Description

Vehicle cab structure
This disclosure relates to the cab structure of the vehicle.
Patent Document 1 describes a floor underframe arranged at the lower part of the cab of the cab over truck. The floor underframe extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle on both sides of the cab in the vehicle width direction. The floor underframe has a front portion that is arranged substantially horizontally on the front side of the vehicle, a rising portion that bends from the rear end of the front portion and tilts upward of the vehicle and extends upward of the vehicle, and an upper end of the rising portion. It has a rear part that bends from and extends almost horizontally to the rear of the vehicle. The floor under frame is fixed to the cab by welding or the like in a state of being in contact with the lower surface of the floor panel of the cab. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-100658
In the vehicle described in Patent Document 1, the floor underframe (underframe) has a front portion, a rising portion, and a rear portion, and is in contact with the lower surface of the floor panel. That is, the floor panel is provided with a floor front portion supported by the front portion of the underframe, a kickup portion supported by the rising portion of the underframe, and a floor rear portion supported by the rear portion of the underframe. ..
By the way, depending on the vehicle, the occupant seated on the seat may want to get up from the seat and move to the rear of the seat. In this case, in the vehicle described in Patent Document 1, when the occupant moves backward from the seat, it is necessary to move from the front part of the floor to the rear part of the upper floor across the kick-up part. Movement can be cumbersome.
Further, in a vehicle in which the occupant is restrained to the seat by a seat belt, when the occupant tries to move forward due to inertia in the event of a vehicle collision or the like, a load is input from the seat to the floor panel via the seat support member. May be greatly deformed forward and upward.
Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle cab structure that can be easily moved to the rear of the seat and can secure the strength of the floor panel against the load input from the seat.
In order to solve the above problems, the vehicle cab structure of the first aspect of the present disclosure includes a floor panel, left and right underframes, a seat, a seat support member, and a floor reinforcing member. The floor panels are the front part of the floor extending rearward from the lower part of the front end of the passenger compartment, the left and right kick-up parts extending upward from the rear part of the front part of the floor while being separated from each other to the left and right, and the rear and upper parts of the front part of the floor. The left and right floor rear parts that are arranged and separated from each other to the left and right from the upper part of the left and right kick-up parts, and the left and right floor rear parts that are arranged at a height lower than the left and right floor rear parts and are left and right from the rear part of the floor front part. The aisle bottom plate that extends rearward between the kick-up parts and the left and right floor rear parts, and the left and right kick-up parts and the left and right floor rear parts and the aisle bottom plate part that stand up along the left and right edge portions of the aisle bottom plate part. It has left and right aisle side plates that block the space, and divides the lower part of the passenger compartment. The left and right underframes are arranged on both sides in the vehicle width direction below the floor panel, and are located along the lower surface of the floor panel from the front end side of the front part of the floor to the rear end side of the rear part of the left and right floors via the left and right kick-up parts. Extends and is fixed to the floor panel. The seat has a seat cushion on which the occupant sits, and is arranged above the rear part of the floor on one side of the rear part of the left and right floors. The seat support member has a lower end portion of the support member on the lower end side fixed to the aisle bottom plate portion of the floor panel and an upper end portion of the support member on the upper end side fixed to the seat cushion, from the aisle bottom plate portion. Stand up and support the seat. The floor reinforcing member includes a passage bottom plate reinforcing portion fixed to the lower surface of the passage bottom plate portion of the floor panel, and the passage bottom plate reinforcing portion extending upward from the one-sided end of the passage bottom plate reinforcing portion and extending upward from the one-sided passage side plate portion. It has a passage side plate reinforcing portion fixed to the surface of the above, and the upper end side of the passage side plate reinforcing portion is directly or indirectly connected to the underframe on one side. The lower end of the support member of the seat support member is fixed to the area above the aisle bottom plate reinforcing portion of the floor reinforcing member in the aisle bottom plate portion of the floor panel.
