本发明涉及一种遮阳伞,具体涉及一种太阳能遮阳伞。
背景技术
遮阳伞作为一种户外休闲用具,广泛用于广场、海滩、公园及庭院等休闲场所,为人们提供了舒适的乘凉空间。现有的遮阳伞一般都包括伞面、中棒以及伞帽,所述伞面设置在中棒与伞帽之间,所述中棒上设有用于支撑伞面的骨架,所述骨架与中棒铰接。市场上现有的遮阳伞只具有遮阳挡雨的功能,功能比较单一,目前也出现了功能多的遮阳伞。
经查,现有专利号为CN201720181734.3的中国专利《一种遮阳伞》,包括伞面、中棒以及伞帽,所述伞面设置在中棒与伞帽之间,所述中棒上设有用于支撑伞面的骨架,所述骨架与中棒铰接,所述伞面上设有柔性薄膜太阳能板,所述中棒上设有充电装置与照明装置,所述柔性薄膜太阳能板的输出端连接的充电装置的输入端,所述充电装置的输出端与照明装置连接,所述电装置上还设置有用于给电子设备充电的连接端。这种遮阳伞增加了照明功能,其照明装置设置在中棒上,但是连接结构比较复杂,拆装你不方便,而且照明装置是固定的,位于下伞巢的下方,位置过低,照明范围小且照明效果也不够理想。
还有,专利号为CN201820049294的中国专利《一种新型太阳能遮阳伞》,这种新型太阳能遮阳伞,包括防水顶盖、柔性太阳能膜、隔热伞布、折叠伞骨、活动伞杆、固定伞杆、底座和锁紧旋钮,所述活动伞杆为中间凸起、内部中空结构,活动伞杆顶端与防水顶盖螺纹连接,活动伞杆上端侧面设有电线孔,活动伞杆位于电线孔下方套接有折叠伞骨,活动伞杆上部设有若干个插槽和若干个USB接口,所述插槽可挂插有USB风扇和LED灯,活动伞杆下部套接在固定伞杆内侧,隔热伞布内侧安装在折叠伞骨上,隔热伞布外侧与柔性太阳能膜内侧搭扣连接。该太阳能遮阳伞具有照明和风扇的功能,但是其结构比较复杂,需要增设活动伞杆,且USB风扇和LED灯是挂插在活动伞杆的插槽上,这种结构的LED灯需要经常插拔,使用不是很方便,且稳定性和照明范围也不够理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种结构简单合理、拆装 方便、且使用方便的太阳能遮阳伞。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种太阳能遮阳伞,包括伞杆、上伞巢、下伞巢和供电系统,其特征在于:所述供电系统包括电池组件和外接太阳能板组件,电池组件和外接太阳能板组件安装在上伞巢的顶端,外接太阳能板组件上的太阳能电池板通过快接接口的方式与电池组件的输入端可拆卸连接,下伞巢的下端面安装有LED灯组件,伞杆上、下伞巢的上方设有与电池组件的输出端电性连接的DC接口,下伞巢的上端设有与DC接口配合插接的DC接头,DC接头与LED灯组件电性连接,当伞面打开时,下伞巢上移、DC接头与DC接口相插接,供电系统与LED灯组件相连接形成照明回路。
进一步,所述上伞巢的上端设有用于安装电池组件的固定底座,固定底座通过连接件固定在上伞巢的顶部位置,电池组件包括电池壳体以及设置在电池壳体内的电池、电池弹片和PCB线路板,其中电池壳体为方形或长方形或圆形,电池壳体是由上盖和下盖对合而成,下盖通过螺钉固定在固定底座上,下盖的上端凹设有供电池置入的电池槽,电池槽的前后两侧设有供电池弹片置入的插槽,上盖对合罩盖在下盖上,上盖的前后两侧设有与电池弹片相抵的铜螺母,上盖的顶部设有第一太阳能电池板。所述电池可为任何合适的形状,优选为圆柱形、方形,纽扣形以及软包电池。
再改进,所述外接太阳能板组件为二组,分别设置在电池壳体的左右两侧,外接太阳能板组件包括支架和第二太阳能电池板,支架的宽度与电池壳体一致,支架的内侧前后两端凸设有与电池壳体的前后两侧相连接的连接片,连接片上开设有与上盖的铜螺母相对应的连接孔,支架通过连接片与电池壳插接到位,通过螺丝拧入连接片的连接孔、与铜螺母连接固定,支架上设有电池板盖,第二太阳能电池板设置在电池板盖上通过快接接口与电池组件可拆卸连接。

作为改进,所述连接套杆的下端与下伞巢之间设有一固定座,固定座包括固定座上盖和固定座下盖,其中固定座上盖设置在连接套杆的下端,DC接口设置在固定座上盖上;下伞巢是由下伞巢上盖和下伞巢下盖对合而成,固定座下盖固定设置在下伞巢上盖上,DC接头凸设在固定座下盖上与DC接口相对应。
再改进,所述LED灯组件包括LED灯上盖、LED灯下盖、散热片、LED灯板和灯罩,LED灯上盖、LED灯下盖、散热片、LED灯板和灯罩均为与下伞巢的底部相配合的圆形,通过连接件与下伞巢固定,在LED灯上盖、LED灯下盖之间的腔体内设有用于控制LED灯的控制线路板。
