本发明涉及一种喷雾装置,特别涉及一种医用清洁喷雾装置。
背景技术
普通医用清洁喷雾装置的清洁效果不好,移动性差,没有良好的检测设备,液料储存量小,喷压小,为此,我们提出一种医用清洁喷雾装置。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种医用清洁喷雾装置,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种医用清洁喷雾装置,包括底座、箱体、混料箱、搅拌电机和高压泵,所述底座顶部一侧提高螺栓安装箱体,且箱体顶部一侧设置防护盒,所述箱体顶部另一侧设置医药箱,所述箱体内一侧通过安装混料箱,且混料箱内顶部通过防护罩安装搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机顶部通过减速电机安装搅拌杆,所述混料箱内一侧通过安装片安装液位传感器,且混料箱内壁安装温控器,所述混料箱内底部通过防水罩安装电加热丝,且温控器与电加热丝电性相连,所述混料箱一侧通过水管连接活性炭过滤器,所述活性炭过滤器顶部通过安装板安装高压泵,且高压泵顶部设置第一除湿器,所述防护盒内通过格板设置喷雾枪,且喷雾枪一端具有柔性管,所述柔性管通过流量传感器与高压泵连接。
进一步地,所述搅拌杆位于混料箱内,所述活性炭过滤器通过排水管与高压泵连接。
进一步地,所述底座内设置减震板,且底座顶部通过转轴安装万向轮。
进一步地,所述箱体一侧通过安装架安装显示屏,且显示屏与流量传感器、温控器和液位传感器电性相连,所述搅拌电机一侧设置第二除湿器,且搅拌电机另一侧安装散热风扇。
进一步地,所述底座顶部另一侧通过安装块安装推手,所述防护盒内顶部安装紫外线杀菌灯。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:底座拥有良好的支撑性,箱体便于设备安装,医药箱用于放置医药用品,混料箱用于对清洁液料进行加热,搅拌电机用于搅拌驱动使用,且减速电机用于控制搅拌电机的转速,从而使搅拌杆有效转动,以便混匀液料,液位传感器用于检测混料箱内的液料余量,由温控器有效检测混料箱内液料的温度值,从而控制电加热丝为其加热,活性炭过滤器用于过滤液料中的杂质,以保护喷雾装置,防止堵塞,高压泵可有效对液料增加,以加强其喷雾效果,第一除湿器用于为箱体内进行除湿处理,防护盒用于安放喷雾枪,柔性管能够有效拖拉拽出,流量传感器用于检测液料的传送量和速度。

如图1所示,一种医用清洁喷雾装置,包括底座1、箱体2、混料箱3、搅拌电机4和高压泵12,所述底座1顶部一侧提高螺栓安装箱体2,且箱体2顶部一侧设置防护盒16,所述箱体2顶部另一侧设置医药箱18,所述箱体2内一侧通过安装混料箱3,且混料箱3内顶部通过防护罩安装搅拌电机4,所述搅拌电机4顶部通过减速电机6安装搅拌杆5,所述混料箱3内一侧通过安装片安装液位传感器20,且混料箱3内壁安装温控器7,所述混料箱3内底部通过防水罩安装电加热丝8,且温控器7与电加热丝8电性相连,所述混料箱3一侧通过水管连接活性炭过滤器11,所述活性炭过滤器11顶部通过安装板安装高压泵12,且高压泵12顶部设置第一除湿器14,所述防护盒16内通过格板设置喷雾枪15,且喷雾枪15一端具有柔性管24,所述柔性管24通过流量传感器13与高压泵12连接。
其中,所述搅拌杆5位于混料箱3内,所述活性炭过滤器11通过排水管与高压泵12连接。
其中,所述底座1内设置减震板21,且底座1顶部通过转轴安装万向轮22。
其中,所述箱体2一侧通过安装架安装显示屏23,且显示屏23与流量传感器13、温控器7和液位传感器20电性相连,所述搅拌电机4一侧设置第二除湿器9,且搅拌电机4另一侧安装散热风扇10。
其中,所述底座1顶部另一侧通过安装块安装推手19,所述防护盒16内顶部安装紫外线杀菌灯17。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种医用清洁喷雾装置,工作时,将清洁液料送入混料箱3内,且通过减速电机6控制搅拌电机4的转速,从而使搅拌杆5有效转动,以便混匀液料,使清洁效果更好,由液位传感器20检测混料箱3内的液料余量,由温控器7有效检测混料箱3内液料的温度值,从而控制电加热丝8为其加热,活性炭过滤器11用于过滤液料中的杂质,保证喷雾装置使用稳定,再由高压泵12增压将液料送至柔性管24内,通过喷雾枪15有效喷出,通过流量传感器13用于检测液料的传送量和速度,通过显示屏23有效显示流量传感器13、温控器7和液位传感器20的检测值,以便人员观察。

1.一种医用清洁喷雾装置,包括底座(1)、箱体(2)、混料箱(3)、搅拌电机(4)和高压泵(12),其特征在于,所述底座(1)顶部一侧提高螺栓安装箱体(2),且箱体(2)顶部一侧设置防护盒(16),所述箱体(2)顶部另一侧设置医药箱(18),所述箱体(2)内一侧通过安装混料箱(3),且混料箱(3)内顶部通过防护罩安装搅拌电机(4),所述搅拌电机(4)顶部通过减速电机(6)安装搅拌杆(5),所述混料箱(3)内一侧通过安装片安装液位传感器(20),且混料箱(3)内壁安装温控器(7),所述混料箱(3)内底部通过防水罩安装电加热丝(8),且温控器(7)与电加热丝(8)电性相连,所述混料箱(3)一侧通过水管连接活性炭过滤器(11),所述活性炭过滤器(11)顶部通过安装板安装高压泵(12),且高压泵(12)顶部设置第一除湿器(14),所述防护盒(16)内通过格板设置喷雾枪(15),且喷雾枪(15)一端具有柔性管(24),所述柔性管(24)通过流量传感器(13)与高压泵(12)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用清洁喷雾装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌杆(5)位于混料箱(3)内,所述活性炭过滤器(11)通过排水管与高压泵(12)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用清洁喷雾装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)内设置减震板(21),且底座(1)顶部通过转轴安装万向轮(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用清洁喷雾装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(2)一侧通过安装架安装显示屏(23),且显示屏(23)与流量传感器(13)、温控器(7)和液位传感器(20)电性相连,所述搅拌电机(4)一侧设置第二除湿器(9),且搅拌电机(4)另一侧安装散热风扇(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用清洁喷雾装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶部另一侧通过安装块安装推手(19),所述防护盒(16)内顶部安装紫外线杀菌灯(17)。
