有益效果
与目前的建筑物相比,它用回形建筑、含中央建筑物的回形建筑、含空中走廊的回形建筑的有序并接,来取代原来矮小、朝向单一、零乱的普通建筑,使得:①省去了许多矮小建筑物外墙,省去了许多矮小建筑物顶层,去掉了许多矮小建筑物之间死角空间,并使建筑物顶层高空得到利用,②各个方向楼层房间互相照应,互相协同,③楼层通道在建筑物一侧,极长,通道一侧向天井内开放,楼层平台、空中楼梯、空中电梯、与空中走廊露天开放,意外火灾时,浓烟向天井上空散去,人员能很快远离火灾点,远离火灾点的通道、走廊,空中楼梯、空中电梯极安全,④楼层通道一侧、空中走廊、空中楼梯、空中电梯在天井内,光线好,天井内一个视野能看到较多的空中楼梯、空中电梯、通道,视野开阔,通行路线选择机会多,通行方便,⑤组合式建筑物高大,建筑系数大,容纳人口众多,每天能产生大量垃圾,每个分类垃圾箱内每天都能收集大量垃圾,分类垃圾十分集中,回收利用极方便,楼层垃圾由同层空中分类垃圾管进口进入,楼层垃圾处理方便,回收利用方便,⑥天井内气力影响小,能避免台风、龙卷风等造成的损害,⑦建筑物庞大,方方正正,牢固,不易倾斜,抗风抗震效果好,⑧楼顶平台极长,可用作停机平台。
本发明的楼面与柱子中,楼面由楼面铁皮、方管、楼面钢筋网、下防渗膜、硬塑料泡沫、上防渗膜、水泥石子混凝土组成,柱子由柱子铁皮、柱子钢筋网、钢柱、水泥石子混凝土组成,楼面铁皮大、平整,柱子铁皮圆柱形,或方柱形,圆角,楼面铁皮固定焊接在柱子铁皮上,楼面铁皮上面与方管下部焊接,方管上部与楼面钢筋网焊接,柱子内部有钢柱,柱子上部有柱子钢筋网,楼面钢筋网与柱子钢柱、柱子钢筋网焊接,楼面铁皮、方管、钢筋网与柱子铁皮、钢筋网、钢柱焊接成一个框架架构,这是一个一体化架构,楼面上某一局部受力会变成整个楼面的整体受力,铁皮、方管、钢筋网互相加固,楼面牢固,因而,不需要另用钢筋水泥混凝土横梁加固,这样,省去了大量材料与房间空间,房间吊顶上部空间都可以省去,用水泥石子混凝土浆浇注钢筋网周边及下方空间,由于柱子铁皮已将柱子钢筋网包封,楼面铁皮已将楼面钢筋网底部封住,因而,浇注时不需要使用架支木板,这也省去了大量材料与工时,楼面钢筋网上方有下防渗膜、硬塑料泡沫、上防渗膜,上防渗膜、硬塑料泡沫、下防渗膜有隔振隔音隔热作用,能避免上下楼层之间振动、声音、热能互相传导,夜间走路声马桶声低,不影响楼下人睡眠,外界汽车对道路振动对楼上房间没有影响,太阳暴晒顶楼房间不会闷热,电热地板产生热能不会扩散至楼面下方,上防渗膜、下防渗膜有防渗漏作用,能防止塑料泡沫层内管道上下渗漏,浴室、洗手盂、洗碗盂内排出的排水管与马桶内排出的排污管在塑料泡沫层内并接,并接后,排向总管,总管在柱子旁的管线槽内,燃气管、热气管、空调管、水管与各种线缆由柱子旁管线槽内总管发出,经塑料泡沫层,至用户表箱内,管线在硬塑料泡沫内,没有与水泥混凝土凝结在一起,安装维修方便,上防渗膜能防止上方水泥浆下流,上防渗膜上方是水泥石子混凝土,水泥石子混凝土表面另外单独处理。
与目前钢筋水泥混凝土楼面、柱子相比,本发明在柱子内焊入钢柱,在柱子外焊包铁皮,在楼面钢筋网下方焊入方管与铁皮,在楼面钢筋网上方接入下防渗膜、硬塑料泡沫、上防渗膜与各种管线,在水泥石子混凝土上方加浇一层有色水泥滑石粉层面,使之,①楼面铁皮、方管 、钢筋网直接与柱子铁皮、钢筋网、钢柱焊接,焊接成一个一体化框架架构,楼面局部受力,便转化为整体受力,受力面积大大增大,十分牢固,因而不需要钢筋水泥混凝土横梁加固,楼面底部变得平整、美观,这样,省去了大量材料与房间空间,房间吊顶以上空间可以省去,②楼面钢筋网下部由方管连接铁皮封底,柱子钢筋网外部由柱子铁皮包封,水泥石子浆填浇时,水泥浆不会外流,因而不需要使用架支木板,这也省去了大量的材料与工时,③上防渗膜、硬塑料泡沫、下防渗膜能隔振隔音隔热,建筑物内外振动不会传导给楼上房间,夜间楼面走路声马桶声低,不影响楼下人睡眠,太阳暴晒顶楼房间不闷热,电热地板热能不会扩散至楼下,④上防渗膜、下防渗膜能避免塑料泡沫层中管道上下渗漏,用户管线安装在塑料泡沫层中,对楼面上下房间没有影响,楼面上下房间上下表面较卫生、美观,管线没有凝结在混凝土内,安装维修方便,上防渗膜能防止上方水泥浆流下塑料泡沫层,⑤水泥石子混凝土上有有色水泥滑石粉层面,有色水泥滑石粉层面表面平整、光亮、美观、卫生、有清新感,⑥楼下房间电线由表箱出来,经墙壁开关上行,行走在楼面铁皮与钢筋网之间,安装时只需要开槽、放线、封焊、填涂即可,安装方便,同时,也避免了电线与其上灰尘对房间的影响。