最后,所述侧柱伞还包括底座、支撑杆,支撑杆上设有可上下滑动的把手,把手上设有横杆与中伞巢相连接,支撑杆的顶部活动地设有连杆,连杆的另一端与横杆的中部相铰接,在支撑杆中下部位置安装有LED灯遥控器,LED灯遥控器包括内盖、外盖和控制PCB板,其中内盖固定在支撑杆的侧部,控制PCB板设置在内盖与外盖之间,外盖的中部设有供按键伸出的按键孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:设置外接太阳能板组件,接收的太阳能更多,且外接太阳能板组件的太阳能电池板通过快接接口的方式与电池组件的输入端连接,使得太阳能电池板安装拆卸非常方便;LED灯安装在下伞巢的下端面,电池组件的输出端与下伞巢通过DC快接接口相连接,这样伞面的打开或收拢的同时,就能实现LED灯的打开或关闭,不仅操作方便,且照明范围广;中棒上设置LED遥控器,能无线控制LED灯的熄灭、点亮、调光。本发明结构简单紧凑合理,太阳能电池板拆装更换方便,电池组件与LED灯组件通过开伞与收伞实现连接与断开,操作方便,且LED灯安装在下伞巢的下端面上,不仅安装稳定可靠,且照明范围可以更广。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~9所示,一种太阳能遮阳伞,该伞为中柱伞,包括中棒9、上伞巢3、下伞巢7、长伞骨4、短伞骨5、摇把组件8以及供电系统,其中供电系统包括电池组件2和外接太阳能板组件1,上伞巢3固定在中棒9的顶端,下伞巢7可活动地设置在中棒9上,长伞骨4的上端安装在上伞巢3上,短伞骨5的下端安装在下伞巢7上,短伞骨5的上端与长伞骨4的中部相铰接。电池组件2和外接太阳能板组件1安装在上伞巢3的顶端,下伞巢7的下端面安装有LED灯组件10,外接太阳能板组件1上的第二太阳能电池板1.3通过快接接口的方式与电池组件2的输入端可拆卸连接,快接接口可以采用插接、卡接或者螺纹连接接头等等来实现,具体结构为:上伞巢3的上端设有用于安装电池组件2的固定底座28,固定底座28通过连接件29固定在上伞巢3的顶部位置,电池组件2包括电池壳体以及设置在电池壳体内的电池23、电池弹片24和PCB线路板25,其中电池可为任何合适的形状,优选为圆柱形、方形,纽扣形以及软包电池,电池壳体为方形或长方形或者圆形,电池壳体是由上盖21和下盖22对合而成,下盖22通过螺钉固定在固定底座28上,下盖22的上端凹设有供电池23置入的电池槽,电池弹片24分为与电池23正极和负极相对应的二片,电池槽的前后两侧设有供电池弹片24置入的插槽,上盖21对合罩盖在下盖22上,上盖21的前后两侧分别设有4个连接孔211,铜螺母27安装在连接孔211内与电池弹片24相抵,上盖21的顶部设有第一太阳能电池板26。外接太阳能板组件1为二组,分别左右对称设置在电池组件2的左右两侧,外接太阳能板组件1包括支架1.1和第二太阳能电池板1.3,支架1.1的宽度与电池壳体一致,支架1.1的内侧前后两端凸设有与电池壳体的前后两侧相连接的连接片1.11,连接片1.11上开设有与上盖21的铜螺母27相对应的二个连接孔1.12,支架1.1通过连接 片1.11与电池壳体插接到位,通过手拧螺丝1.4拧入连接片1.11的连接孔1.12、与铜螺母27连接固定,支架1上设有电池板盖1.2,第二太阳能电池板1.3设置在电池板盖1.2上与电池组件1的第一太阳能电池板26相齐平,第二太阳能电池板1.3通过快接接口1.5与电池组件2可拆卸连接。
中棒9上下伞巢7的上方设有与电池组件1的输出端电性连接的DC接口63,下伞巢7的上端设有与连接接口配合插接的DC接头73,DC接头73与LED灯组件10电性连接,当伞面打开时,下伞巢7上移、DC接头73与中棒9上的DC接口63相插接,实现电池组件2与LED灯组件10相连接,且LED灯组件10的照明面积等于伞面的覆盖面积;具体结构为:在中棒9上下伞巢的上方设有一固定座6,固定座6是由固定座上盖61和固定座下盖62对合而成,其中固定座上盖61套设在中棒9上通过铆钉64固定,DC接口63设置在固定座上盖61的下口内。下伞巢7是由下伞巢上盖71和下伞巢下盖72对合而成,DC接头73凸设在下伞巢上盖71上与DC接口63相对应,当伞面打开时,下伞巢7上移时,DC接头73与DC接口63对接,实现照明系统与供电系统的导通。LED灯组件10包括依次安装在下伞巢7底部的散热片102、LED灯板101和灯罩103,散热片102、LED灯板101和灯罩103均为与下伞巢7的底部相配合的圆环形,通过连接件与下伞巢7固定,在下伞巢上盖71和下伞巢下盖72之间的腔体内设有用于控制LED灯的控制线路板104。中棒9的中部设有摇把组件8,摇把组件8包括摇把81和摇把盖,其中摇把盖是由左盖82和右盖83组成,左盖82和右盖83对合固定在中棒9上,摇把81安装在左盖82和右盖82之间,摇把8的结构与现有技术一致,具体的结构原理不多说明,在摇把盖内的中棒9上安装有LED灯遥控器11,其中左盖82上开设有供LED灯遥控器11的按键111伸出的按键孔821,按键111为三挡,分别控制LED灯的熄灭、点亮和调光。