In the above configuration, the aisle bottom plate portion of the floor panel is arranged at a height position below the rear portion of the left and right floors, and extends rearward from the rear portion of the front portion of the floor between the left and right kick-up portions and the rear portion of the left and right floors. Seats are placed above the rear of the floor on one side on the left and right. Therefore, when the occupant in the vehicle interior stands up from the seat and tries to move to the rear of the seat, the occupant can move to the rear from the front of the floor through the aisle bottom plate. That is, when the occupant stands up from the seat and moves to the rear of the seat, the occupant does not have to move from the front of the floor to the rear of the floor across the kick-up portion, so that the occupant easily moves to the rear of the seat. be able to.
In addition, the left and right underframes are arranged on both sides in the vehicle width direction below the floor panel, and the lower surface of the floor panel is arranged from the front end side of the front part of the floor to the rear end side of the rear part of the left and right floors via the left and right kick-up parts. Since it extends along and is fixed to the floor panel, the front part of the floor, the left and right kick-up parts, and the left and right rear parts of the floor can be reinforced by the left and right underframes.
Further, the floor reinforcing member extends upward from the passage bottom plate reinforcing portion fixed to the lower surface of the passage bottom plate portion of the floor panel and the passage bottom plate reinforcing portion on the one side, and the passage side plate portion on the one side. Since it has a passage side plate reinforcing portion fixed to one side surface, the passage bottom plate portion of the floor panel and the passage side plate portion on the one side can be reinforced by the floor reinforcing member.
Further, the aisle side plate reinforcing portion of the floor reinforcing member extends upward from the one-sided end of the aisle bottom plate reinforcing portion, and the upper end side of the aisle-side plate reinforcing portion directly or indirectly with respect to the one-sided underframe. Is connected to. That is, the passage bottom plate reinforcing portion is connected to the underframe on one side via the passage side plate reinforcing portion. Further, the lower end of the support member of the seat support member is fixed to the area above the passage bottom plate reinforcing portion of the floor reinforcing member in the passage bottom plate portion of the floor panel. Therefore, the load input from the seat to the floor panel can be transmitted from the passage bottom plate reinforcing portion of the floor reinforcing member to the underframe on one side via the passage side plate reinforcing portion, so that stress concentration can be suppressed. It is possible to secure the strength of the floor panel against the load input from the seat.
Therefore, it can be easily moved to the rear of the seat, and the strength of the floor panel against the load input from the seat can be secured.
The second aspect of the present disclosure is the vehicle cab structure of the first aspect, wherein the passage bottom plate reinforcing portion of the floor reinforcing member extends in the vehicle width direction below the passage bottom plate portion of the floor panel, and the floor panel. The seat support member has a front end portion of the support member on the front end side extending in the vertical direction between the upper end portion of the support member and the lower end portion of the support member. The front end of the support member of the seat support member is arranged behind the front end of the seat cushion.
In the above configuration, the front end of the support member of the seat support member is arranged behind the front end of the seat cushion. Therefore, when the occupant moves the legs from the front part of the floor to the aisle bottom plate part in order to move the occupant rearward from the seat, it is possible to prevent the occupant's legs from being caught by the front end portion of the support member of the seat support member. it can.
The fourth aspect of the present disclosure is a vehicle cab structure according to any one of the first aspect to the third aspect, and includes a connecting member. The connecting member is arranged above the aisle bottom plate portion of the floor panel, and connects the aisle side plate portion on one side or the aisle side plate portion on the one side with the seat support member.
In the above configuration, since the connecting member is arranged above the aisle bottom plate portion of the floor panel to connect the aisle side plate portion on one side or the aisle side plate portion on the one side to the seat support member, the connecting member stands up from the aisle bottom plate portion. It is possible to prevent the seat support member from falling to one side or the other side in the vehicle width direction by the connecting member.
According to the present disclosure, it is possible to easily move to the rear of the seat, and it is possible to secure the strength of the floor panel against the load input from the seat.

