在上述技术方案中,通过对电子邮件中的特征信息进行去重复处理,可以避免对相同的信息进行多次处理,提升电子设备的处理效率。且能够使得合并后的电子邮件更加简洁,方便用户查看。
在一种可能的设计中,该合并方式包括将所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件中每封电子邮件的内容进行合并的方式,或者,将所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件中的一部分电子邮件以附件形式进行合并的方式。
在上述技术方案中,可以将多封电子邮件直接进行合并,也可以将多封电子邮件以附件的形式进行合并,可以增加电子设备的灵活性,且用户可以根据使用需求进行选择,提升用户体验。
在一种可能的设计中,发送所述合并后的电子邮件可以包括但不限于如下两种方式:
第一种发送方式:获取合并后的电子邮件中的收件人信息以及抄送人信息,根据所述收件人信息以及所述抄送人信息发送所述合并后的电子邮件。也就是说,将合并的电子邮件发送给合并后的收件人和抄送人。
第二种发送方式:显示根据合并后的电子邮件中的收件人信息以及抄送人信息创建的群组的第四界面,然后将该合并后的电子邮件发送到该群组中。也就是说,将合并后的电子邮件以消息的形式,发送到根据合并后的收件人和抄送人创建的群组中。
在上述技术方案中,合并后的电子邮件可以通过多种方式发送给合并后的收件人和抄送人,可以增加电子设备的灵活性,提升用户体验。
第二方面,还提供一种电子设备,包括显示屏;一个或多个处理器;存储器;一个或多个应用程序;一个或多个程序,其中所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,所述一个或多个程序包括指令,当所述指令被所述电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行上述第一方面或者第一方面的任意一种可能的设计的方法。
第三方面,还提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括执行第一方面或者第一方面的任意一种可能的设计的方法的模块/单元;这些模块/单元可以通过硬件实现,也可以通过硬件执行相应的软件实现。
第四方面,还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质包括程序,当程序在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行第一方面或上述第一方面的任意一种可能的设计的方法。
第五方面,还提供一种包含程序产品,当所述程序产品在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行第一方面或上述第一方面的任意一种可能的设计的方法。
第六方面,本申请实施例还提供一种芯片,所述芯片与电子设备中的存储器耦合,用于调用存储器中存储的计算机程序并执行本申请实施例第一方面及其第一方面任一可能设计的技术方案;本申请实施例中“耦合”是指两个部件彼此直接或间接地结合。
第七方面,还提供一种电子设备上的用户图形界面,所述电子设备具有显示屏、摄像头、存储器、以及一个或多个处理器,所述一个或多个处理器用于执行存储在所述存储器中的一个或多个计算机程序,所述图形用户界面包括所述电子设备执行上述第一方面或上述第一方面的任意一种可能的设计的方法时显示的图形用户界面。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述。其中,在本申请实施例的描述中,“多个”是指两个或两个以上,鉴于此,本申请实施例中也可以将“多个”理解为“至少两个”。“至少一个”,可理解为一个或多个,例如理解为一个、两个或更多个。例如,包括至少一个,是指包括一个、两个或更多个,而且不限制包括的是哪几个,例如,包括A、B和C中的至少一个,那么包括的可以是A、B、C、A和B、A和C、B和C、或A和B和C。“和/或”,描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,字符“/”,如无特殊说明,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。除非有相反的说明,本申请实施例提及“第一”、“第二”等序数词用于对多个对象进行区分,不用于限定多个对象的顺序、时序、优先级或者重要程度。

电子设备100可以包括处理器110,外部存储器接口120,内部存储器121,USB接口130,充电管理模块140,电源管理模块141,电池142,天线1,天线2,移动通信模块151,无线通信模块152,音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,传感器模块180,按键190,马达191,指示器192,摄像头193,显示屏194,以及SIM卡接口195等。其中传感器模块180可以包括陀螺仪传感器180A,加速度传感 器180B,接近光传感器180G,指纹传感器180H,触摸传感器180K,转轴传感器180M等。
处理器110可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器110可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(Neural-network Processing Unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。
其中,控制器可以是电子设备100的神经中枢和指挥中心。控制器可以根据指令操作码和时序信号,产生操作控制信号,完成取指令和执行指令的控制。
处理器110中还可以设置存储器,用于存储指令和数据。在一些实施例中,处理器110中的存储器为高速缓冲存储器。该存储器可以保存处理器110刚用过或循环使用的指令或数据。如果处理器110需要再次使用该指令或数据,可从所述存储器中直接调用。避免了重复存取,减少了处理器110的等待时间,因而提高了系统的效率。
处理器110可以运行本申请实施例提供的邮件合并方法,可以实现同时对多封邮件进行批量处理。当处理器110集成不同的器件,比如集成CPU和GPU时,CPU和GPU可以配合执行本申请实施例提供的邮件合并方法,比如触摸屏的响应方法中部分算法由CPU执行,另一部分算法由GPU执行,以得到较快的处理效率。
