下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部 分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1-6所示的一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,包括手柄塑胶壳上盖20,所述手柄塑胶壳上盖20内侧设置有手柄塑胶壳下盖19,所述手柄塑胶壳上盖20一端固定设有头部塑胶壳上盖18,所述头部塑胶壳上盖18内侧设置有头部塑胶壳下盖15,所述手柄塑胶壳下盖19内部一端设置有主控PCB板1,所述主控PCB板1一侧设置有触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5,所述触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5一端设置有第一感应点23,所述第一感应点23一侧设置有第二感应点24,所述第二感应点24一侧设置有第三感应点25,所述头部塑胶壳下盖15内部一端固定设有阴蒂吸吮震动马达3,所述阴蒂吸吮震动马达3输出轴一端固定连接有偏心联轴器10,所述偏心联轴器10底端设置有联轴器连接件14,所述联轴器连接件14一端固定设置有硅胶吸盘9,所述硅胶吸盘9一侧设置有吸盘固定上盖13,所述硅胶吸盘9另一侧设置有吸盘固定下盖12,所述头部塑胶壳上盖18一端固定设有硅胶头套11;
所述触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5和阴蒂吸吮震动马达3均与主控PCB板1电性连接;
所述吸盘固定上盖13和吸盘固定下盖12均与头部塑胶壳下盖15内腔一侧固定连接;
所述手柄塑胶壳上盖20一端固定设置有硅胶软质连接件7,所述硅胶软质连接件7一端固定设置有棒身塑胶壳上盖16,所述棒身塑胶壳上盖16内侧设置有棒身塑胶壳下盖17,所述棒身塑胶壳内部一端固定设有主体马达2;
所述主体马达2与主控PCB板1电性连接;
所述手柄塑胶壳下盖19内部顶端固定设有充电电池包4,所述充电电池包4一端设置有充电端子6,所述充电端子6一端贯穿手柄塑胶壳上盖20;
所述充电端子6与充电电池包4电性连接,所述充电电池包4与主控PCB板1电性连接;
所述手柄塑胶壳上盖20、棒身塑胶壳上盖16以及硅胶软质连接件7外部均套设有硅胶外套21,所述棒身塑胶壳上盖16与硅胶外套21之间填充有类肤材质胶层8,所述硅胶外套21一端固定设有装饰片22。
具体实施方式为:在使用前,将该产品充满电,在使用时,根据使用需要,调节该产品的震动速度,调节时,用手指在触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5区域上滑动,当手指依次滑动到第一感应点23、第二感应点24以及第三感应点25时,可以使该产品的震动速度递增,当手指依次滑动到第三感应点25、第二感应点24以及第一感应点23时,可以使该产品的震动速度递减,并且,触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5会记录下使用者关机前最后使用的功能速度模式,方便下次使用。
在对该产品的震动速度调节过程中,在主控PCB板1的控制下,使阴蒂吸吮震动马达3工作,阴蒂吸吮震动马达3带动偏心联轴器10和硅胶吸盘9做旋转运动,并在偏心联轴器10的传导带动下,使硅胶吸盘9产生往复推拉的运动,从使产品头部凹洞空间内产生脉冲吸吮震动的效果,并且,由于吸振区域与棒身是分体的,而且,外层的硅胶皮套是软质的,当吸振区域置于外层皮套内时可以依靠硅胶皮套的弹性从而使其可以变形和调整角度,从而增加该产品的体验感。
通过设有触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5,并在触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5一侧设置有第一感应点23、第二感应点24以及第三感应点25,在使用时,只需用手指在触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5区域上滑动,即可调节该产品的震动速度,操作方便、快捷,有利于提高使用者的体验感,而且,通过设有类肤材质胶层8,可以增加该产品的柔软度,有利于提高该产品的体验感。
而且,在手柄塑胶壳上盖20和棒身塑胶壳上盖16之间设置有硅胶软质 连接件7,可以增加棒身塑胶壳上盖16与手柄塑胶壳上盖20之间的柔软度,从而增加该产品的使用效果,该实施方式具体解决了该震动棒都是通过远程或者开关按钮调节震动的速度,使用起来不方便,从而影响使用者的体验感问题。
本实用新型工作原理:
参照说明书附图1-6,在使用时,根据使用需要,调节该产品的震动速度,同时,在主控PCB板1的控制下,使阴蒂吸吮震动马达3工作,吸吮震动马达通过偏心联轴器10和联轴器连接件14带动硅胶吸盘9转动,从使产品头部凹洞空间内产生脉冲吸吮震动的效果。
通过设有触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5,并在触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5一侧设置有第一感应点23、第二感应点24以及第三感应点25,在使用时,只需用手指在触摸感应滑动变速PCB板5区域上滑动,即可调节该产品的震动速度,操作方便、快捷,有利于提高使用者的体验感,而且,通过设有类肤材质胶层8,可以增加该产品的柔软度,有利于提高该产品的体验感,而且,在手柄塑胶壳上盖20和棒身塑胶壳上盖16之间设置有硅胶软质连接件7,可以增加棒身塑胶壳上盖16与手柄塑胶壳上盖20之间的柔软度,从而增加该产品的使用效果。
最后应说明的几点是:首先,在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,可以是机械连接或电连接,也可以是两个元件内部的连通,可以是直接相连,“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变,则相对位置关系可能发生改变;
其次:本实用新型公开实施例附图中,只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计,在不冲突情况下,本实用新型同一实施例及不同实施例可以相互组合;

  1. 一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,包括手柄塑胶壳上盖(20),其特征在于:所述手柄塑胶壳上盖(20)内侧设置有手柄塑胶壳下盖(19),所述手柄塑胶壳上盖(20)一端固定设有头部塑胶壳上盖(18),所述头部塑胶壳上盖(18)内侧设置有头部塑胶壳下盖(15),所述手柄塑胶壳下盖(19)内部一端设置有主控PCB板(1),所述主控PCB板(1)一侧设置有触摸感应滑动变速PCB板(5),所述触摸感应滑动变速PCB板(5)一端设置有第一感应点(23),所述第一感应点(23)一侧设置有第二感应点(24),所述第二感应点(24)一侧设置有第三感应点(25),所述头部塑胶壳下盖(15)内部一端固定设有阴蒂吸吮震动马达(3),所述阴蒂吸吮震动马达(3)输出轴一端固定连接有偏心联轴器(10),所述偏心联轴器(10)底端设置有联轴器连接件(14),所述联轴器连接件(14)一端固定设置有硅胶吸盘(9),所述硅胶吸盘(9)一侧设置有吸盘固定上盖(13),所述硅胶吸盘(9)另一侧设置有吸盘固定下盖(12),所述头部塑胶壳上盖(18)一端固定设有硅胶头套(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,其特征在于:所述触摸感应滑动变速PCB板(5)和阴蒂吸吮震动马达(3)均与主控PCB板(1)电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,其特征在于:所述吸盘固定上盖(13)和吸盘固定下盖(12)均与头部塑胶壳下盖(15)内腔一侧固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,其特征在于:所述手柄塑胶壳上盖(20)一端固定设置有硅胶软质连接件(7),所述硅胶软质连接件(7)一端固定设置有棒身塑胶壳上盖(16),所述棒身塑胶壳上盖(16)内侧设置有棒身塑胶壳下盖(17),所述棒身塑胶壳内部一端固定设有主体马达(2)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,其特征在于:所述主体马达(2)与主控PCB板(1)电性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,其特征在于:所述手柄塑胶壳下盖(19)内部顶端固定设有充电电池包(4),所述充电电池包(4)一端设置有充电端子(6),所述充电端子(6)一端贯穿手柄塑胶壳上盖(20)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,其特征在于:所述充电端子(6)与充电电池包(4)电性连接,所述充电电池包(4)与主控PCB板(1)电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滑动触摸感应震动玩具棒,其特征在于:所述手柄塑胶壳上盖(20)、棒身塑胶壳上盖(16)以及硅胶软质连接件(7)外部均套设有硅胶外套(21),所述棒身塑胶壳上盖(16)与硅胶外套(21)之间填充有类肤材质胶层(8),所述硅胶外套(21)一端固定设有装饰片(22)。