In the space 65 between the passage bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 and the fifth passage bottom plate reinforcing member 61, a nut support member 66 having a hat-shaped cross section that opens downward is arranged, and the fifth passage bottom plate reinforcing member 61 is arranged. Is fixed to. The nut support member 66 has an upper plate portion 66a that abuts on the lower surface of the passage bottom plate portion 15. The upper plate portion 66a of the nut support member 66 is formed with a bolt insertion hole 70 that communicates with the bolt insertion hole 67 of the passage bottom plate portion 15, and the lower surface of the upper plate portion 66a is formed so as to communicate with the bolt insertion hole 70. The nut 69 is fixed. By inserting the bolts 71 into the bolt insertion holes 68, 67, 70 from above and fastening them to the nuts 69, the rear fixing portion 50 of the lower end portion 40b of the seat stand 40 is provided with respect to the above-mentioned region 64 of the aisle bottom plate portion 15. Is fixed. Similar to the rear fixing portion 50 of the lower end portion 40b of the seat stand 40, the front fixing portion 46 also forms a closed cross section with the second aisle bottom plate reinforcing member 58 of the aisle bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10. It is fixed in the area to be used.
In the above configuration, the aisle bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 is arranged at a height position below the left and right floor rear portions 14, and between the floor front portion 12 and the left and right kick-up portions 13 and between the left and right floor rear portions 14. It extends through to the doorway 9 of the rear surface 2a of the cab 2. Therefore, when the occupant seated on the seats 17a and 17b tries to stand up from the seats 17a and 17b and move behind the seats 17a and 17b (for example, the doorway 9), the aisle bottom plate portion 15 from the floor front portion 12 It can pass through and move behind the seats 17a and 17b. In this way, when the occupant seated on the seats 17a and 17b moves rearward from the seats 17a and 17b, it is not necessary to move from the front part 12 of the floor to the rear part 14 of the floor across the kick-up part 13. , Can be easily moved to the rear of the seats 17a and 17b.
Further, the left and right underframes 33 extend from the front end side of the floor front portion 12 to the rear end side of the left and right floor rear portions 14 via the left and right kick-up portions 13 along the lower surface 10d of the floor panel 10. Since it is fixed to the lower surface 10d of the floor panel 10, the floor front portion 12, the left and right kick-up portions 13, and the left and right floor rear portions 14 can be reinforced by the left and right underframes 33.
Further, since a plurality of (five in this embodiment) passage bottom plate reinforcing members 57 to 61 are fixed to the lower surface of the passage bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10, the passage bottom plate portion 15 is fixed to the passage bottom plate reinforcing members 57 to. It can be reinforced by 61.
Further, since the first passage bottom plate reinforcing member 57, the left and right passage side plate reinforcing members 24, the left and right inner reinforcing members 25, and the left and right outer reinforcing members 26 are fixed to the rear end portion 10c of the floor panel 10. The rear end portion 10c of the floor panel 10 can be reinforced over the entire area in the vehicle width direction.
Further, since the aisle side plate reinforcing member 62 is fixed to the aisle side plate portion 16 on the right side of the floor panel 10, the aisle side plate portion 16 on the right side can be reinforced by the aisle side plate reinforcing member 62.
Further, since the floor rear reinforcing member 63 connecting the aisle side plate reinforcing member 62 and the right underframe 33 is fixed to the floor rear portion 14 on the right side of the floor panel 10, the floor rear portion 14 on the right side is the floor rear reinforcing member. It can be reinforced by 63.