显示屏194用于显示图像,视频等。显示屏194包括显示面板。显示面板可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED),有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode的,AMOLED),柔性发光二极管(flex light-emitting diode,FLED),Miniled,MicroLed,Micro-oLed,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)等。在一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括1个或N个显示屏194,N为大于1的正整数。
在本申请实施例中,显示屏194可以是一个一体的柔性显示屏,也可以采用两个刚性屏以及位于两个刚性屏之间的一个柔性屏组成的拼接的显示屏。当处理器110运行本申请实施例提供的邮件合并方法后,显示屏194可以显示合并后的多封邮件的显示界面。
摄像头193(前置摄像头或者后置摄像头,或者一个摄像头既可作为前置摄像头,也可作为后置摄像头)用于捕获静态图像或视频。通常,摄像头193可以包括感光元件比如镜头组和图像传感器,其中,镜头组包括多个透镜(凸透镜或凹透镜),用于采集待拍摄物体反射的光信号,并将采集的光信号传递给图像传感器。图像传感器根据所述光信号生成待拍摄物体的原始图像。
内部存储器121可以用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,所述可执行程序代码包括指令。处理器110通过运行存储在内部存储器121的指令,从而执行电子设备100的各种功能应用以及数据处理。内部存储器121可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统,应用程序(比如相机应用,微信应用等)的代码等。存储数据区可存储电子设备100使用过程中所创建的数据(比如相机应用采集的图像、视频等)等。
内部存储器121还可以存储本申请实施例提供的邮件合并方法所涉及的算法的代码。当内部存储器121中存储的算法的代码被处理器110运行时,可以实现对多封邮件进行批量处理。
此外,内部存储器121可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件,闪存器件,通用闪存存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)等。
当然,本申请实施例提供的算法的代码还可以存储在外部存储器中。这种情况下,处理器110可以通过外部存储器接口120运行存储在外部存储器中的算法的代码,实现对多封邮件进行批量处理。
下面介绍传感器模块180的功能。
陀螺仪传感器180A,可以用于确定电子设备100的运动姿态。在一些实施例中,可以通过陀螺仪传感器180A确定电子设备100围绕三个轴(即,x,y和z轴)的角速度。即陀螺仪传感器180A可以用于检测电子设备100当前的运动状态,比如抖动还是静止。
加速度传感器180B可检测电子设备100在各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小。即陀螺仪传感器180A可以用于检测电子设备100当前的运动状态,比如抖动还是静止。
接近光传感器180G可以包括例如发光二极管(LED)和光检测器,例如光电二极管。发光二极管可以是红外发光二极管。手机通过发光二极管向外发射红外光。手机使用光电二极管检测来自附近物体的红外反射光。当检测到充分的反射光时,可以确定手机附近有物体。当检测到不充分的反射光时,手机可以确定手机附近没有物体。
陀螺仪传感器180A(或加速度传感器180B)可以将检测到的运动状态信息(比如角速度)发送给处理器110。处理器110基于运动状态信息确定当前是手持状态还是脚架状态(比如,角速度不为0时,说明电子设备100处于手持状态)。
指纹传感器180H用于采集指纹。电子设备100可以利用采集的指纹特性实现指纹解锁,访问应用锁,指纹拍照,指纹接听来电等。
触摸传感器180K,也称“触控面板”。触摸传感器180K可以设置于显示屏194,由触摸传感器180K与显示屏194组成触摸屏,也称“触控屏”。触摸传感器180K用于检测作用于其上或附近的触控操作。触摸传感器可以将检测到的触控操作传递给应用处理器,以确定触摸事件类型。可以通过显示屏194提供与触控操作相关的视觉输出。在另一些实施例中,触摸传感器180K也可以设置于电子设备100的表面,与显示屏194所处的位置不同。
示例性的,电子设备100的显示屏194显示主界面,主界面中包括多个应用(比如邮件应用、微信应用等)的图标。用户通过触摸传感器180K点击主界面中邮件应用的图标,触发处理器110启动邮件应用,显示屏194显示邮件应用的界面,例如接收到的多封邮件。在本申请实施例中,在显示屏194显示接收到的多封邮件的情况下,触摸传感器180K所接收的触控操作,处理器110对该多封邮件进行批量处理。
电子设备100的无线通信功能可以通过天线1,天线2,移动通信模块151,无线通信模块152,调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等实现。
天线1和天线2用于发射和接收电磁波信号。电子设备100中的每个天线可用于覆盖单个或多个通信频带。不同的天线还可以复用,以提高天线的利用率。例如:可以将天线1复用为无线局域网的分集天线。在另外一些实施例中,天线可以和调谐开关结合使用。
移动通信模块151可以提供应用在电子设备100上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块151可以包括至少一个滤波器,开关,功率放大器,低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)等。移动通信模块151可以由天线1接收电磁波,并对接收的电磁波进行滤波,放大等处理,传送至调制解调处理器进行解调。移动通信模块151还可以对经调制解调处理器调制后的信号放大,经天线1转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施 例中,移动通信模块151的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器110中。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块151的至少部分功能模块可以与处理器110的至少部分模块被设置在同一个器件中。
