本申请涉及可穿戴设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种面罩及头戴式显示设备。
随着近眼显示技术的发展,头戴式显示设备被广泛地应用在工作、生活和娱乐等场合。头戴式显示设备一般包括显示装置和面罩,当用户佩戴头戴式显示设备时,面罩与人脸贴合形成一个密闭空间,以增强用户的沉浸感。在相关技术中,通常采用多层泡棉来增加与脸部贴合的贴脸部的厚度,以使面罩可与不同脸型的人脸匹配,不过,贴脸部较厚导致面罩的透气性较差,影响面罩的佩戴舒适性。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种面罩及头戴式显示设备,用于减小面罩的贴脸部厚度,提高面罩的透气性,进而提高面罩的佩戴舒适性。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种面罩,其包括支架、弹性支撑件和贴脸弹片,所述支架中设置有镜片孔,所述贴脸弹片通过所述弹性支撑件与所述支架连接,所述贴脸弹片的中部朝向所述支架凹陷,所述贴脸弹片中设置有与所述镜片孔相对的目镜孔,所述贴脸弹片的下侧边中部设置有鼻托部。
在本申请实施例提供的面罩中,贴脸弹片和弹性支撑件均可在受力状态下产生形变,因此当不同的用户佩戴该面罩时,贴脸弹片可以根据不同的脸型发生适应性的形变,使得贴脸弹片可与不同用户的面部贴合,与相关技术中需要采用多层泡棉来适应不同的脸型相比,利用贴脸弹片的形变与不同的脸型贴合,大大减少了面罩的贴脸部的泡棉用量,从而减小了面罩贴脸部的厚度,提高了面罩透气性,进而提高了面罩的佩戴舒适性。此外,由于泡棉用量大量减少,因此面罩的体积也可显著减小,提高了面罩的携带便利性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述贴脸弹片为环状弹片,所述环状弹片所围成的孔为所述目镜孔。采用这样的设计,贴脸弹片的形变范围大,如此可以与更大范围的脸型匹配,提高面罩的适用性。

本申请实施例提供的面罩适用于虚拟现实头戴式显示设备(Virtual Reality,简称为VR头显)、增强现实头戴式显示设备(Augmented Reality,简称为AR头显)或混合显示头戴式显示设备(Mixed Reality,简称为MR头显)等头戴式显示设备,下面将以虚拟现实头戴式显示设备中的面罩为例进行描述。
如图1所示,虚拟现实头戴式显示设备通常包括面罩1和安装在面罩1前端的显示装置2,其中,显示装置2可以为手机、游戏机或平板电脑等可显示文字、图像或动画等信息的装置,面罩1的前端设置显示装置2,面罩的后端与用户的面部贴合,用于阻挡外界的光线进入到用户眼镜和显示装置2之间,以增强用户的沉浸感。
在本申请实施例提供的面罩中,面罩中与用户面部贴合部分采用贴脸弹片,贴脸弹片在受到外力作用时可以产生一定的形变,使得当不同的用户佩戴该面罩时,根据用户脸型的不同,贴脸弹片可以适应性发生形变,从而使得贴脸弹片可与不同用户的面部贴合,与相关技术中需要采用多层泡棉来适应不同的脸型相比,采用贴脸弹片可以保证与不同用户的面部贴合,并且明显减小了泡棉用量,从而提高了面罩的透气性,进而提高了面罩的佩 戴舒适性。下面将结合附图对本申请实施例的实施方式进行详细描述。
实施例一
如图2所示,本申请实施例一提供的面罩包括支架10、弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30,支架10包括框板11以及设置于框板11中的两个镜片孔12。其中,框板11为矩形板,矩形板的四角具有圆倒角,以提高框板11的美观性,此外,框框10的四角采用圆倒角设计,可以防止划伤用户,提高面罩的使用安全性。

再如,当采用三个弹性支撑件20时,沿框板11从左至右的方向,三个弹性支撑件20分别连接在框板11的左侧、中部和右侧,即在沿框板11从左至右的方向,框板11的左侧、中部和右侧各与一个弹性支撑件20的一端连接,三个弹性支撑件20的另一端分别与贴脸弹片30的左侧、中部和右侧连接。可以理解的是,在框板11的两侧,可以在其中一侧如左侧采用两个或两个以上的弹性支撑件20与贴脸弹片30连接,另一侧如右侧采用与左侧数量相同或不同的弹性支撑件20与贴脸弹片30连接;此外,当框板11的左侧和/或右侧均设置有两个或两个以上弹性支撑件20时,位于同一侧的弹性支撑件20之间可以相互平行设置,也可以交叉设置。
