一种餐具清洗机,为能够配合底部前后侧具有限位块(5B)的菜板(5)使用的餐具清洗机,其包含:一机体(1)和一盖板(2);所述机体(1)具有左右相邻设置的第一清洗腔部(1A)和第二清洗腔部(1B);所述盖板(2)可相对机体(1)活动,以开闭所述第二清洗腔部(1B)的开口;所述餐具清洗机具有使配置有限位块(5B)的菜板(5)保持于所述盖板(2)上侧的限位槽。该餐具清洗机可灵活放置菜板(5)的位置,使用上较为方便。

Description

一种餐具清洗机、菜板和厨房用装置 技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用具,具体地,涉及一种餐具清洗机、菜板和厨房用装置。
背景技术
餐具清洗机是一种越来越广泛使用的厨房用具,在一种设计方案中,餐具清洗机包含有机体和盖板,机体具有两清洗腔,其中之一内部具有餐具的清洗机构,其中另一作为水果蔬菜的清洗腔。结合图23,一现有的餐具清洗机的机体1具有清洗腔1A、1B,盖板2可翻转地枢接于机体1上,图23的方案中,盖板2在盖设于清洗腔1B的腔口后,盖板2的上表面相较于机体的上端面突出。结合图24,在另一种现有餐具清洗机中,盖板2在盖设于清洗腔1B的腔口后,盖板2的上表面与机体1的上端面基本平齐。在厨房中,菜板亦是较为常见的厨房用具,如何使菜板可以更方便地放置在餐具清洗机上使用是研发的要点之一,图23和图24的现有技术均较难满足使用要求。有鉴于此,特提出本申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供能够配套使用的餐具清洗机和菜板,菜板可以较为方便地在餐具清洗机上使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种餐具清洗机,为能够配合底部前后侧具有限位块的菜板使用的餐具清洗机,其包含:一机体和一盖板;所述机体具有左右相邻设置的第一清洗腔部和第二清洗腔部;所述盖板可相对机体活动,以开闭所述第二清洗腔部的开口;所述餐具清洗机具有配置限位块以使菜板保持于所述盖板上侧的限位槽。
较佳地,所述限位槽包含:位于前侧的第一限位槽、位于后侧的第二限位槽;所述第一限位槽至少部分位于所述盖板上、或至少部分位于所述盖板和机体之间,所述第 二限位槽位于所述盖板和机体之间。
较佳地,所述限位槽左右延展且与所述第一清洗腔部的开口相接;所述菜板自第一清洗腔部滑入第二清洗腔部时,所述限位块对应自第一清洗腔部滑入所述限位槽。
较佳地,所述菜板通过自上而下放置的方式使所述限位块配置于所述限位槽。
较佳地,所述菜板承托于所述第一清洗腔部时,所述限位块抵接于所述第一清洗腔部的内壁,以使所述菜板能够在左右方向相对所述第一清洗腔部滑动。
较佳地,所述铰接部在左右方向的延展距离小于所述遮盖部在左右方向的延展距离,所述端缘部具有向前侧内凹以提供安装所述铰接部所需空间的避让槽。

本申请提供一种菜板,为能够配合前述任一项所述的餐具清洗机使用的菜板;所述菜板包含菜板主体、位于菜板主体的底部前后侧的限位块。
较佳地,所述菜板包含位于所述菜板主体下侧的支撑部,所述菜板通过所述支撑 部支撑于机体上,以使菜板主体的底面与盖板之间具有一定的间隙。
较佳地,所述菜板主体具有收纳空间,所述限位块能够相对菜板主体上下活动,以在收纳于所述收纳空间的收纳状态和自所述收纳空间伸出的伸出状态间切换。
本申请另提供一种厨房用装置,包含:餐具清洗机和菜板;所述餐具清洗机为前述任一项所述的餐具清洗机,所述菜板为前述任一项所述的菜板。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明可以取得以下技术效果:
