Description

一种冲泡腔及具有该冲泡腔的咖啡机
本申请要求于2019年10月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910958683.4、发明名称为“一种冲泡腔及具有该冲泡腔的咖啡机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及咖啡制作技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种冲泡腔。此外,本发明还涉及一种包括上述冲泡腔的咖啡机。
背景技术
人们把电子技术应用到咖啡制作上,实现了磨粉、压粉、装粉、冲泡、清除残渣等酿制咖啡全过程的自动控制,即创造了咖啡机。
在一种现有的咖啡机中,咖啡粉的挤压和咖啡渣的排出是通过一个活塞系统来实现的,该系统包含左、右支架、清洗喷嘴、活塞组合、活塞套、前盖组合、齿轮、蜗杆、驱动蜗轮、活塞套行程开关、无粉行程开关等众多结构部件。
但是,现有的咖啡机的在冲泡时冲泡腔内的压力会降低,冲泡效果不好,并且由于冲泡腔室内的密封性较差,在冲泡过程中容易造成漏液,导致冲泡腔中的咖啡不能全部由咖啡出口排出。
综上所述,如何增加冲泡腔内的压力且防止冲泡咖啡时漏液,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种冲泡腔,利用该冲泡腔冲泡咖啡时可以在冲泡腔内形成较大压力,且该冲泡腔的密封性较好,不会在冲泡咖啡时漏液。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述冲泡腔的咖啡机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种冲泡腔,包括用于可转动的设置于冲泡组件下方的冲泡腔壳体,所述冲泡腔壳体内设有用于冲泡咖啡的冲泡腔室,所述冲泡腔壳体上设有用于供冲泡组件进入所述冲泡腔室、以对所述冲泡腔室内的咖啡粉压紧且对咖啡产生冲泡压力的冲泡腔开口,所述冲泡腔室的底部设有内径小于所述冲泡腔室内径的凹槽,所述凹槽的侧壁上设有咖啡出口,所述咖啡出口与外部贯通连接;
所述凹槽的底部设有轴线与所述冲泡腔室轴线一致的通孔,所述通孔的内壁上设有咖啡密封圈,所述凹槽的上端面上固定安装压力密封出水件,所述压力密封出水件上设有与所述咖啡出口连通的咖啡出孔,所述压力密封出水件的上方设有用于过滤咖啡的过滤部;
所述过滤部上设有第一滑动孔,所述压力密封出水件上设有第二密封滑动孔,所述咖啡密封圈上设有第三密封滑动孔,所述第一滑动孔、所述第二密封滑动孔、所述第三密封滑动孔内设置有可沿所述通孔轴向滑动的排料部;所述排料部至少与所述第三密封滑动孔密封滑动连接。
优选地,所述冲泡腔开口设置在所述冲泡腔壳体上部,所述通孔的内壁上设有径向向内凸起的第二密封件固定位,所述咖啡密封圈为工字形密封圈,所述工字形密封圈夹装于所述第二密封件固定位的顶面和底面。
优选地,所述过滤部上设有第一螺孔,所述压力密封出水件上设有第二螺孔,所述凹槽的上端面设有第三螺孔,所述过滤部及所述压力密封出水件通过螺栓依次穿过所述第一螺孔、所述第二螺孔、所述第三螺孔固定于所述凹槽的上端面上。
优选地,所述排料部包括排料推杆和设置于所述排料推杆上端设置有排料件,所述排料推杆至少与所述第二密封滑动孔、所述第三密封滑动孔密封滑动连接。
优选地,所述过滤部为金属过滤网或塑料过滤网,所述压力密封出水件为硅胶件或橡胶件,所述咖啡密封圈为硅胶件或橡胶件。
优选地,所述咖啡出孔设置于所述第二密封滑动孔的一侧,或所述咖啡出孔设置在所述第二密封滑动孔上。
一种咖啡机,包括壳体及设置于所述壳体内的上述任意一项所述的冲 泡腔。
优选地,所述冲泡组件包括可上下移动的设置于所述壳体内的冲泡头,所述冲泡腔壳体可转动的设置于所述冲泡头的下方,所述冲泡头的直径与所述冲泡腔开口的直径相匹配;
所述冲泡头与用于带动所述冲泡头移动的第一动力部连接,所述冲泡腔壳体与用于驱动所述冲泡腔壳体旋转的第二动力部连接;
当冲泡咖啡时,所述第二动力部带动所述冲泡腔壳体旋转以使所述冲泡腔开口与所述冲泡头相对,所述冲泡头在所述第一动力部带动下向下移动伸入所述冲泡腔壳体内实现密封,以对所述冲泡腔壳体内的咖啡粉压紧且对咖啡产生冲泡压力;
当排出咖啡渣时,所述第二动力部带动所述冲泡腔壳体反转以使所述排料部与所述冲泡头相对,所述冲泡头在所述第一动力部带动下向下移动推动所述排料部向下移动,以使所述排料部推动所述冲泡腔室内的咖啡渣从所述冲泡腔开口排出。
