技术领域
本申请涉及终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种通话控制方法、装置、存储介质及终端设备。
背景技术
随着电子技术及移动通信技术的发展,智能手机等移动终端已成为人们必不可少的生活工具。
目前,智能手机不单纯具有传统的移动通话及发送短信等联络功能,还集成有浏览网页、拍照摄像、收听音乐、游戏娱乐及交友等多种功能。随着手机的智能化水平越来越高,人们对智能手机的依赖也是愈演愈烈,很多人在日常工作生活中,智能手机几乎是形影相随,而为增强用户体验感,智能手机上会设置有多个运行模式,比如夜间模式和日间模式,其中,夜间模式通常是在用户休息时启动,主要用于调整屏幕背光,功能比较单一,难以确保用户有个良好的休息环境。
技术问题
本申请实施例提供一种通话控制方法、装置、存储介质及终端设备,能丰富夜间模式功能,提升用户体验。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例提供了一种通话控制方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
接收通话接入请求,所述通话接入请求携带用户标识;
根据所述通话接入请求获取所述终端设备当前的运行模式;
判断所述运行模式是否为夜间模式;
若是,则根据预设白名单和所述用户标识控制所述终端设备进行通话连接。
其中,所述根据预设白名单和所述用户标识控制所述终端设备进行通话连接,包括:
判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内;
若所述用户标识在预设名单内,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
若所述用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。
其中,在判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内之前,还包括:
周期性统计一段时间内的来电用户、以及每个统计的来电用户的来电次数和通话时长;
根据所述来电次数和通话时长确定写入预设名单的用户标识。
其中,在允许所述终端设备进行通话连接之前,还包括:

判断模块,用于判断所述运行模式是否为夜间模式;
控制模块,用于若是,则根据预设名单和所述用户标识控制所述终端设备进行通话连接。
其中,所述控制模块具体包括:
判断单元,用于判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内;
允许单元,用于若所述用户标识在预设名单内,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
禁止单元,用于若所述用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。

在所述接收模块接收通话接入请求之前,获取所述终端设备的当前时间以及当前光线亮度值;
判断所述当前时间是否在预设时段内,且所述当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内;
若所述当前时间在预设时段内,且所述当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内,则控制所述终端设备进入夜间模式。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有多条指令,所述指令适于由处理器加载以执行上述任一项通话控制方法。
本申请实施例还提供了一种终端设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器与所述存储器电性连接,所述存储器用于存储指令和数据,所述处理器用于执行上述任一项所述的通话控制方法中的步骤。
有益效果
相较于现有技术,本申请提供的通话控制方法、装置、存储介质及终端设备,应用于终端设备,通过接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识,并根据该通话接入请求获取该终端设备当前的运行模式,之后,判断该运行模式是否为夜间模式,若是,则根据预设名单和该用户标识控制该终端设备进行通话连接,从而能丰富夜间模式功能,方法简单,用户体验效果好。

一种通话控制方法,应用于终端设备,该通话控制方法包括:接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识;根据该通话接入请求获取该终端设备当前的运行模式;判断该运行模式是否为夜间模式;若是,则根据预设白名单和该用户标识控制该终端设备进行通话连接。
其中,所述根据预设白名单和所述用户标识控制所述终端设备进行通话连接,包括:
判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内;
若所述用户标识在预设名单内,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
若所述用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。
其中,在判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内之前,还包括:
周期性统计一段时间内的来电用户、以及每个统计的来电用户的来电次数和通话时长;
根据所述来电次数和通话时长确定写入预设名单的用户标识。

如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例提供的通话控制方法的流程示意图,该通话控制方法应用于终端设备,具体流程可以如下:
S101. 接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识。
