- the use of uplink resources by the terminal is dynamically scheduled or non-dynamically scheduled by the network side equipment.
- the network side device allocates uplink resources for the terminal and indicates the uplink resources allocated by the terminal so that the terminal can transmit data on the allocated uplink resources;
- the network side device configures the terminal Authorization group, the configured authorization group becomes the configuration authorization group, which can also be called configured grant.
- the configuration grant is a transmission method of pre-periodically allocated resources introduced by NR (New Radio) for UL (Uplink) data.
- Configuration authorization includes two methods: configured authorization type 1 (configured grant Type 1) and configured authorization type 2 (configured grant Type 2); among them, configuration authorization type 2 and LTE (Long Term Evolution) SPS (Semi-Persistent Scheduling) , Semi-persistent scheduling) working mechanism is the same.
- the network side equipment is pre-configured with UL resources to facilitate services that require high latency (such as URLLC (Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communications)) or services with a relatively regular format (such as VoIP services). Transmission on the configured UL resource.
- Configuration authorization type 1 is RRC configuration resource location, MCS (Modulation Coding Scheme) mode, RB (Radio Block, radio resource block) size, number of HARQ processes, period, etc., and no physical layer is required.
- the activation or deactivation process takes effect after the RRC configuration, and the data is transmitted on the response configuration resource. As shown in Figure 1A, it is the data sending process of the configuration authorization type 1.
- the configuration authorization type 2 is configured by the RRC to configure the resource location, the number of HARQ processes, and the period, but it does not configure the RB size.
- the MCS method requires the physical layer to send DCI to activate or deactivate the resource, as shown in Figure 1B.
- the HARQ process in configuration authorization type 1 and configuration authorization type 2 ranges from 0 to N-1. Where N is the number of HARQ processes scheduled by RRC for configuration authorization type 1 and configuration authorization type 2, so the HARQ process also includes 0.
- the network side device configures multiple configuration authorization groups for the terminal, and the following configuration scheme can be used for the coordination process of the multiple configuration authorization groups.
- Configuration scheme 1 For different service characteristics, such as supporting VoIP and URLLC at the same time, but due to different service attributes: VoIP has a longer delay and lower reliability requirements, so it is configured for a longer period, and the configured MCS is relatively compared Large; URLLC has higher requirements for delay and reliability, so the period setting will be shorter, and the MCS setting will be smaller. Therefore, multiple configuration authorization groups can be different periods, different resource durations, different MCSs, and different resource start positions. As shown in FIG. 2A, it is a schematic diagram of the first configuration authorization groups with different configurations.
- Configuration scheme 2 Since there will be a certain delay jitter when the service arrives, if only one set of configuration authorization is configured, the terminal misses a resource location and needs to wait until the next cycle to transmit, so the data transmission delay increases, and the setting is different After resources are configured, the terminal can select the nearest available resource to send after the service arrives, thereby reducing transmission delay. Therefore, multiple configuration authorization groups can be the same period, the same resource duration, the same MCS, and different resource start positions; as shown in FIG. 2B, it is a schematic diagram of the second configuration authorization group with different configurations.
- the terminal determines how to configure multiple configuration authorization groups, but when an RRC message (such as RRC release, or adding one or more configuration authorization groups) occurs to a configured configuration authorization group in the terminal, a group is activated. Or after multiple groups of configuration authorization groups or deactivation of one or more groups of configuration authorization groups, the HARQ process ID contained in the configuration authorization group will also change accordingly. Therefore, the corresponding HARQ process ID cannot be found when the HARQ process data retransmission is not changed. During the process, the terminal cannot perform data retransmission, and the terminal’s data transmission behavior is unclear.
- an RRC message such as RRC release, or adding one or more configuration authorization groups
- this application provides a data transmission method and device to solve the problem that when the terminal receives the RRC to release one or more configuration authorization groups, or the RRC message instructs to add one or more configuration authorization groups, and activate one group. Or multiple configuration authorization groups, or after deactivating one or more configuration authorization groups, the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group will occur.
- the network side equipment schedules the terminal for new data transmission or data retransmission, how does the terminal execute the data? Transmission problem.
- the terminal first determines multiple configuration authorization groups configured by the network side device, and after receiving the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group, the terminal can first determine the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated According to the running status of the configuration authorization timer, process the data that needs to be transmitted; or after the terminal receives the notification message to update the configuration authorization group, it determines that the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated changes, the terminal When receiving the retransmission scheduling request, the data that needs to be retransmitted in the HARQ process before the change is transferred to the changed HARQ process for transmission; or after the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated is determined to be changed, the terminal When receiving the retransmission scheduling request, the terminal deletes the data in the HARQ process before the change, does not perform retransmission, and performs new data transmission in the HARQ process after the change. After the terminal determines that the process in the configuration authorization group is changed, whether it is receiving the re