使用时,摇动摇把81,使得下伞巢7往上移动,伞面打开,伞面打开到位时,下伞巢7上的固定座下盖62与下伞巢上盖71对接,DC接头73与DC接口63对应插接,电源导通,此时通过操作LED灯遥控器11的按键111就可以控制LED灯的熄灭、点亮和调光,伞面打开后,LED灯的发射角度到地面的照射面积等于伞面的面积;收伞时,反方向摇动摇把81,下伞巢7往下移动,DC接头73与DC接口63分开,照明系统关闭,同时实现伞面100收拢。
实施例2
如图10~13所示,与实施例1的区别在于本实施例的太阳能遮阳伞为侧柱伞,伞杆为伸缩杆,包括底座、支撑杆11、上伞巢3、下伞巢7、中伞巢20、长伞骨4、短伞骨5、第二短伞骨51、把手60、横杆40、连杆90以及电池组件2和外接太阳能板组件1,
上伞巢3固定在伞杆的顶端,下伞巢7可活动地设置在伞杆的底端,伞杆外套设有 一中伞巢20,长伞骨4的上端安装在中伞巢20上,短伞骨5的下端安装在下伞巢7上,短伞骨5的上端与长伞骨4的中部相铰接,上伞巢3上安装有第二短伞骨51,第二短伞骨51的中间部位铰接有连接杆52,连接杆52的下端与长伞骨4相铰接,中伞巢20的下端设有连接套杆70套设在伞杆外,电池组件2和外接太阳能板组件1安装在上伞巢3的顶端,其结构与安装方式与实施例1相同。连接套杆70的下端与下伞巢7之间设有一固定座80,固定座80包括固定座上盖801和固定座下盖802,其中固定座上盖801设置在连接套杆70的下端,DC接口803设置在固定座上盖801上。固定座下盖802固定设置在下伞巢7上端,DC接头804凸设在固定座下盖802上与DC接口803相对应插接。LED灯组件10包括LED灯上盖10.1、LED灯下盖10.2、散热片10.3、LED灯板10.4和灯罩10.5,LED灯上盖10.1、LED灯下盖10.2、散热片10.3、LED灯板10.4和灯罩10.5均为与下伞巢7的底部相配合的圆形,通过连接件与下伞巢7固定,在LED灯上盖10.1、LED灯下盖10.2之间的腔体内设有用于控制LED灯的控制线路板10.6。把手60可上下滑动的安装在支撑杆30上部,横杆40的一端与把手60相铰接连接,另一端与中伞巢20相连接,支撑杆30的顶部活动地设有连杆90,连杆90的另一端与横杆40的中部相铰接,把手60的结构与现有技术一致,具体的结构原理不多说明,这样通过上下滑动把手60就可实现伞面的打开与收拢。在支撑杆30中下部位置安装有LED灯遥控器11,LED灯遥控器11包括内盖11.1、外盖11.2和控制PCB板11.3,其中内盖11.1固定在支撑杆30的侧部,控制PCB板11.3设置在内盖11.1与外盖11.2之间,外盖11.2的中部设有供按键111伸出的按键孔,按键111为三挡,分别控制LED灯的熄灭、点亮和调光。
使用时,上推动把手60,使得中伞巢20往下移动,伞面打开,打开到位时,下伞巢7上的固定座下盖802与固定座上盖801对接,DC接头804与DC接口803对应插接,电源导通,此时通过操作LED灯遥控器11的按键111就可以控制LED灯的熄灭、点亮和调光,伞面打开后,LED灯的发射角度到地面的照射面积等于伞面的面积;收伞时,向下拉动把手60,DC接头804与DC接口803分开,照明系统关闭,同时实现伞面100收拢。

  1. 一种太阳能遮阳伞,包括伞杆、上伞巢、下伞巢和供电系统,其特征在于:所述供电系统包括电池组件和外接太阳能板组件,电池组件和外接太阳能板组件安装在上伞巢的顶端,外接太阳能板组件上的太阳能电池板通过快接接口的方式与电池组件的输入端可拆卸连接,下伞巢的下端面安装有LED灯组件,伞杆上、下伞巢的上方设有与电池组件的输出端电性连接的DC接口,下伞巢的上端设有与DC接口配合插接的DC接头,DC接头与LED灯组件电性连接,当伞面打开时,下伞巢上移、DC接头与DC接口相插接,供电系统与LED灯组件相连接形成照明回路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述上伞巢的上端设有用于安装电池组件的固定底座,固定底座通过连接件固定在上伞巢的顶部位置,电池组件包括