Further, the rear fixing portion 50 of the lower end portion 40b of the seat stand 40 is fixed to the region 64 forming a closed cross section between the aisle bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 and the fifth aisle bottom plate reinforcing member 61. The fifth passage bottom plate reinforcing member 61 is connected to the right underframe 33 via the passage side plate reinforcing member 62 and the floor rear reinforcing member 63, so that the floor panel 10 with respect to the load input from the seat 17b side. It is possible to secure the strength of. For example, when an occupant restrained by a seat 17b by a seat belt or the like tries to move forward due to inertia at the time of a collision of the vehicle 1, the buckle 41 is pulled forward and upward, and the aisle of the floor panel 10 is pulled through the seat stand 40. An upward load is input to the bottom plate portion 15. When an upward load is input from the seat 17b side to the aisle bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 via the seat stand 40, the load is applied from the fifth aisle bottom plate reinforcing member 61 to the aisle side plate reinforcing member 62 and the floor rear reinforcing member 63. It is transmitted to the underframe 33 on the right side via. In this way, the load input from the seat 17b side to the passage bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 can be transmitted to the underframe 33 on the right side, so that the stress concentration can be suppressed and the load input from the seat 17b side can be suppressed. It is possible to secure the strength of the floor panel 10 against the above.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to easily move to the rear of the seats 17a and 17b, and it is possible to secure the strength of the floor panel 10 against the load input from the seats 17b.
Further, the front end portion 44a of the leg portion 44 on the front side of the seat stand 40 is arranged behind the front end portion 37a of the seat cushion 37 in the state of being arranged most rearward. Therefore, when the occupant moves the legs from the front floor portion 12 in front of the seats 17a and 17b to the aisle bottom plate portion 15 on the sides of the seats 17a and 17b in order to move the legs behind the seats 17a and 17b. It is difficult for the occupant's legs to get caught in the front leg 44 of the seat stand 40.
Further, the front end portion 44a of the leg portion 44 on the front side of the seat stand 40 is arranged behind the upper end edge 20 of the kick-up portion 13. Therefore, when the occupant moves the legs from the front floor portion 12 in front of the kick-up portion 13 to the aisle bottom plate portion 15 inside the aisle side plate portion 16 in the vehicle width direction in order to move the legs behind the seats 17a and 17b. In addition, the occupant's legs are unlikely to get caught in the front leg 44 of the seat stand 40.
Further, the front and rear stand support members 51 have a vehicle width direction outer end portion 51a fixed to the right floor rear portion 14 and a vehicle width direction inner end portion 51b fixed to the seat side fixing member 43, respectively. Since the seat side fixing member 43 is supported and the seat stand 40 is held in an upright state, it is possible to prevent the seat stand 40 from falling in the vehicle width direction by the front and rear stand support members 51.
Further, since the seat stand 40 is arranged at a position separated inward from the aisle side plate portion 16 on the right side in the vehicle width direction, as shown in FIG. 10, another is placed between the seat stand 40 and the aisle side plate portion 16 on the right side. Device 72 (for example, an electrical unit, etc.) can be arranged. Further, since the seat stand 40 is formed in a frame shape by the panel side fixing member 42, the seat side fixing member 43, and the front and rear legs 44, 45, another device 72 is placed in the frame of the seat stand 40. Can be placed.
In the present embodiment, the outer end portions 51a of the front and rear stand support members 51 for holding the upright state of the seat stand 40 in the vehicle width direction are fixed to the rear portion 14 of the floor on the right side, but the present invention is not limited to this. , The outer end portion 51a of the front and rear stand support members 51 in the vehicle width direction may be fixed to the aisle side plate portion 16 on the right side. Further, in the present embodiment, the inner end portions 51b of the front and rear stand support members 51 in the vehicle width direction are fixed to the seat side fixing member 43 of the seat stand 40, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the seat stand 40 is not limited to this. If the area is above the passage bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10, the inner end portions 51b of the front and rear stand support members 51 in the vehicle width direction are fixed to other portions (for example, front and rear legs 44, 45, etc.). You may.
Further, in the present embodiment, the front and rear stand support members 51 for holding the upright state of the seat stand 40 are provided, but the number of the stand support members 51 provided is not limited to two, and one or three. The above stand support member 51 may be provided. Alternatively, the stand support member 51 may not be provided.
