技术解决方案

优选的,所述平移面板机构包括第二驱动电机、同步带组件、平移滑块组件、平移导轨组件及平移铝合金面板,所述第二驱动电机与同步带组件相连,所述平移滑块组件与同步带组件相连,所述平移滑块组件与横向安装在纵板上的平移导轨组件活动相连,所述平移滑块组件还通过连接件与平移铝合金面板相连。
优选的,所述幕布升降机构包括第三驱动电机、丝杆、驱动丝杆组件、第一连杆齿轮副、第一齿轮、第二连杆齿轮副、第二齿轮、幕布固定杆、驱动连杆、连接件、从动连杆及底座,所述第三驱动电机分别与丝杆相连,所述第三驱动电机安装在底座上,所述丝杆上活动设置有驱动丝杆组件,所述驱动丝杆组件通过驱动连杆与第一连杆齿轮副一端相连,所述第一连杆齿轮副另一端通过第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,所述第二齿轮安装在第二连杆齿轮 副一端,所述第二连杆齿轮副另一端与幕布固定杆下表面活动相连,所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮均与连接件相连,所述从动连杆与第一连杆齿轮副相连,所述从动连杆两端分别与连接件及底座相连。
优选的,所述幕布卷曲收集机构包括滚筒支撑座、幕布滚筒、幕布导向轴及第四驱动电机,所述滚筒支撑座安装在电视一体机主体内部,两个所述滚筒支撑座之间安装有幕布滚筒及幕布导向轴,所述滚筒支撑座外侧设置有第四驱动电机,两个所述第四驱动电机分别与幕布滚筒两端相连,所述第四驱动电机的转速与幕布升降机构的升降速度相匹配。
优选的,所述接线板分别与电动面板打开机构、幕布升降机构、幕布卷曲收集机构及激光投影显示设备相连,所述接线板上设置有电源接口、网线接口及串口。
优选的,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将幕布升降机构安装在电视一体机主体后端,将电动面板打开机构安装在电视一体机主体上表面的投影通槽内,将幕布卷曲收集机构安装在电视一体机主体内部底部;
步骤二:将幕布顶端与幕布升降机构的幕布固定杆相连,幕布底端绕过幕布卷曲收集机构的幕布导向轴与幕布滚筒相连;
步骤三:将幕布升降机构通过第三驱动电机带动幕布固定杆升起,再将激光投影 显示设备安装在电视一体机主体内部并位于平移铝合金面板的下方;
步骤四:通过第一驱动电机和第二驱动电机的配合,使升降铝合金面板下降,平移铝合金面板平移至升降铝合金面板的上方,调节激光投影显示设备的角度并固定住。
步骤五:将音箱设置在中间腔室内部,并与激光投影显示设备相连接;
步骤六:当看电视时,将幕布升降机构升起,幕布卷曲收集机构配合送卷,电动面板打开机构的升降铝合金面板下降,平移铝合金面板平移至升降铝合金面板的上方,打开激光投影显示设备即可;
步骤七:关闭电视时,关闭激光投影显示设备,幕布升降机构下降,使幕布固定杆正好挡在升降槽内,幕布卷曲收集机构配合收卷,电动面板打开机构的平移铝合金面板回位,升降铝合金面板上升,平移铝合金面板和升降铝合金面板挡住投影通槽,即幕布升降机构收入电视一体机主体内,且电视一体机主体上表面投影通槽和升降槽均为关闭状态。
有益效果
现有技术相比 ,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)将幕布内置到激光电视一体机,方便使用,无需打孔安装幕布。
(2)升降幕布采用连杆加齿轮结构,提高运动位置精度,同时升降高度可精确调节,同时可以上下调节高度位置;可以设置任意位置保存。
(3)内置隐藏式电动面板打开机构及幕布升降机构,使用时遥控升起,不用时候隐藏。
(4)通过本发明可以使幕布升降机构、电动面板打开机构、幕布卷曲收集机构及激光投影机同步开关。
(5)将幕布升降机构、电动面板打开机构、幕布卷曲收集机构及隐藏式激光投影机集成到同一家具内部,体积较小,占用空间小。