电池壳体以及设置在电池壳体内的电池、电池弹片和PCB线路板,其中电池壳体为方形或长方形或圆形,电池壳体是由上盖和下盖对合而成,下盖通过螺钉固定在固定底座上,下盖的上端凹设有供电池置入的电池槽,电池槽的前后两侧设有供电池弹片置入的插槽,上盖对合罩盖在下盖上,上盖的前后两侧设有与电池弹片相抵的铜螺母,上盖的顶部设有第一太阳能电池板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的太阳能遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述外接太阳能板组件为二组,分别设置在电池壳体的左右两侧,外接太阳能板组件包括支架和第二太阳能电池板,支架的宽度与电池壳体一致,支架的内侧前后两端凸设有与电池壳体的前后两侧相连接的连接片,连接片上开设有与上盖的铜螺母相对应的连接孔,支架通过连接片与电池壳插接到位,通过螺丝拧入连接片的连接孔、与铜螺母连接固定,支架上设有电池板盖,第二太阳能电池板设置在电池板盖上通过快接接口与电池组件可拆卸连接。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的太阳能遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述LED灯组件包括依次安装在下伞巢底部的散热片、LED灯板和灯罩,散热片、LED灯板和灯罩均为与下伞巢的底部相配合的圆环形,通过连接件与下伞巢固定,在下伞巢上盖和下伞巢下盖之间的腔体内设有用于控制LED灯的控制线路板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的太阳能遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述中棒的中部设有摇把组件,摇把组件包括摇把和摇把盖,其中摇把盖是由左盖和右盖组成,左盖和右盖对合 固定在中棒上,摇把安装在左盖和右盖之间,在摇把盖内的中棒上安装有LED灯遥控器,其中左盖上开设有供LED灯遥控器的按键伸出的按键孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的太阳能遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述太阳能遮阳伞为侧柱伞,伞杆为伸缩杆,上伞巢固定在伞杆的顶端,下伞巢可活动地设置在伞杆的底端,伞杆外套设有一中伞巢,长伞骨的上端铰接地安装在中伞巢上,短伞骨的下端铰接地安装在下伞巢上,短伞骨的上端与长伞骨的中部相铰接,上伞巢上安装有第二短伞骨,第二短伞骨的中间部位铰接有连接杆,连接杆的下端与长伞骨相铰接,中伞巢的下端设有连接套杆套设在伞杆外。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的太阳能遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述连接套杆的下端与下伞巢之间设有一固定座,固定座包括固定座上盖和固定座下盖,其中固定座上盖设置在连接套杆的下端,DC接口设置在固定座上盖上;下伞巢是由下伞巢上盖和下伞巢下盖对合而成,固定座下盖固定设置在下伞巢上盖上,DC接头凸设在固定座下盖上与DC接口相对应。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的太阳能遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述LED灯组件包括LED灯上盖、LED灯下盖、散热片、LED灯板和灯罩,LED灯上盖、LED灯下盖、散热片、LED灯板和灯罩均为与下伞巢的底部相配合的圆形,通过连接件与下伞巢固定,在LED灯上盖、LED灯下盖之间的腔体内设有用于控制LED灯的控制线路板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的太阳能遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述侧柱伞还包括底座、支撑杆,支撑杆上设有可上下滑动的把手,把手上设有横杆与中伞巢相连接,支撑杆的顶部活动地设有连杆,连杆的另一端与横杆的中部相铰接,在支撑杆中下部位置安装有LED灯遥控器,LED灯遥控器包括内盖、外盖和控制PCB板,其中内盖固定在支撑杆的侧部,控制PCB板设置在内盖与外盖之间,外盖的中部设有供按键伸出的按键孔。