1、本申请的技术方案,同一菜板既可以放置在第一清洗腔部位置,又可以放置在第二清洗腔部位置,用户可以零活放置菜板的位置,使用上较为方便;
2、在限位槽左右延展且与第一清洗腔部的开口相接的情况下,用户可通过滑动菜板的方式来零活切换菜板的位置,使用上更为方便;
3、菜板主体的下侧面配置耐磨件,可减轻菜板主体滑动磨损;
4、限位块可相对菜板主体上下活动的方式,可避免菜板放置于承托台时,限位块滑动而在承托台表面产生滑痕。

结合图1和图2,在一实施例中,本申请的餐具清洗机包含:一机体1、一盖板2。结合图3和图4,图1的餐具清洗机能够配合底部具有限位块5B的菜板5使用,以组合成厨房用装置。以下将进一步说明,为便于说明,以图1中X方向为左右方向,Y方向为前后方向,Z方向为上下方向。
结合图1和图2,机体1具有左右相邻设置的第一清洗腔部1A和第二清洗腔部1B,。盖板2可相对机体1活动,以开闭第二清洗腔部1B的开口。在本实施例中,机体1具有位于第一清洗腔部1A和第二清洗腔部1B的开口外围的端缘部1C,两清洗腔的共用壁部的高度略低于端缘部1C的上侧端面。盖板2包含一遮盖部2A和一铰接部2B,铰接部2B在左右方向的延展距离小于的延展距离。遮盖部2A与第二清洗腔部1B的开口尺寸相适配。铰接部2B连接遮盖部2A的上侧中间部分,且铰接于机体1上,具体地,端缘部1C具有向前侧内凹以提供安装铰接部2B所需空间的避让槽P,铰接部2B位于避让槽P的位置,且铰接于机体上。如图2和图3所示,由于避让空间P的存在,铰接部2B安装于避让空间P的位置后,铰接部2B的后侧端面与第一清洗腔部1A的的内壁面基本平齐,整体结构较为紧凑。盖板2开设有两限位槽,包含位于前侧的第一限位槽S1、位于后侧的第二限位槽S2,两者沿前后方向相对设置。第一限位槽S1包含相连通的第一槽部S11和第二槽部S12,第一槽部S11位于遮盖部2A的前侧和端缘部1C之间,第二槽部S12位于遮盖部2A的上侧和铰接部2B的上侧之间,铰接部2B的左右两侧各有一第一槽部S11。第二限位槽S2位于遮盖部2A的后侧和端缘部1C之间。在本实施例中,第一限位槽S1部分位于盖板2上,部分位于盖板2和机体1之间,第二限位槽S2则全部位于盖板2和机体1之间。结合图22,在另一实施例中,铰接部2B可连接于遮盖部2A的上侧左边部分。遮盖部2A可为塑料主体与钢化玻璃面板的组合,而铰接部2B可为硬质金属材质或塑料材质。在其它实施例中,盖板2亦可选择铰接于机体1右侧的位置。在其它实施例中,可调整遮盖部2A或铰接部2B在前后侧的 相对位置,使第二槽部S12位于遮盖部2A上、或铰接部2B上。
结合图3和图4,菜板5包含:菜板主体5A和限位块5B。限位块5B为前后相对设置两个,位于菜板主体5A的底部,且为左右延展的条状结构,限位块5B固接于菜板主体5A,两限位块5的位置与两限位槽相对应,具体而言,如图4,菜板主体5A底部具有支撑部5E,菜板主体5A通过支撑部5E支撑于机体1的端缘部1C上。本实施例,支撑部5E和限位块5B相接成L形结构。支撑部5E支撑于端缘部1C上,使得菜板主体5A的底面与盖板2之间具有一定的间隙,菜板主体5A受力经由支撑部5E传导至机体1。第一限位槽S1和第二限位槽S2用以供菜板5的限位块5B左右滑动使用,第一限位槽S1和第二限位槽S2左右延展且与第一清洗腔部1A的开口相接。菜板5自第一清洗腔部1A滑入第二清洗腔部1B时,限位块5B对应滑入限位槽,亦即菜板5在承托于第一清洗腔部1A能够相对第一清洗腔部1A左右滑动,在配置于第二清洗腔部1B上时能够相对第一清洗腔部1A左右滑动。菜板5承托于第一清洗腔部1A时,两限位块5B与第一清洗腔部1A的内壁相抵接,进而使得菜板5保持能够相对第一清洗腔部1A左右滑动。在菜板5完全滑动至第一实施例的第二清洗腔部1B后,菜板5底部前侧的限位块支撑在遮盖部2A上,而菜板5底部后侧的限位块支撑在机体1上,此时菜板保持于盖板2上侧,菜板的限位块被限位槽限制而不能前后活动。