本实施例中,该来电用户可以是电话来电用户或者即时通讯软件的语音来电用户、视频来电用户等等,该用户标识包括手机号和即时通讯软件账号等可以唯一识别用户的标识。当终端设备接收到电话来电,或者即时通讯软件的语音或视频来电时,可以生成通话接入请求。
此外,在上述步骤S101之前,该通话控制方法还可以包括:
获取该终端设备的当前时间以及当前光线亮度值;
判断该当前时间是否在预设时段内,且该当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内;
若该当前时间在预设时段内,且该当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内,则控制该终端设备进入夜间模式。
本实施例中,该预设时段可以是人为设定的固定时段,也可以是终端设备根据以往夜间模式的进入时间统计出来的,该预设亮度通常用于界定周边环境是否处于昏暗状态,比如低于该预设亮度时说明周边环境光线昏暗。
S102. 根据该通话接入请求获取该终端设备当前的运行模式。
本实施例中,该运行模式可以包括多种,比如夜间模式、日间模式、省电模式和勿扰模式。
S103. 判断该运行模式是否为夜间模式,若是,则执行下述步骤S104,若否,则允许该移动终端进行通话连接。
S104. 根据预设名单和该用户标识控制该终端设备进行通话连接。
例如,上述步骤S104具体可以包括:
判断该用户标识是否在预设名单内;
若该用户标识在预设名单内,则允许该终端设备进行通话连接;
若该用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止该终端设备进行通话连接。
本实施例中,该预设名单可以是人为提前设定的固定名单,也可以是终端设备根据以往的来电情况或者联系频率自行设定的,比如终端设备可以周期性统计一段时间内的来电用户、每个来电用户的来电次数和通话时长,并将来电次数较多、通话时长较长的来电用户的用户标识写入预设名单中,在这种情况下,预设名单并非一成不变的,而是会跟随时间的变化而变。具体的,允许终端设备进行通话连接主要指向用户显示通话连接界面,禁止终端设备进行通话连接主要指不向用户显示通话连接界面。
例如,在执行上述步骤“允许该终端设备进行通话连接”之前,该通话控制方法还包括:
检测该终端设备的前台运行应用是否为预设应用;
若是,则生成通话确认窗口,并在当前显示界面上显示该通话确认窗口;
检测用户是否对该通话确认窗口进行了确认操作;
若检测到用户进行了确认操作,则允许该终端设备进行通话连接;
若未检测到用户进行了确认操作,则禁止该终端设备进行通话连接。
本实施例中,该预设应用可以人为设定,其可以包括类似视频播放应用、游戏应用等不适合突然中断的应用。该通话确认窗口可以以悬浮窗的形式显示在当前显示界面上,其大小可以根据显示屏尺寸而定,比如可以是显示屏尺寸的十分之一,其可以放置在显示界面的任意位置,比如左上角、右下角等。该通话确认窗口内可以显示来电用户的相关信息以及多个选择按键,比如该相关信息可以包括来电用户名字,该选择按键可以包括表示接通和拒绝接通的两个按键,请参见图2,该通话确认窗口中可以显示“xx”来电等文字信息,以及接通和拒绝接通的选择图标。
此外,在禁止该终端设备进行通话连接之后,该通话控制方法还可以包括:
确定该用户标识对应的用户等级;
获取该用户等级对应的预设回复信息以及来电提醒周期;
将该预设回复信息发送至该用户标识所在的终端设备,并启动计时;
根据计时时长和该来电提醒周期对用户进行来电提醒。
本实施例中,该用户等级可以包括重要、一般和不重要,通常,用户在通讯录或者即时通讯应用中添加新用户时,可以为这个新用户设置用户等级。该预设回复信息和来电提醒周期可以人为设定,其中,对于重要等级的用户,比如客户或者家人,该预设回复信息可以设置成:我现在有点忙,稍后第一时间回电,对于不重要的用户,比如不在通讯录中的未知用户,该预设回复信息可以为空,从而不进行回复。该来电提醒周期可以根据用户重要性而设定,比如对于等级越重要的用户,其来电提醒周期可以设置的越短,从而来电提醒频率越高,反之对于等级越不重要的用户,其来电提醒周期可以设置的越长,从而来电提醒频率越低,之后,当计时时长到达来电提醒周期时,可以向用户提醒该来电用户的来电事件,以避免事后用户遗忘该来电事件。
由上述可知,本实施例提供的通话控制方法,应用于终端设备,通过接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识,并根据该通话接入请求获取该终端设备当前的运行模式,之后,判断该运行模式是否为夜间模式,若是,则根据预设名单和该用户标识控制该终端设备进行通话连接,从而能丰富夜间模式功能,方法简单,用户体验效果好。
根据上述实施例所描述的方法,本实施例将以该通话控制方法应用于终端设备中作进一步详细说明。
请参见图3,该通话控制方法的流程包括:
S201.获取该终端设备的当前时间以及当前光线亮度值。
S202.判断该当前时间是否在预设时段内,且该当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内,若是,则控制该终端设备进入夜间模式,若否,则重新执行步骤S201。
譬如,终端设备可以将每天晚上10:00到第二天早上6:00之间的时段作为预设时段,并实时检测在该预设时段内周边环境的光线亮度,一旦光线亮度在预设亮度范围内,则自动进入夜间模式,从而无需用户手动进行。
S203.接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识。
譬如,该来电用户可以是电话来电用户或者即时通讯软件的语音来电用户、视频来电用户等等,该用户标识可以包括手机号和即时通讯软件账号等。当终端设备接收到电话来电,或者即时通讯软件的语音或视频来电时,可以生成通话接入请求。

譬如,终端设备可以周期性统计一段时间内的来电用户、每个来电用户的来电次数和通话时长,并将来电次数较多、通话时长较长的来电用户的用户标识写入预设名单中。当终端设备处于夜间模式时,若接收到来电,则可以查询来电用户是否在该预设名单中。
