The technical result is achieved in that a hexagonal head of a fastening element is provided with a cross slot having a short groove and, perpendicular to said short groove, an elongate (end-to-end) straight groove running along the entire upper surface of the head of the fastening element (from one edge to the other), the side walls of the grooves being straight and parallel to one another, and the width (i.e. the distance between the walls) of the short and long grooves being equal, wherein recesses are provided in the centre region of the slot which are commensurate with (one of) the standard sizes of the small ridge of a Z-type tool under GOST 10573-86, the width of the short groove is in compliance with said standard, and the width of the elongate groove is equal to the width of the short groove.