(6)箱体中间部分配有透音网板,即可保证激光音响的效果,又能解决散热的问题。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,包括电视一体机主体1、横板2、储物腔3、投影通槽4、电动面板打开机构5、幕布升降机构6、幕 布卷曲收集机构7、幕布8、升降槽9、纵板10、侧腔室11、中间腔室12、中间透音网板13及接线板14,电视一体机主体1内部设置有横板2,电视一体机主体1内部位于横板2下方设置有储物腔3,电视一体机主体1内部设置有电动面板打开机构5、幕布升降机构6及幕布卷曲收集机构7,幕布卷曲收集机构7设置于幕布升降机构6的下方,电视一体机主体1上表面一端开有升降槽9,幕布升降机构6活动设置于升降槽9内,幕布8顶端与幕布升降机构6相连,幕布8 底端与幕布卷曲收集机构7相连,电视一体机主体1上表面中间位置开有投影通槽4,电动面 板打开机构5顶端活动设置于投影通槽4内,电视一体机主体1内部位于横板2上方通过两个对称安装的纵板10分为两个侧腔室11及一个中间腔室12,电视一体机主体1位于中间腔室 12表面上端开有出声槽,中间透音网板13安装在出声槽内,电视一体机主体1一侧设置有接线板14,电视一体机主体1内部上端位于电动面板打开机构5处还设置有激光投影显示设备 15,接线板14分别与电动面板打开机构5、幕布升降机构6、幕布卷曲收集机构7及激光投影 显示设备15相连,接线板14上设置有电源接口16、网线接口17及串口18,其中,串口18是整机的控制接口,可以用于和智能中控对接的接口。
如图5所示,电动面板打开机构5包括升降面板机构51及平移面板机构52。
如图6所示,升降面板机构51包括第一驱动电机511、升降丝杆512、驱动丝杆螺母513、升降导轨组件514及升降铝合金面板515,第一驱动电机511通过升降驱动杆上的伞齿轮与升降丝杆512底部的伞齿轮相连,升降丝杆512上设置有驱动丝杆螺母513,驱动丝杆螺母513安装在纵板10上的升降导轨组件514活动相连,驱动丝杆螺母513还通过连接件与升降铝合金面板515相连。
如图7所示,平移面板机构52包括第二驱动电机521、同步带组件522、平移滑块组件523、平移导轨组件524及平移铝合金面板525,第二驱动电机521与同步带组件522相连,平移滑块组件523与同步带组件522相连,平移滑块组件523与横向安装在纵板10上的平移导轨组件524活动相连,平移滑块组件523还通过连接件与平移铝合金面板525相连。
如图8所示,幕布升降机构6包括第三驱动电机61、丝杆62、驱动丝杆组件63、第一连杆齿轮副64、第一齿轮65、第二连杆齿轮副66、第二齿轮67、幕布固定杆68、驱动连杆69、 连接件610、从动连杆611及底座612,第三驱动电机61分别与丝杆62相连,第三驱动电机61 安装在底座612上,丝杆62上活动设置有驱动丝杆组件63,驱动丝杆组件63通过驱动连杆69 与第一连杆齿轮副64一端相连,第一连杆齿轮副64另一端通过第一齿轮65与第二齿轮67啮 合,第二齿轮67安装在第二连杆齿轮副66一端,第二连杆齿轮副66另一端与幕布固定杆68 下表面活动相连,第一齿轮65和第二齿轮67均与连接件610相连,从动连杆611与第一连杆齿轮副64相连,从动连杆611两端分别与连接件610及底座612相连。
如图9所示,幕布卷曲收集机构7包括滚筒支撑座71、幕布滚筒72、幕布导向轴73及 第四驱动电机74,滚筒支撑座71安装在电视一体机主体1内部,两个滚筒支撑座71之间安装 有幕布滚筒72及幕布导向轴73,滚筒支撑座71外侧设置有第四驱动电机74,两个第四驱动电机74分别与幕布滚筒72两端相连,第四驱动电机74的转速与幕布升降机构6的升降速度相匹配,其中第四驱动电机74也可以采用卷簧,但是选用电机精度更高。
一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将幕布升降机构6安装在电视一体机主体1后端,将电动面板打开机构5安装在电视一体机主体1上表面的投影通槽4内,将幕布卷曲收集机构7安装在电视一体机主体1内部底部;
步骤二:将幕布8顶端与幕布升降机构6的幕布固定杆68相连,幕布8底端绕过幕布卷曲收集机构7的幕布导向轴73与幕布滚筒72相连;
步骤三:将幕布升降机构6通过第三驱动电机61带动幕布固定杆68升起,再将激光投影显示设备15安装在电视一体机主体1内部并位于平移铝合金面板525的下方;
步骤四:通过第一驱动电机511和第二驱动电机521的配合,使升降铝合金面板515下降,平移铝合金面板525平移至升降铝合金面板515的上方,调节激光投影显示设备15的 角度并固定住。