S206. 检测该终端设备的前台运行应用是否为预设应用,若是预设应用,则生成通话确认窗口,并在当前显示界面上显示该通话确认窗口,之后检测用户是否对该通话确认窗口进行了确认操作,若是,则允许该终端设备进行通话连接,若否,则执行下述步骤S207。若不是预设应用,则执行下述步骤S207。
S207. 禁止该终端设备进行通话连接,并确定该用户标识对应的用户等级。
譬如,当来电用户在预设名单内时,可以进行通话连接,不在预设名单内时,可以不进行通话连接,并采取事后提醒的方式告知用户该来电事件。而在进行通话连接之前,可以显示一个通话确认窗口,该通话确认窗口内可以显示来电用户的相关信息以及多个选择按键,一旦用户选择不接通来电或者一定时间内未做选择,则认为不进行通话连接,否则立即进行通话连接。
S208. 获取该用户等级对应的预设回复信息以及来电提醒周期,并将该预设回复信息发送至该用户标识所在的终端设备。
S209. 根据计时时长和该来电提醒周期对用户进行来电提醒。
譬如,该用户等级可以包括重要、一般和不重要,该预设回复信息和来电提醒周期可以根据用户等级而定,对于越重要的用户,其来电提醒周期可以越短,当计时时长到达来电提醒周期时,可以向用户提醒该来电用户的来电事件,以避免事后用户遗忘该来电事件。
根据上述实施例所描述的方法,本实施例将从来电控制装置的角度进一步进行描述,该来电控制装置具体可以作为独立的实体来实现。

接收模块,用于接收通话接入请求,所述通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识;
获取模块,用于根据所述通话接入请求获取所述终端设备当前的运行模式;
判断模块,用于判断所述运行模式是否为夜间模式;
控制模块,用于若是,则根据预设名单和所述用户标识控制所述终端设备进行通话连接。

请参阅图4,图4具体描述了本申请实施例提供的来电控制装置,应用于终端设备,该终端设备可以包括手机、平板电脑、个人PC等,该终端设备包括安全数码卡,其可以包括:接收模块10、获取模块20、判断模块30和控制模块40,其中:

接收模块10,用于接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识。
本实施例中,该来电用户可以是电话来电用户或者即时通讯软件的语音来电用户、视频来电用户等等,该用户标识包括手机号和即时通讯软件账号等可以唯一识别用户的标识。当终端设备接收到电话来电,或者即时通讯软件的语音或视频来电时,可以生成通话接入请求。
例如,请参见图5,该通话控制装置还包括进入模块50,用于:
在该接收模块接收通话接入请求之前,获取该终端设备的当前时间以及当前光线亮度值;
判断该当前时间是否在预设时段内,且该当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内;
若该当前时间在预设时段内,且该当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内,则控制该终端设备进入夜间模式。
本实施例中,该预设时段可以是人为设定的固定时段,也可以是终端设备根据以往夜间模式的进入时间统计出来的,该预设亮度通常用于界定周边环境是否处于昏暗状态,比如低于该预设亮度时说明周边环境光线昏暗。
(2)获取模块20
获取模块20,用于根据该通话接入请求获取该终端设备当前的运行模式。
本实施例中,该运行模式可以包括多种,比如夜间模式、日间模式、省电模式和勿扰模式。
(3)判断模块30
判断模块30,用于判断该运行模式是否为夜间模式。
(4)控制模块40
控制模块40,用于若是,则根据预设名单和该用户标识控制该终端设备进行通话连接。
例如,请参见图6,该控制模块40具体包括:
判断单元41,用于判断该用户标识是否在预设名单内;
允许单元42,用于若该用户标识在预设名单内,则允许该终端设备进行通话连接;
禁止单元43,用于若该用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止该终端设备进行通话连接。
本实施例中,该预设名单可以是人为提前设定的固定名单,也可以是终端设备根据以往的来电情况或者联系频率自行设定的,比如终端设备可以周期性统计一段时间内的来电用户、每个来电用户的来电次数和通话时长,并将来电次数较多、通话时长较长的来电用户的用户标识写入预设名单中,在这种情况下,预设名单并非一成不变的,而是会跟随时间的变化而变。具体的,允许终端设备进行通话连接主要指向用户显示通话连接界面,禁止终端设备进行通话连接主要指不向用户显示通话连接界面。
该控制模块40还包括确认单元44,用于:
在该允许单元42允许该终端设备进行通话连接之前,检测该终端设备的前台运行应用是否为预设应用;
若是,则生成通话确认窗口,并在当前显示界面上显示该通话确认窗口;
检测用户是否对该通话确认窗口进行了确认操作;
若检测到用户进行了确认操作,则允许该终端设备进行通话连接;
若未检测到用户进行了确认操作,则禁止该终端设备进行通话连接。
本实施例中,该预设应用可以人为设定,其可以包括类似视频播放应用、游戏应用等不适合突然中断的应用。该通话确认窗口可以以悬浮窗的形式显示在当前显示界面上,其大小可以根据显示屏尺寸而定,比如可以是显示屏尺寸的十分之一,其可以放置在显示界面的任意位置,比如左上角、右下角等。该通话确认窗口内可以显示来电用户的相关信息以及多个选择按键,比如该相关信息可以包括来电用户名字,该选择按键可以包括表示接通和拒绝接通的两个按键,请参见图2,该通话确认窗口中可以显示“xx”来电等文字信息,以及接通和拒绝接通的选择图标。
此外,该控制模块40还包括提醒单元45,用于:
在该禁止单元禁止该终端设备进行通话连接之后,确定该用户标识对应的用户等级;
获取该用户等级对应的预设回复信息以及来电提醒周期;
将该预设回复信息发送至该用户标识所在的终端设备,并启动计时;
根据计时时长和该来电提醒周期对用户进行来电提醒。