- a flow chart of a data transmission method includes the following steps:
- Step 300 The terminal determines to configure multiple configuration authorization groups
- Step 301 After receiving the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group, the terminal processes the data to be transmitted.
- the terminal determines to configure multiple configuration authorization groups, it processes the data to be transmitted after receiving the notification message to update the configuration authorization group. After receiving the notification message to update the configuration authorization group, the terminal determines the configuration authorization that needs to be updated. Group and process the HARQ process data transmission in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated. After receiving the notification message for the update configuration authorization group, the terminal clarifies how to process the HARQ process data transmission in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated.
- the terminal receives the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group in the following manner:

- the terminal receives the downlink control information DCI used to indicate the deactivation or activation of one or more groups of configuration authorization groups.
- the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group includes RRC messages for configuration authorization type 1 and configuration authorization type 2 and for configuration authorization type 2. DCI message.
- the configuration authorization group of configuration authorization type 1 after receiving an RRC message for instructing to release or add one or more configuration authorization groups, the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated can be determined; or For the configuration authorization group of configuration authorization type 2, after receiving an RRC message for instructing to release or add one or more configuration authorization groups, determine the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated; or for the configuration of configuration authorization type 2
- authorization grouping after receiving the DCI that activates or deactivates one or more groups of configuration authorizations, determine the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated.
- the terminal may refer to the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process in the configuration authorization packet that needs to be updated to determine whether to update when processing the data to be transmitted.
- Configure the HARQ in the authorization group or directly update the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated. It is introduced in detail through the following two embodiments:
- Embodiment 1 Refer to the running status of the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated.
- the network side device configures multiple authorization configuration groups for the terminal, and each configuration authorization group corresponds to at least one HARQ process.
- FIG. 4 it is a schematic diagram of the configuration authorization group configured by the network side device for the terminal.
- the terminal When the terminal receives the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group sent by the network side device, it determines the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated. Further, the terminal judges the operation status of the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated, and processes the data to be transmitted according to the operation status of the timer.
- the terminal processes the data that needs to be transmitted according to the running status of the timer: if the terminal determines that the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process P in the configuration authorization packet that needs to be updated is running, and the HARQ process P data retransmission schedule is received, execute HARQ process P data retransmission; or if the terminal determines that the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process P in the configuration authorization packet that needs to be updated expires or stops, the HARQ process P is changed to the HARQ process Q, and the HARQ process Q data transmission is performed, When the HARQ process Q data transmission is performed, the new HARQ process Q data transmission is performed.
- P and Q are integers greater than or equal to 0, and P is not equal to Q.
- the starting conditions for configuring the authorization timer include:
- the current HARQ process is a new transmission/retransmission authorized by the configuration
- the current HARQ process is a new transmission or retransmission that is dynamically authorized and scheduled, but it is configured for configuration authorization, that is, the HARQ process ID belongs to the HARQ process ID range of the configuration authorization.
- CS-RNTI Configured Scheduling-Radio Network Temporary Identifier
- the HARQ process when the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process runs within the set time, the HARQ process remains unchanged; when the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process times out or stops, it is determined that the data transmission is successful, and if the update configuration authorization is received For the grouped notification message, the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated is recalculated according to formula 1, otherwise the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group remains unchanged.
- UL HARQ ID [floor(CURRENT_symbol/periodicity+timeDomainOffset)]%M i +Offset i
- M i represents the number of i-th HARQ process configuration authorization packet configuration
- Offset represents the offset configuration packet start authorization in HARQ process ID
- Offset may be made of RRC (Radio Resource Control, RRC) signaling
- M j represents the number of HARQ processes configured in the jth configuration authorization group
- M is used to represent the number of HARQ processes configured in the configuration authorization group
- i and j are used to represent different configuration authorization groups.
- configuration authorization group #1 corresponds to HARQ process 3 and HARQ process 4
- configuration authorization group 2 corresponds to HARQ process 5, HARQ process 6 and HARQ process 7.
- the terminal After determining the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated, the terminal judges the operation of the configuration authorization timer of HARQ process 5 in configuration authorization group #2. If the configuration authorization timer of HARQ process 5 is running, it waits for the configuration of HARQ process 5 After the authorization timer expires or stops, the HARQ process is recalculated and updated.
- the terminal If the HARQ process 5 data retransmission schedule is received during the operation of the HARQ process 5 configuration authorization timer, the terminal continues to use the HARQ process 5 to perform the HARQ process 5 data retransmission, and restarts the HARQ process 5 configuration authorization timer. Until the configuration authorization timer of HARQ process 5 stops or expires, the terminal recalculates and updates the HARQ process according to the above formula. At this time, because configuration authorization group #1 is released, HARQ process 5 is updated to HARQ process 3.
- the configuration authorization group configured by the network side device for the terminal is the configuration authorization group corresponding to configuration authorization type 2
- the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group is deactivation configuration authorization group #1, activation configuration authorization group #2, and it needs to be updated at this time
- the configuration authorization group of is the configuration authorization group #2.
- the specific update process is similar to the above situation and will not be repeated here.
- each HARQ process only determines whether to update the HARQ process according to the running status of the corresponding configuration authorization timer.
- Step 500 The terminal determines to configure multiple configuration authorization groups
- Step 501 After receiving the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group, the terminal determines the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated;
- step 502 the terminal determines whether the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process P in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated is running, if so, perform step 503, otherwise, perform step 504;
- Step 503 the HARQ process P remains unchanged
- Step 504 Change the HARQ process P to the HARQ process Q.
- the terminal determines how to process the HARQ process transmission data according to the running status of the HARQ process configuration authorization timer in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated.
- the HARQ process configuration authorization timer is running, when the data retransmission schedule is received, the current HARQ process data retransmission is performed; or the HARQ process configuration authorization timer stops running or times out to determine the current HARQ process data
- the transmission is successful, and the current HARQ process is updated, and the changed HARQ process data transmission is performed.
- the terminal After receiving the notification message for updating the configuration authorization packet, the terminal first determines the running status of the configuration authorization timer of the HARQ process, and further determines how to transmit data, so that the terminal has a better understanding of how to perform data transmission.
- Embodiment 2 The terminal directly updates the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated.
- the network side device configures multiple configuration authorization groups for the terminal, and each configuration authorization group corresponds to at least one HARQ process, as shown in FIG. 4.
- the terminal When receiving the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group sent by the network side device configuration, the terminal determines the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated, recalculates and updates the HARQ process of the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated. Further, the terminal processes the data to be transmitted according to the received data transmission scheduling instruction. - MAC PDU Media Access Control Packet Data Unit
- the terminal transfers the MAC PDU in HARQ process 5 to the changed HARQ process 3 and executes HARQ Process 3 data transmission.
- the data transmitted in HARQ process 3 is the MAC PDU of the original HARQ process 5.
- a flow chart of the second overall method for data transmission includes the following steps:
- Step 600 The terminal determines to configure multiple configuration authorization groups