本发明的楼面与柱子中,楼面由楼面铁皮101、方管102、楼面钢筋网103、下防渗膜104、硬塑料泡沫105、上防渗膜106、水泥石子混凝土107组成,柱子由柱子铁皮111、柱子钢筋网112、钢柱113与水泥石子混凝土组成,楼面铁皮101固定焊接在柱子铁皮111上,楼面铁皮101能将楼面底部完全封住,柱子铁皮101能将柱子完全包裹住,楼面铁皮101上面与方管102下部焊接,方管102一方面有加固铁皮101的作用,另一方面,由于方管102管壁薄,方管102旁开槽安装电线方便,方管102上部与楼面钢筋网103焊接,楼面钢筋网103与柱子上部钢筋网112、钢柱113焊接,楼面铁皮101、方管102、钢筋网103与柱子铁皮111、钢筋网112、钢柱113焊接成一个框架架构,框架架构牢固,不易坍塌,用水泥石子浆浇柱柱子与楼面底部,加固,楼面钢筋网103上方有下防渗膜104、硬塑料泡沫105、上防渗膜106,下防渗膜104、硬塑料泡沫105、上防渗膜106垫在楼面钢筋网103与水泥石子混凝土107之间,起到隔振隔音隔热作用,能避免上下楼层之间振动、声音、热能互相传导,下防渗膜104、上防渗膜106有防渗漏作用,能防止塑料泡沫层中管道内污水上下渗漏,洗手盂、洗碗盂、浴室等排出的排水管109与马桶内排出的排污管108在塑料泡沫层内并接,并接后,排向总管,总管在柱子旁管线槽内,燃气管、热气管、空调管、水管与各种线缆由柱子旁管线槽内总管分出,经塑料泡沫层,至用户表箱内,管线在塑料泡沫层内,没有与水泥石子浆混凝结在一起,安装维修方便,上防渗膜106能防止上方水泥浆流入塑料泡沫层,上防渗膜106上方是水泥石子混凝土107,水泥石子混凝土107坚硬,能承受较大重力,水泥石子混凝土107表面另行单独处理。
更进一步,根据实际情况,水泥石子混凝土107用水泥火山石混凝土代替,水泥火山石混凝土多孔,较轻,能使楼面隔振隔音隔热效果更好。
更进一步,水泥石子混凝土107上方可加浇一层有色水泥滑石粉层面110,有色水泥滑石粉浆由白色水泥、滑石粉与水搅拌而成,视具体情况,掺入一定的颜料,有色水泥滑石粉浆浇注后,形成有色水泥滑石粉层面110,由于滑石粉细腻、润滑,易拖平,形成的层面表面平整、光亮、美观,另外,滑石粉还有利水渗湿作用,形成的层面表面卫生,有清新感。
更进一步,楼面楼下房间电线由表箱内分出,经墙壁开关上行,至楼面底部,行走在楼面铁皮101与钢筋网103之间,这样,避免了电线与电线上灰尘对房间的影响,房间顶部仍保持美观,安装时,只需要在相应位置开槽,放线、封焊、填涂即可,局部开槽,深度浅,不影响钢筋网,不影响整体,安装维修方便。
更进一步,楼面与柱子之间焊接有托板,托板是钢板,托板托在楼面底部,有利于承重与施工,特别针对小的柱子与圆的柱子,作用较明显。
更进一步,柱子旁有管线槽,管线槽内有各种管线,管线槽安装在柱子的凹槽内,美观、捷径、安装方便。
更进一步,柱子上方的楼面方管102可用钢筋网代替,柱子上方双层楼面钢筋网,能加强楼面在柱子旁边的牢固度,能使楼面与柱子交接处更加牢固 。
更进一步,楼面内有楼面内部横梁,横梁内有垂直面钢筋网,垂直面钢筋网与楼面钢筋网103垂直焊接,垂直面钢筋网旁边由水泥石子混凝土浇筑,楼面内部横梁能加强楼面牢固度。

