下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的单元或具有相同或类似功能的单元。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
一种可调安全栏,该安全栏包括第一调节部1和第二调节部2,所述第一调节部1与所述第二调节部2相互插接配合,所述第一调节部1包括第一竖框11和第一横框12,所述第一竖框11垂直连接所述第一横框12,所述第二调节部2包括第二竖框21和第二横框22,所述第二竖框21垂直连接所述第二横框22,所述第一横框12为空心结构, 所述第二横框22插接所述第一横框12,所述第一横框12和所述第二横框22通过螺栓固定。
所述第一横框12内设有半开口的螺纹槽,螺栓穿过第一竖框11上的螺纹孔拧到所述第一横框12内的螺纹槽中,将所述第一竖框11和所述第一横框12进行固定。同理所述第二竖框21和所述第二横框22也是这么固定的。所述第一横框12的尺寸比所述第二横框22大一圈,所述第二横框22刚好可以插入所述第一横框12内,当调整好尺寸后,通过穿透所述第一横框12的螺栓对所述第一横框12和所述第二横框22进行固定。
所述第一竖框11和所述第二竖框21上还设有翻边,所述翻边凸出于所述第一竖框11和所述第一横框12的连接面或者所述翻边凸出于所述第二竖框21与所述第二横框22的连接面。所述翻边是用于对所述第一横框12或者所述第二横框22进行定位用的,同时所述翻边还可以起到遮挡所述第一竖框11和所述第一横框12的连接面或者所述第二竖框21与所述第二横框22的连接面的作用。
所述第一竖框11和所述第二竖框21为中空结构,所述安全栏还包括第三调节部5,所述第三调节部5插接所述第一竖框11和所述第二竖框21;所述第三调节部5包括第三竖框53、第四竖框54、第三横框51、第四横框52和两个角码55,其中一个所述角码55用于连接所述第三横框51和所述第三竖框53,另一个所述角码55用于连接所述第四竖框54和所述第四横框52,所述第三竖框53或所述第四竖框54插接所述第一竖框11或所述第二竖框21。
可以想象的是,所述第三横框51和所述第四横框52的插接与所述第一横框12和所述第二横框22的插接相同,而且都是通过螺栓进行固定。其他插接和固定的方式也是与第一横框12和所述第二横框22采用相同的插接固定方式。所述第三竖框53可以插接所述第一竖框11,也可以插接所述第二竖框21;所述第四竖框54可以插接所述第一竖框11也可以插接所述第二竖框21。
所述角码55包括直角块551和连接所述直角块551的插接头552,所述直角块551还设有用于嵌入横框或者竖框的嵌槽5511,所述嵌槽5511还设有容纳翻边的缺口5512,所述插接头552上还设有防错凸边5521,所述第三横框51上还设有容纳该插接头552的通孔,所述插接头552插接所述第三横框51。
在这部分结构中,该防错凸边5521和所述缺口5512的作用有两个,一是使得该结构能够与嵌入或者插入的结构更好的进行定位,而且定位稳固,二是能够起到防错的作用,避免角码55安装过程中角度安装错误。
该安全栏还包括勾块6,所述勾块6安装在所述安全栏的上部或者下部,所述勾块6固定在所述第三横框51上,所述第三横框51设有C字形的滑槽511,所述勾块6设有配合该滑槽511的滑块61。
所述滑块61面向所述滑槽511一面还设有用于容纳螺母的凹槽,所述勾块6通过螺栓穿过该螺母抵接到所述滑槽511上进行固定。
所述安全栏包括相互插接的第一调节部1和第二调节部2,所述第一调节部1和所述第二调节部2共同组成该安全栏的主体,所述安全栏还包括插接该主体的第三调节部5,所述第三调节部5插接在所述主体的上下两端,所述安全栏还包括窗框连接件3和勾块6,所述窗框连接件3设置在所述第一竖框11和所述第二竖框21上,所述勾块6固定在插接所述主体下端的所述第三调节部5上,所述勾块6固定在第三横框51上。
所述窗框连接件3还包括连接部,所述勾块6还包括钩头62,所述连接部和所述钩头62都设置在所述安全栏的内侧。
所述第一横框12上的螺纹孔开设在所述安全栏的内侧一面。
可以想象的是,其他插接结构上的螺纹孔也都开设在安全栏内侧一面。这样可以起到一定的防盗作用。
所述安全栏的内侧是指所述安全栏面向待安装窗口的一侧。
一种窗框连接件3,该窗框连接件3包括固定部31,所述固定部31用于将该窗框连接件3固定在预定位置,和连接部32,所述连接部32用于卡接窗框1凸边。
