또한, 본 고안은 커버부재의 일면으로 손잡이를 구성하여 커버부재를 직접 손으로 잡지 않은 상태에서 개폐가 가능하여 위생적인 사용이 가능한 양변기 커버용 위생 손잡이를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

또한, 본 고안의 실시예에 따르면, 커버부재의 일면으로 손잡이를 구성하여 커버부재를 직접 손으로 잡지 않은 상태에서 개폐가 가능하여 위생적인 사용이 가능한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 고안의 실시예에 따르면, 화장실 도어의 개폐 여부에 따라 자동으로 커버부재와 착석시트 간의 결합이 이루어지도록 함으로써, 별도의 조작 없이도 커버부재 및 착석시트를 동시에 개방이 가능하여 사용 편의성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 고안의 실시예에 따르면, 손잡이의 내부에 아로마와 같은 향기를 발산하는 발산수단을 구성하여 용변 후, 화장실의 냄새를 최소화할 수 있어 사용시 불쾌감을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

착석시트의 전방측 단부에 일체로 구성되는 고정본체와, 상기 고정본체의 내부에 삽입 및 고정되는 고정자석과, 상기 고정본체의 개방된 바닥면을 밀폐시키며, 바닥면으로 상기 착석시트가 양변기의 상부에 안착될 때 소음을 저감시키는 방진고무가 구성된 고정커버와, 상기 고정자석의 하부에 위치하며, 상기 고정자석의 하부에 밀착되어 외부로부터 침투하는 습기 및 수분을 흡수하는 패킹부재로 구성되는 고정부재;
커버부재의 일면에 장착되며, 상기 고정부재와 대향하는 위치에 장착되고, 회전 작동에 의해 상기 고정자석과 자력에 의한 결합, 또는 분리가 이루어지도록 구성되는 손잡이 어셈블리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 양변기 커버용 위생 손잡이는 착석시트의 일면에 고정자석(120)이 내장된 고정부재(100)를 결합하고, 커버부재의 일면에 장착되며 고정부재(100)와 대향하는 위치에 장착되고, 회전 작동에 의해 고정자석(120)과 자력에 의한 결합, 또는 분리가 이루어지도록 구성되는 손잡이 어셈블리(200)를 포함하여 구성된다.
고정부재(100)는 착석시트의 전방측 단부에 결합되되, 바람직하게는 착석시트가 양변기의 상부에 안착이 이루어질 때 고정부재(100)가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 착석시트의 내면측에 결합이 이루어지도록 구성된다.
이러한 고정부재(100)는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 착석시트의 전방측 단부에 일체로 구성되며, 바닥면이 개방되게 형성되는 고정본체(110)와, 고정본체의 내부에 삽입 및 고정되며, 후술할 손잡이 어셈블리(200)에 구성된 개폐자석(230)과 커버부재의 개폐 작동 여부에 따라 자력에 의한 결합이 이루어지는 고정자석(120)과, 고정본체(110)의 개방된 바닥면을 밀폐시키는 고정커버(130)를 포함하여 구성된다.
고정본체(110)는 내부로 습기를 포함하는 수분이 침투하지 않도록 패킹부재를 더 구성할 수 있다.
이때, 패킹부재는 고정자석(120)의 하부에 위치하며, 고정커버(130)가 고정본체(110)에 결합될 때 고정자석(120)의 하부(바닥면)에 밀착되어 외부로부터 침투하는 습기 및 수분이 고정자석(120)측으로 전달되는 것을 방지하며, 유입된 숩기 및 수분의 흡수가 이루어지도록 구성된다.
또한, 고정커버(130)의 바닥면에는 착석시트가 양변기의 상부에 안착이 이루어질 때 발생하는 소음을 저감시키는 방진고무가 부착될 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
손잡이 어셈블리(200)는 커버부재의 전방에 분리 가능하게 결합되며, 착석시트를 밀폐시킬 때 고정부재(100)와 동축선상에 위치하도록 결합되는 것으로, 착석시트의 전방측 상부면에 안착되는 베이스 프레임(210)과, 베이스 프레임(210)의 내부에 수용되며, 회전 작동에 의해 고정자석(120)과의 자력 결합, 또는 해제가 이루어지도록 개폐자석(230)이 구성되는 작동부재(220)와, 베이스 프레임(210)과 분리 가능하게 결합되는 밀폐 하우징(240)과, 밀폐 하우징(240) 및 작동부재(220)와 연결되며, 작동부재(220)를 회전시키는 손잡이 부재(250)를 포함하여 구성된다.
