优选方案之二,所述遮阳伞为吊伞,壳体通过连接件与下伞盘连接,连接件为与壳体的中心孔相对应的圆柱形结构,连接件的上端为缩径的外螺纹柱,下伞盘的下端设有对应的内螺纹孔,连接件通过螺纹连接的方式与下伞盘连接固定,在连接件的外螺纹柱的下端凸设有连接环,连接环上设有与太阳能电池板的输出端电性连接的连接接口,左半壳体和右半壳体的的上端内壁上成型有与连接环对应的环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设有与连接接口配合的导电接口,壳体套设在连接件外,通过环形凹槽与连接环的配合与下伞盘固定连接,通过导电接口与连接接口的配合实现太阳能输入电池供电。
进一步,所述左半壳体内设有供电池和喇叭置入的定位凹腔,左半壳体的外侧面设有蓝牙音响开关以及控制照明灯和LED灯条的照明开关,电池、喇叭、照明灯、LED灯条、蓝牙音响开关和照明开关分别通过导电插针或/和接线与线路板电性连接,构成照明控制回路和带蓝牙音响电路。
再进一步,所述照明灯为二个半圆弧形的LED灯,分别设置在左半灯壳和右半灯壳内,左半壳体和右半壳体的对合面上分别设有对应的插头和导电插座,插头和导电插座通过接线与下伞盘线路板相连接,使LED灯通过导电插座和插头与下伞盘线路板电性连接。
再进一步,所述蓝牙音响开关的上方还设有USB接口和micro接口。
最后,所述壳体的外侧设有透声罩和防水罩。所述壳体为中空的筒形结构,优选是圆筒形结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:蓝牙音响组件集蓝牙音响与照明为一体,安装在下伞盘的下端面,大大增加了伞的功能;遮阳伞的上伞盘的上方设有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板的输出端与蓝牙音响内的电池的连接方式为导电接口连接,拆装非常方 便,电池供给产品自身和通过插接件给伞骨LED灯条供电;设置蓝牙音响开关以及照明开关,照明开关控制照明灯和伞骨上LED灯条,实现产品照明和伞骨LED灯条照明切换的功能。本发明结构简单紧凑合理,操作方便,兼具有蓝牙音响与照明功能,具有很强的实用性,可用于直伞户外伞和吊伞户外伞上,既可单独使用,又可作为户外伞配件使用。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1~8所示,一种用于遮阳伞的蓝牙音响组件,本实施例的遮阳伞为直立伞,包括伞杆1和上伞盘2、下伞盘3和伞骨4,伞骨4上安装有LED灯条8,通常长伞骨41和短伞骨42都可以内置有LED灯条8,分别与上伞盘2中的电路板和下伞盘3中的电路板实现电连接,如图4、5,上伞盘2的上端安装有太阳能电池板5,上伞盘2中安装有上伞盘电路板21,上伞盘电路板21中间设置有DC接口22,DC接口22向上伸出上伞盘2与太阳能电池板5电连接,并且,长伞骨41内的LED灯条8有电源线通过插头81和上伞盘电路板22上的插座实现电连接,同理,下伞盘3中安装有下伞盘电路板3a,短伞骨42内的LED灯条8有电源线通过插头82和下伞盘电路板3a上的插座33实现电连接,下伞盘电路板3a通过伞杆1内接线和顶部的太阳能电池板5实现相互电连接。
蓝牙音响组件6包括中空的圆筒形的壳体6a,壳体6a可拆卸地安装在遮阳伞的下 伞盘3的下端,壳体6a内置有电池63、喇叭64等主要部件,壳体6a下端设有内置有照明灯的灯壳,壳体6a内设有导电接口67与太阳能电池板5的输出端电性连接,导电接口67的另一端与电池63的输入端电性连接,蓝牙音响组件6上设有蓝牙音响开关30以及控制照明灯和伞骨上LED灯条8的照明开关40。
