具体地,请结合图2和图3,至少一个滑动块包括第一滑动块22,第一滑动块22可在滑槽211上沿第一方向(Y轴方向)滑动,第一滑动块22呈U形结构,该U形结构的中间设置有限位槽222。当第一滑动块22位于第一位置时,第一滑动块22与卡托本体21围合形成较大的第一区域,此时,该第一区域可用于放置较大的电子卡30。例如,可以容纳一张大的SIM(Subscriber Identification Module,身份识别)卡,如图2所示。

图4为本申请第二实施例中卡托组件的组合结构示意图,图5为本申请第二实施例中卡托组件的分解结构示意图,请结合图4至图5,本实施例提供一种卡托组件20,该卡托组件20安装于便携式电子设备上,该卡托组件20包括卡托本体21、固定片25和多个滑动块,固定片25与卡托本体21叠加设置,多个滑动块设置在固定片25与卡托本体21之间,多个滑动块与卡托本体21围合形成用于容纳电子卡30的区域,固定片25与卡托本体21之间形成有供多个滑动块滑动的轨道,多个滑动块可分别固定至轨道内的不同位置。卡托本体21具有靠向外侧的卡托门板212和相对卡托门板212设置的插入端213。

请结合图9至图11,当用户使用针状物插入卡托组件20的针孔214时,该针状物会推动推杆60从第一位置移动至第二位置,当推杆60移动至第二位置时,该推杆60会推动杠杆70旋转,杠杆70在旋转过程中推动卡托组件20从容置空间内移出。

第九实施例
图15为本申请第九实施例中卡托组件的组合结构示意图。本实施例与第二实施例的区别在于,沿卡托本体21的第一方向(Y轴方向)上远离卡托门板212凸出设置有凸出部215,该凸出部215的中部区域可再容纳一个存储卡31,该存储卡31例如为Micro SD卡。

图16为本申请第十实施例中卡托组件的组合结构示意图。本实施例与第九实施例的区别在于,由第一滑动块22、第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24围合形成的区域较小,可以容纳较小的电子卡30。请结合图5和图16,将第一滑动块22、第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24放置在卡托本体21上对应的滑槽211后,将固定片25叠加在第一滑动块22、第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24的上方,此时,在固定片25与卡托本体21之间形成有供第一滑动块22、第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24滑动的轨道。其中,第一滑动块22可沿第二方向(X轴方向)朝向第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24滑动,直至其两侧的卡槽26的第二卡位262与固定片25的弹性臂251相卡接;第二滑动块23可沿第一方向(Y轴方向)朝向第三滑动块24滑动,直至其卡槽26的第二卡位262与固定片25的弹性臂251相卡接;第三滑动块24可沿第一方向朝向第二滑动块23滑动,直至其卡槽26的第二卡位262与固定片25的弹性臂251相卡接。此时,第一滑动块22、第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24围合形成的区域较小,可以容纳较小的电子卡30,例如,可以容纳一张小的SIM(Subscriber Identification Module,身份识别)卡。

图17a到图17c为本申请第十一实施例中卡托组件的三视图,其中图17c为俯视图,图17a为仰视图,图17b图为侧视图。请结合图5和图17a至图17c,本实施例与第二实施例的区别在于,本实施例中沿卡托本体21的厚度方向(Z轴方向)多设置了一个用于容纳Micro SD卡的区域。

图19a至图19c为本申请第十三实施例中卡托组件其中一个状态的三视图,图20a至图20c为本申请第十三实施例中卡托组件另一个状态的三视图,其中图19c和图20c为俯视图,图19a和图20a为仰视图,图19b和图20b为侧视图。请结合19a至图19c和图20a至图20c,本实施例与第二实施例的区别在于,卡托本体21上还设置滑动板217,滑动板217可相对卡托本体21滑动。该滑动板217上设置有用于容纳存储卡31的区域。