调制解调处理器可以包括调制器和解调器。其中,调制器用于将待发送的低频基带信号调制成中高频信号。解调器用于将接收的电磁波信号解调为低频基带信号。随后解调器将解调得到的低频基带信号传送至基带处理器处理。低频基带信号经基带处理器处理后,被传递给应用处理器。应用处理器通过音频设备(不限于扬声器170A,受话器170B等)输出声音信号,或通过显示屏194显示图像或视频。在一些实施例中,调制解调处理器可以是独立的器件。在另一些实施例中,调制解调处理器可以独立于处理器110,与移动通信模块151或其他功能模块设置在同一个器件中。
无线通信模块152可以提供应用在电子设备100上的包括无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络),蓝牙(bluetooth,BT),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的解决方案。无线通信模块152可以是集成至少一个通信处理模块的一个或多个器件。无线通信模块152经由天线2接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器110。无线通信模块152还可以从处理器110接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,经天线2转为电磁波辐射出去。
另外,电子设备100可以通过音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如音乐播放,录音等。电子设备100可以接收按键190输入,产生与电子设备100的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。电子设备100可以利用马达191产生振动提示(比如来电振动提示)。电子设备100中的指示器192可以是指示灯,可以用于指示充电状态,电量变化,也可以用于指示消息,未接来电,通知等。电子设备100中的SIM卡接口195用于连接SIM卡。SIM卡可以通过插入SIM卡接口195,或从SIM卡接口195拔出,实现和电子设备100的接触和分离。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例示意的结构并不构成对电子设备100的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
在本申请一些实施例中,图1所示的电子设备100可以是还包含其他功能诸如个人数字助理和/或音乐播放器功能的便携式电子设备,诸如手机、平板电脑、具备无线通讯功能的可穿戴设备(如智能手表)等。便携式电子设备的示例性实施例包括但不限于搭载

或者其他操作系统的便携式电子设备。上述便携式电子设备也可以是其他便携式电子设备,诸如具有触敏表面(例如触控面板)的膝上型计算机(laptop)等。还应当理解的是,在本申请其他一些实施例中,上述电子设备100也可以不是便携式电子设备,而是具有触敏表面(例如触控面板)的台式计算机。或者,该电子设备也可以是不具有触控面板的电子设备,在本申请实施例中不做限制。
下面介绍现有技术中邮件应用的操作方式。
电子邮件是目前较为常用一种通信方式,用户可以通过在电子设备上安装邮件应用来实现收发电子邮件的功能。请参考图2中的(a),邮件应用的收件箱的显示界面的一种示例 的示意图。在图2中的(a)中,按照接收电子邮件的时间顺序依次显示多封电子邮件,每一封电子邮件显示发件人、主题、部分正文以及接收时间,例如,收件箱的第一封电子邮件为接收到的最新的电子邮件,发件人为张三,主题为请查收XX项目相关资料,部分正文为:王工,你好,附件是该XX项目的相关资料,请查收!在电子邮件的右方,显示该电子邮件的接收时间为2019年9月1日。用户可以通过点击该电子邮件对应的显示区域,来查看该电子邮件。若电子设备100的传感器模块180未检测到用户对该电子邮件的点击操作,则可以通过将该电子邮件的相关显示内容加黑来表征该电子邮件为未读状态(在图2中的(a)中,以该电子邮件为未读状态为例),当用户查看该电子邮件后,则可以去除对该电子邮件的加黑处理以表征电子邮件为已读状态(例如,图2中的(a)中在第一封邮件后的其他邮件均为已读状态)。
当电子设备100的传感器模块180检测到用户的点击操作,且处理器110确定该点击操作对应的位置位于该电子邮件对应的显示区域,则电子设备100的显示屏194上显示该电子邮件的正文,如图2中的(b)所示。在图2中的(b)中,在电子邮件的正文下文包括对该电子邮件的操作按键,例如,包括回复按键、回复全部按键以及转发按键。当传感器模块180检测到用户在显示屏194的触控操作,且处理器110确定该触控操作对应的触控位置为转发按键所对应的显示区域,则显示对该电子邮件的转发界面,如图2中的(c)所示。用户通过填写收件人即可实现对该电子邮件的转发操作。
目前,对电子邮件的转发操作只能对单一的电子邮件进行处理,例如,将某一封电子邮件转发给其他人,或者将回复某一封电子邮件等,无法同时对多封电子邮件进行批量操作。例如,若接收到不同用户对同一事件的多封电子邮件,用户只能分别对每封电子邮件进行回复,或者,当用户需要向其他用户转发多封不同的电子邮件时,用户需要对每一封电子邮件执行转发操作,可见,操作比较复杂。
基于上述问题所在,本申请实施例提供一种邮件合并的方法,如图3所示,该方法可以应用于上述图1所示的或者与图1功能结构类似的电子设备上,即该方法可由电子设备中的各个硬件部分结合相应的软件程序来执行,具体步骤如下:
S301、显示第一界面。
该第一界面中包括至少一个应用的应用窗口,该至少一个应用包括第一应用,第一应用的应用窗口占用所述第一界面的第一显示区域。也就是说,电子设备100的显示屏194上可以同时显示多个应用的应用窗口,可以理解为分屏显示,或者,该显示屏194上也可以只显示一个应用的应用窗口,若只显示一个应用的应用窗口,则该应用即第一应用。为方便说明,下文中,以显示屏194上只显示一个应用的应用窗口为例。
在一些实施例中,第一界面可以占用显示屏194中可以用于显示应用窗口的全部显示区域。
作为一种示例,第一界面可以占满显示屏194(即占满显示屏的全部显示区域),在这种情况下,显示屏上可以不显示状态栏(用于显示信号强度、运营商标识、电池电量等信息的区域)和导航栏(用于显示home键、返回键以及多任务键的区域)。需要说明的是,在图2所示的示意图中仅示出了状态栏,未示出导航栏。在一些示例中,状态栏和导航栏都可以被隐藏,或者可以不设置导航栏。因此,在显示屏上状态栏被隐藏,不具有导航栏或者导航栏也被隐藏的情况下,电子设备的显示屏的全部显示区域显示第一界面,即,第一界面占用状态栏和导航栏所在的显示区域。