具体结构为:如图6~8,壳体6a包括对合连接的左半壳体61和右半壳体62,左半壳体61和右半壳体62对合后形成供伞杆1穿置的圆形的中心孔,伞杆1穿过壳体的中心孔、与下伞盘3和上伞盘2连接固定,通常上伞盘2是固定在伞杆1的顶部,而下伞盘3是滑动设置在伞杆1上。灯壳也对应地分为左半灯壳611和右半灯壳621,分别一体设置在左半壳体61和右半壳体62的下端,左半壳体61和右半壳体62的一端通过铰链65旋转连接,另一端通过磁吸66固定形成圆筒形结构。下伞盘3的下端凸设有一连接环31,连接环31上设有太阳能电池板5的输出端电性连接的连接接口32,左半壳体61和右半壳体62的上端内壁上成型有与连接环31对应的环形凹槽60,环形凹槽60内设有与连接接口32配合的导电接口67,壳体通过环形凹槽60与连接环31的配合与下伞盘3固定连接,通过导电接口67与连接接口32的配合实现太阳能电源输入电池63供电。左半壳体61内设有供电池63和喇叭64置入的定位凹腔,左半壳体61的外侧面设有蓝牙音响开关30以及控制照明灯和LED灯条的照明开关40,电池63、喇叭64、照明灯、LED灯条、蓝牙音响开关30和照明开关40分别通过导电插针组件68和接线与下伞盘3的下伞盘线路板3a电性连接,构成照明控制回路和带蓝牙音响电路,这些电路是常规技术。照明灯为二个半圆弧形的LED灯,分别设置在左半灯壳611和右半灯壳621内,左半壳体61和右半壳体62的对合面上分别设有对应的插头612和导电插座622,插头612和导电插座622通过接线先与导电接口67连通,再通过连接接口32
与下伞盘线路板3a相连接,这样使LED灯通过导电插座622和插头612和下伞盘电路板3a相电连接,构成照明控制回路一部分。在蓝牙音响开关30的上方还设有USB接口10和micro接口20,方便对手机、笔记本电脑等进行充电,也可利用外界电源对电池63充电。在壳体的外侧还设有透声罩612和防水罩613。
安装时,先将左壳体61和右壳体62分开,使环形凹槽60对准下伞盘3的连接环31卡入,并且使导电接口67与连接接口32对准,然后将将左壳体61和右壳体62合拢,通过磁吸66对合固定,即完成安装。
使用时,通过蓝牙音响开关30可以放音乐,通过照明开关40可以实现照明灯和伞骨LED灯条照明的切换。
实施例2
如图9~11所示,一种用于遮阳伞的蓝牙音响组件,与实施例1的区别在于:本实 施例的遮阳伞为吊伞,包括上伞盘2、下伞盘33和伞骨4,伞骨4上安装有LED灯条8,上伞盘2的上端安装有太阳能电池板5,蓝牙音响组件6的结构与实施例1一致,蓝牙音响组件6的壳体通过连接件7与下伞盘33连接,连接件7为与壳体的中心孔相对应的圆柱形结构,连接件7的上端为缩径的外螺纹柱71,下伞盘33的下端设有对应的内螺纹孔,连接件7通过螺纹连接的方式与下伞盘33连接固定,在连接件7的外螺纹柱71的下端凸设有连接环72,连接环72上设有与太阳能电池板5的输出端电性连接的连接接口73,左半壳体61和右半壳体62的的上端内壁上成型有与连接环73对应的环形凹槽60,环形凹槽60内设有与连接接口73配合的导电接口67,壳体套设在连接件7外,通过环形凹槽60与连接环72的配合与下伞盘33固定连接,通过导电接口67与连接接口73的配合实现太阳能电源输入电池63供电,其他结构与实施例1一致。
安装时,先将左壳体61和右壳体62分开,将连接件7插入左壳体61和右壳体62中,使环形凹槽60对准连接件7的连接环72卡入,并且使导电接口67与连接接口73对准,然后将将左壳体61和右壳体62合拢,通过磁吸66对合固定形成圆筒形结构,再将连接件7上端的外螺纹柱71拧入下伞盘33的螺纹孔中,即完成安装。