请参考图19a至图19c和图20a至图20c,除了在卡托本体21上表面放置有电子卡30,与卡托本体21滑动连接的滑动板217上还可以放置存储卡31,滑动板217相对卡托本体21可在第一状态与第二状态之间滑动,当处于所述第一状态时,滑 动板217与卡托本体21相互层叠设置,当处于所述第二状态时,滑动板217从卡托本体21内滑出以供装载存储卡31,该存储卡31放置在滑动板217的下表面上。具体地,该存储卡31例如为Micro SD卡。即本实施例中,一个Micro SD卡和一个大的SIM卡叠加设置,且放置Micro SD卡的滑动板217可相对该卡托本体21滑动。
另外,第一滑动块22可沿第二方向(X轴方向)朝向第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24滑动,直至其两侧的卡槽26的第二卡位262与固定片25的弹性臂251相卡接;第二滑动块23可沿第一方向(Y轴方向)朝向第三滑动块24滑动,直至其卡槽26的第二卡位262与固定片25的弹性臂251相卡接;第三滑动块24可沿第一方向朝向第二滑动块23滑动,直至其卡槽26的第二卡位262与固定片25的弹性臂251相卡接。此时,第一滑动块22、第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24围合形成的区域较小,可以容纳较小的电子卡30,例如,可以容纳一张小的SIM(Subscriber Identification Module,身份识别)卡。
也就是说,当固定片25上的弹簧臂251分别与第一滑动块22、第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24上的卡槽26的不同卡位进行卡接时,由第一滑动块22、第二滑动块23和第三滑动块24围合形成的区域可以放置不同大小的SIM卡。
在其他实施例中,卡托组件可以设置有用于承载不同尺寸电子卡的第一卡槽和第二卡槽,以及至少一滑动件,第一卡槽与第二卡槽重叠或部分重叠设置,第一卡槽可以容纳第一尺寸的卡,第二卡槽可以通过至少一滑动件的移动形成不同空间,用以容纳与第一尺寸不同或相同的卡。滑动件例如为一卡托框架,该卡托框架与卡托本体滑动连接,该卡托框架可相对于卡托本体在水平面内滑动。具体地,该卡托框架的各相对侧边上设置有两条平行的滑槽,卡托本体的相对两侧设置有滑轨,滑轨收容在滑槽内,该卡托框架通过滑轨与滑槽相对卡托本体滑动。
第十四实施例
图21为本申请第十四实施例中卡托组件其中一个状态的结构示意图,图22为本申请第十四实施例中卡托组件另一状态的结构示意图。请结合图21至图22,本实施例提供一种卡托组件20,该卡托组件20包括第一卡槽221、第二卡槽222和 移动件27,第一卡槽221大于第二卡槽222,第一卡槽221和第二卡槽222有部分重叠且分别用于承载不同尺寸的电子卡30,第一卡槽221由移动件27于第一状态时形成;第二卡槽222由移动件27于第二状态时形成。图21即为本实施例中的第一状态,图22即为本实施例中的第二状态。
具体地,移动件27包括沿第二方向(X轴方向)设置的第一伸缩杆271和沿第一方向(Y轴方向)设置的第二伸缩杆272,第一伸缩杆271和第二伸缩杆272的中部均设置有弹性件273。由于弹性件273的设置,第一伸缩杆271的长度可以沿第二方向伸缩;第二伸缩杆272的长度可以沿第一方向伸缩。本实施例中,弹性件273例如可以为弹簧。
请继续参考图21和图22,该卡托组件还包括沿第一方向设置的第一滑槽211a和沿第二方向设置的第二滑槽211b,第一伸缩杆271的一端设置在第一滑槽211a中并可沿第一滑槽211a滑动,第二伸缩杆272的一端设置在第二滑槽211b中并可沿第二滑槽211b滑动。具体地,在本实施例中,第一伸缩杆271的一端设置有第一滑块217a,第一滑块217a设置在第一滑槽211a中并可沿第一滑槽211a滑动,第一滑块217a带动第一伸缩杆271沿第一方向移动;第二伸缩杆272的一端设置有第二滑块217b,第二滑块217b设置在第二滑槽211b中并可沿第二滑槽211b滑动,第二滑块271b带动第二伸缩杆272沿第二方向移动。
当移动件27移动至第一状态时,其与卡托本体21形成的第一卡槽221可用于放置较大的电子卡30,如图21所示;当移动件27移动至第二状态时,其与卡托本体21形成的第二卡槽222可用于放置较小的电子卡30,如图22所示。

图23为本申请第十五实施例中卡托组件其中一个状态的结构示意图,图24为本申请第十五实施例中卡托组件另一状态的结构示意图。请结合图23和图24,移动件28包括第一滑动杆281和第二滑动杆282,第一滑动杆281和第二滑动杆282均为曲臂结构。当第一滑动杆281和第二滑动杆282设置于第一位置时,第一滑动杆281、第二滑动杆282与卡托本体21形成第一卡槽221;当第一滑动杆281和第二滑动杆282设置于第二位置时,第一滑动杆281、第二滑动杆282与卡托本体21形成第二卡槽222。

- 一种卡托组件,包括卡托本体和至少一滑动块,所述卡托本体上设置有供所述滑动块滑动的滑槽,所述滑动块通过所述滑槽滑动地设置在所述卡托本体上,所述滑动块通过滑动可围合形成不同大小的区域,用于容纳不同尺寸大小的电子卡。
- 如权利要求1所述的卡托组件,其中,所述滑动块包括第一滑动块,所述第一滑动块可在所述滑槽上沿第一方向滑动,当所述第一滑动块设置于第一位置时,所述第一滑动块与所述卡托本体围合形成第一区域,当所述第一滑动块设置于第二位置,所述第一滑动块与所述卡托本体围合形成第二区域。
- 如权利要求1所述的卡托组件,其中,所述滑动块包括第二滑动块和第三滑动块,所述第二滑动块和所述第三滑动块对称设置,所述第二滑动块可在所述滑槽上朝向所述第三滑动块滑动,所述第三滑动块可在所述滑槽上朝向所述第二滑动块滑动,用于围合形成不同大小的区域。

- 如权利要求29所述的卡托装置,其中,所述卡托框架的相对侧边上设置有两条平行的滑槽,所述卡托本体的相对两侧设置有滑轨,所述滑轨收容在所述滑槽内,所述卡托框架通过所述滑轨与所述滑槽相对所述卡托本体滑动。
- 一种卡连接器,包括如权利要求1-30任一项所述的卡托组件。
- 如权利要求31所述的卡连接器,其中,所述卡连接器包括印刷电路板和连接至所述印刷电路板的卡座,所述印刷电路板与所述卡座之间形成用于容纳所述卡托组件的容置空间。
- 一种终端,包括如权利要求31至32任一项所述的卡连接器。