作为另一种示例,第一界面可以占满除去状态栏之外的全部显示区域。也就是说,电子设备的显示屏上不设置导航栏或者导航栏被隐藏的情况下,可以在除去状态栏之外的全部显示区域显示第一界面,如图2所示。
当然,还可以第一界面还可以有其他显示方式,例如,显示屏194上可以包括一些不能被覆盖的元素,例如悬浮球等,这些元素可以采用透明化显示,在此不一一举例了。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,该第一应用可以是能够收发电子邮件的应用,例如,可以是邮件应用,或者,也可以是具有收发邮件功能的聊天应用,例如,钉钉或者welink等软件,在此不作限制。若第一应用为具有收发邮件功能的聊天应用,则该第一界面则为通过触控操作打开该第一应用的收发邮件功能后的界面,或者,在具有收发邮件的聊天应用中,可以直接将邮件转发到聊天窗口中,则该第一界面也可以是包括邮件的聊天窗口。若该第一应用为邮件应用,则该第一界面则为该第一应用的主界面。为方便说明,在下文中,以该第一应用为邮件应用为例。
作为一种示例,该第一界面可以如图2中的(a)所示,在此不再赘述。
作为另一种示例,当邮件应用接收到任意一封电子邮件后,可以通过电子设备100的处理器110,按照接收到的邮件的存储格式,例如,多用途互联网邮件扩展(multipurpose internet mail extensions,MIME)协议存储格式、互联网电子邮件(internet email)存储格式或者notes存储格式等,对接收到的电子邮件进行解析,得到该电子邮件的特征信息,所述特性信息至少包括的发件人信息字段、收件人信息字段、主题字段、发送时间、接收时间、正文以及附件等信息,并通过外部存储器接口120,将这些信息存储在与电子设备100通信的外部存储器中。例如,可以将电子邮件中的附件或者数据量较大的正文(例如,数据量大于或等于20千字节(kilobyte,KB)的正文)以文件形式存储,并记录各个附件和数据量较大的正文的存储路径;而其他信息则可以以数据库的形式存储。这样,邮件应用显示的主界面则可以根据不同字段进行排序显示。例如,根据收件人信息依次排序显示,收件人的信息分别为张三、李四、赵九、王五以及李sir,则按照首字母将收件人的信息进行排序得到,李四、李sir、王五、张三、赵九,从而得到如图4中的(a)所示的界面,按照收件人的排序显示电子邮件。或者,还可以根据其他信息进行排序显示,例如,主题字段中的关键字或者关键词的首字母进行排序等,例如,张三发送的主题字段的关键词为“XX项目”,王五发送的电子邮件的主题字段的关键词为“放假”,因此,王五的电子邮件显示在张三的电子邮件之前,得到如图4中的(b)所示的显示界面。
针对第一界面的其他显示方式,可以参照图4中的(a)和图4中的(b),在此不一一举例。
S302、接收用户输入的第一操作,所述第一操作为预设操作,所述预设操作用于触发显示对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口。
作为一种示例,预设操作可以是在第一界面中的滑动操作,例如,可以是沿着显示屏下边缘向显示屏上侧滑动的操作,如图5中的(a)。再例如,预设操作还可以是从右到左/从左到右/从上到下/从下到上,且以具有一定的压力的滑动操作等,在此不一一举例。作为另一种示例,预设操作还可以是任意一封电子邮件对应的显示区域的无间隔的停留或长按预设时长的操作,如图6中的(a)所示。作为另一种示例,预设操作也可以是点击任意一封电子邮件的操作,如图7中的(a)所示。
作为另一种示例,为便于用户较快地找到想要合并转发的电子邮件,用户在进行该预设操作之前,可以先对电子邮件进行搜索操作,例如,如图8中的(a)所示,在第一界面的 最上方,有一个搜索窗口,用户点击该搜索窗口,从而显示屏194上显示如图8中的(b)所示的搜索界面,该搜索界面中可以显示不同类型的搜索字段,例如,根据收件人进行搜索,或者按照发件人进行搜索等,该搜索界面可以默认选择主题搜索字段,用户可以根据使用需求调整,然后,当用户输入搜索关键词,电子设备从数据库和/或文本库中寻找主题包括该关键词的邮件,然后,将搜索结果显示在显示屏194中,得到如图8中的(c)所示的显示界面,然后,用户可以在图8中的(c)所示的显示界面进行该预设操作,例如,在搜索结果中的任意一封电子邮件对应的显示区域上进行长按操作。
在本申请第一操作还可以是其他形式,在此不一一举例。
S303、响应于所述第一操作,显示对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口,所述对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口中包括合并转发的控件。
当电子设备检测到该第一操作后,则在显示屏194中显示对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口,该窗口可以如图5中的(b)、图6中的(b)、图7中的(b)以及图8中的(d)所示,该窗口可以显示在显示屏194的侧边,例如,在图5中的(b)中显示在显示屏的下侧,在图6中的(b)中显示在显示屏的左侧,在图7中的(b)中显示在显示屏的右侧,当然,该窗口也可以是弹出式窗口,显示在显示屏的中心区域,如图8中的(d)所示。该窗口中包括可以对电子邮件进行的多种操作,例如,删除操作、回复操作、转发操作以及合并转发操作等。
S304、接收用户在所述对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口上输入的第二操作,所述第二操作用于触发对电子邮件进行合并转发操作。
第二操作可以是,用户在对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口对合并转发操作对应的显示区域进行的点击操作。如图5中的(c)、图6中的(c)、图7中的(c)以及图8中的(e)所示。当然,也可以是其他操作,例如,可以是语音输入、手势输入或者晃动设备等输入操作,在此不一一举例。
S305、响应于所述第二操作,显示第五界面,所述第五界面为用于选择待合并的电子邮件的界面。
当电子设备接收该第二操作后,则确定用户需要进行电子邮件合并转发的操作,而电子邮件合并至少需要两封电子邮件才能进行,因此,在显示屏194上显示用于选择待合并的电子邮件的界面。