优选地,所述排料部的排料推杆下部固定连接有压板,所述压板通过弹性件与所述冲泡腔壳体的外壁连接,所述弹性件的一端抵接于所述通孔的下端面,另一端抵接于所述压板,所述排料件通过所述弹性件贴合于所述过滤部的上部,所述冲泡头向下推动所述压板以带动所述排料件下移排出咖啡渣,所述弹性件用于带动完成排渣后的所述压板恢复至原始位置。
优选地,所述弹性件为复位弹簧,所述排料推杆的下端穿过所述复位弹簧的中间孔连接于所述压板。
优选地,所述第一动力部包括第一电机以及与所述第一电机的转轴连接的、呈凸形的驱动曲杆,所述驱动曲杆顶部的摆动部通过摆杆与所述冲泡头的顶部转动连接,以使所述冲泡头沿设置于所述壳体内的直线通道移动;
或,所述第一电机的转轴与所述冲泡头的顶部之间通过螺杆旋转连接驱动,以使所述冲泡头沿设置于所述壳体内的直线通道移动,所述冲泡头通过微动开关驱动位,控制所述冲泡头上下移动距离,所述冲泡头上设有进水接头或凸块,所述冲泡支架上设有与所述螺杆长度方向一致的、且与 所述进水接头或者凸块匹配滑动的滑动槽。
优选地,所述壳体上设置有用于限制所述驱动曲杆转动的限位块所述限位块设置于所述驱动曲杆的一侧的转动轨迹上,以防止进水时所述冲泡头在所述冲泡腔壳体内的热水作用下上移或摆动。
优选地,所述限位块上用于与所述摆动部接触的曲杆阻挡部的宽度至少为所述摆动部的宽度的一半。
优选地,所述冲泡头上设置有贯穿所述冲泡头轴向的换气管,所述换气管的下方设置有可随所述冲泡腔壳体内的热水浮动的蒸汽浮力阀,当所述冲泡腔壳体内水蒸气从所述换气管排出后,所述蒸汽浮力阀随所述冲泡腔壳体内的热水上浮堵住所述换气管。
优选地,所述压板为开口朝向于所述排料推杆所在方向的弧形压板,所述弧形压板的表面上设置有若干用于所述冲泡头接触的压板转动轴。
优选地,所述过滤部通过扣位、螺丝或强压固定连接于所述冲泡腔壳体下部。
优选地,所述第二动力部包括设置于定位支架上的第二电机以及与所述第二电机的转轴通过齿轮部耦合传动的出液管,所述出液管与所述冲泡腔壳体固定连接,且设置于所述冲泡腔壳体的轴线上。
本发明提供的一种冲泡腔,包括用于可转动的设置于冲泡组件下方的冲泡腔壳体,冲泡腔壳体内设有用于冲泡咖啡的冲泡腔室,冲泡腔壳体上设有用于供冲泡组件进入冲泡腔室、以对冲泡腔室内的咖啡粉压紧且对咖啡产生冲泡压力的冲泡腔开口,冲泡腔室的底部设有内径小于冲泡腔室内径的凹槽,凹槽的侧壁上设有咖啡出口,咖啡出口与外部贯通连接;
凹槽的底部设有轴线与冲泡腔室轴线一致的通孔,通孔的内壁上设有咖啡密封圈,凹槽的上端面上固定安装压力密封出水件,压力密封出水件上设有与咖啡出口连通的咖啡出孔,压力密封出水件的上方设有用于过滤咖啡的过滤部;
过滤部上设有第一滑动孔,压力密封出水件上设有第二密封滑动孔,咖啡密封圈上设有第三密封滑动孔,第一滑动孔、第二密封滑动孔、第三密封滑动孔内设置有可沿通孔轴向滑动的排料部;排料部至少与第三密封 滑动孔密封滑动连接。
冲泡腔室内用于冲泡咖啡,在冲泡咖啡时,冲泡组件沿冲泡腔开口进入冲泡腔室内以对冲泡腔室内的咖啡粉压紧且对咖啡产生冲泡压力,从而完成冲泡。在冲泡过程中,冲泡腔室内的压力会增大,冲泡后的咖啡会沿过滤部向下通过压力密封件上的咖啡出孔排出。
在本发明所提供的冲泡腔壳体的底部设有凹槽,凹槽的底部设有通孔,通孔内设有咖啡密封圈,咖啡密封圈内密封滑动连接有可沿通孔轴向滑动的排料部,而通孔与冲泡腔室的轴线一致,则排料部可沿冲泡腔室的轴线运动,以在冲泡完毕后排料部可将冲泡腔室内剩余的咖啡渣排出,以为下一次冲泡做准备。
第一滑动孔、第二密封滑动孔、第三密封滑动孔内设置有可沿通孔轴向滑动的排料部,排料部同时穿过第一滑动孔、第二密封滑动孔、第三密封滑动孔,在冲泡咖啡时,冲泡腔室内只有咖啡出孔与咖啡出口连通,而咖啡出口与外界连通,在排料部至少与第三密封滑动孔密封滑动连接时,凹槽底部的通孔被堵住,从而防止在冲泡咖啡时漏液;此外,由于压力密封出水件固定设置于凹槽的上端面,不会随着排料部的运动而运动,从而防止了压力密封出水件的磨损,以提升在冲泡咖啡时冲泡腔室的内部压力。
本发明还提供了一种咖啡机,该咖啡机的壳体内设有上述冲泡腔,可以提升冲泡过程中冲泡腔室内的压力,并且在冲泡过程中不会漏液。

其中,排料部可以在第一滑动孔3.4、第二密封滑动孔301、第三密封滑动孔470内上下滑动,以完成压紧咖啡粉、排渣等操作,且排料部至少与第三密封滑动孔470密封滑动连接,通过密封连接,能够避免咖啡粉或者咖啡液体外泄,同时,第一滑动孔3.4、第二密封滑动孔301、第三密封滑动孔470可以设置在同一纵向轴线上,可以方便排料部滑动,保证排料部滑动时的稳定性,不会发生偏移,咖啡液体可以通过与外部贯通连接的咖啡出口4.72流向外部,以供用户饮用。