所述固定部31还包括平行于窗口的第一滑槽511311,所述连接部32两侧设有配合所述第一滑槽511311的第一滑轨321,所述连接部32沿所述第一滑槽511311滑动。
所述固定部31还包括平行于所述第一滑槽511311的第二滑槽511312,所述连接部32还设有配合所述第二滑槽511312的第二滑轨322,所述连接部32沿所述第一滑槽511311和所述第二滑槽511312滑动。
所述第一滑槽511311的一端设有第一挡板313,所述第一挡板313在所述窗框连接件3开启时抵接所述第一滑轨321。
所述窗框连接件3还设有定位装置34,所述定位装置34设置在所述固定部31内部,所述连接部32还设有配合所述定位装置34的定位通孔323,当所述连接部32需要定位时,使得所述定位装置34滑入所述定位通孔323即可。
所述连接部32还设有止挡板324,所述止挡板324在所述窗框连接件3关闭时抵接所述定位装置34。
所述窗框连接件3还包括中间连接件33,所述中间连接件33用于对所述定位装置34进行限位,所述中间连接件33设有第三滑轨331和第四滑槽511332,所述固定部 31内部设有便于所述第三滑轨331滑入的第三滑槽511314,所述定位装置34表面设有配合所述第四滑槽511332的第四滑轨341。
所述窗框连接件3的组装过程如下:
将所述连接部32的第一滑轨321和第二滑轨322,分别对准所述固定部31上的第一滑槽511311和所述第二滑槽511312,使得所述连接部32滑入所述固定部31中,由于有第一挡板313的作用,插入所述固定部31的所述连接部32不会从另一端滑出。
将所述定位装置34利用第四滑轨341和所述第四滑槽511332的配合关系插接好,在定位装置34空腔中放入弹簧,按住弹簧另一端使得所述中间连接件33利用第三滑轨331和第三滑槽511314的配合关系插入所述固定部31内部。
从图中可以看出,所述固定部31对应所述盖板35的位置设有四个对应孔,其中两个为定位孔315,两个为固定孔316,对应的所述盖板35上设有两个定位凸起351;和两个螺栓孔352。先将所述定位凸起351对应所述定位孔315,然后通过螺丝配合固定孔316将所述盖板35与所述固定部31连接好。
本申请中的所述窗框连接件3是用于将安全栏安装到窗框上的部件。
在本申请中,所述窗框是指设置在窗口位置并且具有向窗口内部伸出的凸边的框架。当然了窗框的形状不能限定,这个要根据窗口的形状进行改变。而上述所述的凸边一般是从所述窗框一边延伸出的板材。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构或单元必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调安全栏,其特征在于,该安全栏包括第一调节部(1)和第二调节部(2),所述第一调节部(1)与所述第二调节部(2)相互插接配合,所述第一调节部(1)包括第一竖框(11)和第一横框(12),所述第一竖框(11)垂直连接所述第一横框(12),所述第二调节部(2)包括第二竖框(21)和第二横框(22),所述第二竖框(21)垂直连接所述第二横框(22),所述第一横框(12)为空心结构,所述第二横框(22)插接所述第一横框(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全栏,其特征在于,所述第一调节部(1)和所述第二调节部(1)共同组成所述安全栏的主体,所述第三调节部(5)插入所述安全栏的主体的长度可调。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全栏,其特征在于,所述第一竖框(11)和所述第二竖框(21)为中空结构,所述安全栏还包括第三调节部(5),所述第三调节部(5)插接所述第一竖框(11)和所述第二竖框(21);所述第三调节部(5)包括第三竖框(53)、第四竖框(54)、第三横框(51)、第四横框(52),所述第三横框(51)和所述第三竖框(53)相互连接,所述第四竖框(54)和所述第四横框(52)相互连接,所述第三竖框(53)或所述第四竖框(54)插接所述第一竖框(11)或所述第二竖框(21)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全栏,其特征在于,所述第三调节部(5)还包