本实施例中,该用户等级可以包括重要、一般和不重要,通常,用户在通讯录或者即时通讯应用中添加新用户时,可以为这个新用户设置用户等级。该预设回复信息和来电提醒周期可以人为设定,其中,对于重要等级的用户,比如客户或者家人,该预设回复信息可以设置成:我现在有点忙,稍后第一时间回电,对于不重要的用户,比如不在通讯录中的未知用户,该预设回复信息可以为空,从而不进行回复。该来电提醒周期可以根据用户重要性而设定,比如对于等级越重要的用户,其来电提醒周期可以设置的越短,从而来电提醒频率越高,反之对于等级越不重要的用户,其来电提醒周期可以设置的越长,从而来电提醒频率越低,之后,当计时时长到达来电提醒周期时,可以向用户提醒该来电用户的来电事件,以避免事后用户遗忘该来电事件。
具体实施时,以上各个单元可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个单元的具体实施可参见前面的方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
由上述可知,本实施例提供的通话控制装置,应用于终端设备,通过接收模块10接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识,获取模块20根据该通话接入请求获取该终端设备当前的运行模式,之后,判断模块30判断该运行模式是否为夜间模式,若是,则控制模块40根据预设名单和该用户标识控制该终端设备进行通话连接,从而能丰富夜间模式功能,方法简单,用户体验效果好。
另外,本申请实施例还提供一种终端设备,该终端设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑等设备。如图7所示,终端设备200包括处理器201、存储器202。其中,处理器201与存储器202电性连接。
处理器201是终端设备200的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端设备的各个部分,通过运行或加载存储在存储器202内的应用程序,以及调用存储在存储器202内的数据,执行终端设备的各种功能和处理数据,从而对终端设备进行整体监控。
在本实施例中,该终端设备200设有多个存储分区,该多个存储分区包括系统分区和目标分区,终端设备200中的处理器201会按照如下的步骤,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的指令加载到存储器202中,并由处理器201来运行存储在存储器202中的应用程序,从而实现各种功能:
接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识;
根据该通话接入请求获取该终端设备当前的运行模式;
判断该运行模式是否为夜间模式;
若是,则根据预设名单和该用户标识控制该终端设备进行通话连接。
图8示出了本发明实施例提供的终端设备的具体结构框图,该终端设备可以用于实施上述实施例中提供的通话控制方法。该终端设备300可以为智能手机或平板电脑。
RF电路310用于接收以及发送电磁波,实现电磁波与电信号的相互转换,从而与通讯网络或者其他设备进行通讯。RF电路310可包括各种现有的用于执行这些功能的电路元件,例如,天线、射频收发器、数字信号处理器、加密/解密芯片、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、存储器等等。RF电路310可与各种网络如互联网、企业内部网、无线网络进行通讯或者通过无线网络与其他设备进行通讯。上述的无线网络可包括蜂窝式电话网、无线局域网或者城域网。上述的无线网络可以使用各种通信标准、协议及技术,包括但并不限于全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication, GSM)、增强型移动通信技术(Enhanced Data GSM Environment, EDGE),宽带码分多址技术(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, WCDMA),码分多址技术(Code Division Access, CDMA)、时分多址技术(Time Division Multiple Access, TDMA),无线保真技术(Wireless Fidelity, Wi-Fi)(如美国电气和电子工程师协会标准 IEEE 802.11a, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE802.11g 和/或 IEEE 802.11n)、网络电话(Voice over Internet Protocol, VoIP)、全球微波互联接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, Wi-Max)、其他用于邮件、即时通讯及短消息的协议,以及任何其他合适的通讯协议,甚至可包括那些当前仍未被开发出来的协议。
存储器320可用于存储软件程序以及模块,如上述实施例中前置摄像头拍照自动补光系统、方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器380通过运行存储在存储器320内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现前置摄像头拍照自动补光的功能。存储器320可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器320可进一步包括相对于处理器380远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至终端设备300。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入单元330可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,输入单元330可包括触敏表面331以及其他输入设备332。触敏表面331,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面331上或在触敏表面331附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面331可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器380,并能接收处理器380发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面331。