步骤五:将音箱设置在中间腔室12内部,并与激光投影显示设备15相连接;
步骤六:当看电视时,将幕布升降机构6升起,幕布卷曲收集机构7配合送卷,电动面板打开机构5的升降铝合金面板515下降,平移铝合金面板525平移至升降铝合金面板515的上方,打开激光投影显示设备15即可;
步骤七:关闭电视时,关闭激光投影显示设备15,幕布升降机构6下降 ,使幕布固定 杆68正好挡在升降槽9内,幕布卷曲收集机构7配合收卷,电动面板打开机构5的平移铝合金面板525回位,升降铝合金面板515上升,平移铝合金面板525和升降铝合金面板515挡住投 影通槽4,即幕布升降机构6收入电视一体机主体1内,且电视一体机主体1上表面投影通槽4 和升降槽9均为关闭状态,如图10所示。
本发明主要是将激光电视、激光电视一体机以及幕布进行结合;是为了解决激光 电视使用时还需要将幕布安装到墙面,破坏墙面打孔安装的问题;本发明涉及一种电动升降幕布;电动幕布升降结构采用连杆加齿轮驱动结构;幕布可以通过遥控自动升降 ;同时幕布升降可以和激光电视联动。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换 和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 在一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机 ,其特征在于:包括电视一体机主体(1)、横板 (2)、储物腔(3)、投影通槽(4)、电动面板打开机构(5)、幕布升降机构(6)、幕布卷曲收集机构(7)、幕布(8)、升降槽(9)、纵板(10)、侧腔室(11)、中间腔室(12)、中间透音网板(13)、接线板(14)及激光投影显示设备(15) ,所述电视一体机主体(1)内部设置有横板(2),所述电 视一体机主体(1)内部位于横板(2)下方设置有储物腔(3),所述电视一体机主体(1)内部设置有电动面板打开机构(5)、幕布升降机构(6)及幕布卷曲收集机构(7) ,所述幕布卷曲收集机构(7)设置于幕布升降机构(6)的下方,所述电视一体机主体(1)上表面一端开有升降槽(9),所述幕布升降机构(6)活动设置于升降槽(9)内,所述幕布(8)顶端与幕布升降机构(6)相连,所述幕布(8)底端与幕布卷曲收集机构(7)相连,所述电视一体机主体(1)上表面中间位置开有投影通槽(4),所述电动面板打开机构(5)顶端活动设置于投影通槽(4)内,所述电视一体机主体(1)内部位于横板(2)上方通过两个对称安装的纵板(10)分为两个侧腔室(11)及一个中间腔室(12),所述电视一体机主体(1)位于中间腔室(12)表面上端开有出声槽,所述中间透音网板(13)安装在出声槽内,所述电视一体机主体(1)一侧设置有接线板 (14),所述电视一体机主体(1)内部上端位于电动面板打开机构(5)处还设置有激光投影显示设备(15)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,其特征在于:所述电动面 板打开机构(5)包括升降面板机构(51)及平移面板机构(52)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,其特征在于:所述升降面 板机构(51)包括第一驱动电机(511)、升降丝杆(512)、驱动丝杆螺母(513)、升降导轨组件(514)及升降铝合金面板(515),所述第一驱动电机(511)通过升降驱动杆上的伞齿轮与升降丝杆(512)底部的伞齿轮相连,所述升降丝杆(512)上设置有驱动丝杆螺母(513),所述驱动丝杆螺母(513)安装在纵板(10)上的升降导轨组件(514)活动相连,所述驱动丝杆螺母(513)还通过连接件与升降铝合金面板(515)相连。