端缘部1C上安装有水龙头底座3,水龙头底座3上安装有水龙头主体4。
以上即为本申请的第一实施例,第一实施例盖板和菜板相配合的模式属于图17所示意的第一种模式,盖板的前侧(遮盖部和铰接部之间)和后侧(遮盖部和端缘部之间)具有限位槽S,在第一种模式下,不同于图4的实施方式,限位块5B亦可调整成非连续的结构。在另一实施例中,菜板主体5A的底面配置有耐磨件(图未示)。结合图5,在另一实施例中,铰接部2B在左右方向所占的比例可大于第一实施例所占的比例,例如铰接部2B在左右方向的延展距离等于遮盖部2A在左右方向的延展距离,该实施例盖板和菜板相配合的模式属于图18所示意的第二种模式,第二种模式下,限位块亦可为 连续段的结构或非连续段的结构。在另一实施例中,盖板2可通过相对机体1左右滑动的方式来开闭开闭第二清洗腔部1B的开口。
结合图6至图8,在另一实施例中,菜板主体5A可具有收纳空间,限位块5B能够相对菜板主体5A上下活动,以在收纳于收纳空间的收纳状态和自收纳空间伸出的伸出状态间切换。具体而言,如图6,限位块5B为沿上下方向的截面呈T形状的限位块,其具有位于下侧的滑动部5B1和位于上侧的卡接部5B2,两者相接且为一体结构。菜板主体5A上配置有套接件5C,套接件5C套接于滑动部5B1外周,且限制卡接部5B2向下脱离菜板主体5A。当菜板5放置于承托台时,滑动部5B1受压而收纳至菜板主体的收纳空间内。当菜板5放置于餐具清洗机上时,滑动部5B1受重力作用而自收纳空间伸出,进而可在前述的限位槽活动。图6至图8中,限位块5B沿左右方向分散配置为多个,与前述的限位槽位置对应。在图6中,菜板主体5A呈框架结构,其具有框部5A1和位于框部5A1上的菜板部5A2,限位块和套接件安装在框架5A1上。容易理解,在其它实施例中,图6中框架结构的菜板主体5A亦可配合图4中条状结构的限位块使用。
结合图9,在另一实施例中,菜板包含有:菜板主体5A、限位块(图9未示)和沥水件5D。菜板主体5A具有:框部5A1和菜板部5A2.。菜板部5A2和沥水件5D配置在框部5A1上,且在左右方向上相邻设置(亦可调整成在前后方向相邻设置)。本实施例,沥水件5D亦呈框架形结构,但其亦可为带有滤水孔的沥水件。菜板部5A2和沥水件5D为可分离地配置在框架5A1上。限位块可为图4中条状结构的限位块,或者图6中可相对菜板主体活动以隐藏的限位块。
不同于图4中限位块5B为连续的条状结构,结合图10,在另一实施例中,限位块5B具有多个沿左右方向间隔设置的分离段。
不同于前述实施例限位槽为连续的条状结构,结合图11,在另一实施例中,第一限位槽S1的左侧和右侧均分布有第一槽部S11,两第一槽部S11间隔分布未连通。菜板5的限位块具有与两第一槽部S11相对应的分离段,在图11的方案中,用户将菜 板5拿起后,可使菜板5自上而下移动,并使限位块与限位槽对齐,进而使得限位块和限位槽相配合,亦即菜板在保留配置于第一清洗腔部1A时能够相对第一清洗腔部1A左右滑动的特点的情况下,菜板5亦可通过自上而下放置的方式使限位块5B配置于限位槽,而非通过滑动的方式使限位块5B配置于限位槽。在图11实施例中,第一限位槽S1全部位于盖板2和机体1之间,第二限位槽S2则全部位于盖板2和机体1之间。图11实施例盖板和菜板相配合的模式属于图19所示意的第三种模式,第三种模式下,盖板的前侧(遮盖部和端缘部之间)和后侧(遮盖部和端缘部之间)均具有限位槽S,盖板的前侧限位槽的两槽部对应于铰接部左右两侧。图11实施例未提及的其它特性可结合第一实施例进行理解,不再赘述。第一限位槽S1亦可仅包含在左侧或右侧的第一槽部,如图22,仅在右侧具有第一槽部。