  9. 一种楼面与柱子,由楼面与柱子组成,其特征是:楼面由楼面铁皮(101)、方管(102)、楼面钢筋网(103)、下防渗膜(104)、硬塑料泡沫(105)、上防渗膜(106)、水泥石子混凝土(107)组成,柱子由柱子铁皮(111)、柱子钢筋网(112)、钢柱(113)与水泥石子混凝土组成,楼面铁皮(101)固定焊接在柱子铁皮(111)上,楼面铁皮(101)能将楼面底部完全封住,柱子铁皮(101)能将柱子完全包裹住,楼面铁皮(101)上面与方管(102)下部焊接,方管(102)一方面有加固铁皮(101)的作用,另一方面,由于方管(102)管壁薄,方管(102)旁开槽安装电线方便,方管(102)上部与楼面钢筋网(103)焊接,楼面钢筋网(103)与柱子上部钢筋网(112)、钢柱(113)焊接,楼面铁皮(101)、方管(102)、钢筋网(103)与柱子铁皮(111)、钢筋网(112)、钢柱(113)焊接成一个框架架构,框架架构牢固,不易坍塌,用水泥石子浆浇柱柱子与楼面底部,加固,楼面钢筋网(103)上方有下防渗膜(104)、硬塑料泡沫(105)、上防渗膜(106),下防渗膜(104)、硬塑料泡沫(105)、上防渗膜(106)垫在楼面钢筋网(103)与水泥石子混凝土(107)之间,起到隔振隔音隔热作用,能避免上下楼层之间振动、声音、热能互相传导,下防渗膜(104)、上防渗膜(106)有防渗漏作用,能防止塑料泡沫层中管道内污水上下渗漏,洗手盂、洗碗盂、浴室等排出的排水管(109)与马桶内排出的排污管(108)在塑料泡沫层内并接,并接后,排向总管,总管在柱子旁管线槽内,燃气管、热气管、空调管、水管与各种线缆由柱子旁管线槽内总管分出,经塑料泡沫层,至用户表箱内,管线在塑料泡沫层内,没有与水泥石子浆混凝结在一起,安装维修方便,上防渗膜(106)能防止上方水泥浆流入塑料泡沫层,上防渗膜(106)上方是水泥石子混凝土(107),水泥石子混凝土(107)坚硬,能承受较大重力,水泥石子混凝土(107)表面另行单独处理。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种楼面与柱子,其特征是:根据实际情况,水泥石子混凝土(107)用水泥火山石混凝土代替,水泥火山石混凝土多孔,较轻,能使楼面隔振隔音隔热效果更好。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的一种楼面与柱子,其特征是:水泥石子混凝土(107)上方可加浇一层有色水泥滑石粉层面(110),有色水泥滑石粉浆由白色水泥、滑石粉与水搅拌而成,视具体情况,掺入一定的颜料,有色水泥滑石粉浆浇注后,形成有色水泥滑石粉层面(110),由于滑石粉细腻、润滑,易拖平,形成的层面表面平整、光亮、美观,另外,滑石粉还有利水渗湿作用,形成的层面表面卫生,有清新感。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的一种楼面与柱子,其特征是:楼面楼下房间电线由表箱内分出,经墙壁开关上行,至楼面底部,行走在楼面铁皮(101)与钢筋网(103)之间,这样,避免了电线与电线上灰尘对房间的影响,房间顶部仍保持美观,安装时,只需要在相应位置开槽,放线、封焊、填涂即可,局部开槽,深度浅,不影响钢筋网,不影响整体,安装维修方便。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的一种楼面与柱子,其特征是:楼面与柱子之间焊接有托板,托板是钢板,托板托在楼面底部,有利于承重与施工,特别针对小的柱子与圆的柱子,作用较明显。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的一种楼面与柱子,其特征是:柱子上方的楼面方管(102)可用钢筋网代替,柱子上方双层楼面钢筋网,能加强楼面在柱子旁边的牢固度,能使楼面与柱子交接处更加牢固 。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的一种楼面与柱子,其特征是:楼面内有楼面内部横梁,横梁内有垂直面钢筋网,垂直面钢筋网与楼面钢筋网(103)垂直焊接,垂直面钢筋网旁边由水泥石子混凝土浇筑,楼面内部横梁能加强楼面牢固度。