- Step 603 After receiving the data retransmission instruction for the original HARQ process, the terminal transfers the data in the original HARQ process to the changed HARQ process;
- step 604 the terminal performs a later HARQ process data transmission.
- Case 2 After receiving the data retransmission instruction, the data in the HARQ process before the change is deleted, the data retransmission is not performed, and the new data transmission is performed in the HARQ process after the change.

- the terminal deletes the MAC PDU in the HARQ process 5 and performs data transmission in the HARQ process 3. At this time, the data transmitted in the HARQ process 3 needs to be transmitted with new data.
- a flow chart of the third overall method of data transmission includes the following steps:

- Step 702 The terminal recalculates the HARQ process in the configuration authorization group that needs to be updated, and changes the original HARQ process to the calculated HARQ process;
- Step 703 After receiving the data retransmission instruction for the original HARQ process, the terminal deletes the data in the original HARQ process, and executes a new HARQ process data transmission.
- the terminal after receiving the notification message for updating the configuration authorization group, the terminal determines that the HARQ process in the updated configuration authorization group has changed, and if it receives a scheduling instruction to execute the HARQ process data retransmission before the change, it will remain unchanged.
- the data of the previous HARQ process is transferred to the changed HARQ process, and the terminal performs the data transmission of the changed HARQ process.
- the data of the HARQ process before the change is transmitted; or the HARQ process before the execution is received
- the scheduling instruction for data retransmission the data in the HARQ process before the change is deleted, and the data transmission of the HARQ process after the change is performed.
- the new data is transmitted in the HARQ process after the change.