Further, in the present embodiment, the seat 17b is attached to the floor panel 10 so as to be slidable back and forth, but it may be attached so as not to be slidable. In this case, the front end portion 44a of the leg portion 44 on the front side of the seat stand 40 may be arranged behind the front end portion 37a of the seat cushion 37 attached to the floor panel 10.
Further, in the present embodiment, the plurality of passage bottom plate reinforcing members 57 to 61 are formed in the shape of a cross-section hat that opens upward, but the shape of the plurality of passage bottom plate reinforcing members 57 to 61 is not limited to this. Other shapes (for example, rectangular tubular shape) may be used as long as the passage bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 can be reinforced.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first passage bottom plate reinforcing member 57, the left and right passage side plate reinforcing members 24, the left and right inner reinforcing members 25, and the left and right outer reinforcing members 26 are formed in a cross-section hat shape. The cross-sectional shape of the floor panel 10 is not limited to this, and may be another shape (for example, a rectangular tubular shape) as long as the rear end portion 10c of the floor panel 10 can be reinforced.
Further, in the present embodiment, the frame rear portions 36 of the left and right underframes 33 are arranged at positions separated from the inner end edge 14a of the floor rear portion 14 in the vehicle width direction to the outside in the vehicle width direction, but the present invention is limited to this. Instead, the frame rear portions 36 of the left and right underframes 33 may be arranged along the inner edge 14a of the floor rear portion 14 in the vehicle width direction. In this case, the upper end portion of the aisle side plate reinforcing member 62 and the frame rear portion 36 of the under frame 33 on the right side may be directly connected without passing through the floor rear portion reinforcing member 63.
Further, in the present embodiment, the seat stand (seat support member) 40 is formed in a frame shape by the panel side fixing member 42, the seat side fixing member 43, and the front and rear legs 44, 45. The shape of the above is not limited to this, and may be another shape as long as it can stand up from the passage bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 and support the sheet 17b. For example, it may be a rod-shaped seat support member that stands up from the aisle bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10, or a plate-shaped seat support member that stands up from the aisle bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 and intersects the vehicle width direction. It may be a member.
Further, in the present embodiment, the seat stand 40 is provided below the seat 17b on the right side, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the seat stand 40 is provided below the seat 17a on the left side, or on the left and right sides. It may be provided below both the sheets 17a and 17b. Even in this case, the fifth aisle bottom plate reinforcing member 61 below the seat stand 40 is connected to the left underframe 33 or to the left and right underframes 33.
Further, in the present embodiment, the passage side plate reinforcing member (passage side plate reinforcing portion, floor reinforcing member) 62 is fixed to the fifth passage bottom plate reinforcing member (passage bottom plate reinforcing portion, floor reinforcing member) 61, and the passage side plate reinforcing member 62 is fixed. The upper end side of the is connected to the underframe 33, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the passage side plate reinforcing member 62 is fixed to the second passage bottom plate reinforcing member 58 instead of the fifth passage bottom plate reinforcing member 61, or the fifth passage bottom plate reinforcing member 61 and the second passage bottom plate reinforcing member 58. The passage side plate reinforcing member 62 may be fixed to both sides, and the upper end side of the passage side plate reinforcing member 62 may be connected to the underframe 33. In this case, the second passage bottom plate reinforcing member 58 functions as a passage bottom plate reinforcing portion of the floor reinforcing member.
Further, in the present embodiment, the floor front reinforcing member 56 is provided at the rear end of the floor front 12, but the floor front reinforcing member 56 may not be provided.
Further, in the present embodiment, the five passage bottom plate reinforcing members 57 to 61 are provided, but at least the fifth passage bottom plate reinforcing member 61 may be provided.
Further, in the present embodiment, the nut support member 66 is provided in the space 65 between the aisle bottom plate portion 15 of the floor panel 10 and the aisle bottom plate reinforcing member 61, and the lower end portion 40b of the seat stand 40 is provided with the aisle bottom plate portion.