冲泡腔室401内用于冲泡咖啡,在冲泡咖啡时,冲泡组件沿冲泡腔开口402进入冲泡腔室401内以对冲泡腔室401内的咖啡粉压紧且对咖啡产生冲泡压力,从而完成冲泡。在冲泡过程中,冲泡腔室401内的压力会增大,冲泡后的咖啡会沿过滤部3.2向下通过压力密封出水件3.3上的咖啡出孔302排出。
在本发明所提供的冲泡腔壳体4的底部设有凹槽490,凹槽490的底部设有通孔460,通孔460内设有咖啡密封圈4.6,咖啡密封圈4.6内密封滑动连接有可沿通孔460轴向滑动的排料部,而通孔460与冲泡腔室401的轴线一致,则排料部可沿冲泡腔室401的轴线运动,以在冲泡完毕后排料部可将冲泡腔室401内剩余的咖啡渣排出,以为下一次冲泡做准备。
冲泡腔开口402设置在冲泡腔壳体4上部,由于冲泡腔壳体4可转动,当需要冲泡咖啡时,转动至冲泡腔开口402对准冲泡组件进行冲泡,当冲泡完毕后,转动至排料部对准冲泡组件,冲泡组件推动排料部排出咖啡渣。
第一滑动孔3.4、第二密封滑动孔301、第三密封滑动孔470内设置有可沿通孔460轴向滑动的排料部,排料部同时穿过第一滑动孔3.4、第二密封滑动孔301、第三密封滑动孔470,在冲泡咖啡时,冲泡腔室401内只有咖啡出孔302与咖啡出口4.72连通,而咖啡出口4.72与外界连通,在排料 部至少与第三密封滑动孔470密封滑动连接时,凹槽490底部的通孔460被堵住,从而防止在冲泡咖啡时漏液;此外,由于压力密封出水件3.3固定设置于凹槽490的上端面,不会随着排料部的运动而运动,从而防止了压力密封出水件3.3的磨损,以提升在冲泡咖啡时冲泡腔室401的内部压力。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,通孔460的内壁上设有径向向内凸起的密封件固定位,咖啡密封圈4.6为工字形密封圈,工字形密封圈夹装于密封件固定位的顶面和底面。需要说明的是,第二密封件固定位呈环形,沿通孔460的内壁径向向内延伸,形成固定环。工字形密封圈包括顶面环、底面环及连接于顶面环和底面环的中间筒,顶面环和底面环的内径一致,且与中间筒的直径一致,中间筒的中间通孔为第三密封滑动孔470,顶面环设置于中间筒的上端面,底面环设置于中间筒的底面,在侧面呈工字形。中间筒的外径与第二密封件固定位的内径相匹配,在中间筒安装于密封件固定位中后,顶面环贴合于密封件固定位的顶面,底面环贴合于密封件固定位的底面。本实施例所提供的工字形密封圈密封性更好,进一步防止了咖啡从通孔460漏出。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,排料部包括排料推杆3和设置于排料推杆3上端设置有排料件,排料推杆3至少与第三密封滑动孔470密封滑动连接。需要说明的是,排料件可以为排料板3.1或支架或螺旋架,排料板3.1可以为板面具有通孔的孔板,排料件与冲泡腔室401的内壁之间可以设置预设距离,防止排料件在进行排料工作时摩擦冲泡腔室401的内壁。排料件贴近过滤部3.2的上部,以放置咖啡渣。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,过滤部3.2为金属过滤网或塑料过滤网,压力密封出水件3.3为硅胶件或橡胶件,咖啡密封圈4.6为硅胶件或橡胶件。需要说明的是,第一滑动孔3.4不需要保证密封,因而可以采用硬度更大,寿命更长的金属件,或者可以采用成本较低、质量较小的塑料件,而第二密封滑动孔301、第三密封滑动孔470需要实现密封,因而需要选用具有一定弹性的硅胶件或橡胶件。并且压力密封出水件3.3可以采用硅胶或者橡胶材料,密封性较好,且性质稳定,不易被腐蚀。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,咖啡出孔302设置于第二密封滑动孔301的一侧,或咖啡出孔302设置在第二密封滑动孔301上。需要说明的是,当咖啡出孔302设置于第二密封滑动孔301的一侧时,压力密封出水件3.3上设有两个孔,第二密封滑动孔301为沿压力密封出水件3.3轴向加工的轴孔,而咖啡出孔302设置于压力密封出水件3.3的其他部位,与第二密封滑动孔301不重合。当咖啡出孔302设置在第二密封滑动孔301上时,咖啡出孔302与第二密封滑动孔301均设置于压力密封出水件3.3的轴向上,且两个孔位重合。