括角码(55),所述角码(55)用于连接所述第三横框(51)和所述第三竖框(53),所述角码(55)还用于连接所述第四竖框(54)和所述第四横框(52),所述角码(55)包括直角块(551)和连接所述直角块(551)的插接头(552),所述直角块(551)还设有用于嵌入横框或者竖框的嵌槽(5511),所述嵌槽(5511)还设有容纳翻边的缺口(5512),所述插接头(552)上还设有防错凸边(5521),所述第三横框(51)上还设有容纳该插接头(552)的通孔,所述插接头(552)插接所述第三横框(51)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的安全栏,其特征在于,该安全栏还包括勾块(6),所述勾块(6)安装在所述安全栏的上部或者下部,所述勾块(6)固定在所述第三横框(51)上,所述第三横框(51)设有C字形的滑槽(511),所述勾块(6)设有配合该滑槽(511)的滑块(61),所述滑块(61)面向所述滑槽(511)一面还设有用于容纳螺母的凹槽,通过螺栓穿过该螺母抵接到所述滑槽(511)上对所述勾块(6)进行固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一条所述的安全栏,其特征在于,所述安全栏还包括窗框连接件(3),该窗框连接件(3)包括固定部(31),所述固定部(31)用于将该窗框连接 件(3)固定在预定位置,和连接部(32),所述连接部(32)用于卡接窗框凸边,所述固定部(31)包括平行于窗口的第一滑槽(311),所述连接部(32)两侧设有配合所述第一滑槽(311)的第一滑轨(321),所述连接部(32)沿所述第一滑槽(311)滑动,所述固定部(31)还包括平行于所述第一滑槽(311)的第二滑槽(312),所述连接部(32)还设有配合所述第二滑槽(312)的第二滑轨(322),所述连接部(32)沿所述第一滑槽(311)和所述第二滑槽(312)滑动,所述第一滑槽(311)的一端设有第一挡板(313),所述第一挡板(313)在所述窗框连接件(3)开启时抵接所述第一滑轨(321)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全栏,其特征在于,所述窗框连接件(3)还设有定位装置(34),所述定位装置(34)设置在所述固定部(31)内部,所述连接部(32)还设有配合所述定位装置(34)的定位通孔(323),当所述连接部(32)需要定位时,使得所述定位装置(34)滑入所述定位通孔(323)即可,所述连接部(32)还设有止挡板(324),所述止挡板(324)在所述窗框连接件(3)关闭时抵接所述定位装置(34)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全栏,其特征在于,所述窗框连接件(3)还包括中间连接件(33),所述中间连接件(33)用于对所述定位装置(34)进行限位,所述中间连接件(33)设有第三滑轨(331)和第四滑槽(332),所述固定部(31)内部设有便于所述第三滑轨(331)滑入的第三滑槽(314),所述定位装置(34)表面设有配合所述第四滑槽(332)的第四滑轨(341)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的安全栏,其特征在于,所述第一竖框(11)和所述第二竖框(21)上还设有翻边,所述翻边凸出于所述第一竖框(11)和所述第一横框(12)的连接面或者所述翻边凸出于所述第二竖框(21)与所述第二横框(22)的连接面。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的安全栏,其特征在于,所述安全栏包括相互插接的第一调节部(1)和第二调节部(2),所述第一调节部(1)和所述第二调节部(2)工头组成该安全栏的主体,所述安全栏还包括插接该主体的第三调节部(5),所述第三调节部(5)插接在所述主体的上下两端,所述安全栏还包括窗框连接件(3)和勾块(6),所述窗框连接件(3)设置在所述第一竖框(11)和所述第二竖框(21)上,所述勾块(6)固定在插接所述主体下端的所述第三调节部(5)上,所述勾块(6)固定在第三横框(51)上,所述窗框连接件(3)还包括连接部,所述勾块(6)还包括钩头(62),所述连接部和所述钩头(62)都设置在所述安全栏的内侧。
