请参见图1，本发明一种单一个体信息公证管理系统，包括主用户管理单元1、个体信息认证申请单元2、个体认证条件确认单元3、个体信息认证批准单元4、认证启动系统5、认证内容确认单元6、个体信息公证文件处理单元8和个体公证信息接收单元9，所述主用户管理单元1用于用户注册登录单一个体信息，以获得被允许进入公证管理系统的主用户的权限，所述个体信息认证申请单元2用于所述主用户向公证管理系统申请认证所述个体信息，所述个体认证条件确认单元3用于设定预设个体认证条件、接收所述个体信息认证申请单元2发送的认证申请、比较所述个体认证条件与所述预设个体认证条件是否匹配并判断所述主用户的资格条件，若所述资格条件符合认证条件，向所述个体信息认证批准单元4发送认证请求，否则终止认证，所述个体信息认证批准单元4用于批准所述主用户的认证申请，所述认证启动系统5用于接收所述个体信息认证批准单元4的批准认证指令，启动系统进行认证。所述认证内容确认单元6用于接收所述认证启动系统5的启动信息、接受所述主用户的认证内容，并对所述认证内容进行认证确认，所述个体信息公证文件处理单元8用于对所述认证的内容进行处理获得公证文件，所述个体公证信息接收单元9用于设置接收所述公证文件。
优选地，所述个体认证条件确认单元3设置有用户身份确认单元401、用户所在地点确认单元402、用户所在地区标准时间确认单元403和用户现场精神状态确认单元404。本发明为单一个体认证公证个体信息内容时，确认单一体的真实身份、所在的地点、所在地区标准时间和单一个体申请认证公证时的精神状态，只有满足全部条件的前提下，本发明认证公证系统才允许进行下一步，确认单一个体需要认证公证的信息内容。个体认证条件确认单元3的确认，可以是问答可以是书面提问、回答和识别，也可以是口头提问、回答并进行记录保存和识别。
优选地，所述认证启动系统5包括摄像单元501、和/或书信单元502和/或录音单元503。例如当单一个体并不希望第三方参与时，可以借助摄像、书信或录音等形式进行启动认证。此时系统认证启动系统5启动的是独立向 系统进行认证，系统会引入摄像单元501，书信单元502、录音单元503进行认证。
优选地，所述认证启动系统5还包括邀请第三方认证启动系统504，所述邀请第三方认证启动系统504可包括依次连接的邀请第三方见证单元504a、第三方参与见证单元504b和第三方摄像录影单元504c，所述第三方见证单元504a、所述第三方参与见证单元504b和所述第三方摄像录影单元504c通过现场或远程参与认证。当认证启动系统5启动以上独立系统进行认证，必要时引入邀请邀请第三方认证启动系统504，第三方参与是可选的，也可以是若干个第三方。第三方可以是个人，也可以是机构或组织，例如律师事务所、公证机构、社会团体或企业等。当第三方参与时，认证公证的可靠性加强。本发明在认证启动系统5中也可设置有确认第三方的身份、所在地点、所在地区标准时间、精神状态等，通过口头或书面进行确认，如果系统确认第三方的口头或书面答复是符合要求的，才允许第三方参与认证，否则不允许第三方参与。第三方必须为非利益方或非关联方，承诺保证参与认证过程的不干预、不表态，确保单一个体信息认证公证的独立性，可靠性，真实性和便捷性。当然也可以不经过第三方参与，这时单一个体会借助本发明系统设置同样可以进行公证认证。
优选地，所述认证内容确认单元6包括遗嘱书单元601、遗言书单元602、道歉书单元603、谅解书单元604、保证书单元605、任命和解聘书单元606、见证书单元607、证明书单元608、工作安排书单元609、工作报告书单元610、鉴定书单元611、备忘录单元612、约定书单元613、担保书单元614、定时公开书单元615、检测书单元616、申请书单元617、批准书单元618、生产日期书单元619、快递单单元620、合格证书单元621和质保单元622等。可以根据客户需要，设定各种认证内容单元。
优选地，所述单一个体信息公证管理系统还包括个体信息认证审核系统7，所述个体信息认证审核系统7用于根据认证内容判断所述主用户的认证情况是否符合要求，若所述主用户的认证资格符合认证条件，向所述个体信 息公证文件处理单元8发送认证结果，否则终止认证。
