Abstract
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'énergie nucléaire et a pour but d'assurer le chauffage d'un caloporteur et de maintenir la pression dans un compensateur de pression d'un réacteur au cours de l'exploitation. L'invention permet de créer un dispositif EECET possédant une double barrière métallique entre le milieu à chauffer et le conducteur de courant de l'élément chauffant du ECET, un centrage garanti de la spirale de fibres conductrices de courant dans le capot de protection du ECET, une diminution de la température des conducteurs de courant et une connexion par soudure hermétique unique du ECET et du couvercle de l'EECET; l'ensemble d'éléments chauffants électriques tubulaires comprend un couvercle et des éléments chauffants électrique tubulaires qui sont connectés hermétiquement dans le couvercle par une connexion soudée ou brasée; les éléments chauffants électriques tubulaires se composent d'un élément chauffant se présentant sous forme d'une spirale de fibres, d'une enveloppe de protection en forme de tube, d'un isolateur et de conducteurs de courant; il est préférable que l'élément chauffant se composant d'un câble chauffant dans une enveloppe métallique à l'épreuve de la chaleur et disposé dans un capot de protection externe fait d'un acier résistant à la chaleur; le capot de protection externe et le couvercle sont connectés par une connexion soudée hermétique, et l'élément chauffant consiste en des conducteurs de courant ayant une faible résistance ohmique et faits d'une enveloppe métallique de protection à l'épreuve de la chaleur du câble chauffant.