该第五界面中可以包括提示信息,用于提示用户进行电子邮件的选择操作。为方便用户选择电子邮件,可以在第一界面中显示的所有的邮件的前方设置选择框,另外,在提示信息的上方,还可以设置状态栏,该状态栏可以包括取消控件以及确定控件。请参考图5中的(d),由于图6~图8中后续步骤与图5相似,因此,在此不再赘述,下文中将以图5为例对后续步骤进行说明。
S306、接收用户输入的选择操作。
若用户点击某一封电子邮件对应的显示区域,则表示该电子邮件为待合并的电子邮件,从而当电子设备接收到用户对某一封电子邮件的点击操作后,则将该电子邮件前方的选择框中显示“√”的图案,或者填充该选择框等。例如,在图5中的(d)中,用户选择了第一封电子邮件和第二电子邮件作为待合并的电子邮件,当用户选择完成后,则可以点击第五界面中的确定控件,当电子设备接收到用户对确定控件的点击操作,则确定用户已经确定待合并的电子邮件。
S307、响应于所述选择操作,对所述待合并的电子邮件进行合并操作,显示第二界面, 所述第二界面用于显示合并后的电子邮件。
当电子设备确定待合并的电子邮件后,则根据每一封电子邮件的信息,对该待合并的电子邮件进行合并操作。电子邮件的发送需要包括发件人信息、主题以及正文,可选的,还可以包括抄送(carbon copy,CC)或者密/暗抄送(blind carbon copy,BCC),则下面针对这几个信息的合并方式进行说明。
针对收件人信息,在合并转发的场景下,原始邮件的收件人信息仍然可以作为合并后的邮件的收件人信息。下面对合并收件人信息的方式进行说明。
第一种示例,首先,电子设备的处理器可以获取每个待合并的电子邮件的收件人信息,并进行去重复处理,即对每一个收件人信息对应的邮件地址,按照邮件地址标准协议,例如请求注释(request for comments,RFC)文件(例如,RFC5321、RFC5322以及相关扩展文件(extensions like RFC 6531)等),提取每个邮件地址的本地部分(local-part)和域名(domain),作为与该邮件地址对应的标识(ID),若多个ID相同,则保留该多个ID中信息最完善的一个邮件地址,删除其他的重复的ID,进而生成收件人信息列表。
第二种示例,若电子设备每接收到一封电子邮件,则对该接收到的电子邮件进行解析,得到并存储该电子邮件的发件人信息字段、收件人信息字段、主题字段、发送时间、接收时间、正文以及附件等信息,则电子设备可以根据与待合并的电子邮件的标识信息,从数据库和/或文本库中获取与该每个待合并的电子邮件的收件人信息,然后,将多个待合并的电子邮件的收件人信息进行去重复处理(具体过程与第一种示例中的相应内容相似),进而生成收件人信息列表。
需要说明的是,若每封电子邮件中还包括CC或者BCC字段,则对这两个字段也采用相同的方式进行处理,从而获得抄送人信息列表和密抄送人列表,在此不再赘述。
针对主题,可以提取出每个待合并的电子邮件中的主题的关键词,获取多封电子邮件的主题的关键词,删除重复的关键词,即合并后的邮件的主题。例如,待合并的电子邮件为图5中的(a)中的第一封邮件和第二封邮件,第一封电子邮件的主题的关键词为“XX项目”和“第一阶段的资料”,第二封电子邮件的主题的关键词为“XX项目”和“第二阶段的资料”,则合并后的邮件的主题为“XX项目第一阶段的资料和第二阶段的资料”。或者,也可以直接将每封电子邮件的主题进行拼接,例如,按照接收时间先后顺序进行拼接,例如,待合并的电子邮件为图5中的(a)中的第一封邮件和第二封邮件,则合并后的邮件的主题“请查收XX项目的第二阶段的资料,请查收XX项目的第一阶段的资料”。当然,也可以采用其他方式合并主题,在此不一一举例。
针对正文,可以按照用html/css的方式定义正文的模板,也可以是plaintext模板,每一个待合并的电子邮件的正文进行排版,然后,可以按照接收时间的顺序,将每个待合并的电子邮件的排版内容追加到上一封电子邮件的排版内容的结尾,直到拼接完所有的待合并的电子邮件。
针对电子邮件中的其他信息,例如,附件等,将所有的待合并的电子邮件中的附件,作为合并后的电子邮件的附件列出。然后在收件人信息字段填入生成的收件人信息列表、抄送人信息字段中填入生成的抄送人信息列表,以及在密抄送人信息字段中填入生成的密抄送人信息列表,从而得到合并后的电子邮件,并在第三界面上显示该合并后的电子邮件。
如图5中的(e)中所示,第一封电子邮件的收件人为“wangxiaoer@XX.com”,第二封电子邮件的收件人为“wangxiaoer@XX.com”和“lisir@XX.com”,则合并后的收件人信息为 “wangxiaoer@XX.com”和“lisir@XX.com”。第一封电子邮件的抄送人为“lisiz@XX.com”和“zhaojiu@XX.com”,第二封电子邮件的抄送人为“wangwu@XX.com”和“zhangsan@XX.com”,从而得到合并后的抄送人信息为“lisiz@XX.com”、“zhaojiu@XX.com”、“wangwu@XX.com”和“zhangsan@XX.com”,由于抄送人较多,则为方便用户查看,可以将抄送人进行折叠,然后在抄送人信息后增加一个“展开”控件,当用户点击“展开”控件后,则展开全部的抄送人信息。合并后的电子邮件的主题为“XX项目第一阶段的资料和第二阶段的资料”,正文则是将两封电子邮件的正文进行拼接得到的,为简化说明书,合并后的电子邮件的正文请参见图5中的(e),不对正文的具体内容进行说明。需要说明的是,在图5中的(e)中不包括密抄送。
另外,在第二界面中,显示的合并后的电子邮件的内容均为可编辑的状态,例如,用户可以根据需求,删除收件人信息中的部分收件人或者部分抄送人,或者,可以修改主题或者修改正文等。在第二界面中,还可以包括“取消”控件和“发送”控件,若用户不需要合并转发邮件,则用户可以点击“取消”控件,若用户确认合并后的电子邮件无误,则可以点击“发送”控件,以发送该合并后的电子邮件。
S308、接收用户的确认发送操作,响应于所述确认发送操作,发送该合并后的电子邮件。
当电子设备接收到用户在“发送”控件对应的显示区域的点击操作后,则将该合并后的电子邮件发送给合并后的电子邮件中的收件人以及抄送人。
电子设备发送该合并后的电子邮件的方式可以是批量发送,即将该合并后的电子邮件同时发送给多个发送人和多个抄送人。或者,也可以按照该多个发送人和多个抄送人的顺序,依次单独发送,即将合并后的电子邮件发送多次,每次发送只将该多个发送人以及该多个抄送人中的其中一个作为邮件的接收者。或者,也可以将合并后的电子邮件发送多次,每次发送将其中一部分发送人或者一部分抄送人(例如,两个收件人或者两个抄送人)作为邮件的接收者。
