Description

一种震动棒 技术领域
本发明涉及保健用品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种震动棒。
背景技术
随着生活压力越来越大,人们泄压的方式具有很多,震动棒是目前绝大多数女性喜欢的一种泄压工具,用于放置在人体的生殖器内,能够起到震动按摩作用。在一些医疗领域震动棒,也作为医疗器具使用,以调节人体机能平衡。
震动棒一般包括手柄部和工作部,在工作部内一般设置有工作部件,而在手柄部内会设置一些控制按钮、电池和控制板等一些部件,以控制工作部内工作部件震动。目前控制按钮主要包括电源开关,还会包括一些用于调节工作部件震动速度的调节按钮。但是目前调节按钮的调节效果并不好。导致在调节时,人体感受不是很好。
综上所述,如何有效地解决震动棒的震动强度调节不好的问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种震动棒,该震动棒可以有效地解决震动棒的震动强度调节不好的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种震动棒,包括壳体、震动马达和控制电路板,所述壳体包括工作部和控制部,所述震动马达设置在所述工作部的壳腔内,所述控制电路板设置在所述控制部的壳腔内,所述控制电路板上设置有用于控制所述震动马达震动强度的柔性薄膜压力传感器。
优选地,所述柔性薄膜压力传感器设置在所述控制部的壳腔内,且所述控制部上与所述柔性薄膜压力传感器对应的部位设置有通孔,所述通孔内设置有用于覆盖在所述薄膜压力传感器工作面上的硅胶垫。
优选地,所述硅胶垫的外侧面与所述壳体的外侧面平整过渡。
优选地,还包括包裹在所述壳体外侧的硅胶层。
优选地,还包括设置在所述控制部的壳腔内的电池。
优选地,所述电池为充电电池,还包括用于将所述充电电池接入电源的充电接口。
优选地,还包括贴靠所述工作部的腔壁设置的加热器,所述控制电路板上设置有用于控制所述加热器启动的控制键。
优选地,所述控制键和所述柔性薄膜压力传感器朝向相反设置。
本发明提供的一种震动棒,具体的该震动棒包括壳体、震动马达、控制电路板和柔性薄膜压力传感器。其中壳体一端包括工作部,以对应人体需要按摩的部位,另一端作为控制部,也可以看作是手握部。震动马达设置在壳体的工作部壳腔内,而控制电路板设置在壳体的控制部壳腔内。其中柔性薄膜压力传感器设置在控制电路板上,以用于控制震动马达震动强度。
根据上面的技术方案,可以知道,在应用该震动棒时,将工作部放置在人体对应部位,然后启动,随着按摩时间延长,人体需要按摩的强度也发生变化,此时使用人员可以根据自身的感受按压柔性薄膜压力传感器,以通过按压力调节震动马达的震动强度。在该震动棒中,设置了柔性薄膜压力传感器作为调节按钮,以通过按压力大小,调节震动强度大小,使得当人体需要更大的强度时,此时人体肌肉自然收紧,顺应着,施力增大,压力增大,继而获得更大震动强度。且柔性薄膜压力传感器使用安装方便,且成本低廉,而且压力感受区间较大,且呈线性变化控制方便。综上所述,该震动棒能够有效地解决震动棒的震动强度调节不好的问题。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例公开了一种震动棒,以有效地解决震动棒的震动强度调节不好的问题。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明实施例提供的震动棒的结构示意图;图2为图1的横向剖面结构示意图。
在一种具体实施例中,本实施例提供了一种震动棒,具体的该震动棒包括壳体2、震动马达3、控制电路板5和柔性薄膜压力传感器10。
其中壳体2设置有壳腔以对一些工作部件,尤其电器元件进行保护,同时塑造整个外形。壳体2的形状材料均可以参考现有技术,一般是纵向延伸,且一端包括工作部,以对应人体需要按摩的部位,另一端作为控制部,也可以看作是手柄部,以方便手持操作,需要说明的是,其中控制部和工作部可以设置在一起,即工作部壳腔与控制部壳腔连通设置,也可以分开设置。为了保证触感比较好,一般在壳体2外侧会包裹有硅胶层1,一般在控制部和工作部的外侧均包裹有硅胶层1。
震动马达3设置在壳体2的工作部壳腔内,而控制电路板5设置在壳体2的控制部壳腔内。在工作部处,震动马达3工作时,会产生一定的震动,而 在震动后,会引起工作部的震动继而将震动传递至外侧,以实现按摩。而在壳体2的控制部处设置有控制电路板5,控制电路板5上一般设置有通断按钮7,以控制震动马达3启动工作,当然控制电路板5上还可以包括一切其他工作部件。