베이스 프레임(210)은 상부가 개방되어 작동부재(220)의 수용이 이루어지도록 작동홀(212)이 형성되고, 이 작동홀(212)의 일측부에 작동부재(220)의 회전 범위를 제한하는 스토퍼(214)가 형성된다.
또한, 베이스 프레임(210)은 작동홀(212)의 타측부, 즉 스토퍼(214)의 대향되는 위치에는 베이스 프레임(210)을 밀폐 하우징(240)과 쉽게 분리가 이루어지도록 사용자의 손가락이 삽입되는 분리홀(216)이 형성된다.
이때, 분리홀(216)에는 베이스 프레임(210)의 내부로 수분이나 습기가 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 패킹부재가 분리 가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 베이스 프레임(210)의 바닥면에는 고정부재(100)와 마찬가지로 방진고무가 부착될 수 있음은 물론이다.
작동부재(220)는 베이스 프레임(210)의 작동홀(212)에 수용되며, 바닥면이 베이스 프레임(210)의 내면에 안착된 상태로 일정 각도 만큼 회전 작동이 이루어지면서 고정자석(120)과 자력에 의한 결합이 이루어지면서 착석시트와 커버부재가 동시에 개방이 이루어지도록 하거나, 또는 커버부재 만을 독립적으로 개방이 이루어지도록 구성된다.
이러한 작동부재(220)는 상부 전방부에 함몰되게 구성되며, 개폐자석(230)이 삽입에 의한 결합이 이루어지도록 구성되는 삽입홈(222)이 형성되고, 이 삽입홈(222)의 후방으로 상향 돌출 형성되며, 밀폐 하우징(240)을 관통하여 손잡이 부재(250)와 결합되는 중심축(226)과, 삽입홈(222)의 전방측 선단부에 형성되며, 일정 각도 이상으로 회전이 이루어지는 경우, 베이스 프레임(210)의 스토퍼(214)와 접촉이 이루어지도록 구성되는 접촉부(214)를 포함하여 구성된다.
이때, 삽입홈(222)에는 개폐자석(230)이 부착에 의한 결합이 이루어질 수 있도록 접착수단이 바닥면에 도포될 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니며, 억지 끼움 결합 방식에 의한 결합이 이루어지도록 구성될 수도 있다. 아울러, 본 고안의 삽입홈(222)의 형태는 개폐자석(230)과 동일한 형태로 이루어질 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 중심축(226)은 원형 축 부재로 이루어질 수 있으나, 바람직하게는 삼각형, 사각형 이상의 다각형의 형태로 형성되는 것으로, 작동부재(220)의 상부면 후방부에 구성되고, 상측 끝단부가 후술할 밀폐 하우징(240)의 중앙부에 형성되는 연결부(242)를 관통하여 손잡이 부재(250)의 고정부(254)와 분리 가능하게 결합이 이루어지도록 구성된다.
이에, 사용자는 손잡이를 좌측, 또는 우측 방향으로 회전시켜 개폐자석(230)이 고정자석(120)의 상부에 위치시켜 자력에 의한 결합이 이루어지도록 하고, 개폐자석(230)과 고정자석(120) 간의 자력 결합시에는 착석시트와 커버부재의 동시 개방이 이루어지게 되어 사용자는 커버부재를 직접 손으로 잡은 상태에서 개방시키지 않아도 되므로, 위생적으로 양변기의 사용이 가능하게 될 것이다.
밀폐 하우징(240)은 베이스 프레임(210)의 개방된 상부를 밀폐시키며, 작동부재(220)의 중심축(226)과 손잡이 부재(250)의 고정부(254)가 서로 결합이 이루어지도록 지지함과 동시에 손잡이 부재(250)의 회전 작동을 지지하는 구성요소이다.
이러한 밀폐 하우징(240)은 하방이 개방되어 베이스 프레임(210)의 외면과 밀착된 상태로 분리 가능하게 결합이 이루어지고, 상부 중앙으로 상향 돌출되게 형성되며, 중앙부가 관통되는 중공의 형태로 구성되는 연결부(242)가 형성된다.
