移液器吸头装盒器及其装盒方法 技术领域
本发明属于吸头装盒装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种移液器吸头装盒器及其装盒方法。
背景技术
移液器又称移液枪,是一种用于定量转移液体的器具。除了可以定量转移液体外,移液器的另外一个特点就是它可以通过更换吸头来达到避免不同溶液之间出现交叉污染的可能。因此,在使用移液器的操作过程中会涉及到大量移液器吸头的使用。最常用的吸头有10ul(白色);200ul(黄色);1000ul(蓝色)三种。吸头呈圆锥形,吸头的下部为吸液端,吸头的上部为连接端,连接端用于与移液枪配合,吸液端用于吸入或排出液体,连接端的直径大于吸液端的直径,连接端的底端具有第一环形凸缘,连接端的顶端具有第二环形凸缘。
为了达到无菌的目的,吸头被置于灭菌塑料吸头盒中,吸头盒内置一个多孔架,便于固定吸头,常用内置规格是:12列*8行=96孔的吸头盒,行列中心距为9mm。吸头盒满载吸头用完再重装装载,循环使用。
目前,随着科技的进步,一次性吸头大量用于医疗,生物,化学等领域。装载吸头主要靠人工进行装盒,需要大量的人工和大量时间。现有移液器吸头装盒装置出世,解决了人工装载一次性吸头的诸多不足,降低人工装盒吸头的劳动强度。但目前的移液器装盒器由震动机 构,多轴传动机构,光电传感器等方式结合实现自动装盒。这些装置自动化高和准确率高,市场价格高,给很多中小型科研单位带来经济压力。另外,震动盘是通过脉冲电磁铁,可以使料斗作垂直方向振动;震动产生噪音较大,实验室室内墙壁都是无尘封闭环境,从而增加噪声的音量,干扰人们学习和工作。由于移液器吸头有三种不同的规格,直径和长度的不同,震动盘和滑道不能同时适应不同尺寸的吸头进行自动装盒,使用者需要购买三款不同的规格移液器吸头装载机才能满足实验要求,增加成本,占据更多的实验室空间。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的移液器吸头装盒装置成本高、占据空间大和噪音大的问题,本发明提供一种移液器吸头装盒器及其装盒方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下,一种移液器吸头装盒器,包括筛盘和取出器,所述筛盘包括底板和若干隔板,若干所述隔板依次间隔固定设置在底板上,相邻所述隔板之间形成滑槽,所述滑槽的宽度大于吸头的吸液端的最大直径且小于吸头的连接端的最大直径;
所述取出器包括基部和若干移载部,若干所述移载部依次间隔固定设置在基部的底端,所述移载部沿对应的滑槽滑动,所述移载部上开设有与吸头配合的卡槽,所述卡槽的开口朝向移载部的滑动方向。

有益效果:本发明的移液器吸头装盒器,首先将若干吸头撒在筛盘上;再晃动筛盘,随着筛盘的晃动吸液端插入滑槽内,连接端的顶端位于滑槽外部;再手持取出器,将若干移载部插入对应的若干滑槽内;再滑动取出器,使若干移载部沿对应的若干滑槽滑动,此时卡槽推动吸头沿滑槽滑动,直至取出器上的卡槽内均具有吸头;再移动取出器至吸头盒上方,使吸液端对准吸头盒上相应的孔,向下移动取出 器至吸液端插入相应的孔中,再向外撤离取出器,完成吸头装至吸头盒上相应的孔中;本发明的移液器吸头装盒器,结构简单,设计巧妙,耗能低,操作便捷,效率高,成本低,没有噪音,且体积小,便于携带移动,具有广阔的市场前景。

  1. 一种移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:包括筛盘(1)和取出器(2),所述筛盘(1)包括底板(11)和若干隔板(12),若干所述隔板(12)依次间隔固定设置在底板(11)上,相邻所述隔板(12)之间形成滑槽(13),所述滑槽(13)的宽度大于吸头(3)的吸液端(31)的最大直径且小于吸头(3)的连接端(32)的最大直径;
    所述取出器(2)包括基部(21)和若干移载部(22),若干所述移载部(22)依次间隔固定设置在基部(21)的底端,所述移载部(22)沿对应的滑槽(13)滑动,所述移载部(22)上开设有与吸头(3)配合的卡槽(221),所述卡槽(221)的开口朝向移载部(22)的滑动方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:所述卡槽(221)包括位于移载部(22)底端的限位卡槽(222)和位于移载部(22)顶端的卡料卡槽(223)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:所述连接端(32)的底端具有第一环形凸缘(321),所述连接端(32)的顶端具有第二环形凸缘(322),所述第一环形凸缘(321)的底端与隔板(12)的顶端接触,所述第二环形凸缘(322)位于滑槽(13)的外部;所述吸液端(31)与限位卡槽(222)配合,所述连接端(32)与卡料卡槽(223)配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:所述连接端(32)的底端具有第一环形凸缘(321),所述连接端(32)的顶端具有第二环形凸缘(322),所述第二环形凸缘(322)的底端 与隔板(12)的顶端接触,所述第一环形凸缘(321)位于滑槽(13)的内部;所述吸液端(31)的两端分别与限位卡槽(222)和卡料卡槽(223)配合。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:所述卡料卡槽(223)呈长条形,且所述卡料卡槽(223)向限位卡槽(222)延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:所述底板(11)的四周固定设置有围板(14),所述滑槽(13)的两端与围板(14)之间具有回收槽(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:所述基部(21)上固定设置有把手部(23)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:该移液器吸头装盒器还包括水平摇床,所述底板(11)固定设置在水平摇床上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的移液器吸头装盒器,其特征在于:所述移载部(22)的数量为八个或者十二个,所述滑槽(13)的数量为移载部(22)数量的整数倍。
  10. 一种根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的移液器吸头装盒器的装盒方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1:将若干所述吸头(3)撒在筛盘(1)上;
    S2:晃动所述筛盘(1),所述吸液端(31)插入滑槽(13)内,所述连接端(32)的顶端位于滑槽(13)外部;
    S3:手持所述取出器(2),将若干所述移载部(22)插入对应的若干所述滑槽(13)内;
    S4:滑动所述取出器(2),使若干所述移载部(22)沿对应的若干所述滑槽(13)滑动,所述卡槽(221)推动吸头(3)沿滑槽(13)滑动,直至取出器(2)上的卡槽(221)内均具有吸头(3);
    S5:移动所述取出器(2)至吸头盒上方,使所述吸液端(31)对准吸头盒上相应的孔,向下移动所述取出器(2)至吸液端(31)插入相应的孔中,再向外撤离所述取出器(2),完成吸头(3)装至吸头盒上相应的孔中。