除了触敏表面331,输入单元330还可以包括其他输入设备332。具体地,其他输入设备332可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元340可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端设备300的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元340可包括显示面板341,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板341。进一步的,触敏表面331可覆盖显示面板341,当触敏表面331检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器380以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器380根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板341上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图8中,触敏表面331与显示面板341是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面331与显示面板341集成而实现输入和输出功能。
终端设备300还可包括至少一种传感器350,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板341的亮度,接近传感器可在终端设备300移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板341和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等; 至于终端设备300还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路360、扬声器361,传声器362可提供用户与终端设备300之间的音频接口。音频电路360可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器361,由扬声器361转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器362将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路360接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器380处理后,经RF电路310以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器320以便进一步处理。音频电路360还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与终端设备300的通信。
终端设备300通过传输模块370(例如Wi-Fi模块)可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图8示出了传输模块370,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端设备300的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器380是终端设备300的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器320内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器320内的数据,执行终端设备300的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器380可包括一个或多个处理核心;在一些实施例中,处理器380可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器380中。
终端设备300还包括给各个部件供电的电源390(比如电池),在一些实施例中,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器380逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源190还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,终端设备300还可以包括摄像头(如前置摄像头、后置摄像头)、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,终端设备的显示单元是触摸屏显示器,终端设备还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
接收通话接入请求,该通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识;
根据该通话接入请求获取该终端设备当前的运行模式;
判断该运行模式是否为夜间模式;
若是,则根据预设名单和该用户标识控制该终端设备进行通话连接。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解,上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤可以通过指令来完成,或通过指令控制相关的硬件来完成,该指令可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,并由处理器进行加载和执行。为此,本发明实施例提供一种存储介质,其中存储有多条指令,该指令能够被处理器进行加载,以执行本发明实施例所提供的任一种通话控制方法中的步骤。