优选地，所述个体信息认证审核系统7包括用户身份系统审核单元701、用户所在地点系统审核单元702、用户所在地区标准时间系统审核单元703、用户现场精神状态系统审核单元704、用户信息认证内容系统审核单元705和参与见证方个人信息及精神状态系统审核单元706，系统为了保证见证的真实和有效，会对见证者进行严格的相关情况审核，以保证其见证的真实性和可靠性。本发明系统的个体信息认证审核系统7，审校所公证的信息内容后，进一步根据单一个体的意愿确认所认证信息内容的真实身份、所在的地点、所在地区标准时间、单一个体申请认证公证时的精神状态、第三方见证者的情况及精神状态、认证内容和认证时间截限，于是最后才真正完成单一个体信息内容的认证服务。例如如果认证内容和时间界限不相匹配，
优选地，所述个体信息公证文件处理单元8包括信息公证文档建立模块801、信息录音文档建立模块802、信息摄像文档建立模块803、信息公证文档导出模块804、信息公证文档下载模块805、信息公证文档打印模块806和信息公证文档保存模块807。本发明通过对认证过程中的文档、录音、摄像、视频和相片等相关资料的建立、导出、下载、打印和保存等，以完成单一个体信息的文档处理。
优选地，所述个体公证信息接收单元9包括认证本人接收单元901、第三方接收单元902、指定人接收单元903及公证机构、行政单位、组织机构、公检法单位接收单元904。
请参见图2，一种单一个体信息公证管理方法，包括步骤：
步骤S1，启动所述主用户管理单元1以产生被允许进入公证管理系统的主用户的资格；只有经过注册登录，才有资格进入认证公证系统。
步骤S2，所述主用户申请认证所述个体信息；主用户才有资格申请认证。
步骤S3，确认所述个体信息认证条件是否符合要求，若符合要求，进 入步骤S4；否则终止认证；
步骤S4，审核批准个体信息认证申请；
步骤S5，启动个体信息认证；该步骤保证
步骤S6，确定个体信息认证内容；
步骤S7,根据认证内容判断所述主用户的认证情况是否符合要求，若所述主用户和所述第三方见证者的认证资格符合认证条件，进入步骤S8；否则终止认证；
步骤S8，对个体信息公证结果进行文档处理；
步骤S9，接收个体信息公证文档。
本发明实现了单一个体可以根据自己的意愿、立场、目的和行为的信息内容，可以在相应的网站、云端、电脑端或动设备端等保存所要认证的个体信息，并随时提取，也可以通过本系统认证邀请一个或多个第三方见证人即个人、机构或组织现场或远程参与认证的全部过程，确保了单一个体信息认证公证的独立性，真实性和便捷性；通过认证前和认证后及对第三方的身份、所在地点、所在地区标准时间、精神状态等反复确认，保证了个体信息认证公证的可靠性和作为被采纳的证据链的有力保证。
以上结合附图实施例对本发明进行了详细说明，本领域中普通技术人员可根据上述说明对本发明做出种种变化例。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内，所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。因而，实施例中的某些细节不应构成对本发明的限定，本发明将以所附权利要求书界定的范围作为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种单一个体信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述单一个体信息公证管理系统包括主用户管理单元、个体信息认证申请单元、个体认证条件确认单元、个体信息认证批准单元、认证启动系统、认证内容确认单元、个体信息公证文件处理单元和个体公证信息接收单元，所述主用户管理单元用于用户注册登录单一个体信息，以获得被允许进入公证管理系统的主用户的权限，所述个体信息认证申请单元用于所述主用户向公证管理系统申请认证所述个体信息，所述个体认证条件确认单元用于设定预设个体认证条件、接收所述个体信息认证申请单元发送的认证申请、比较所述个体认证条件与所述预设个体认证条件是否匹配并判断所述主用户的资格条件，若所述资格条件符合认证条件，向所述个体信息认证批准单元发送认证请求，否则终止认证，所述个体信息认证批准单元用于批准所述主用户的认证申请，所述认证启动系统用于接收所述个体信息认证批准单元的批准认证指令，启动系统进行认证，所述认证内容确认单元用于接收所述认证启动系统的启动信息、接受所述主用户的认证内容，并对所述认证内容进行认证确认，所述个体信息认证审核系统，是对参与信息认证内容的多方参与方做最后确认审核。所述个体信息公证文件处理单元用于对所述认证的内容进行处理获得公证文件，所述个体公证信息接收单元用于设置接收所述公证文件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的单一个体信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述个体认证条件确认单元设置有用户身份确认单元、用户所在地点确认单元、用户所在地区标准时间确认单元和用户现场精神状态确认单元。