使用时,通过蓝牙音响开关30可以放音乐,通过照明开关40可以实现照明灯和伞骨LED灯条照明的切换。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种用于遮阳伞的蓝牙音响组件,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体内置有电池、喇叭,壳体下端设有内置有照明灯的灯壳,壳体可拆卸地安装在遮阳伞的下伞盘的下端,遮阳伞的伞骨上安装有LED灯条,遮阳伞的上伞盘的上端安装有太阳能电池板,壳体内设有导电接口与太阳能电池板的输出端电性连接,导电接口的另一端与电池的输入端电性连接,蓝牙音响组件上设有蓝牙音响开关以及控制照明灯和LED灯条的照明开关。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蓝牙音响组件,其特征在于:所述壳体包括对合连接的左半壳体和右半壳体,左半壳体和右半壳体对合后形成供伞杆穿置的中心孔,灯壳分为左半灯壳和右半灯壳,分别一体设置在左半壳体和右半壳体的下端,左半壳体和右半壳体的一端通过铰链旋转连接,另一端通过磁吸固定,形成与壳体对应的结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的蓝牙音响组件,其特征在于:所述遮阳伞为直立伞,伞杆穿过壳体的中心孔、与下伞盘和上伞盘连接固定,下伞盘的下端凸设有一连接环,连接环上设有太阳能电池板的输出端电性连接的连接接口,左半壳体和右半壳体的上端内壁上成型有与连接环对应的环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设有与连接接口配合的导电接口,壳体通过环形凹槽与连接环的配合与下伞盘固定连接,通过导电接口与连接接口的配合实现太阳能输入为电池供电。
- 根据权利要求2所述的蓝牙音响组件,其特征在于:所述遮阳伞为吊伞,壳体通过连接件与下伞盘连接,连接件为与壳体的中心孔相对应的圆柱形结构,连接件的上端为缩径的外螺纹柱,下伞盘的下端设有对应的内螺纹孔,连接件通过螺纹连接的方式与下伞盘连接固定,在连接件的外螺纹柱的下端凸设有连接环,连接环上设有与太阳能电池板的输出端电性连接的连接接口,左半壳体和右半壳体的的上端内壁上成型有与连接环对应的环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设有与连接接口配合的导电接口,壳体套设在连接件外,通过环形凹槽与连接环的配合与下伞盘固定连接,通过导电接口与连接接口的配合实现太阳能输入为电池供电。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的蓝牙音响组件,其特征在于:所述左半壳体内设有供电池和喇叭置入的定位凹腔,左半壳体的外侧面设有蓝牙音响开关以及控制照明灯和LED灯条的照明开关,电池、喇叭、照明灯、LED灯条、蓝牙音响开关和照明开关分别通过导电插针组件或/和接线与下伞盘线路板电性连接,构成照明控制回路和带蓝牙音响电路。
- 根据权利要求5所述的蓝牙音响组件,其特征在于:所述照明灯为二个半圆弧形的LED灯,分别设置在左半灯壳和右半灯壳内,左半壳体和右半壳体的对合面上分 别设有对应的插头和导电插座,插头和导电插座通过接线与下伞盘线路板相连接,使LED灯通过导电插座和插头与下伞盘线路板电性连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的蓝牙音响组件,其特征在于:所述蓝牙音响开关的上方还设有USB接口和micro接口。
- 根据权利要求7所述的蓝牙音响组件,其特征在于:所述壳体的外侧设有透声罩和防水罩。
- 根据权利要求1~4任意一个所述的蓝牙音响组件,其特征在于:所述壳体为中空的筒形结构。