本发明还提供了一种咖啡机,包括壳体,壳体内设有上述任意一实施例所述的冲泡腔。当壳体内设置以上任意实施例的冲泡腔后,可以提升冲泡咖啡时的密封性,防止了冲泡咖啡时产生的漏液现象。
由于现有技术中的咖啡粉挤压系统的排渣结构太过复杂,不适于应用到普通咖啡机上,而且导致该咖啡机的价格昂贵,不利于推广使用。另外,在其他种类的咖啡机中,也有通过额外设置咖啡板挂板装置或者喷水装置排出咖啡渣,同样结构复杂,成本高。
基于以上缺点,在上述实施例的基础上,作为进一步的优选,冲泡组件包括可上下移动的设置于壳体内的冲泡头1.9,冲泡腔壳体4可转动的设置于冲泡头1.9的下方,冲泡腔壳体4的顶部设置有直径与冲泡头1.9的直径相匹配的冲泡腔开口402,冲泡腔壳体4的底部设置有与冲泡腔壳体4的侧壁紧密接触的、可沿冲泡腔壳体4移动的排料部;冲泡头1.9与用于带动冲泡头1.9移动的第一动力部连接,冲泡腔壳体4与用于驱动冲泡腔壳体4旋转的第二动力部连接;当冲泡咖啡时,第二动力部带动冲泡腔壳体4旋转以使冲泡腔开口402与冲泡头1.9相对,冲泡头1.9在第一动力部带动下向下移动伸入冲泡腔壳体4实现密封,以对咖啡粉压紧且对冲泡腔壳体4内的咖啡产生冲泡压力;当排出咖啡渣时,第二动力部带动冲泡腔壳体4反转以使排料部与冲泡头1.9相对,冲泡头1.9在第一动力部带动下向下移动推动排料部向下移动,以使排料部推动冲泡腔壳体4内的咖啡渣从冲泡腔开口402排出。
其中,壳体即用于固定冲泡头1.9、冲泡腔壳体4等咖啡机各个部件的 载体,具体形状尺寸需要根据所需安装的各个部件的尺寸进行选择,冲泡头1.9可在第一动力部的带动下上下移动,两者之间可以通过螺栓等部件直接连接,也可以通过曲杆等部件间接连接,只要能够实现冲泡头1.9上下移动的设置方式均可,由于冲泡头1.9需要伸入冲泡腔开口402对冲泡腔壳体4内的咖啡进行冲压,因而冲泡头1.9一般为与冲泡腔开口402的直径相匹配的圆柱形冲泡头,可以采用塑料等材料制作。
需要说明的是,冲泡腔壳体4可在第二动力部的驱动旋转,具体是指,冲泡腔壳体4可以上下翻转,即位于冲泡腔壳体4顶部的冲泡腔开口402可以从上方转动至下方,设置于冲泡腔壳体4底部的排料部可以从下方转动至上方,这样设置的目的在于,方便冲泡头1.9直接推动排料部将冲泡腔壳体4内的咖啡渣排出。
本发明所提供的咖啡机设置可在第一动力部驱动下上下移动的冲泡头1.9以及可旋转的冲泡腔壳体4,冲泡头1.9的直径与冲泡腔壳体4的冲泡腔开口402直径相匹配,能够伸入冲泡腔开口402,且与冲泡腔壳体4的侧壁紧密接触,以对冲泡腔壳体4内的咖啡产生冲泡压力,使得咖啡粉与热水充分混合,同时,在完成咖啡冲泡,在冲泡腔壳体4内会残留一部分的咖啡渣,此时只需通过第二动力部带动冲泡腔壳体4反转,将设置于冲泡腔壳体4的底部的排料部从壳体下方转动至上方与冲泡头1.9相对的位置,由于排料部与冲泡腔壳体4的侧壁紧密接触即可以将排料部看做冲泡腔壳体4的底部板,不需要再额外设置底板,降低成本,且排料部可沿冲泡腔壳体4移动,冲泡头1.9向下移动,将排料部下压,排料部将残留在冲泡腔壳体4的侧壁等位置上的咖啡渣下推,从此时位于壳体下方的冲泡腔开口402排出。
本发明提供的咖啡机,通过设置冲泡头1.9以及底部设置有排料部的、可旋转的冲泡腔壳体4,同时实现了咖啡的密封冲泡以及排渣操作,且密封冲泡以及排渣的切换操作只需旋转冲泡腔壳体4即可,操作简单方便,整体结构简单,生产成本低,不需额外设置其他排渣部件。
排料部包括排料推杆3和设置于排料推杆3上端设置有排料件,排料推杆3下部固定连接有压板4.3,压板4.3通过弹性件与冲泡腔壳体4的外 壁连接,弹性件的一端抵接于通孔460的下端面,另一端抵接于压板4.3,排料件通过弹性件贴合于过滤部3.2的上部,冲泡头1.9向下推动压板4.3以带动排料件下移排出咖啡渣,弹性件用于带动完成排渣后的压板4.3恢复至原始位置。
需要说明的是,排料部包括排料推杆3以及设置于排料推杆3顶部的、与冲泡腔壳体4的直径相匹配的排料件,排料推杆3的底部与用于与冲泡头1.9接触的压板4.3连接,冲泡头1.9向下推动压板4.3以带动排料件下移排出咖啡渣。
可以理解的是,一部分咖啡渣可能会残留在冲泡腔壳体4的侧壁上,因而将排料件设置为与冲泡腔壳体4的直径相匹配,一般为圆形塑料板,排料件在向下移动时,可以刮动冲泡腔壳体4的侧壁上咖啡渣,带动其向下通过冲泡腔开口402排出,且排料推杆3的底部与压板4.3连接,压板4.3相比排料推杆3的面积更大,设置压板4.3的目的是为了提高冲泡头1.9与排料部的接触面积,保证冲泡头1.9能够顺利推动排料部移动,还可以采用排料架等形式代替排料件,当然,排料部的具体结构形式并不局限于上述方式,用户可以根据实际情况灵活设置。
