所述压边111的数量为两条,其分别位于容纳槽11上开口的两条长边边缘。或者是,所述压边111的数量为四条,其分别位于容纳槽11上开口的四周边缘。其根据实际要求采取使用,其中,采用压边111的数量为四条,其分别位于容纳槽11上开口的四周边缘,其防溢胶效果最为理想。
综上所述,本实用新型在使用时,将手机沿贴膜框架1的容纳槽11的上开口装入,使手机置于该容纳槽11,此时,该容纳槽11上开口边缘的压边111压紧手机的屏幕边缘,使压边111与手机的屏幕边缘密封接触,手机屏幕显露于该容纳槽11的上开口处;在后续贴膜时,将UV胶水滴在手机屏幕上,再将玻璃钢化膜一端贴放在手机屏幕上,然后在慢慢放下另一端,使UV胶水均匀流平,当玻璃钢化膜完全贴合在手机屏幕上时,该UV胶水填满玻璃钢化膜与手机屏幕之间的间隙,由于贴膜框架1的压边111压紧手机的屏幕边缘,使压边111与手机的屏幕边缘密封接触,以致使UV胶水不会溢出,即可防止出现UV胶水溢出而流到手机外围的耳机孔或听筒孔,达到密封、防止溢胶的效果;再者,当UV胶水的量较多时,该UV胶水会被压边111阻挡而沿压边111旁侧的引流槽113流入,并流到引流槽 113内存储,避免出现由于UV胶水的量较多而影响贴膜质量,以此保证本实用新型的贴膜质量,以具有极强的市场竞争力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其包括有贴膜框架(1),其特征在于:所述贴膜框架(1)内设置有容纳手机的容纳槽(11),该容纳槽(11)的上开口边缘具有用于与手机屏幕的边缘接触的压边(111),且该贴膜框架(1)于压边(111)旁侧设置有用于引导多出来的胶水流入并存储的引流槽(113)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述引流槽(113)呈U字形,并位于该容纳槽(11)上开口的左边缘、下边缘和右边缘。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述容纳槽(11)内壁成型有用于容纳手机的按键的收容槽(114)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述贴膜框架(1)由软胶一体注塑成型;且贴膜框架(1)下端具有贯通该容纳槽(11)的下开口,且该下开口边缘成型有向内凸伸的阻挡边缘(115)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述容纳槽(11)的上开口边缘还具有压块(112)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述贴膜框架(1)侧面还插设有可拉出的支撑架(2),该支撑架(2)伸入容纳槽(11)的上开口,并压在手机屏幕上贴装的玻璃钢化膜上端面,以定位玻璃钢化膜。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)包括主体(21)以及若干成型于该主体(21)前端的支撑条(22),该支撑条(22)上端设置成斜面,且该支撑条(22)穿过贴膜框架(1)设置的穿孔(12)以伸入容纳槽(11)的上开口处,并压在手机屏幕上贴装的玻璃钢化膜上端面,该主体(21)显露于该框架(1)外侧面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)呈U字形,该支撑条(22)的数量为两个,其分别成型于主体(21)前端两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述压边(111)的数量为两条,其分别位于容纳槽(11)上开口的两条长边边缘。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型贴膜辅助装置,其特征在于:所述压边(111)的数量为四条,其分别位于容纳槽(11)上开口的四周边缘。