图20绘示了盖板和菜板相配合的第四种模式,其中盖板的前侧限位槽S(遮盖部和铰接部之间)为连续的条状结构,盖板的前侧限位槽S在左右方向的比例略小于盖板在左右方向的比例,而限位块5B可包含两个分离段或为连续的条状结构。图21绘示了盖板和菜板相配合的第五种模式,其中盖板的前侧限位槽(遮盖部和铰接部之间)为非连续的结构,盖板的前侧限位槽S包含两相间隔的槽段,而限位块5B包含包含两个分离段,在图21的设计思路下,菜板5亦通过自上而下放置的方式使限位块5B配置于限位槽。在盖板2具有位于盖板2前侧的限位槽S和位于盖板2后侧的限位槽S的设计思路下,盖板2后侧的限位槽S亦不不设置成在遮盖部和端缘部之间,而调整成在遮盖部上。盖板上开设限位槽的位置亦不限于前述分布于前侧和后侧,其中侧亦可开设有限位槽,而菜板对应设置限位块即可。
结合图12,在一实施例中,前述的餐具清洗机安装于承载台J时,其端缘部1C支撑于承载台J上。在图12的安装方式中,水龙头底座3的下侧N穿过端缘部1C,且该下侧N的外周具有外螺纹,端缘部1C的下侧还设置有螺母件K,螺母件K套接于下侧N上,进而将水龙头底座3固定在端缘部1C上。在图12的方案中,在前后方向Y 上,第一清洗腔部1A延展距离为L1,而螺母件K至第一清洗腔部1A的延展距离为L2,整体安装后,餐具清洗机在前后方向Y的延展距离为L。
结合图13至图15,在另一实施例中,端缘部1C上侧具有螺丝安装部1D,且端缘部1C上开设有第一水管过孔1E,螺丝安装部1D位于端缘部1C远离第一清洗腔部1A的一侧,而第一水管过孔1E位于端缘部1C靠近第一清洗腔部1A的一侧。水龙头底座3包含基座部3A和连接部3B,两者位于端缘部1C上侧。基座部3A用于承托水龙头主体,本实施例,其为圆筒环状,为便于显示座部3A内侧结构,图13中省略了基座部3A部分侧壁。连接部3B连接于基座部3A的内壁,且与螺丝安装部1D相对设置。连接部3B让位出供水管通过的第二水管过孔3C,第二水管过孔3C与第一水管过孔1E相对。在本实施例中,为确保伸缩形水管通过第一水管过孔1E和第二水管过孔3C后,在拉伸过程中与连接部3B的壁面产生摩擦而破坏,水龙头底座3上还配置有第一隔离件6,第一隔离件6具有与连接部3B相对应的固定部和穿过第二水管过孔3C的管部,伸缩形水管可穿过管部,进而避免与连接部3B的壁面产生摩擦。固定部和连接部3B通过螺丝M安装螺丝安装部1D上。结合图15,在前后方向上,第一清洗腔部延展距离为L3,而第一水管过孔1E至第一清洗腔部的壁面的距离为L4,整体安装后,餐具清洗机在前后方向Y的延展距离为L5。在图12的安装方式中,借用套接于水龙头底座3外周的螺母件K要求端缘部1C的下侧需具有较大的配置空间,而在图15的安装方式中,连接部3B位于基座部3A内壁,端缘部1C的下侧仅需具有较小的配置空间即可(图15的配置空间大致为图12的配置空间的一半)。通过将连接部3B设置在底座3的内侧,有助于减小餐具清洗机安装时所需要的空间,使得餐具清洗机能够更好地适用于面积较小的厨房环境。在图16的实施例中,端缘部1C上设置有两水龙头底座,位于右侧的水龙头底座上配置有第二隔离件7、混水阀8和顶盖9。在实际使用时,一冷水进水管和一热水进水管自下而上经由右侧的水龙头底座和第二隔离件7进入混水阀8进行混水,混水阀8的混水出口连通一混合水出水管,该混合水出水管经由第二隔离件7后与另一 冷水进水管自下而上经由左侧的水龙头底座和第一隔离件6后,连通水龙头主体,水龙头主体可在出冷水和出热水之间切换。通过设置两水龙头底座,一用于供冷热水混合,一用于供冷水和混合水连通水龙头主体,该种方式在确保端缘部1C下侧的配置空间较小的情况下,餐具清洗机仍具有出冷水、出混合水的功能。