具体的,冲泡组件包括冲泡腔壳体4、支撑盖4.1、把手4.2、排渣部55,冲泡组件上至少设置冲泡腔壳体4、排渣部55,冲泡腔壳体4的纵向K轴线上设置冲泡腔室401,冲泡腔室401上设置冲泡腔开口402,冲泡腔室401底部设置通孔460和下部设置咖啡出口4.72,咖啡出口4.72外侧贯通设置出液管4.7。冲泡腔壳体4的底部设置有开口向下排料口2.10以及用于控制冲泡头1.9上下运动的第一冲泡头运动微动开关2.11和第二冲泡头运动微动开关2.12。
弹性件为复位弹簧4.4,排料推杆3的下端穿过复位弹簧4.4的中间孔403连接于压板4.3。复位弹簧4.4为螺旋弹簧,设置此种结构的弹簧成本较低,且便于拆装。
在关于第一动力部的一种具体实施方式中,第一动力部包括第一电机1以及与第一电机1的转轴连接的、呈凸形的驱动曲杆1.3,驱动曲杆1.3顶部的摆动部1.33通过摆杆1.7与冲泡头1.9的顶部转动连接,以使冲泡 头1.9沿设置于壳体内的直线通道2.6移动。
其中,第一电机1可以为现有技术中常用的直流电动机、异步电动机、同步电动机等类型的电动机,第一电机1的转轴与驱动曲杆1.3的一端通过螺栓等部件连接,驱动曲杆1.3顶部的摆动部1.33即凸形顶部的杆体,摆动部1.33旋转至最高点与最低点之间的距离即冲泡头1.9可以上下移动的距离,且由于摆动部1.33旋转时具有横向的位移,为了保证冲泡头1.9的移动为直线移动,摆动部1.33通过摆杆1.7与冲泡头1.9的顶部转动连接,摆杆1.7随摆动部1.33一同转动,但是不会影响冲泡头1.9沿设置于壳体内的直线通道2.6移动。
具体的,第一电机1与驱动曲杆1.3转动连接,驱动曲杆1.3两端分别设置第一轴承1.2和第二轴承1.6转动连接冲泡支架2,第一电机1通过转接头1.1连接驱动曲杆1.3一端传动,并设置开关驱动1.11控制第一电机1,驱动曲杆1.3的另一端通过限位块1.5固定定位连接在冲泡支架2上,驱动曲杆1.3中部的摆动位转动连接摆杆1.7,摆杆上件1.4将驱动曲杆1.3定位转动连接在摆杆1.7上部,驱动曲杆1.3摆动位转动控制摆杆1.7上下移动,摆杆1.7通过第一转轴1.8与冲泡头1.9转动连接,摆杆1.7带动冲泡头1.9在冲泡腔室401内上下移动和控制5伸缩将渣排除。
或者,作为第二种优选方案,第一电机1的转轴与冲泡头1.9的顶部之间通过螺杆901旋转连接驱动,以使冲泡头1.9沿设置于壳体内的直线通道2.6移动,所述冲泡头上设有进水接头或凸块,所述冲泡支架2上设有与所述螺杆901长度方向一致的、且与所述进水接头903或者凸块匹配滑动的滑动槽904。
需要说明的是,滑动槽904设置于冲泡支架2的外侧壁上,滑动槽904的开口与冲泡腔开口402的开口方向一致,冲泡头1.9上的进水接头903或者凸块可沿滑动槽904的长度方向滑动的设置于滑动槽904内,当螺杆901旋转驱动冲泡头1.9运动时,冲泡头1.9容易与螺杆901一同旋转,在冲泡头1.9上设置进水接头903或者凸块,可以避免冲泡头1.9在冲泡腔室401内转动,使冲泡头1.9在螺杆901的带动下只做直线运动。
第一电机1的转轴两侧设置微动开关驱动位1.11,控制第一电机1的 转轴的左右旋转角度;冲泡头1.9通过微动开关驱动位1.11,控制冲泡头1.9上下移动距离。具体的,在冲泡头1.9上设有沿直线通道2.6方向的螺孔902,螺栓901旋入螺孔902内,当第一电机1带动螺栓901转动时,在螺栓901与螺孔902的相互作用下,冲泡头1.9会沿直线通道2.6移动。

优选的,进水孔1.91通过分流盖与冲泡腔室401贯通连接,进水孔1.91与换气管1.20贯通连接,冲泡腔室401下部贯通设置咖啡出口4.72,咖啡出口4.72贯通出液管4.7,出液管4.7贯通外部。
为了保证冲泡头1.9在冲泡咖啡时不会移动,在本具体实施方式中,壳体上设置有用于限制驱动曲杆1.3转动的限位块1.5,限位块1.5设置于驱动曲杆1.3的一侧的转动轨迹上,以防止进水时冲泡头1.9在冲泡腔壳体4内的热水作用下上移或摆动。
