参见附图1,固定器3安装于球阀壳体1内,其靠近阀球的轴向一端面设有第一环形槽31和第二环形槽32,其中第一环形槽31设于所述第二环形槽32靠近阀球2的一侧。本实施例中,所述第一环形槽31与第二环形槽32相邻设置,所述第二环形槽32包括槽本体321和锁槽322,所述阀座4设置在所述第一环形槽31内,所述支撑环5卡入所述第二环形槽32内.
具体的,参见附图8,图8为阀门打开过程示意图,阀门打开时,阀球2受阀杆作用沿图8中逆时针转动,流体介质从图8中右侧通道进入阀球2空腔最终进入左侧通道,在此过程中,位于图8中右侧的固定器的下半部分支撑环和左侧固定器的上半部分支撑环会受到流体介质的冲击,因此在上述支撑环5受流经介质作用的部位处设置有锁扣,并在固定器中对应设有所述锁槽322,用于提高位于受冲击部位的支撑环与固定器的结合强度,确保及时支撑环在开 阀瞬间即使受到较大冲击也不会从第二环线槽中脱落实现了固定器3与支撑环5的稳定安装,降低因流经介质对支撑环的冲击力导致支撑环受介质冲击从固定器中脱落的风险,从而避免阀座失去支撑被切断的风险;提高了阀门的寿命
支撑环5设置在所述第二环形槽32内,所述支撑环5包括沿其周向分布的安装部分6和至少一个锁紧部分7,其中锁紧部分7和安装部分6一体成型;所述安装部分6和所述锁紧部分7均包括环本体51,所述锁紧部分7还包括形成于所述环本体51径向内侧的锁扣52;其中锁扣52与环本体51一体成型。本实施例中,支撑环5的周向指的是支撑环的圆周方向,所述锁扣52为形成于所述环本体51径向内侧的连续的弧形凸台,本实施例中所述弧形凸台为环本体上的半圆形凸台,当然其也不限于设置为半圆形凸台,其也可以为其他任意夹角内的弧形凸台。其中半圆形凸台与所述锁槽的形状相适配,即锁槽也为半圆形锁槽,由此增大了支撑环与固定器之间的接触面积,提高了支撑环与固定器之间的安装的稳定性,安装时,锁扣卡入到第二环形槽的锁槽中,环本体安装在第二环形槽的槽本体内部,环本体与槽本体二者之间过盈配合,采用过盈的安装方式简单、快捷、可靠性高。
作为可替换的实施方式,所述弧形凸台还可在环本体上间隔分段设置。将弧形凸台在环本体上间隔分段设置,在确保支撑环与固定器稳定安装的同时,降低了生产成本,便于市场的推广与使用。
本实施例中,所述锁紧部分的轴向截面形状为L型或者T型。其中,锁紧部分的轴向截面指的是指通过经过支撑环轴线的平面截取锁紧部分获得的截面。
所述支撑环采用橡塑材质,所述固定器为橡胶材质。本实施例中,支撑环和固定器为软性材料,能够很好的将支撑环与固定器之间进行密封,确保整体装置的密封性能。
本发明的阀座组件的安装过程为:
安装支撑环:
先将支撑环的安装部分的环本体卡入安装在固定器的第二环形槽上,然后旋转支撑环,旋转过程中安装部分不脱离第二环形槽,通过旋转锁紧部分的锁扣旋转进入到锁槽中并与锁槽卡合,锁紧部分和安装部分的环本体过盈安装在固定器的槽本体中,锁扣卡入锁槽内,支撑环与固定器安装完成;
安装阀座:
将阀座卡入安装在第一环形槽内;由此完成阀座组件的安装,最后将阀座组件安装在壳体内,将阀球和阀杆分别组装,完成球阀的安装。
本发明的阀座组件整体结构设计合理,密封性好,在导通流体介质时,保证了使用安全,不会因受到流体介质的冲击使得支撑环与固定器分离开以及导致阀座脱离被阀球断裂的情况。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种阀座组件,其特征在于,包括:
    固定器,安装于球阀壳体内,其轴向一端面设有第一环形槽和第二环形槽,其中所述第一环形槽设于所述第二环形槽靠近阀球的一侧;
    阀座,设置在所述第一环形槽内;
    支撑环,设置在所述第二环形槽内,所述支撑环包括沿其周向分布的安装部分和至少一个锁紧部分,所述安装部分和所述锁紧部分均包括环本体,所述锁紧部分还包括形成于所述环本体径向内侧的锁扣;
    所述第二环形槽包括槽本体和锁槽,所述槽本体适于所述环本体卡入,所述锁槽适于所述锁扣卡入。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述锁扣为形成于所述环本体径向内侧的弧形凸台。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述锁紧部分为一个连续的弧形凸台。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述锁紧部分为一个半圆环形凸台。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述锁紧部分包括若干间隔分段设置的弧形凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述锁槽设于阀球打开过程中所述支撑环受流经介质作用的部位处。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述锁 紧部分的轴向截面形状为L型或者T型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述锁扣的轴向截面为矩形或者正梯形。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述环本体与所述第二环形槽的槽本体过盈配合。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种阀座组件,其特征在于,所述支撑环采用橡塑材质,所述固定器为橡胶材质。
  11. 一种球阀,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内安装有如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一对阀座组件,所述阀座组件内安装有阀座和支撑环;
    阀球,设置在一对阀座以及一对支撑环之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种球阀,其特征在于,还包括阀杆,其一端与所述阀球连接并一同转动,其另一端穿过所述壳体并伸出所述壳体之外。