基座部3A并不限于圆筒环状的结构,其亦可为其它结构,而连接部3B的具体结构亦不限于图13中结构。结合图25和图26,水龙头底座采用前述的安装方式,在前后方向上,安装部1D的位置相较于避让槽底更靠前侧,端缘部1C被占用的空间较小,水龙头底座安装于安装部1D上后,水龙头底座的前侧缘在前后方向上位于避让槽底前侧,水龙头底座的后侧缘在前后方向上位于避让槽底后侧,端缘部1C在前后方向所占比例较小,第一清洗腔部和第二清洗腔部在前后方向的比例可以较大,遮盖部相对铰接部的比例可合理配置,使得整体结构更为紧凑,空间利用率更高。在另一实施例中,在前后方向上,安装部1D的位置可调相与避让槽底平齐。
结合图16,前述的承载台可为常见的厨房用的水槽柜或厨房台面。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种餐具清洗机,为能够配合底部前后侧具有限位块(5B)的菜板(5)使用的餐具清洗机,其包含:一机体(1)和一盖板(2);所述机体(1)具有左右相邻设置的第一清洗腔部(1A)和第二清洗腔部(1B);所述盖板(2)可相对机体(1)活动,以开闭所述第二清洗腔部(1B)的开口;其特征在于,所述餐具清洗机具有配置限位块(5B)以使菜板(5)保持于所述盖板(2)上侧的限位槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述限位槽包含:位于前侧的第一限位槽(S1)、位于后侧的第二限位槽(S2);所述第一限位槽(S1)至少部分位于所述盖板(2)上、或至少部分位于所述盖板(2)和机体(1)之间,所述第二限位槽(S2)位于所述盖板(2)和机体(1)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述限位槽左右延展且与所述第一清洗腔部的开口相接;所述菜板(5)自第一清洗腔部(1A)滑入第二清洗腔部(1B)时,所述限位块(5B)对应自第一清洗腔部(1A)滑入所述限位槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述菜板(5)通过自上而下放置的方式使所述限位块(5B)配置于所述限位槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述菜板(5)承托于所述第一清洗腔部(1A)时,所述限位块(5B)抵接于所述第一清洗腔部(1A)的内壁,以使所述菜板(5)能够在左右方向相对所述第一清洗腔部(1A)滑动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述盖板(2)包含:遮盖第二清洗腔部(1B)的腔口的遮盖部(2A)、位于遮盖部(2A)的前侧和机体(1)之间的铰接部(2B);所述铰接部(2B)在左右方向的延展距离小于或等于所述遮盖部(2A)在左右方向的延展距离,所述机体(1)具有位于第一清洗腔部(1A)和第二清洗腔部(1B)的开口外围的端缘部(1C),所述端缘部(1C)具有向前侧内凹以提供安装所述铰接部(2B)所需空间的避让槽(P)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述限位槽包含:位于前侧的第一限位槽(S1)、位于后侧的第二限位槽(S2);所述盖板(2)包含:遮盖部(2A)和铰接部(2B);所述铰接部(2B)连接所述遮盖部(2A),且铰接于所述机体(1)上;所述第一限位槽(S1)包含分布于所述铰接部(2B)左侧和/或右侧的第一槽部(S11);所述机体(1)具有位于第二清洗腔部(1B)的开口外围的端缘部(1C),所述第一槽部(S11)位于所述遮盖部(2A)的前侧和所述端缘部(1C)之间;所述第二限位槽(S2)位于所述遮盖部(2A)的后侧和所述端 