- the mandible 20 In the magnetic sleep apnea apparatus of the present invention, the mandible 20 must be attached to the maxillary 10 while moving forward. The operator needs to measure the amount of forward movement of the mandible 20 that is most suitable for the user and apply it to the device. The amount of forward movement can be measured using lateral ceph and computed tomography (CT). In addition, by using a 3D printer, which has been widely used recently, a prototype can be produced to determine whether it is customized to the user.
- CT computed tomography
- the device for preventing sleep apnea may be used when a user combines the upper piece 100 and the lower piece 200 in the oral cavity to the upper and lower teeth, respectively, and sleeps. Since the sleep apnea prevention device maintains a state in which the mandible 20 is moved forward, it is possible to maintain a state in which the normal bone muscle and the biceps muscle are moved forward.
- the upper piece 100 and the lower piece 200 are manufactured using a non-metallic material.
- the upper piece 100 and the lower piece 200 are not corroded and can be kept clean and can be used repeatedly.
- the upper piece 100 and the lower piece 200 may be made of a material such as resin, ceramic, oral silicone, or elastomer resin.