이때, 연결부(242)는 외주 일면으로 손잡이 부재(250)의 회전 작동을 지지하는 베어링, 볼 등과 같은 회전 지지수단이 더 구성될 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
이와 같은 밀폐 하우징(240)은 상부면이 소정의 곡률을 형성하도록 구성되며, 이 곡률은 커버부재의 내면에 대한 곡률과 동일한 곡률로 구성되어 손잡이 어셈블리(200)를 커버부재에 고정시킬 때, 밀폐 하우징(240)의 상부면이 커버부재의 내면부에 긴밀하게 밀착을 이루도록 구성된다.
손잡이 부재(250)는 작동부재(220)와 연결되어 개폐자석(230)과 고정자석(120) 간의 결합, 또는 분리가 이루어지도록 작동부재(220)의 회전 작동을 지지하는 것으로, 사용자의 파지가 가능하게 구성된다.
이러한 손잡이 부재(250)는 커버부재의 외면에 구성되며, 이 커버부재를 관통하여 작동부재(220)와의 결합이 이루어지도록 구성되는 고정부(254)와, 고정부(254)에 형성되며, 밀폐 하우징(240)의 연결부(242)와 회전 가능하게 결합되는 결합홈(252)이 구성된다.
이때, 고정부(254)는 중앙으로 중심축(226)과 대응되는 형상으로 형성되며, 이 중심축(226)이 분리 가능하게 결합되는 고정홈(254a)이 더 구성되고, 고정홈(254a)의 외측으로 연결부(242)의 원주면이 삽입이 이루어지는 결합홈(252)이 형성된다.
또한, 결합홈(252)은 연결부(242)의 원주면에 대한 내면 및 외면이 밀착되게 구성되며, 회전 지지수단에 의해 연결부(242)의 외주면을 따라 회전이 이루어지도록 구성된다.
이에, 사용자가 손잡이 부재(250)를 잡은 상태에서 좌측, 또는 우측 중 어느 한 방향으로 회전력을 제공하면, 손잡이 부재(250)와 연결된 작동부재(220)가 회전하면서 개폐자석(230)의 위치를 고정자석(120)의 상부로 이동시켜 자력에 의한 결합이 이루어지도록 구성되는 것이다.
한편, 본 고안의 손잡이 어셈블리(200)는 사용자가 별도의 회전 작업을 위해 손잡이 부재(250)측으로 외력을 가하지 않아도 자동으로 개폐자석(230)과 고정자석(120) 간의 결합 및 분리가 이루어지도록 하는 커버 개폐 지지장치를 더 구성될 수도 있을 것이다.
커버 개폐 지지장치는, 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 손잡이 부재(250)의 내부에 장착이 이루어지도록 손잡이 부재(250)의 내부에 구동 장착부(302)를 형성하고, 화장실의 도어에 대한 개방시 구동신호를 수신받아 작동부재(220)의 회전 작동이 이루어지도록 구성되는 것으로, 중심축(226)의 상단부에 내접기어 형태로 구성되며, 회전력의 전달시 중심축(226)을 회전시키는 회전 기어부(310)와, 회전 기어부(310)와 기어 결합이 이루어지고, 회전 기어부(310)측으로 회전력을 전달하는 구동 기어부(320)와, 구동 기어부(320)를 회전시키는 구동모터(330)와, 구동모터(330)의 구동 여부를 제어하는 센서부(340) 및 손잡이 부재(250)의 상부를 밀폐시키는 밀폐덮개(350)를 포함하여 구성된다.
이때, 센서부(340)는 화장실의 도어, 구동모터(330) 및 작동부재(220)에 각각 제1 내지 제3센서부로 구성될 수 있으며, 제1센서부는 화장실의 도어에 대한 개방 여부를 감지하여 제2센서부로 전송하는 도어 개방 감지센서로 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 제2센서부는 제1센서부로부터 도어의 개방 신호가 전송되면, 구동모터(330)를 회전시켜 작동부재(220)의 회전 작동이 이루어지도록 전원의 공급 여부를 제어하는 구동센서로 이루어질 수 있으며, 제3센서부는 작동부재(220)와 스토퍼(214) 간의 접촉 여부를 감지하고, 감지된 신호를 제2센서부로 전송하는 접촉센서로 이루어질 수 있다.
이에, 사용자는 화장실의 도어 개방시 자동으로 개폐자석(230) 및 고정자석(120)의 결합이 이루어짐에 따라 별도의 커버부재와 착석시트의 결합을 위한 외력을 가하지 않아도 된다.
