- 如权利要求25所述接入方法,其特征在于,各个产业码服务器的物格编码介质作为子版;所述核心服务器还发放一种全局的物格编码介质,其与各个产业码服务器各自的物格相对应,用以分享来自各个产业码服务器对应事项的收益。
- 如权利要求26所述接入方法,其特征在于,所述产业码服务器对应物格编码介质的交易转让,通过统一发码管理中心的一个码链数字资产交易所的服务器统一管理;所述物格编码介质对应于特别提物权,是基于物权的智能合约的计量单位。
- 如权利要求9~27中任意一项所述接入方法,其特征在于,所述产业码服务器对应的事项包含推广页,及对应推广页的商城的开设;通过购买商品、或代理加盟、或具备指定身份,成为所述产业码服务器对应的合伙人。
- 如权利要求12~15中任意一项所述接入方法,其特征在于,可对物格编码介质成功识别的终端设备,或可基于成功识别物格编码介质所获信息来与产业码服务器或其授权的后台服务器进行交互的终端设备,能获取到对应于物格编码介质且与该终端设备的用户权限相匹配的数据信息。
- 如权利要求29所述接入方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备是以下任意一种或其任意组合:智能手机、平板电脑、个人电脑、可穿戴式设备、智能家电;所述可穿戴式设备包含智能眼镜。
- 如权利要求12~15或29~30中任意一项所述接入方法,其特征在于,所述物格编码介质是根据预定编码规则生成的,人眼可见或不可见的光学点阵图,具有一维码、或二维码、或多维码的形式,是静态的、或是进行明暗光线变化或频率变化的;或者,所述物格编码介质是表面根据预定编码规则形成有三维立体结构的三体码;或者,所述物格编码介质是根据预定编码规则,以特定规律或特定频率变化方式生成的数字化光波或声波或电波或上述的组合波。
- 一种数字人眼镜,其特征在于,数字人眼镜对物件拍摄并识别,接入对所述物件的信息进行管理的第一后台,并向第一后台提供可标定出对应于数字人眼镜或其用户当前对应的位置、时间、身份识别信息之中任意一项或多项的第一基础信息,在第一后台向第二后台请求发行元码时使用;所述元码对应于第一后台所管理的所述物件的信息,或对应于第一后台所管理的所述 物件的信息及所述第一基础信息;数字人眼镜对元码拍摄并识别,接入第一后台并向第一后台提供可标定出对应于数字人眼镜或其用户当前对应的位置、时间、身份识别信息之中任意一项或多项的第二基础信息,在第一后台向第二后台请求发行新码时使用;所述新码对应于第一后台所管理的所述物件的信息及第二基础信息;其中,所述元码或所述新码,对应于权利要求12~29中任意一项所述接入方法中的编码介质;所述第二后台对应于产业码服务器,或者对应于与多个产业码服务器链接的核心管理服务器。
- 如权利要求29所述的数字人眼镜,其特征在于,所述第一后台将数字人眼镜接入时提供的第一基础信息,传递给第二后台并请求发行元码;所述数字人眼镜拍摄识别元码并接入第一后台,且第一后台判断第一基础信息符合预先定义的规则时,向第二后台请求发行新码;所述第二后台根据第一后台发送的发行元码或新码的请求,相应地生成元码或新码并保存,并传输给第一后台进行保存。
- 如权利要求29所述的数字人眼镜,其特征在于,数字人眼镜首次对物件拍摄并识别时,接入所述第一后台,并提供第一基础信息,在第一后台向第二后台请求发行元码时使用;数字人眼镜再次对物件拍摄或识别时,接入第一后台,获取对应于元码的信息,和/或提供所述第二基础信息在第一后台向第二后台请求发行新码时使用。
- 如权利要求29所述的数字人眼镜,其特征在于,所述第二后台支持对以下一项或多项信息进行搜索查询分析:拍摄识别物件得到的信息、第一后台管理的信息、第一基础信息、第二基础信息、元码对应的信息、新码对应的信息。
- 如权利要求29所述的数字人眼镜,其特征在于,所述物件包含人脸、物品、地标、含有店招的门牌号。
- 如权利要求29所述的数字人眼镜,其特征在于,所述统一发码管理中心的核心服务器与多个产业码服务器相对应;各个产业码服务器的物格编码介质的发放,均由所述核心服务器控制及管理;所述数字人眼镜对应于权利要求28或29所述接入方法中的终端设备。
- 一种应用权利要求1~31中任意一项所述接入方法的方法,其特征在于,接入者通过移动终端获得对应于第一商户的商品的信息,且获取到异类接入信息;所述异类接入信息对应于异类接入途径;接入者通过异类接入途径,获得对应于至少一个其他商户的商品的信息;所述第一商户对应于第一产业码服务器;所述至少一个其他商户对应于至少一个其他产业码服务器,所述第一产业码服务器和所述至少一个其他产业码服务器对接到一个统一管理服务器。
- 如权利要求38所述的方法,其特征在于,接入者通过包含若干级传播者的传播链,得到用以获取对应于第一商户的商品的信息的接入途径;传播者提供与所述接入途径对应的推广码,所述推广码是一种物格编码介质;接入者通过移动终端识别所述物格编码介质。
- 如权利要求39所述的方法,其特征在于,每个产业码服务器对应一个或多个商户;每一个商户对应一个物格;每个物格关联一个或至少一个合伙人;在规定条件达成时,产业码服务器向物格的合伙人发放收益,和/或向物格对应的传播链所包含的传播者发放收益;规定条件是否达成,包含:接入者、合伙人、传播者中的任意一个或每一个,是否执行规定的 操作;和/或,接入者、合伙人、传播者中的任意一个或每一个,其所对应的时间信息、位置信息、数字人标识信息中的一种或多种信息是否符合规定。