或者,电子设备可以根据合并后的电子邮件中的收件人以及抄送人等信息,创建一个群组,例如,收件人信息和抄送人信息可以是一个邮件地址,而邮件地址可以是与用户的ID相关联的,则电子设备可以根据邮件地址确定收件人的用户ID和抄送人的用户ID,然后根据获取的用户ID,创建一个群组,并在第四界面上显示该群组,如图8中的(f)所示,该第三界面可以是一个聊天窗口的形式,然后将该合并后的电子邮件发送到该第四界面中,例如以电子设备对应的用户ID(即图8中的(f)中“用户A”),在聊天窗口中发送气泡消息,该气泡消息中显示合并后的电子邮件的部分信息(例如只显示主题),该第四界面的右上角显示有“成员”,其中,包括与收件人和抄送人对应的用户ID,当点击“+”时可以查看成员,当用户点击该电子邮件时可以打开该合并后的电子邮件进行查看。
在本申请实施例中,不对发送方式进行限制。
在图3所示的实施例中,当用户选择多封待合并的电子邮件后,则电子设备根据预设的规则自动合并该多封电子邮件。在另一些实施例中,电子设备也可以根据用户的选择操作进行合并。请参考图9,为本申请实施例中提供的邮件合并的方法的了另一种示例的流程图,具体步骤如下:
S901、显示第一界面。
步骤S901与步骤S301相似,在此不再赘述。在图9所示的实施例中,以图10为例进行说明,该第一界面可以如图10中的(a)所示。
S902、接收用户输入的第一操作。
该第一操作可以是预设的操作,例如,可以是任意一封电子邮件对应的显示区域的无间隔的停留或长按预设时长的操作,如图6(a)所示。或者,也可以是在任意一封电子邮件对应的显示区域内向左滑动或者向右滑动的操作,如图10中的(b)所示。当然,也可以是其他操作,在此不作限制。
S903、响应于所述第一操作,显示对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口,所述对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口中包括合并转发的控件。
S904、接收用户在所述对电子邮件进行合并转发的窗口上输入的第二操作,所述第二操作用于触发对电子邮件进行合并转发操作。
步骤S903~步骤S904与步骤S303~步骤S304相似,在此不再赘述,在图10中的(c)中,以该窗口为弹出式窗口以及该第二操作为点击操作例进行说明。
S905、响应于所述第二操作,显示第三界面,所述第三界面为用于显示电子邮件的合并方式的界面。
在本申请实施例中,用户可以对电子邮件的合并方式可以选择。作为一种示例,待合并的电子邮件中,可能有部分电子邮件中的收件人信息和抄送人信息是相同的,例如,待合并的电子邮件为第一封电子邮件~第三封电子邮件,而第二封电子邮件和第三封电子邮件中的收件人信息和抄送人信息都是相同的,则用户可以选择合并第一封邮件和第二封邮件的收件人信息,可以通过这种方式减少电子设备的计算量。或者,用户并不想将合并后的电子邮件发送给其中一个电子邮件对应的收件人,例如,用户确定合并后的电子邮件不需要发送给第三封电子邮件对应的收件人,则用户可以只选择将第一封电子邮件和第二封电子邮件的收件人合并,从而可以使得合并过程更加符合用户的需求,增加电子设备的灵活性。
对于抄送人信息和密抄送人信息,也可以采用与收件人信息相同的方式进行选择。
在本申请实施例中,提供两种对电子邮件的正文进行合并的方式。第一种合并方式如图3所示的实施例所示,直接将所有的待合并的电子邮件的正文进行拼接,将拼接后的内容作为合并后的电子邮件的正文,可以称为融合内容方式。第二种合并方式,可以将某一封电子邮件的正文作为合并后的电子邮件的正文,而将其他电子邮件以附件的形式携带在合并后的电子邮件中,可以称为待附件融合方式。第三种合并方式,可以将一部分电子邮件的正文进行拼接,作为合并后的电子邮件的正文,将剩余的电子邮件以附件的形式携带在合并后的电子邮件中,可以称为部分融合内容方式。在本申请实施例中,不对合并方式的名称进行限制。
因此,在本申请实施例中,第三界面可以包括如下几种情况。在图11中,以待合并的电子邮件为图10中的(a)中的第一封电子邮件~第三封电子邮件为例。
请参考图11中的(a),第三界面中仅包括对收件人信息的选择。例如,在第三界面中,显示提示信息“选择收件人”,在提示信息的下方显示可选的电子邮件,在每一封电子邮件的前方显示选择框,用户通过点击该电子邮件所对应的显示区域,选择电子邮件,当用户选择某一封电子邮件时,则将该电子邮件前方的选择框调整为选中状态,例如,在选择框中填充“√”图案等。
相应地,在这种情况下,该第三界面中还可以只包括针对抄送人信息的选择,或者,只包括对合并方式的选择等,在此就不一一举例了。
请参考图11中的(b),第三界面中包括收件人信息的选择以及合并方式的选择。例如,在第三界面中,分别显示两个提示信息“选择收件人”和“选择合并方式”,对于“选择收件人”的部分,与图11中的(a)相似,在此不再赘述。在提示信息“选择合并方式”下方,显示本申请提供的三种方式,分别为融合内容方式、带附件融合方式和部分融合内容方式。且,每一种合并方式前方显示有选择框,用户对合并方式的选择与对收件人信息的选择相似,在此不再赘述。
请参考图11中的(c),第三界面中包括收件人信息的选择、抄送人信息的选择、密抄送人的选择以及合并方式的选择。其中,抄送人信息的选择和密抄送人的选择,与收件人信息的选择相似,在此不一一说明。具体来讲,是将所有能够选择的内容列举显示。各个部分的内容与前述两种示例中相应的内容相似,在此不再赘述。
S906、接收用户输入的第一选择操作。
为方便说明,以第三界面为图11中的(b)所示的显示界面为例。
作为第一种示例,电子设备接收用户在“选择收件人”中选择第一封邮件和第二封邮件的选择操作,以及,在“选择合并方式”中选择融合内容方式的选择操作,并点击确定控件。
作为第二种示例,电子设备接收用户在“选择收件人”中选择第一封邮件和第二封邮件的选择操作,以及,在“选择合并方式”中选择带附件融合方式的选择操作。
根据用户输入的选择操作的不同,电子设备将执行不同的步骤。当用户输入的选择操作为第一种示例时,电子设备执行步骤S907和步骤S911;当用户输入的选择操作为第二种示例时,电子设备执行步骤S908~步骤S911。步骤S907和步骤S908~步骤S910只需选择其中一种来执行,即执行步骤S907,或者执行步骤S908~步骤S910。
S907、响应于所述第一选择操作,对所述待合并的电子邮件进行合并操作,显示第六界面,所述第六界面用于显示合并后的电子邮件。