其中柔性薄膜压力传感器10设置在控制电路板5上,以用于控制震动马达3震动强度。其中柔性薄膜压力传感器10受压之后,内部电阻值会发生变化,继而能够通过控制电路板5引起震动马达3的供电电路电流或电压发生变化,继而影响震动马达3的震动强度。具体怎么通过控制元件的电阻变化引起供电电路的电流或电压变化,可以参考现有技术。需要说明的是,柔性薄膜压力传感器10可以通过薄膜按压深度不同,形成不同的阻值,其具体结构可以参考现有技术,在此不再详细赘述。还需要说明的是,其中振动马达的振动强度指的是震动频率和/或震动幅度。
在本实施例中,在应用该震动棒时,将工作部放置在人体对应部位,然后启动,随着按摩时间延长,人体需要按摩的强度也发生变化,此时使用人员可以根据自身的感受按压柔性薄膜压力传感器10,以通过按压力调节震动马达3的震动强度。在该震动棒中,设置了柔性薄膜压力传感器10作为调节按钮,以通过按压力大小,调节震动强度大小,使得当人体需要更大的强度时,此时人体肌肉自然收紧,顺应着,施力增大,压力增大,继而获得更大震动强度。且柔性薄膜压力传感器10使用安装方便,且成本低廉,而且压力感受区间较大,且呈线性变化控制方便。综上所述,该震动棒能够有效地解决震动棒的震动强度调节不好的问题。
进一步的,可以将柔性薄膜压力传感器10设置在控制部的壳腔内,以过可壳体2的控制部进行保护。此时为了操作柔性薄膜压力传感器10,优选在控制部上与柔性薄膜压力传感器10对应的部位设置通孔,并在通孔内设置有覆盖在薄膜压力传感器工作面上的硅胶垫9。通过硅胶垫9的设置,可以提高按压行程,以方便使用人员通过按压程度触感,调节按压力,使得可以获得更好的调节触感。为了使整体光滑平整,此处优选硅胶垫9的外侧面与壳体2的外侧面平整过渡,此处平整过渡指的是衔接处高度对齐,以避免形成阶梯感。此时可以使硅胶垫9的外侧也设置有硅胶层1。
其中对于电路控制板以及震动马达3供电可以通过引出一条通电线,接入电源中。但是这样操作非常不方便,此处优选在控制部的壳腔内设置有电池4。且优选该电池4为充电电池4,并设置有用于将充电电池4接入电源的充电接口8,为了提高通用性,此处优选充电接口8为micro USB接口。
考虑到,工作部需要接触人体,人体存在一定的体温,若工作部温度过低,会触发人体引起应激发应,不仅体感不好,而且会对人体有伤害。基于此,此处优选设置有设置在贴靠工作部腔壁设置的加热器11,同样的,在电路板上设置有用于控制加热器11启动的控制键6。为了方便控制,此处优选控制键6与柔性薄膜压力传感器10朝向相反设置,以方便分别控制控制件和柔性薄膜压力传感器10受压。

  1. 一种震动棒,包括壳体、震动马达和控制电路板,所述壳体包括工作部和控制部,所述震动马达设置在所述工作部的壳腔内,所述控制电路板设置在所述控制部的壳腔内,其特征在于,所述控制电路板上设置有用于控制所述震动马达震动强度的柔性薄膜压力传感器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的震动棒,其特征在于,所述柔性薄膜压力传感器设置在所述控制部的壳腔内,且所述控制部上与所述柔性薄膜压力传感器对应的部位设置有通孔,所述通孔内设置有用于覆盖在所述薄膜压力传感器工作面上的硅胶垫。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的震动棒,其特征在于,所述硅胶垫的外侧面与所述壳体的外侧面平整过渡。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的震动棒,其特征在于,还包括包裹在所述壳体外侧的硅胶层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的震动棒,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述控制部的壳腔内的电池。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的震动棒,其特征在于,所述电池为充电电池,还包括用于将所述充电电池接入电源的充电接口。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的震动棒,其特征在于,还包括贴靠所述工作部的腔壁设置的加热器,所述控制电路板上设置有用于控制所述加热器启动的控制键。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的震动棒,其特征在于,所述控制键和所述柔性薄膜压力传感器朝向相反设置。