贴脸弹片30的中部朝向支架10凹陷,沿框板11从左至右的方向,贴脸弹片30大致呈弧形,贴脸弹片30的轮廓形状与用户的面部相似的轮廓,更具地说,贴脸弹片30的轮廓形状与用户鼻子上方的面部轮廓相似,当用户佩戴面罩时贴脸弹片30可与用户的面部贴合。贴脸弹片30由弹性材料制成的,使得贴脸弹片在外力作用下可以发生形变,以使贴脸弹片30可以与不同脸型贴合,提高面罩的适用性。如图2、图3和图4所示,图2中 的贴脸弹片30处于未受外力的状态,此时贴脸弹片30呈弧形;图3中的贴脸弹片30处于受外力后的状态,此时图3中的贴脸弹片30相对于图2中的贴脸弹片30产生了一定的形变,图4为贴脸弹片30受外力作用前后的对比图,其中,黑色实线是受外力作用后的弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30的形态,虚线是受外力作用前的弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30的形态。
在本实施例中,贴脸弹片30包括环形弹片31,环形弹片31为片状且内部具有开口的弹性片,环形弹片31内部的开口为目镜孔32,目镜孔32可以为长条状的方形孔,显示装置显示的内容通过镜片孔12和目镜孔32后进入到用户的眼睛。环形弹片31包括相对设置的左侧边和右侧边,以及相对设置的上侧边和下侧边,其中,上侧边和下侧边位于左侧边和右侧边之间,并分别与左侧边和右侧边连接,左侧边、右侧边、上侧边和下侧边可以为一体结构,左侧边、右侧边、上侧边和下侧边围成目镜孔12。
环形弹片31背离支架10的表面为贴脸面,贴脸面为与用户面部贴合的面。环形弹片31的各侧边的宽度w大于环形弹片的厚度h,使得环形弹片31的贴脸面与用户面部贴合时,环形弹片31与用户面部的接触面积较大,防止或减轻用户长时间佩戴面罩时,环形弹片31勒入用户面部,导致用户面部留有明显压痕或勒痕。
环形弹片31的左侧边、右侧边分别通过弹性支撑件20与框板11的左右两侧连接。环形弹片31的上侧边和下侧边均呈弧形,环形弹片31的下侧边中部朝向支架10凹陷,形成鼻托部33,构成鼻托部33的部分弹片相对于下侧边中其他区域扭转设定角度,或者说,位于鼻托部的弹片相对下侧边其他区域的弹倾斜一定角度,该角度大于0度,小于90度。当用户佩戴该面罩时,位于鼻托部33的部分环形弹片31与用户的鼻子贴合,鼻托部33以外区域的环形弹片31与用户的面部贴合,如此设计,一方面,可以提高贴脸弹片30与用户面部的贴合效果,另一方面,鼻托部33卡在用户的鼻子上以支撑面罩,防止面罩从用户面部滑落,提高面罩的舒适性。
在本申请实施例一提供的面罩中,贴脸弹片30和弹性支撑件20均可在外力状态下产生形变,因此当不同的用户佩戴该面罩时,贴脸弹片30和弹性支撑件20均会出现不同程度的形变,即贴脸弹片30和弹性支撑件20会根据不用用户的脸型发生适应性的形变,使得贴脸弹片30与用户的面部贴合,与相关技术中采用多层泡棉来适应不同的脸型相比,不需要采用多层泡棉即可适用于不同的脸型,面罩的贴脸部厚度明显减少,从而提高了面罩的透气性,进而提高了面罩的佩戴舒适性。此外,由于泡棉用量大大减少,面罩的体积也随之显著减小,提高了面罩的携带便利性。
在上述面罩中,支架10、弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30的材质可以为塑料、金属或合金,此外,支架10、弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30可以为一体成型结构,例如,支架10、弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30三者为一体的注塑成型件,但不限于此,支架10、弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30三者也可以分别是独立的个体,通过螺钉、焊接或粘结等连接方式形成上述面罩结构。例如,支架10、弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30三者分别为钛合金件,三者之间通过焊接方式连接在一起。
为了方便用户佩戴,在一种可能的实施方式中,上述面罩通常还包括头带,头带的两端可与框板11的左右两侧连接,或者与贴脸弹片30的左右两侧连接,当用户佩戴面罩时,通过调节头带,可以使面罩固定在用户的脸部。同时,头带产生拉力会作用在贴脸弹片30 和弹性支撑件20上,使得贴脸弹片30发生形变,从而使得贴脸弹片30的形状与用户的面部匹配,进而使得贴脸弹片30贴合在用户的脸部。
本申请实施例一提供的面罩一般还包括遮光布,其中,遮光布一般覆盖在支架10的侧面以及贴脸弹片30的侧面,用于遮盖支架10和贴脸弹片30的空间,防止用户佩戴面罩后外界光线进入到面罩内部。可以理解的是,弹性支撑条20被遮光布覆盖,一方面,可以提高遮光效果,另一方面,可以将弹性支撑条20隐藏在遮光布内侧,使得面罩的外表面设计简洁,提高面罩的美观性。