用户的选择操作为将第一封电子邮件的收件人和第二封电子邮件的收件人合并,因此,电子设备将从第一封电子邮件中提取的收件人信息,和从第二封电子邮件中提取的收件人信息进行合并,作为合并后的电子邮件的收件人,然后,将第一封电子邮件~第三封电子邮件的主题、附件以及正文进行合并,具体合并方式与步骤S307中相应的内容相似,在此不再赘述。从而生成第六界面,然后在显示屏上显示该第六界面,如图5中的(e)所示。
S908、响应于所述第一选择操作,显示第七界面,所述第七界面用于显示对主电子邮件的选择界面。
由前述内容可知,在带附件融合方式中,是将某一封电子邮件的正文作为合并后的电子邮件的正文,而将其他电子邮件以附件的形式携带在合并后的电子邮件中,则该封电子邮件则为主电子邮件,用户可以根据使用需求进行选择。具体来讲,此时显示屏上显示第七界面,第七界面位于第三界面周围,第七界面的位置可以根据第三界面的位置进行调整。例如,若第三界面右方的位置足够第七界面显示,则第七界面显示在第三界面右边;若第三界面右方的位置不足够完全显示第七界面,则第七界面可以显示在第三界面的下方或者左方等。以图12中的(a)所示的第三界面为例,在图12中的(b)中以第七界面显示在第三界面右方为例。第七界面中显示提示信息“选择主电子邮件”,在该提示信息的下方列举用户所选择的所有的电子邮件,并在每一封电子邮件的前方显示选择框。为方便画图,在图12 中以“第一封电子邮件”~“第三封电子邮件”代替每一封电子邮件的实际内容,在实际使用中,也可以直接显示每一封电子邮件的实际内容,以方便用户查看内容后进行选择。
作为另一种示例,第六界面也可以是一个下拉菜单框。如图12中的(c)所示,当用户选择带附件融合方式后,则在待附件融合方式下方显示下拉菜单框,该下拉菜单框中显示提示信息“选择主电子邮件”,在提示信息的右方显示可操作控件,在图12中的(c)中,该可操作控件为一个三角形,用户可以通过点击该三角形控件进行主电子邮件的选择。
S909、接收用户的第二选择操作。
用户在第七界面上选择主电子邮件。例如,在图12中的(b)所示的第七界面中,通过点击对应的电子邮件前方的选择框,例如,在图12中的(b)中选择第一封电子邮件,则图12中的(b)中第一封电子邮件前方的选择框为填充状态;在图12中的(c)所示的第七界面中,用户点击三角形控件后,通过滚动显示条,然后点击所要选择的主电子邮件。例如,在图12中的(c)中选择第一封电子邮件,则在图12中的(c)的下拉菜单框中显示第一封电子邮件。
然后,用户点击第三界面中的“确认”控件。
S910、响应于所述第二选择操作,对所述待合并的电子邮件进行合并操作,显示第二界面,所述第二界面用于显示合并后的电子邮件。
用户的选择操作为将第一封电子邮件的收件人和第二封电子邮件的收件人合并,因此,电子设备将从第一封电子邮件中提取的收件人信息,和从第二封电子邮件中提取的收件人信息进行合并,作为合并后的电子邮件的收件人,具体合并方式与步骤S307中相应的内容相似,在此不再赘述。
由于用户选择的主电子邮件为第一封电子邮件,则电子设备获取第一封电子邮件的正文作为合并后的电子邮件的正文。然后,将第二封电子邮件和第三封电子邮件转换为MSG或者EML等标准格式的附件,然后该生成的附件和第一封电子邮件中携带的附件,显示在合并后的电子邮件的附件中,如图12中的(d)所示。在图12中的(d)中,以附件1为第一封电子邮件中的附件,邮件2表示转换为EML格式的第二封电子邮件,邮件3表示转换为EML格式的第三封电子邮件。
S911、接收用户的确认发送操作,响应于所述确认发送操作,发送该合并后的电子邮件。
步骤S911与步骤S308相似,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中,主要对合并转发的改进方式进行了说明,该改进方式也可以应用在回复邮件的步骤中,具体来讲,可以将上述实施例中的“合并转发”直接替换为“合并回复”即可,原理相似,在此不再赘述。
另外,需要说明的是,上述改进方式也可以适用于群消息合并中。例如,当用户选择两个聊天群组后,可以采用上述合并原理,将两个聊天群组中的联系人合并为一个大群,并将两个聊天群组中的信息合并显示在大群中。或者,当电子设备检测到用户将某一个聊天群组中的部分消息选择性合并,发送到另一个聊天群组中,则电子设备可以自动将这两个聊天群组中的联系人合并为一个大群,并将该合并的消息显示在大群中,从而可以起到消息汇总的效果,解决群组分裂的问题,提高沟通效率。
上述本申请提供的实施例中,从电子设备作为执行主体的角度对本申请实施例提供的方法进行了介绍。为了实现上述本申请实施例提供的方法中的各功能,终端可以包括硬件结构和/或软件模块,以硬件结构、软件模块、或硬件结构加软件模块的形式来实现上述各 功能。上述各功能中的某个功能以硬件结构、软件模块、还是硬件结构加软件模块的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。
本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括执行如前的图3和图9所示的方法实施例中记载的全部或部分步骤的模块/单元;这些模块/单元可以通过硬件实现,也可以通过硬件执行相应的软件实现。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种邮件合并方法,其特征在于,包括:
    显示第一界面,所述第一界面包括第一应用的应用窗口,所述第一应用用于发送电子邮件,所述第一应用的窗口中显示有至少两封电子邮件;
    接收用户的输入操作,所述输入操作用于触发对所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或者全部电子邮件进行合并操作;
    响应于所述输入操作,合并所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件,得到合并后的电子邮件;
    显示第二界面,所述第二界面包括合并后的电子邮件;
    接收用户的发送操作;
    响应于所述发送操作,发送所述合并后的电子邮件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少两封电子邮件是根据用户输入的关键词进行搜索得到的电子邮件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,合并所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件,得到合并后的电子邮件,包括:
