伞巢4包括伞巢座42和伞巢盖41,伞巢盖41对合盖设在伞巢座42上与伞帽接头 3相连接,伞巢盖41上设有四个沉孔412,伞巢座42内设有对应的四个连接柱422,通过四个固定螺丝60将伞巢盖41对合固定在伞巢座42上,线路板5设置在伞巢座42内,线路板5上设有四个固定通孔53,伞巢座42内设有对应的固定孔421,通过螺钉70将线路板5固定在伞巢座42内;伞帽接头3的底面中部凸设有与DC接口8的安装槽31相贯通的中空的螺牙33,伞巢盖41的上端面中部开设有对应的内牙411,DC插头51凸设在线路板5的上端面上,当伞帽接头3与伞巢盖41连接后,DC接口8与线路板5上的DC插头51正好对接;伞巢座42固定在中棒9上,中棒9上设有开关孔91,控制开关10嵌置在中棒9的开关孔9处,控制开关10的开关线102穿过中棒9从中棒9顶部穿出通过开关接插口101与线路板5相连接,伞巢座42上铰接有伞架,照明系统包括多个安装在伞架上的灯条,伞架内设有若干个灯条接插口20,线路板5的底部设有一固定座52,灯条接插口20以及开关接插口101穿过伞巢座42与线路板5的固定座52相连接。
使用时,通过控制开关10就可控制灯条进行照明,由于伞帽盖1可方便开合,便于电池的更换。
实施例2
如图7所示,本实施例的遮阳伞为侧柱伞,与实施例1的区别在于其伞巢4固定在上节90的顶部,控制开关10设置在伞架上,控制开关10的开关线102穿过伞架内孔与线路板5相连接,当伞帽A与伞巢盖41连接后,此时DC接口8与线路板5的DC插头51对接,完成回路系统,通过控制开关10,可以控制灯条的开关。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:包括伞帽本体以及设置在伞帽本体上的供电系统,伞帽本体包括上往下依次设置的伞帽盖、伞帽座和伞帽接头,伞帽盖可转动开合地设置在伞帽座上,伞帽接头固定设置在伞帽座的下方,伞帽接头的下端与伞巢相连接,供电系统包括太阳能板和电池,其中电池安装在伞帽座内,太阳能板设置在伞帽盖的上端面与电池电性连接,在伞帽接头内设有DC接口,伞巢内设有与遮阳伞的照明系统和控制开关相连接的线路板,线路板上设有与DC接口相连接的DC插头,供电系统通过DC接口与DC插头的配合与照明系统相连接形成照明回路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述伞帽盖的上端面上凹设有一卡槽,太阳能板胶合在卡槽内固定,伞帽座的上端后侧凸设有一连接座,连接座上开设有贯穿的连接孔,伞帽盖的后端设有与连接座对应的左右连接耳,连接耳上开设有与连接孔对应的销孔,通过连接销将伞帽盖的后端与伞帽座转动连接,伞帽盖的前侧底部设有卡扣,伞帽座的前端设有对应的卡口,伞帽盖通过连接销可转动地安装在伞帽座上,并通过卡扣与卡口的配合与伞帽座固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述伞帽座的上端面中部凹设有一电池槽,电池设置在电池槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述伞帽接头的中部设有供DC接口置入的安装槽,DC接口设置在安装槽中,安装槽的下端通过止滑垫圈和螺母将DC接口锁紧固定在伞帽接头内,伞帽接头的上端设有与伞帽座的下端面相贴合的贴合面,在贴合面上开设若干贯穿沉孔,伞帽座的底部设有对应的通孔,通过螺钉穿过贯穿沉孔拧入伞帽座上的通孔中固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述伞巢包括伞巢座和伞巢盖,伞巢盖对合盖设在伞巢座上与伞帽接头相连接,线路板设置在伞巢座内,当伞帽接头与伞巢盖连接后,伞帽接头内的DC接口正好与线路板上的DC插头相对接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述伞帽接头的底面中部凸设有与DC接口的安装槽相贯通的中空的螺牙,伞巢盖的上端面中部开设有对应的内牙,DC插头凸设在线路板的上端面上,当伞帽接头与伞巢盖连接后,DC接口与线路板的DC插头正好对接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述伞巢座上铰接有伞架,照明系统包括多个安装在伞架上的灯条,伞架内设有若干个灯条接插口,线路板的底部设有一固定座,灯条接插口以及开关接插口穿过伞巢座与固定座相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5~7任一权利要求所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述线路板 上设有若干个固定通孔,伞巢座内设有对应的固定孔,通过螺钉将线路板固定在伞巢座内。
  9. 根据权利要求5~7任一权利要求所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述伞巢盖上设有若干沉孔,伞巢座内设有对应的连接柱,通过固定螺丝将伞巢盖对合固定在伞巢座上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7任一权利要求所述的太阳伞伞帽,其特征在于:所述遮阳伞为中柱伞或侧柱伞,当遮阳伞为中柱伞时,伞巢固定在上节的顶部,控制开关设置在中棒上,控制开关的开关线穿过中棒从中棒顶部穿出与线路板相连接;当遮阳伞为侧柱伞时,伞巢固定在连接棒的顶部,控制开关设置在伞架上,控制开关的开关线穿过伞架内孔与线路板相连接。