其中,限位块1.5一般只设置一块,且设置驱动曲杆1.3的一侧的转动轨迹上,保证需要将冲泡头1.9上移时,驱动曲杆1.3可以向另一侧转动至最高点,具体的,驱动曲杆1.3的摆动部1.33上下摆动的距离是冲泡头1.9上下移动的距离,即是下移压紧咖啡粉,让咖啡粉冲泡时产生水流隔层阻力转换成水压力,驱动曲杆1.3和冲泡头1.9之间设置摆杆1.7控制冲泡头1.9在直线通道2.6内限位直线移动,减小摆动距离与冲泡腔开口402精准套接定位,摆动部1.33的下部转动轨迹上设置曲杆阻挡部1.51,曲杆阻挡部1.51设置在B轴线上阻挡摆动部1.33致使冲泡腔室401产生冲泡压力,冲泡压力至少大于十个大气压或者十帕的压力,B轴线设置在驱动曲杆1.3的摆动前进方向,过驱动曲杆1.3中心下压A轴线,形成夹角C角,其中,A轴为冲泡头1.9与驱动曲杆1.3的同心轴线,B轴为驱动曲杆阻挡位轴线,C角为A轴与B轴夹角,控制进水孔1.91进水产生水压力不反弹推动冲泡头1.9上移,保证冲泡头1.9定位保压恒定,解决驱动曲杆1.3的中心轴线 摆动没有过A轴或在A轴上被水压力反弹推动冲泡头1.9上移冲泡腔室401不能密封,曲杆阻挡部1.51的阻挡接触尺寸至少是摆动部1.33的一半长度或者两者尺寸一致。
为了保证限位块1.5能够起到阻挡的作用,在本具体实施方式中,限位块1.5上用于与摆动部1.33接触的曲杆阻挡部1.51的宽度至少为摆动部1.33的宽度的一半。
可以理解的是,限位块1.5上的曲杆阻挡部1.51的宽度越大,与摆动部1.33接触的面积就越大,摆动部1.33所受到的阻挡力也就越大,保证冲泡头1.9定位稳定,不会在水压力的作用下上移。
为了减少冲泡咖啡时所产生的气泡,提高用户饮用的口感,在本具体实施方式中,冲泡头1.9上设置有贯穿冲泡头1.9轴向的换气管1.20,换气管1.20的下方设置有可随冲泡腔壳体4内的热水浮动的蒸汽浮力阀1.30,当冲泡腔壳体4内水蒸气从换气管1.20排出后,蒸汽浮力阀1.30随冲泡腔壳体4内的热水上浮堵住换气管1.20。
具体的,冲泡头1.9下移与冲泡腔室401通过密封圈1.10移动密封连接,进水孔1.91进水和水蒸气,一部分水蒸气通过换气管1.20排出,水蒸气排出后,热水推动蒸汽浮力阀1.30上移动关闭换气管1.20前端入口,换气管1.20特征排气和排水,热水通过分流盖进入冲泡腔室401冲泡咖啡粉,咖啡溶液沿压力密封出水件3.3上的咖啡出孔302流出,冲泡腔壳体4上的咖啡密封圈4.6与排料推杆3密封连接,咖啡出口4.72是咖啡液体唯一出口;冲泡头1.9上移与冲泡腔室401解除密封连接同时蒸汽浮力阀1.30下移进气,冲泡头1.9不会产生吸力负压上移与冲泡腔开口402分离。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,压板4.3为开口朝向于排料推杆3所在方向的弧形压板,弧形压板的表面上设置有若干用于冲泡头1.9接触的压板转动轴4.5。
可以理解的是,压板4.3采用弧形压板一方面是为与冲泡腔壳体4的结构形状相匹配,方便放置,另一方便也是为使弧形压板在转动至不同位置时可以与冲泡头1.9接触,且在弧形压板的表面上设置有若干压板转动轴4.5,压板转动轴4.5在与冲泡头1.9接触时可以转动,以减小压板4.3 与冲泡头1.9之间的摩擦力,提高使用寿命。除了压板转动轴4.5,还可以采用可转动的转动轮等结构形式。
在本具体实施方式中,过滤部3.2通过第一扣位、螺丝或强压固定连接于凹槽490的上端面。将过滤部3.2固定以过滤咖啡渣,防止过滤部3.2在水流的冲击下晃动或者脱落。
可以理解的是,由于排料部与冲泡头1.9之间没有固定连接,因而冲泡头1.9只能推动排料部向下移动,不能带动排料部向上恢复至原始位置,为了解决这个问题,在本具体实施方式中,压板4.3通过弹性件与冲泡腔壳体4的外壁连接,以带动完成排渣后的压板4.3恢复至原始位置。
在冲泡头1.9推动排料件下移时,弹性件被拉伸,而当冲泡头1.9上移与压板4.3解除接触时,弹性件在自身弹性恢复力的作用下带动压板4.3恢复至原始位置,即排料件回到凹槽490的上端面上。弹性件可以采用复位弹簧4.4或者Z型弹片等部件。
当过滤部3.2通过螺栓固定于凹槽490的上端面时,过滤部3.2上设有第一螺孔,压力密封出水件3.3上设有第二螺孔,凹槽490的上端面设有第三螺孔,过滤部3.2及压力密封出水件3.3通过螺栓依次穿过第一螺孔、第二螺孔、第三螺孔固定于凹槽490的上端面上。需要说明的是,过滤部3.2是为隔离过滤咖啡粉溶解后所残留的咖啡渣,将过滤部3.2通过螺栓压住压力密封出水件3.3于凹槽490的上端面上,在需要更换过滤部3.2或者压力密封出水件3.3时可以便于拆卸。
在关于第二动力部的一种具体实施方式中,第二动力部包括设置于定位支架2.4上的第二电机6以及与第二电机6的转轴通过齿轮部耦合传动的出液管4.7,出液管4.7与冲泡腔壳体4固定连接,且设置于冲泡腔壳体4的轴线上。