아울러, 도면에 도시하지는 않았지만, 제1센서부로부터 화장실의 도어 개방 신호가 전송되는 경우, 커버부재 및 착석시트의 결합 뿐만 아니라, 전술한 커버 개폐 지지장치의 설치 위치에 따라 결합된 상태의 커버부재 및 착석시트의 개방 작동이 이루어지도록 구성될 수도 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 본 고안의 손잡이 어셈블리(200)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 손잡이 부재(250)의 내면으로 아로마와 같은 방향수단이 내장되게 구성되고, 내장된 방향수단이 일정량 분사가 이루어지도록 구성될 수도 있을 것이다.
이때, 손잡이 부재(250)에는 방향수단이 내장되는 내장홈을 형성하고, 내장된 방향수단의 분사가 이루어지는 분사공(402)이 더 구성될 수 있으며, 분사공(402)은 손잡이 부재(250)의 하부면을 향하도록 다수개로 구성될 수 있을 것이다.
또한, 손잡이 부재(250)에는 방향수단의 분사 작동을 위하여 이 방향수단을 가압하는 가압돌기가 양측부에 돌출 형성되는 가압부재(410)와, 방향수단을 가압한 가압부재(410)의 위치를 복원시키는 탄성체(440)와, 가압부재(410) 및 탄성체(440)를 손잡이 부재(250)에 장착시키는 가이드 플레이트(420)를 더 구성할 수 있으나, 손잡이 부재(250)를 통해 일정량의 방향수단이 분사되는 구조라면, 통상의 기술자에 의하 다양한 설계 변경을 통해 구현될 수 있을 것이다.
이하에 도시된 도면들 중 도면부호 "10", "20" 은 각각 커버부재 및 착석시트를 지시하는 도면부호이다.
이상에서 기재된 "포함하다", "구성하다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는, 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한, 해당 구성 요소가 내재될 수 있음을 의미하는 것이므로, 다른 구성 요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성 요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함한 모든 용어들은, 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 고안이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가진다.
또한, 이상의 설명은 본 고안의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 고안이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 고안의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 고안에 개시된 실시예들은 본 고안의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 고안의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 고안의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 고안의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 고정자석이 내장되고, 착석시트의 일면에 고정되는 고정부재; 및 커버부재의 일면에 장착되며, 상기 고정부재와 대향하는 위치에 장착되고, 회전 작동에 의해 상기 고정자석과 자력에 의한 결합, 또는 분리가 이루어지도록 구성되는 손잡이 어셈블리를 포함하고,
    상기 손잡이 어셈블리는,
    상기 커버부재의 내면에 구성되고, 착석시트의 전방측 상부면에 안착되는 베이스 프레임;
    상기 베이스 프레임의 내부에 수용되며, 회전 작동에 의해 상기 고정자석과의 자력 결합, 또는 해제가 이루어지도록 개폐자석이 구성되는 작동부재;
    상기 베이스 프레임과 분리 가능하게 결합되는 밀폐 하우징; 및
    상기 밀폐 하우징 및 작동부재와 연결되며, 상기 작동부재를 회전시키는 손잡이 부재
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양변기 커버용 위생 손잡이.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부재는,
    상기 착석시트의 전방측 단부에 일체로 구성되는 고정본체;
    상기 고정본체의 내부에 삽입 및 고정되며, 상기 개폐자석과 자력에 의한 결합이 이루어지는 고정자석; 및
    상기 고정본체의 개방된 바닥면을 밀폐시키는 고정커버;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양변기 커버용 위생 손잡이.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스 프레임에은 상기 작동부재의 회전 범위를 제한하는 스토퍼가 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양변기 커버용 위생 손잡이.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 작동부재는,
    개폐자석이 결합되는 삽입홈과,
    상기 삽입홈의 후방으로 상향 돌출 형성되며, 상기 밀폐 하우징을 관통하여 상기 손잡이 부재와 결합되는 중심축과,
    상기 삽입홈의 전방측 선단부에 형성되며, 일정 각도 이상으로 회전이 이루어지는 경우, 상기 스토퍼와 접촉이 이루어지도록 구성되는 접촉부
    로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양변기 커버용 위생 손잡이.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이 어셈블리에는
    화장실의 도어의 개방 여부에 따라 자동으로 상기 개폐자석과 고정자석 간의 결합 및 분리가 이루어지도록 하는 커버 개폐 지지장치; 및
    상기 손잡이 부재의 내부에 구성되며, 아로마로 이루어진 방향수단이 내장되고, 상기 방향수단을 가압하여 일정량 분사가 이루어지도록 하는 가압부재;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양변기 커버용 위생 손잡이.
