명의 바람직한 예에서, 불소 코팅층(10d)은 마그네슘 합금층(10a) 두께 대비 20 내지 50%의 두께를 가질 수 있으며 더욱 바람직하게는 25 내지 30%의 두께를 가질 수 있다. 이 때, 불소 코팅층(10d)의 두께가 20% 미만인 경우에 소망하는 내부식성 향상 효과와 생분해성 고분자층(10b)과의 계면 접착력 증가 효과가 감소될 수 있고, 불소 코팅층(10d)의 두께가 50% 초과인 경우에는 과도한 두께로 분해 흡수 속도에 지나치게 시간이 소요될 수 있으므로 상기의 범위가 바람직하다.
한편, 도 6과 도 7을 참고하면, 본 발명의 제3실시예에 의한 클립(110)의 정면도가 도시되어 있다. 상기 클립(110)은 제1레그(111), 제2레그(112), 결합부(111a, 112a), 그리고 연결부(113)를 포함하는 것은 전술한 실시예들과 마찬가지이다. 이때 다른 점은 제1, 2 레그(111, 112)의 내측은 금속층(110a)으로 생분해성 고분자층(110b)으로 이루어지되, 은선으로 표시된 바와 같이 금속층(110a)은 측면에서는 외부로 노출되지 않도록 되어 있다. 도 7을 참고하면, 상기 생분해성 고분자층(110b)은 상기 금속층(110a)의 내측면을 제외한 외측면과 양측면을 감싸도록 적층된 상태이다. 따라서 생분해성 고분자층(110b)이 분해가 된 다음, 금속층(110a)의 분해가 진행하도록 되어 전체 분해 속도에 대한 더욱 정확한 시간 계산이 가능하게 된다.
한편, 도 8을 참고하면, 본 발명의 제4실시예에 의한 클립의 단면이 도시되어 있다. 여기서, 금속층(210a)의 돌기부(210c)가 금속층(210a)의 폭보다 작게 형성되어 있고, 생분해성 고분자층(210b)은 금속층(210a)을 감싸도록 적층되며, 금속층(210a)의 내측으로 돌출부(210c)가 형성되기 시작하는 부분까지 감싸도록 적층되어 있다. 이 경우에는 통상 코팅에 의한 방법으로 클립을 제작하게 되는데, 그 외에 금속층(210a)이 들어가는 홈 형태를 생분해성 고분자층(210b)에 형성하고, 그 홈에 금속층(210a)을 박아 클립을 제작할 수도 있게 된다.
한편, 도 9를 참고하면, 본 발명의 제5실시예에 의한 클립의 단면이 도시되어 있다. 이때, 상기 금속층(310a)의 내측면에는 복수개의 돌기부(310c)가 형성되고, 상기 생분해성 고분자층(310b)은 상기 복수개의 돌기부(310c)를 제외하고 상기 금속층(310a)의 전체면을 감싸도록 적층되되 상기 금속층(310a)의 내측면에 적층된 생분해성 고분자층(310b)의 두께는 상기 복수개의 돌기부(310c)보다 얇게 형성될 수 있다. 이 경우에는 돌기부(310c)의 파지 능력을 보존하면서 더욱 정확한 분해속도를 계산할 수 있도록 하는 구조를 제공하게 된다.
이상에서 본 발명의 일 실시예에 대하여 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 본 명세서에 제시되는 실시 예에 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 사상을 이해하는 당업자는 동일한 사상의 범위 내에서, 구성요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제, 추가 등에 의해서 다른 실시 예를 용이하게 제안할 수 있을 것이나, 이 또한 본 발명의 사상범위 내에 든다고 할 것이다.
본 발명은 신체 내부에 병변이 발생한 부위를 외과적 수술로 치료 시 조직 부위를 클립을 이용해 결찰(ligation)시켜 봉합 또는 제거하는데 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 일측으로부터 분지된 제1레그와 제2레그를 포함하고,
    상기 제1레그와 제2레그 사이에 혈관 부위가 놓인 상태에서 상기 제1레그와 제2레그의 자유단이 서로 결합되면 혈관 부위를 압착하여 봉합하되,
    상기 제1레그와 제2레그는 시차에 따라 분해되도록 다중 레이어층으로 이루어진 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 다중 레이어층은 적어도 1종 이상의 금속층을 포함하는 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 다중 레이어층은 적어도 1종 이상의 생분해성 고분자층을 포함하는 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 다중 레이어층은 금속층을 포함하고, 상기 금속층 표면에 적어도 1종 이상의 생분해성 고분자층이 적층되어 이루어진 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 금속층은 마그네슘 및 이의 합금인 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 마그네슘 합금은 아연(Zn), 망간(Mn), 칼슘(Ca), 지르코늄(Zr), 이트륨(Y), 몰리브덴(Mo), 니오븀(Nb), 탄탈륨(Ta), 티타늄(Ti), 스트론튬(Sr), 크롬(Cr), 규소(Si), 인(P), 니켈(Ni) 및 철(Fe)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소를 더 포함하는 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  7. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 생분해성 고분자층은 폴리에테르이미드(polyetherimide; PEI), 폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone; PCL), 키토산(chitosan), 폴리락트산(polylactic acid; PLA), 폴리글리콜산(polyglycolic acid; PGA), 폴리-ε -카프로락톤-락트산 공중합체(PCLA), 폴리-ε -카프로락톤-글리콜산 공중합체(PCGA), 폴리락트산-글리콜산 공중합체(PLGA), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethylene glycol; PEG), 폴리디옥사논(polydioxanone; PDO), 폴리트리메틸렌카보네이트(polytrimethylene carbonate); PTMC), 폴리아미노산(polyamino acid), 폴리안하이드라이드(polyanhydride), 폴리오르쏘에스테르(polyorthoester), 폴리포스파진(polyphosphazene), 폴리이미노카보네이트(polyiminocarbonate), 폴리포스포에스테르(polyphosphoester), 폴리히드록시발레레이트(polyhydroxyvalerate), 이들의 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  8. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 다중 레이어층은 결찰 시 상기 금속층이 내측에 위치하고 상기 생분해성 고분자층이 외측에 위치하도록 적층된 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 생분해성 고분자층은 상기 금속층의 내측면을 제외한 외측면과 양측면을 감싸도록 적층된 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 금속층의 내측면에는 복수개의 돌기부가 형성되고, 상기 생분해성 고분자층은 상기 복수개의 돌기부를 제외하고 상기 금속층의 전면을 감싸도록 적층되되 상기 금속층의 내측면에 적층된 생분해성 고분자층의 두께는 상기 복수개의 돌기부보다 얇게 형성된 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
  11. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 금속층과 상기 생분해성 고분자층 사이에는 불소 코팅층 또는 생체 세라믹층이 형성된 이종의 다중 레이어층 구조를 갖는 수술용 클립.