具体的,冲泡头1.9上设置换气管1.20、密封圈1.10、分流盖,冲泡支架2纵向M轴线上设置向上直线通道2.6,直线通道2.6侧部设置进料孔2.7,纵向M轴线垂直或倾斜设置,冲泡支架2的横向H轴线上设置定位转孔2.8,横向H轴线水平或倾斜设置,传动齿轮管2.3与定位转孔2.8同心同轴设置,出液管4.7依次进入第一插口2.13、第二插口2.41、第三 插口2.42,定位支架2.4和冲泡支架2将传动齿轮管2.3夹持套接在冲泡支架2的定位转孔2.8内和定位支架2.4的第三插口2.42内转动连接,出液管4.7上的外齿4.71与传动齿2.30上的内定位齿2.31耦合连接转动,而传动齿2.30与第二电机6的电机齿轮2.5耦合连接。
优选的,排料推杆3主体压板4.3固定连接,冲泡腔壳体4通过外齿4.71或出液管4.7转动,实现冲泡腔开口402开口向上或开口向下,冲泡腔开口402开口向上时冲泡头1.9与其密封连接,当冲泡腔开口402开口向下,压板4.3向上时,冲泡头1.9下压推动压板4.3向下移动,排料推杆3下移,通过排料件将咖啡渣推出冲泡腔室401,冲泡头1.9提起出冲泡腔室401,复位弹簧4.4自动复位将排料推杆3和排料件收缩到冲泡腔室401的底部位置。

  1. 一种冲泡腔,其特征在于,包括用于可转动的设置于冲泡组件下方的冲泡腔壳体(4),所述冲泡腔壳体(4)内设有用于冲泡咖啡的冲泡腔室(401),所述冲泡腔壳体(4)上设有用于供冲泡组件进入所述冲泡腔室(401)、以对所述冲泡腔室(401)内的咖啡粉压紧且对咖啡产生冲泡压力的冲泡腔开口(402),所述冲泡腔室(401)的底部设有内径小于所述冲泡腔室(401)内径的凹槽(490),所述凹槽(490)的侧壁上设有咖啡出口(4.72),所述咖啡出口(4.72)与外部贯通连接;
    所述凹槽(490)的底部设有轴线与所述冲泡腔室(401)轴线一致的通孔(460),所述通孔(460)的内壁上设有咖啡密封圈(4.6),所述凹槽(490)的上端面上固定安装压力密封出水件(3.3),所述压力密封出水件(3.3)上设有与所述咖啡出口(4.72)连通的咖啡出孔(302),所述压力密封出水件(3.3)的上方设有用于过滤咖啡的过滤部(3.2);
    所述过滤部(3.2)上设有第一滑动孔(3.4),所述压力密封出水件(3.3)上设有第二密封滑动孔(301),所述咖啡密封圈(4.6)上设有第三密封滑动孔(470),所述第一滑动孔(3.4)、所述第二密封滑动孔(301)、所述第三密封滑动孔(470)内设置有可沿所述通孔(460)轴向滑动的排料部;所述排料部至少与所述第三密封滑动孔(470)密封滑动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冲泡腔,其特征在于,所述通孔(460)的内壁上设有径向向内凸起的密封件固定位,所述咖啡密封圈(4.6)为工字形密封圈,所述工字形密封圈夹装于所述密封件固定位的顶面和底面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述冲泡腔,其特征在于,所述排料部包括排料推杆(3)和设置于所述排料推杆(3)上端设置有排料件,所述排料推杆(3)至少与所述第三密封滑动孔(470)密封滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述冲泡腔,其特征在于,所述过滤部(3.2)为金属过滤网或塑料过滤网,所述压力密封出水件(3.3)为硅胶件或橡胶件,所述咖啡密封圈(4.6)为硅胶件或橡胶件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述冲泡腔,其特征在于,所述咖啡出孔(302)设置于所述第二密封滑动孔(301)的一侧,或所述咖啡出孔(302)设置 在所述第二密封滑动孔(301)上。
  6. 一种咖啡机,其特征在于,包括壳体及设置于所述壳体内的权利要求1至5任意一项所述的冲泡腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述冲泡组件包括可上下移动的设置于所述壳体内的冲泡头(1.9),所述冲泡腔壳体(4)可转动的设置于所述冲泡头(1.9)的下方,所述冲泡头(1.9)的直径与所述冲泡腔开口(402)的直径相匹配;
    所述冲泡头(1.9)与用于带动所述冲泡头(1.9)移动的第一动力部连接,所述冲泡腔壳体(4)与用于驱动所述冲泡腔壳体(4)旋转的第二动力部连接;
