所述箱体内部安装有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构包括安装在箱体底部箱壁上表面的第一电机4,所述第一电机位于密封箱5内部,所述密封箱由多块密封板焊接而成,密封箱固定在箱体底部箱壁的上表面上,所述第一电机的轴线垂直于底部箱壁设置,第一电机的输出轴伸出至密封箱外部,且与搅拌杆6固定连接,所述搅拌杆能够在第一电机的作用下转动,对箱体内的清洗液进行搅拌,所述第一电机的输出轴与密封箱的箱壁之间设置密封圈,密封圈与密封箱箱壁固定连接,第一电机输出轴与密封圈转动连接,密封圈可以防止清洗液进入密封箱内部,影响第一电机的工作。
所述箱体内部安装有液泵,所述液泵采用潜水泵7,固定在箱体的底部箱壁上,所述潜水泵的出液口连接有第一管路8,所述第一管路与固定在箱体顶部箱壁外侧面的出液管9连接,所述出液管通过第二管路(未在图中画出)与挂接在箱体的一侧侧部箱壁的喷雾机构10连接。
所述喷雾机构包括卡块10-1,所述卡块长方体结构,所述箱体的侧部箱壁上设有与所述卡块形状相匹配的两个第一固定块11,所述第一固定块设置有与卡块相匹配的第一放置槽,卡块的两端可挂接在两个第一固定块的第一放置槽内。
所述卡块中穿过有进液管10-2,进液管与卡块固定连接,所述进液管一端与第二管路连接,进液管的另一端与液筒10-3的一端连接,液筒的另一端与雾化喷头10-4连接,潜水泵能够驱动箱体内的清洗液依次流过第一管路、出液管、第二管路、进液管及液筒后进入雾化喷头,雾化喷头能够将清洗液喷射出。
与挂接喷雾机构的箱体的侧部箱壁相邻的一个侧部箱壁上挂接有擦拭机构12,所述擦拭机构包括外壳12-1,所述侧部箱壁上设有第二固定块13,第二固定块上设置有与所述外壳相匹配的第二放置槽,外壳能够通过第二放置槽挂接在第二固定块上,所述外壳内安装有驱动机构,所述驱动机构与第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成连接,驱动机构能够带动第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成的转动,对水冷壁的水冷管进行擦拭。
所述外壳内部具有两个隔板12-2,所述隔板将外壳内空间分隔为第一腔室及位于第一腔室两侧的第二腔室,所述第一腔室内固定有第二电机12-3,所述第二电机的输出轴与第一锥齿轮12-4连接,所述第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮12-5相啮合,所述第二锥齿轮固定在中间轴12-6上,所述中间轴两端穿过两个隔板伸入两个第二腔室,所述中间轴通过轴承与隔板转动连接,伸入一侧第二腔室的中间轴的一端端部固定第三锥齿轮12-7,所述第三锥齿轮与第四锥齿轮12-8相啮合,所述第四锥齿轮与第一擦拭轴总成固定连接,中间轴的另一端与第五锥齿轮12-9连接,第五锥齿轮与第六锥齿轮12-10相啮合,第六锥齿轮与第二擦拭轴总成固定连接。
第二电机工作,能够通过锥齿轮传动带动中间轴转动,中间轴两端通过锥齿轮传动带动第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成的转动。
所述第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成结构相同,均包括转轴12-11,所述转轴包括截面为圆形的第一轴段和截面为正方形的第二轴段,第一擦拭轴总成的第一轴段端部与第四锥齿轮固定连接,第二擦拭轴总成的第一轴段端部与第六锥齿轮相啮合,所述转轴的第一轴段上设有两个环状凸台12-12,环状凸台相对的端面与外壳壳壁的内、外侧面贴紧接触,且两个环状凸台之间的第一轴段部分通过轴承与外壳壳壁转动连接。
第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成的第二轴段上设有卡槽12-13,第二轴段通过卡槽连接有擦拭套12-14,所述擦拭套设有与所述卡槽相匹配的卡块,擦拭套能够通过卡块卡入卡槽中,当擦拭套使用一段时间磨损需要更换时,方便擦拭套的安装和拆卸,所述擦拭套可采用钢丝压制成块制成,钢丝可以不断刮擦水冷壁表面,对水冷壁表面进行清理,也可采用铝箔片压制成块制成,其表面会有很多棱角,实现对水冷壁表面进行清理,且伤害较小,或采用固定在第二轴段上的磨砂布,采用磨砂布清理,清理效率高。
所述外壳上设置有第二提手12-15,方便操作人员抓握擦拭机构。
本实施例中,所述潜水泵、第一电机、第二电机均与控制机构14连接,控制机构安装在箱体的侧部箱壁上,操作人员能够通过控制机构控制潜水泵、第一电机及第二电机的工作,所述控制机构能够与外接电源15连接,外接电源用于对潜水泵、第一电机及第二电机进行供电。
本实施例还涉及一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置的工作方法:取下保护塞通过箱体顶部箱壁的开口注入清洁剂和水,注入工作完成后,在开口塞上保护塞,启动第一电机,搅拌杆对清洁剂和水进行搅拌,形成清洗液,搅拌完成后,操作人员从箱体上取下喷雾机构,启动潜水泵,潜水泵驱动清洗液流经第一管路、出液管、第二管路、进液管、液筒后进入雾化喷头,由雾化喷头喷出,操作人员移动喷雾机构,将雾化喷头喷出的清洗液喷洒至水冷壁上。