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的单一信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述认证启动系统包括摄像单元、和/或书信单元和/或录音单元。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的单一个体信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述认证启动系统包括邀请第三方认证启动系统，所述邀请第三方认证启动系统包括依次连接的邀请第三方见证单元、第三方参与见证单元和第三方摄像录影单元，所述第三方见证单元、所述第三方参与见证单元和所述第三方摄像录影单元通过邀请第三方进行现场或远程参与认证，且所述第三方为非 利益方或非关联方。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的单一个体信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述认证内容确认单元包括遗嘱书单元、遗言书单元、道歉书单元、谅解书单元、保证书单元、任命和解聘书单元、见证书单元、证明书单元、工作安排书单元、工作报告书单元、鉴定书单元、备忘录单元、约定书单元、担保书单元、定时公开书单元、检测书单元、申请书单元、批准书单元、生产日期书单元、快递单单元、合格证书单元和质保单元等等。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的单一个体信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述单一个体信息公证管理系统还包括个体信息认证审核系统，所述个体信息认证审核系统用于根据认证内容判断所述主用户的认证情况是否符合要求，参与见证方是否符合系统参与见证的要求，若所述主用户的认证内容符合认证条件，参与见证方个人信息和精神状态也符合系统要求，向所述个体信息公证文件处理单元发送认证结果，否则终止认证。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的单一个体信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述个体信息认证审核系统包括用户身份系统审核单元、用户所在地点系统审核单元、用户所在地区标准时间系统审核单元、用户现场精神状态系统审核单元、用户信息认证内容系统审核单元、参与见证方个人信息及精神状态系统审核单元。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的单一个体信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述个体信息公证文件处理单元包括信息公证文档建立模块、信息录音文档建立模块、信息摄像文档建立模块、信息公证文档导出模块、信息公证文档下载模块、信息公证文档打印模块和信息公证文档保存模块。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的单一个体信息公证管理系统，其特征在于，所述个体公证信息接收单元包括认证本人接收单元、第三方接收单元、指定人接收单元及公证机构、行政单位、组织机构、公检法单位接收单元。
  10. 一种单一个体信息公证管理方法，其特征在于，所述单一个体信息公证管理方法包括步骤：
    步骤S1，启动所述主用户管理单元进行登录注册，以获得被允许进入公证管理系统的主用户的资格；
    步骤S2，所述主用户申请认证所述个体信息；
    步骤S3，判断所述个体信息认证条件是否符合要求，若符合要求，进入步骤S4；若不符合要求，终止认证；
    步骤S4，审核批准个体信息认证申请；
    步骤S5，启动个体信息认证；
    步骤S6，确定个体信息认证内容；
    步骤S7,根据认证内容对所述主用户的认证资格和参与见证的第三方情况进行确认；
    步骤S8，对个体信息公证结果进行文档处理；
    步骤S9，接收个体信息公证文档。