在一种的可能实施方式中,面罩一般还包括泡棉,且该泡棉为单层泡棉,泡棉一般设置在贴脸弹片30与用户面部贴合的贴脸面上,以提高面罩的佩戴舒适性。泡棉的形状、大小与贴脸弹片30相同或近似,泡棉的中部设置有与目镜孔32对应的通孔,以免泡棉阻挡光线进入用户眼镜,确保面罩的视角范围。另外,泡棉一般被包裹在遮光布中,利用遮光布可以保护泡棉,防止泡棉损坏,延长泡棉的使用寿命。
实施例二
如图5和图6所示,本申请实施例二提供的面罩包括支架10、弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30,支架10包括镜框14以及设置于镜框14中的两个镜片孔12,其中,镜框14与眼镜框类似,镜框14包括两个镜片框以及连接两个镜片框的横梁部,每个镜片框中设置有一个镜片孔12,两个镜片孔12相对镜框14的中心对称设置,镜片孔12用于容置镜片,镜片孔12包括但不限于为圆孔、椭圆孔、三角形孔、方形孔或多边形孔,在本实施例中镜片孔为圆孔,相应的安装在镜片孔12中镜片为圆形镜片。
横梁部可以与两个镜片框一体成型,如图7和图8所示,横梁部设置有至少一个减重孔16以及至少一个安装孔15,或者说,减重孔16和安装孔15设置于位于两个镜片孔12之间镜框11的区域,如此设计,一方面,可以减轻支架10的重量,进而减轻面罩的重量,以免用户长时间佩戴面罩时面部疲劳,另一方面,也可以在减重孔16和安装孔15设置指示灯或其他功能按键,与相关技术中将功能按键设置在面罩外部相比,设置在面罩内部,可以使面罩外形简洁,提高面罩的美观性。
在两个镜片孔12之间设置弧形缺口13,弧形缺口13的两个侧面分别为两个镜片框的外表面的一部分,弧形缺口13的底面为横梁部的外表面的一部分。弧形缺口13与贴脸弹片30的鼻托部对应,如此设计,可以使面罩的支架10区域和贴脸弹片30区域的周向轮廓相同或相似,提高面罩的整体美观性。
弹性支撑件20可以为U形弹性条或V形弹性条,用于将支架10和贴脸弹片30连在一起,此外,当用户佩戴面罩时,弹性支撑件20也会产生一定的形变,以使贴脸弹片更好的与用户面部贴合。在本实施例中,弹性支撑件20采用U形弹性条,且U形弹性条的数量为两个,两个U形弹性条分别与支架10的左右两侧和贴脸弹片30的左右两侧连接。更加详细地说,如图9和图10所示,U形弹性条的两端分别与镜片孔12的上、下侧边的中部连接,U形弹性条的底部与贴脸弹片30连接。
与上述实施例一中弹性支撑件20为长条状弹性条相比,实施例二中弹性支撑件20为U形弹性条或V形弹性条,强度较大,可以提高贴脸弹片30和支架10之间的连接强。此外,当用户佩戴实施例二中的面罩时,利用U形弹性条或V形弹性条的两侧边支撑贴脸弹片30,使得贴脸弹片30的稳定性更好。
贴脸弹片30的中部朝向支架10凹陷,沿镜框14从左至右的方向,贴脸弹片30大致呈弧形,贴脸弹片30的轮廓形状与用户的面部相似的轮廓,更具地说,贴脸弹片30的轮廓形状与用户鼻子上方的面部轮廓相似,当用户佩戴面罩时贴脸弹片30可与用户的面部贴合。贴脸弹片30由弹性材料制成的,使得贴脸弹片30在外力作用下可以发生形变,以使贴脸弹片30可以与不同脸型贴合,提高面罩的适用性。

如图13和图14所示,本申请实施例三提供的面罩包括支架10、弹性支撑件20和贴脸弹片30,支架10包括片状边框17以及设置于片状边框17中的镜片孔12,其中,片状边框17的自身的边框厚度h远小于边框的宽度w,使得镜片孔12的侧壁为筒状。沿片状边框17的长度方向,镜片孔12包括相连通的左眼镜片孔部和右眼镜片孔部,左眼镜片孔部和右眼镜片孔部构成一个类似B字形的通孔,如此设计,使得用户左眼和右眼对应的区域无障碍物,提高进入用户眼镜的图像完整性。在左眼镜片孔部和右眼镜片孔部之间设置弧形缺口13,弧形缺口13与贴脸弹片30的鼻托部对应。
贴脸弹片30的中部朝向支架10凹陷,沿镜框14从左至右的方向,贴脸弹片30大致呈弧形,贴脸弹片30的轮廓形状与用户的面部相似的轮廓,更具地说,贴脸弹片30的轮廓形状与用户鼻子上方的面部轮廓相似,当用户佩戴面罩时贴脸弹片30可与用户的面部贴合。贴脸弹片30由弹性材料制成的,使得贴脸弹片在外力作用下可以发生形变,以使贴脸弹片可以与不同脸型贴合,提高面罩的适用性。

在本实施例中,如图15和图16所示,弹性支撑件20位于支架10和贴脸弹片30之间,弹性支撑件20的中部与支架10的中部连接,弹性支撑件20的左右两侧分别通过连接件40与贴脸弹片30的左右两侧连接。如此设计,与实施例一中弹性支撑件20为长条状弹性条相比,采用弹性支撑件20为与贴脸弹片30类似或相同的弹性支撑件20连接支架10和贴脸弹片30,可以提高面罩的整体强度较大,使得面罩不易损坏。此外,当用户佩戴实施例三中的面罩时,利用与贴脸弹片30类似或相同的弹性支撑件20支撑贴脸弹片30,使得贴脸弹片30的稳定性更好。