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,其特征在于:所述平移面板机构(52)包括第二驱动电机(521)、同步带组件(522)、平移滑块组件(523)、平移导轨组件(524)及平移铝合金面板(525),所述第二驱动电机(521)与同步带组件(522)相连,所述平移滑块组件(523)与同步带组件(522)相连,所述平移滑块组件(523)与横向安装在纵板 (10)上的平移导轨组件(524)活动相连,所述平移滑块组件(523)还通过连接件与平移铝合金面板(525)相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,其特征在于:所述幕布升 降机构(6)包括第三驱动电机(61)、丝杆(62)、驱动丝杆组件(63)、第一连杆齿轮副(64)、第 一齿轮(65)、第二连杆齿轮副(66)、第二齿轮(67)、幕布固定杆(68)、驱动连杆(69)、连接件(610)、从动连杆(611)及底座(612),所述第三驱动电机(61)分别与丝杆(62)相连,所述第三驱动电机(61)安装在底座(612)上,所述丝杆(62)上活动设置有驱动丝杆组件(63) ,所述驱动丝杆组件(63)通过驱动连杆(69)与第一连杆齿轮副(64)一端相连,所述第一连杆齿轮副(64)另一端通过第一齿轮(65)与第二齿轮(67)啮合,所述第二齿轮(67)安装在第二连杆齿轮副(66)一端,所述第二连杆齿轮副(66)另一端与幕布固定杆(68)下表面活动相连,所述第一齿轮(65)和第二齿轮(67)均与连接件(610)相连,所述从动连杆(611)与第一连杆齿轮副(64)相连,所述从动连杆(611)两端分别与连接件(610)及底座(612)相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,其特征在于:所述幕布卷 曲收集机构(7) 包括滚筒支撑座(71)、幕布滚筒 (72)、幕布导向轴(73) 及第四驱动电机(74),所述滚筒支撑座(71)安装在电视一体机主体(1)内部,两个所述滚筒支撑座(71)之间安装有幕布滚筒(72)及幕布导向轴(73),所述滚筒支撑座(71)外侧设置有第四驱动电机(74),两个所述第四驱动电机(74)分别与幕布滚筒(72)两端相连,所述第四驱动电机(74)的转速与幕布升降机构(6)的升降速度相匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,其特征在于:所述接线板(14)分别与电动面板打开机构(5)、幕布升降机构(6)、幕布卷曲收集机构(7)及激光投影显示设备(15)相连,所述接线板(14)上设置有电源接口(16)、网线接口(17)及串口(18)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可卷曲隐藏式激光电视一体机,其特征在于:其使用方法 包括以下步骤:步骤一:将幕布升降机构(6)安装在电视一体机主体(1)后端,将电动面板打开机构(5) 安装在电视一体机主体(1)上表面的投影通槽(4)内,将幕布卷曲收集机构(7)安装在电视一体机主体(1)内部底部;步骤二:将幕布(8)顶端与幕布升降机构(6)的幕布固定杆(68)相连,幕布(8)底端绕过 幕布卷曲收集机构(7)的幕布导向轴(73)与幕布滚筒(72)相连;步骤三:将幕布升降机构(6)通过第三驱动电机(61)带动幕布固定杆(68)升起,再将激 光投影显示设备(15)安装在电视一体机主体(1)内部并位于平移铝合金面板(525)的下方;步骤四:通过第一驱动电 机(511) 和第二驱动电机(521)的配合,使升降铝合金面板(515)下降,平移铝合金面板(525)平移至升降铝合金面板(515)的上方,调节激光投影显示设备(15)的角度并固定住。步骤五:将音箱设置在中间腔室(12)内部,并与激光投影显示设备(15)相连接;步骤六:当看电视时 ,将幕布升降机构(6)升起,幕布卷曲收集机构(7)配合送卷,电动面板打开机构(5)的升降铝合金面板(515)下降,平移铝合金面板(525)平移至升降铝合金 面板(515)的上方,打开激光投影显示设备(15)即可;步骤七:关闭电视时,关闭激光投影显示设备(15),幕布升降机构(6)下降,使幕布固定 杆(68)正好挡在升降槽(9)内,幕布卷曲收集机构(7)配合收卷,电动面板打开机构(5)的平 移铝合金面板(525)回位,升降铝合金面板(515)上升,平移铝合金面板(525)和升降铝合金 面板(515)挡住投影通槽(4) ,即幕布升降机构(6)收入电视一体机主体(1)内,且电视一体 机主体(1)上表面投影通槽(4)和升降槽(9)均为关闭状态。
