需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
另外,在本申请中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种显示装置底座100,应用于具有显示屏200的显示装置1000,显示装置1000可为电视机或投影仪等具有显示功能的电子设备。
参照图1和图2,在本申请实施例中,该显示装置底座100包括支架10和设于所述支架10的旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括:
主体20,设于所述支架10,并与所述显示屏200转动连接;
齿轮30,设于所述主体20;以及
齿条40,设于所述显示屏200,定义所述显示屏200沿其所在平面转动的方向为旋转方向,所述齿条40沿着所述旋转方向排布,所述齿轮30与所述齿条40啮合传动以带动所述显示屏200沿着所述旋转方向转动,以使所述显示屏200具有多个使用位置。
具体的,显示屏200为具有显示功能的屏幕,如液晶显示屏,其包括背光模组、显示面板和控制单元,控制单元与背光模组和显示面板电连接,控制单元包括机芯板、电源板、遥控板、按键、音响、无线模块、配重块和线束等控制部件。支架10用于支撑显示屏200,其高度可以调整,以符合用户在不同使用场景下的观看需求。
主体20设于支架10,为了便于拆装,主体20与支架10之间为可拆卸连接,如螺钉或卡扣连接,当然,两者也可以为固定连接,如焊接等,在此不作限制。主体20与显示屏200转动连接,可以理解的是,主体20与显示屏200之间设有转动结构,如转轴,主体20与显示屏200转动时,主体20始终不动,显示屏200转动,为了保证显示屏200旋转的稳定性和整体美观性,转动结构位于显示屏200的中心位置,即主体20与显示屏200的中心转动连接。
齿轮30设于主体20,其可设于主体20远离显示屏200的一面或者侧面,当齿轮30设于主体20远离显示屏200的一面时,在主体20开设通孔,齿轮30位于通孔内与齿条40连接。或者当齿轮30设于主体20的侧面,齿轮30与齿条40连接。显示屏200沿其所在平面转动的方向为旋转方向,即旋转方向为顺时针或者逆时针旋转。齿条40沿着旋转方向排布,齿轮30与齿条40啮合传动以带动显示屏200沿着旋转方向转动,本实施例中,当显示屏200为360度旋转时,齿条40设置为360度圆形排布。当显示屏200为180度旋转时,齿条40设置为180度半圆形排布,或者齿条40设置为90度周向排布,通过齿轮30正转或者反转90度,此时齿条40排布呈四分之一圆形排布。齿轮30的转动可以手动施加作用力或者通过外部的驱动件50驱动其转动,在此不作限制。
显示屏200在转动时,每转动一定角度即可在该使用位置固定不动,显示屏200可360度旋转,当然也可设置为90度旋转,即从水平位置旋转到竖直位置,为用户的常规选择。其中,显示屏200的初始位置、固定位置和初始位置到固定位置之间的其他位置,均为使用位置,如显示屏200设置为90度旋转时,其水平位置、竖直位置和水平位置到竖直位置之间的其他位置,均为使用位置。
本申请显示装置底座100包括支架10和旋转机构,旋转机构包括设于支架10的主体20、设于主体20的齿轮30和设于显示屏200的齿条40,齿条40沿着显示屏200所在平面排布。当用户需要改变显示屏200所在平面的观看视角时,只需要施加给齿轮30一个作用力,通过齿轮30与齿条40啮合传动以带动显示屏200沿着显示屏200所在平面转动,来调整显示屏200的使用位置,无需设置笨重的电机,转动方便。
进一步的,为实现显示屏200自动化转动和转动角度的精确性,所述旋转机构还包括设于所述主体20的驱动件50,所述驱动件50的输出端与所述齿轮30连接,所述驱动件50驱动所述齿轮30与所述齿条40啮合传动以带动所述显示屏200转动。
本实施例中,驱动件50可为电机。驱动件50可以设置在主体20背离显示屏200的表面或者主体20的侧面,当驱动件50设置在主体20背离显示屏200的表面时,驱动件50的输出轴垂直于主体20。当驱动件50设置在主体20的侧面时,可以是上侧面、下侧面、左侧面或者右侧面,由于主体20具有一定厚度,替代传统设计中将驱动件50与显示屏200同轴设置,因而减小了显示装置100的厚度。本实施例优选驱动件50设于所述主体20的侧面。
本实施例中,支架10设有安装空间(未图示),主体20设于安装空间内,主体20与支架10组合的厚度为20mm~40mm,以保证较好的支撑效果的同时,厚度更薄,减小安装空间,优选该厚度为30mm。
参照图3和图4,所述旋转机构还包括与所述显示屏200连接的转盘60,所述齿条40设于所述转盘60,所述转盘60与所述主体20转动连接。
本实施例中,由于显示屏200尺寸较大,将显示屏200与转盘60连接,齿条40设于转盘60,转盘60与主体20转动连接,如此设置,通过转盘60转动进而带动显示屏200转动,使得显示屏200的整体受力更均匀,旋转更稳定。其中,显示屏200与转盘60连接,为了方便安装,优选该连接方式为可拆卸连接,如螺钉或卡扣连接,本实施例中,优选为螺钉连接。齿条40设于转盘60,两者之间为可拆卸连接方式,如螺钉连接。转盘60与主体20转动连接,两者之间可设置转动结构,如转轴,转动时,主体20固定不动,转盘60转动带动显示屏200转动。
参照图3和图4,所述旋转机构还包括轴承组件70,所述主体20设有安装孔21,所述轴承组件70限位于所述安装孔21内,且其伸出端与所述转盘60连接,以带动所述转盘60转动。
本实施例中,通过设置轴承组件70来实现主体20与转盘60之间转动连接,具体的,主体20设有安装孔21,安装孔21位于主体20中心,轴承组件70限位于安装孔21内,以防止显示屏200在旋转时,轴承组件70从安装孔21脱出,轴承组件70的伸出端与转盘60连接,以带动转盘60转动,进而带动显示屏200转动。
进一步的,所述轴承组件70包括设于所述安装孔21的连接杆71和套设于所述连接杆71的轴承72,所述连接杆71的伸出端与所述转盘60连接,所述轴承72与所述安装孔21的内壁过盈配合。
可以理解的,连接杆71穿过安装孔21与转盘60连接,该连接方式为固定连接或可拆卸连接,为方便拆装,优选为可拆卸连接,如螺接或卡接等方式,本实施例中优选为螺接,连接杆71的外端周缘设有连接部,转盘60设有连接孔(未图示),连接杆71穿过连接孔,连接部与转盘60抵接,并通过螺钉进行固定。轴承72与安装孔21的内壁过盈配合,以防止显示屏200在旋转时,轴承组件70从安装孔21脱出。
参照图3和图4,所述轴承组件70还包括套设于所述连接杆71的垫片73,所述垫片73设于所述连接杆71远离所述转盘60的一端,并将所述轴承72限位于所述安装孔21的内壁。