本申请实施例还提供了一种头戴式显示设备,该头戴式显示设备包括上述各实施例所述的面罩,以及设置在面罩的前端的显示装置,其中,面罩的前端是指支架远离贴脸弹片的面。显示装置可以为手机、游戏机或平板电脑等可显示文字、图像或动画等信息的装置。当用户佩戴该头戴式显示设备时,面罩的贴脸弹片与用户的面部贴合,由于贴脸弹片在受到外力作用时可以发生形变,使得贴脸弹片可以根据不同的脸型发生适应性的形变,从而使得贴脸弹片可以与不同用户的面部贴合,与相关技术中需要采用多层泡棉来适应不同的脸型相比,大大减少了面罩的贴脸部的泡棉用量,提高了面罩透气性,进而提高了面罩的佩戴舒适性。此外,由于泡棉用量大量减少,因此面罩的体积也可显著减小,提高了面罩的携带便利性。

Claims (18)
- 一种面罩,其特征在于,包括支架、弹性支撑件和贴脸弹片,所述支架中设置有镜片孔,所述贴脸弹片通过所述弹性支撑件与所述支架连接,所述贴脸弹片的中部朝向所述支架凹陷,所述贴脸弹片中设置有与所述镜片孔相对的目镜孔,所述贴脸弹片的下侧边中部设置有鼻托部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述贴脸弹片为环状弹片,所述环状弹片所围成的孔为所述目镜孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述目镜孔为长条状的方形孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述环状弹片的下侧边中部凹陷形成所述鼻托部,形成所述鼻托部的部分所述环状弹片相对其余部分的所述环状弹片扭转设定角度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述目镜孔包括位于所述鼻托部两侧的左目镜孔部和右目镜孔部,所述左目镜孔部和右目镜孔部彼此相对的一侧连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述支架包括框板,所述框板中设置有左眼镜片孔和右眼镜片孔,所述左眼镜片孔和右眼镜片孔构成所述镜片孔。
- 根据权利要求6所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述框板的下侧边中部设置有弧形缺口,所述弧形缺口与所述鼻托部相对。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述支架包括镜框,所述镜框的下侧边中部设置有鼻托部,所述镜框中设置有位于所述鼻托部两侧的左眼镜片孔和右眼镜片孔,所述左眼镜片孔和右眼镜片孔构成所述镜片孔。
- 根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述支架中位于所述左眼镜片孔和右眼镜片孔之间的区域设置有至少一个减重孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述支架包括由片状边框,所述片状边框围成孔为所述镜片孔。
- 根据权利要求10所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述片状边框的下侧边中部设置有弧形凹陷部,所述弧形凹陷部朝向所述片状边框的上侧边凹陷。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件为长条状弹性条。
- 根据权利要求10所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述贴脸弹片的左右两侧各通过一个所述长条状弹性条与所述支架的左右两侧连接。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述贴脸弹片的中部通过一个所述长条状弹性条与所述支架的中部连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件为U形弹性条或V形弹性条,所述贴脸弹片的左右两侧各通过一个所述U形弹性条或V形弹性条与所述支架的左右两侧连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件为与所述贴脸弹片相同的弹性片,所述弹性支撑件的中部与所述支架的中部连接,所述弹性支撑件的左右两侧与所述贴脸弹片的左右两侧连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述面罩还包括遮光布,所述遮光布遮盖所述贴脸弹片和所述支架之间的空间。
- 一种头戴式显示设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-17任一项所述的面罩,以及设置于所述面罩的前端的显示设备。