清洗液喷洒完毕后,操作人员取下擦拭机构,启动第二电机,第二电机带动第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成转动,操作人员将第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成与水冷壁的水冷管接触,操作人员眼水冷管上下移动擦拭机构,利用擦拭套对水冷管进行擦拭。
工业实用性
采用本实施例的清理装置,能够向水冷壁喷洒清洗液,进行初步清理,然后利用第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成进行进一步的清理,第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成能够转动,清理效果好,清理效率高。
喷雾机构及擦拭机构能够挂接在箱体上,方便从箱体上取下,且方便随箱体共同运输,方便操作人员将整个清理装置运输至目标位置。
采用本实施例的清理装置,不需要占用较多的清理人员,普通施工人员即可进行操作。
上述虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,包括用于盛放清洗液的箱体,箱体内安装有搅拌机构,搅拌机构用于对箱体内的清洗液进行搅拌,箱体内还设有液泵,液泵通过管路与挂接在箱体外箱壁的喷雾机构连接,液泵能够驱动清洗液进入喷雾机构,喷雾机构能够将清洗液喷出,箱体的外箱壁还挂接有擦拭机构,擦拭机构包括与箱体挂接连接的外壳,外壳内部固定有驱动机构,所述驱动机构与伸出至外壳外部的第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成连接,能够驱动第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成的转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌机构包括第一电机,所述第一电机安装在位于箱体内部的密封箱内部,所述第一电机的输出轴伸出至密封箱外部并与搅拌杆固定连接,所述密封箱用于对第一电机进行防水,所述搅拌杆能够对清洗液进行搅拌。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,所述箱体的顶部箱壁设有开口,用于注入清洗液,所述开口处设有保护塞,所述保护塞能够封堵或打开所述的开口。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,所述液泵采用潜水泵,潜水泵的出液口与管路的一端连接,管路的另一端伸出至箱体外部并连接喷雾机构。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,所述喷雾机构包括卡块,所述卡块挂接在箱体设置的第一固定块上,所述卡块穿过有进液管,进液管与卡块固定连接,所述进液管一端与管路连接另一端与液筒一端连接,液筒另一端连接有雾化喷头,管路中的清洗液能够依次流经进液管、液筒,由雾化喷头喷出。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,所述箱体设置有第二固定块,所述外壳能够与第二固定块挂接连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,所述外壳内部设有两个隔板,隔板将外壳内空腔分隔为第一腔室和位于第一腔室两侧的第二腔室,所述驱动机构包括固定在第一腔室内的第二电机,所述第二电机通过锥齿轮传动与中间轴连接,中间轴穿过两个隔板并与隔板转动连接,中间轴的两端分别通过锥齿轮传动与第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成均包括转轴,所述转轴与外壳转动连接,转轴一端伸入外壳内部,并通过锥齿轮传动与中间轴连接,转轴伸出至外壳外部的轴段固定连接有擦拭套,所述转轴上设置有两个环状凸台,环状凸台相对的端面分别与外壳壳壁的内、外侧面贴紧,用于对转轴在其轴线方向上进行限位。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉水冷壁清理装置,其特征在于,所述箱体底部安装有行走轮,方便箱体的移动。
  10. 一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的锅炉水冷壁清理装置的工作方法,其特征在于,在箱体内注入清洗液,利用搅拌机构对清洗液进行搅拌,将喷雾机构从箱体上取下,启动液泵,液泵驱动清洗液进入喷雾机构并喷出,利用喷雾机构将清洗液喷洒至待清洗的锅炉水冷壁上,喷洒完成后,从箱体上取下擦拭机构,启动驱动机构,第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成转动,将第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成与水冷壁的水冷管接触,移动擦拭机构,利用第一擦拭轴总成和第二擦拭轴总成对水冷壁的水冷管进行擦拭。