本实施例中,为进一步防止显示屏200在旋转时,轴承组件70从安装孔21脱出,在连接杆71远离转盘60的一端设有垫片73,垫片73穿过连接杆71与轴承72抵接,连接杆71远离转盘60的端部设有外螺纹,垫片73远离轴承72的一侧通过螺母将垫片73限位于连接杆71。
进一步的,所述旋转机构100还包括设于所述转盘60和所述主体20之间的限位结构,以限制所述显示屏200的转动角度。
可以理解的,由于显示屏200在转动时,具有一个初始位置和转动最远位置,为了使得显示屏200转动时能够准确到达初始位置和最远位置,在转盘60和主体20之间设置限位结构,以限制显示屏200的在到达初始位置或最远位置之后继续转动。
参照图3,所述限位结构包括限位孔22和限位柱61,所述转盘60和所述主体20两者之一设有所述限位孔22,两者之另一设有所述限位柱61,所述限位孔22和限位柱61相配合以限制所述显示屏200的转动角度。
具体的,限位结构包括限位孔22和限位柱61,可在转盘60设置限位孔22,在主体20设置限位柱61,或者在转盘60设限位柱61,在主体20设置限位孔22,限位孔22为与显示面板200的旋转路径相配合的弧形结构,限位柱61设于位于显示屏200在转动时的初始位置和最远位置处。
本申请还提出一种显示装置1000,该显示装置1000包括显示屏200、和支撑所述显示屏200显示装置底座100,该显示装置底座100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本显示装置1000采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有,在此不再一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的发明构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示装置底座,应用于具有显示屏的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置底座包括支架和设于所述支架的旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括:
    主体,设于所述支架,并与所述显示屏转动连接;
    齿轮,设于所述主体;以及;
    齿条,设于所述显示屏,定义所述显示屏沿其所在平面转动的方向为旋转方向,所述齿条沿着所述旋转方向排布,所述齿轮与所述齿条啮合传动以带动所述显示屏沿着所述旋转方向转动,以使所述显示屏具有多个使用位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述旋转机构还包括设于所述主体的驱动件,所述驱动件的输出端与所述齿轮连接,所述驱动件驱动所述齿轮与所述齿条啮合传动以带动所述显示屏转动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述驱动件设于所述主体的侧面。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述驱动件设于主体背离显示屏的表面。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述驱动件的输出轴垂直于所述主体。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述旋转机构还包括与所述显示屏连接的转盘,所述齿条设于所述转盘,所述转盘与所述主体转动连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述显示屏与转盘可拆卸连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述旋转机构还包括轴承组件,所述主体设有安装孔,所述轴承组件限位于所述安装孔内,且其伸出端与所述转盘连接,以带动所述转盘转动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述轴承组件包括设于所述安装孔的连接杆和套设于所述连接杆的轴承,所述连接杆的伸出端与所述转盘连接,所述轴承与所述安装孔的内壁过盈配合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述连接杆与转盘为螺接,所述连接杆的外端周缘设有连接部,所述转盘设有连接孔,所述连接杆穿过所述连接孔,所述连接部与所述转盘抵接,并通过螺钉进行固定。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述轴承组件还包括套设于所述连接杆的垫片,所述垫片设于所述连接杆远离所述转盘的一端,并将所述轴承限位于所述安装孔的内壁。
  12. 如权利要求6所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述旋转机构还包括设于所述转盘和所述主体之间的限位结构,以限制所述显示屏的转动角度。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述限位结构包括限位孔和限位柱,所述转盘和所述主体两者之一设有所述限位孔,两者之另一设有所述限位柱,所述限位孔和限位柱相配合以限制所述显示屏的转动角度。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述主体与所述显示屏的中心转动连接。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述齿轮设于所述主体远离显示屏的一面,所述主体开设通孔,所述齿轮位于所述通孔内与齿条连接。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述当齿轮设于所述主体的侧面,齿轮与所述齿条连接。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述齿条设置为360度圆形排布。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述齿条设置为180度半圆形排布。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置底座,其中,所述齿条设置为90度周向排布。
  20. 一种显示装置,其中,包括显示屏和配置为支撑所述显示屏的显示装置底座,所述显示装置底座为权利要求1至19中任意一项所述的显示装置底座,所述显示屏包括背光模组、显示面板和控制单元,所述控制单元与所述背光模组和所述显示面板电连接。