    当冲泡咖啡时,所述第二动力部带动所述冲泡腔壳体(4)旋转以使所述冲泡腔开口(402)与所述冲泡头(1.9)相对,所述冲泡头(1.9)在所述第一动力部带动下向下移动伸入所述冲泡腔壳体(4)内,以对所述冲泡腔壳体(4)内的咖啡粉压紧且对咖啡产生冲泡压力;
    当排出咖啡渣时,所述第二动力部带动所述冲泡腔壳体(4)反转以使所述排料部与所述冲泡头(1.9)相对,所述冲泡头(1.9)在所述第一动力部带动下向下移动推动所述排料部向下移动,以使所述排料部推动所述冲泡腔室(4)内的咖啡渣从所述冲泡腔开口(402)排出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述排料部包括排料推杆(3)和设置于所述排料推杆(3)上端设置有排料件,所述排料推杆(3)下部固定连接有压板(4.3),所述压板(4.3)通过弹性件与所述冲泡腔壳体(4)的外壁连接,所述弹性件的一端抵接于所述通孔的下端面,另一端抵接于所述压板(4.3),所述排料件通过所述弹性件贴合于所述过滤部(3.2)的上部,所述冲泡头(1.9)向下推动所述压板(4.3)以带动所述排料件下移排出咖啡渣,所述弹性件用于带动完成排渣后的所述压板(4.3)恢复至原始位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述弹性件为复位弹簧(4.4),所述排料推杆(3)的下端穿过所述复位弹簧(4.4)的中间孔(403)连接于所述压板(4.3)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一动力部包括第一电机(1)以及与所述第一电机(1)的转轴连接的、呈凸形的驱动曲杆(1.3),所述驱动曲杆(1.3)顶部的摆动部(1.33)通过摆杆(1.7)与所述冲泡头(1.9)的顶部转动连接,以使所述冲泡头(1.9)沿设置于所述壳体内的直线通道(2.6)移动;
    或,所述第一电机(1)的转轴与所述冲泡头(1.9)的顶部之间通过螺杆(901)旋转连接驱动,以使所述冲泡头(1.9)沿设置于所述壳体内的直线通道(2.6)移动,所述冲泡头(1.9)通过微动开关驱动位(1.11),控制所述冲泡头(1.9)上下移动距离,所述冲泡头上设有进水接头或凸块,所述冲泡支架(2)上设有与所述螺杆(901)长度方向一致的、且与所述进水接头(903)或者凸块匹配滑动的滑动槽(904)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有用于限制所述驱动曲杆(1.3)转动的限位块(1.5),所述限位块(1.5)设置于所述驱动曲杆(1.3)的一侧的转动轨迹上,以防止进水时所述冲泡头(1.9)在所述冲泡腔壳体(4)内的热水作用下上移或摆动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述限位块(1.5)上用于与所述摆动部(1.33)接触的曲杆阻挡部(1.51)的宽度至少为所述摆动部(1.33)的宽度的一半。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述冲泡头(1.9)上设置有贯穿所述冲泡头(1.9)轴向的换气管(1.20),所述换气管(1.20)的下方设置有可随所述冲泡腔壳体(4)内的热水浮动的蒸汽浮力阀(1.30),当所述冲泡腔壳体(4)内水蒸气从所述换气管(1.20)排出后,所述蒸汽浮力阀(1.30)随所述冲泡腔壳体(4)内的热水上浮堵住所述换气管(1.20)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述压板(4.3)为开口朝向于所述排料推杆(3)所在方向的弧形压板,所述弧形压板的表面上设置有若干用于所述冲泡头(1.9)接触的压板转动轴(4.5)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述过滤部(3.2)通过第一扣位、螺丝或强压固定连接于所述凹槽(490)的上端面。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第二动力部包 括设置于定位支架(2.4)上的第二电机(6)以及与所述第二电机(6)的转轴通过齿轮部耦合传动的出液管(4.7),所述出液管(4.7)与所述冲泡腔壳体(4)固定连接,且设置于所述冲泡腔壳体(4)的轴线上。