    获取所述部分或全部电子邮件中每封电子邮件中的特征信息,所述特性信息至少包括收件人信息、抄送人信息、主题信息以及正文信息;
    合并所述部分或全部电子邮件中特征信息的类型相同的信息,得到合并后的电子邮件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,合并所述部分或全部电子邮件中特征信息的类型相同的信息,得到合并后的电子邮件,包括:
    合并所述部分或全部电子邮件中特性信息的类型相同的信息,得到合并后的特性信息;
    对同一类型的特征信息进行去重复处理,得到去重复处理后的特征信息;

  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,合并所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件,得到合并后的电子邮件,包括:
    显示第三界面,所述第三界面为用于显示电子邮件的合并方式的界面;
    接收用户的选择操作;
    根据所述选择操作,合并所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件,得到合并后的电子邮件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述合并方式包括将所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件中每封电子邮件的内容进行合并的方式,或者,将所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件中的一部分电子邮件以附件形式进行合并的方式。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,发送所述合并后的电子邮件,包括:
    获取合并后的电子邮件中的收件人信息以及抄送人信息,根据所述收件人信息以及所述抄送人信息发送所述合并后的电子邮件;或,
    显示第四界面,所述第四界面用于显示根据合并后的电子邮件中的收件人信息以及抄送人信息创建的群组;将所述合并后的电子邮件发送到所述群组中。
  8. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括至一个或多个处理器和一个或多个存储器和显示器,
    所述存储器用于存储一个或多个计算机程序;
    当所述存储器存储的一个或多个计算机程序被所述处理器执行时,使得所述电子设备执行:
    显示第一界面,所述第一界面包括第一应用的应用窗口,所述第一应用用于发送电子邮件,所述第一应用的窗口中显示有至少两封电子邮件;
    接收用户的输入操作,所述输入操作用于触发对所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或者全部电子邮件进行合并操作;
    响应于所述输入操作,合并所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件,得到合并后的电子邮件;
    显示第二界面,所述第二界面包括合并后的电子邮件;
    接收用户的发送操作;
    响应于所述发送操作,发送所述合并后的电子邮件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述至少两封电子邮件是根据用户输入的关键词进行搜索得到的电子邮件。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器合并所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件,得到合并后的电子邮件,包括:
    获取所述部分或全部电子邮件中每封电子邮件中的特征信息,所述特性信息至少包括收件人信息、抄送人信息、主题信息以及正文信息;
    合并所述部分或全部电子邮件中特征信息的类型相同的信息,得到合并后的电子邮件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器合并所述部分或全部电子邮件中特征信息的类型相同的信息,得到合并后的电子邮件,包括:
    合并所述部分或全部电子邮件中特性信息的类型相同的信息,得到合并后的特性信息;
    对同一类型的特征信息进行去重复处理,得到去重复处理后的特征信息;
    根据所述去重复处理后的特征信息,生成合并后的电子邮件。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器合并所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件,得到合并后的电子邮件,包括:
    显示第三界面,所述第三界面为用于显示电子邮件的合并方式的界面;
    接收用户的选择操作;
    根据所述选择操作,合并所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件,得到合并后的电子邮件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述合并方式包括将所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件中每封电子邮件的内容进行合并的方式,或者,将所述至少两封电子邮件中的部分或全部电子邮件中的一部分电子邮件以附件形式进行合并的方式。
  14. 根据权利要求8-13中任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器发送所述合并后的电子邮件,包括:
    获取合并后的电子邮件中的收件人信息以及抄送人信息,根据所述收件人信息以及所述抄送人信息发送所述合并后的电子邮件;或,
    显示第四界面,所述第四界面用于显示根据合并后的电子邮件中的收件人信息以及抄送人信息创建的群组;将所述合并后的电子邮件发送到所述群组中。
  15. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质包括计算机程序,当计算机程序在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行如权利要求1至7任一所述的方法。
  16. 一种程序产品,其特征在于,所述程序产品包括指令,当所述指令在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
