Abstract
一种连接管组件,其采用金属管道,通过法兰密封或铜环密封组成组件,用于热水器、壁挂炉等与预埋管道接口连接;相比于现有的波纹管等连接方式,该连接管组件密封性更好,且耐高温、防老化,同时,采用的连接管件数量少,可以根据现场需要方便调整组件的长度尺寸,进一步降低了安装成本,使安装、维护更加方便,也可以做到横平竖直,更加美观。
Description
本发明涉及管道连接技术领域,特别涉及一种用于热水器、壁挂炉安装的新型连接管组件。
在室内家装中对热水器、壁挂炉进行安装时,需要将热水器或壁挂炉的冷热水进出水口与室内预埋的管道接口之间进行连接。由于目前市场上各个品牌、型号的热水器(壁挂炉)上的各管接口间距往往不同,并且各管接口与墙壁之间的间距也不同;同时,室内预埋的管道接口位置往往不规范,各管道接口之间的间距、所处的高度及与墙壁之间的距离往往各不相同,给热水器(壁挂炉)在管道连接时造成了很多不便。
目前,热水器(壁挂炉)在安装时,其管路连接结构大多采用波纹管、PPR管、铝塑管或铜管的连接方式。当采用波纹管、PPR管或铝塑管,这些管道容易折弯,但是如果操作不当,管道端部没有保留足够长度的直线段时,管道端部连接处经过长时间工作后容易产生泄露。当采用铜管进行连接时,因为需要采用预埋管道,往往需要改变工人的施工习惯和工艺,安装极不方便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供 一种可成套制
造、使用,安装、连接方便,使用寿命长,维护保养方便,可拓展连接,可适用于各种不同品牌、型号热水器(壁挂炉)的安装,并且管道在室内的安装排布能做到横平竖直,整体设置美观的连接管组件。本发明的连接管组件可以整体由铜合金制造,也可用不锈钢等其它金属材料制造。
本发明的连接管组件,包括第一连接管和第一直角阀,第一连接管与第一直角阀之间通过机械密封连接,连接管组件两自由端分别设置外螺纹和/或活接螺母;第二连接管活接螺母所套设的管道端部,设置密封法兰或套设密封铜环。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件还设置第二连接管,第一直角阀自由端与第二连接管通过机械密封连接。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,第二连接管机械密封连接为活接螺母法兰密封或活接螺母铜环密封。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,还设置第三连接管,第一连接管自由端通过直角弯头与第三连接管连接,直角弯头与第一连接管采用活接螺母法兰密封或活接螺母铜环密封;直角弯头与第三连接管采用活接螺母法兰密封或活接螺母铜环密封。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,第二连接管第三连接管设置折弯,折弯后两端部轴线垂直或不同轴平行。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,第二连接管设置折弯,折弯后两端部轴线垂直或不同轴平行。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,还设置第三弯头,第三弯头呈”Z”字形,第二连接管第三弯头与第一连接管自由端连接,第三弯头与第一连接管采用活接螺母法兰密封或活接螺母铜环密封。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,第三弯头设置两件,两件第三弯头串接后与第一连接管自由端连接。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,第二连接管第三弯头由两件直角弯头连接而成。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,还设置第四弯头,第四弯头呈”Z”字形,第二连接管第四弯头与一端与第一直角阀连接,另一端与第一连接管连接,第四弯头与第一连接管采用活接螺母法兰密封或活接螺母铜环密封,第四弯头与第一直角阀采用活接螺母法兰密封或活接螺母铜环密封。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,第二连接管第四弯头由两件 直角弯头连接而成。
进一步地,本发明的连接管组件,采用活接螺母铜环密封时,与活接螺母套设的管道内表面设置O形密封圈。
技术效果
1)该连接管组件可根据壁挂炉或热水器接口与预埋管道接口之间的实际位置进行调整和安装,可适用于各种不同品牌、型号壁挂炉或热水器的安装,并且可保证各连接管道之间的排布始终呈横平竖直的布置,使整体安装结构美观。
2)该连接管组件各连接管件之间采用活接螺纹或插接方式进行连接,安装操作简单、方便。
3)该连接管组件的各连接管件均可采用模块化的结构设计,方便连接管组件的工业化生产和应用。
4)该连接管组件的各连接管件均采用金属管件,连接密封性好,耐高温、防老化,维护保养及维修更换均比较方便。
5)该连接管组件各连接管件之间可随意组合和裁切,便于其它设备的连接和安装。
6)该连接管组件均采用金属管件,相比于采用波纹管的连接结构,增加了连接管组件的耐压性能,其耐压能力可达到20bar以上,可有效防止爆管现象的发生,连接更加安全可靠。

本实施例的连接管组件,第一连接管1与第一直角阀2连接,第一连接管1与第一直角阀2之间采用铜环密封,管端套设密封铜环5。第一连接端采用铜环密封的一端,可以任意裁切,根据现场需要决 定第一连接管1的长度。第一连接管1自由端设置活接螺母3,第一连接管1自由端设置密封法兰4。第一直角阀2另一端形成连接管组件的一个端头。第一连接管1可以是直管,也可以是折弯管。当连接采用活接螺母3连接时,与活接螺母3连接的管道上需要设置外螺纹10。使用的时候,第一直角阀2可以直接与预埋管道接口11连接,第一连接管1自由端与壁挂炉或热水器连接。连接好以后,整体管道横平竖直,美观度大大提高。同时采用铜管材料,耐用性也会大大提高。

- 根据权利要求10所述的连接管组件,其特征是,所述第四弯头由两件直角弯头连接而成。
- 根据权利要求4到11任一所述的连接管组件,其特征是,采用活接螺母铜环密封时,与活接螺母套设的管道内表面设置O形密封圈。