缘部(1C)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述限位槽包含:位于前侧的第一限位槽(S1)、位于后侧的第二限位槽(S2);所述盖板(2)包含:遮盖部(2A)和铰接部(2B);所述铰接部(2B)连接所述遮盖部(2A),且铰接于所述机体(1)上;所述第一限位槽(S1)包含第二槽部(S12);所述机体(1)具有位于第二清洗腔部(1B)的开口外围的端缘部(1C),所述第二槽部(S12)位于遮盖部(2A)的上侧和铰接部(2B)的上侧之间、遮盖部(2A)上、或铰接部(2B)上;所述第二限位槽(S2)位于遮盖部(2A)的后侧和端缘部(1C)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述限位槽包含:位于前侧的第一限位槽(S1)、位于后侧的第二限位槽(S2);所述盖板(2)包含:遮盖部(2A)和铰接部(2B);所述铰接部(2B)连接所述遮盖部(2A),且铰接于所述机体(1)上;所述第一限位槽(S1)包含相连通的第一槽部(S11)和第二槽部(S12);所述机体(1)具有位于第二清洗腔部(1B)的开口外围的端缘部(1C),所述第一槽部(S11)位于所述遮盖部(2A)的前侧和所述端缘部(1C)之间;所述第二槽部(S12)位于遮盖部(2A)的上侧和铰接部(2B)的上侧之间、或铰接部(2B)上;所述第二限位槽(S2)位于遮盖部(2A)的后侧和端缘部(1C)之间。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述端缘部(1C)安装有水龙头底座(3);所述水龙头底座(3)包含一基座部(3A)和一连接部(3B),基座部(3A)和连接部(3B)位于端缘部(1C)上侧;所述端缘部(1C)上侧具有安装部(1D),且端缘部(1C)上开设有第一水管过孔(1E),连接部(3B)安装于安装部(1D)上;连接部(3B)连接于基座部(3A)的内壁,且让位出供水管通过的第二水管过孔(3C);在前后方向上,所述安装部(1D)的位置相较于所述避让槽底更靠前侧或平齐。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的餐具清洗机,其特征在于,所述端缘部(1C)安装有水龙头底座(3);所述水龙头底座的前侧缘在前后方向上位于避让槽底前侧,水龙头底座的后侧缘在前后方向上位于避让槽底后侧。
  12. 一种菜板,为能够配合权利要求1至11任一项所述的餐具清洗机使用的菜板;其特征在于,所述菜板(5)包含菜板主体(5A)、位于菜板主体(5A)的底部前后侧的限位块(5B)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的菜板,其特征在于,所述菜板包含位于所述菜板主体(5A)下侧的支撑部(5E),所述菜板通过所述支撑部(5E)支撑于机体上,以使菜板主体(5A)的底面与盖板(2)之间具有一定的间隙。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的菜板,其特征在于,所述菜板主体(5A)具有收纳空间, 所述限位块(5B)能够相对菜板主体(5A)上下活动,以在收纳于所述收纳空间的收纳状态和自所述收纳空间伸出的伸出状态间切换。
  15. 一种厨房用装置,其特征在于,包含:餐具清洗机和菜板;所述餐具清洗机为权利要求1至11任一项所述的餐具清洗机,所述菜板为权利要求12至14任一项所述的菜板。