其中,该存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。
由于该存储介质中所存储的指令,可以执行本发明实施例所提供的任一种通话控制方法中的步骤,因此,可以实现本发明实施例所提供的任一种通话控制方法所能实现的有益效果,详见前面的实施例,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种通话控制方法,应用于终端设备,其包括:
    接收通话接入请求,所述通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识;
    根据所述通话接入请求获取所述终端设备当前的运行模式;
    判断所述运行模式是否为夜间模式;
    若是,则根据预设名单和所述用户标识控制所述终端设备进行通话连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通话控制方法,其中,所述根据预设白名单和所述用户标识控制所述终端设备进行通话连接,包括:
    判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内;
    若所述用户标识在预设名单内,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
    若所述用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的通话控制方法,其中,在判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内之前,还包括:
    周期性统计一段时间内的来电用户、以及每个统计的来电用户的来电次数和通话时长;

    根据计时时长和所述来电提醒周期对用户进行来电提醒。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的通话控制方法,其中,在接收通话接入请求之前,还包括:
    获取所述终端设备的当前时间以及当前光线亮度值;
    判断所述当前时间是否在预设时段内,且所述当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内;
    若所述当前时间在预设时段内,且所述当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内,则控制所述终端设备进入夜间模式。
  7. 一种来电控制装置,应用于终端设备,其包括:
    接收模块,用于接收通话接入请求,所述通话接入请求携带来电用户的用户标识;
    获取模块,用于根据所述通话接入请求获取所述终端设备当前的运行模式;
    判断模块,用于判断所述运行模式是否为夜间模式;
    控制模块,用于若是,则根据预设名单和所述用户标识控制所述终端设备进行通话连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的来电控制装置,其中,所述控制模块具体包括:
    判断单元,用于判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内;
    允许单元,用于若所述用户标识在预设名单内,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
    禁止单元,用于若所述用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的来电控制装置,其中,所述判断单元还用于:
    在判断该用户标识是否在预设名单内之前,周期性统计一段时间内的来电用户、以及每个统计的来电用户的来电次数和通话时长;
    根据所述来电次数和通话时长确定写入预设名单的用户标识。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述来电控制装置,其中,所述控制模块还包括确认单元,用于:

    若检测到用户进行了确认操作,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
    若未检测到用户进行了确认操作,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述来电控制装置,其中,所述控制模块还包括提醒单元,用于:
    在所述禁止单元禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接之后,确定所述用户标识对应的用户等级;
    获取所述用户等级对应的预设回复信息以及来电提醒周期;
    将所述预设回复信息发送至所述用户标识所在的终端设备,并启动计时;
    根据计时时长和所述来电提醒周期对用户进行来电提醒。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述来电控制装置,其中,所述通话控制装置还包括进入模块,用于:
    在所述接收模块接收通话接入请求之前,获取所述终端设备的当前时间以及当前光线亮度值;
    判断所述当前时间是否在预设时段内,且所述当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内;
    若所述当前时间在预设时段内,且所述当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内,则控制所述终端设备进入夜间模式。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述存储介质中存储有多条指令,所述指令适于由处理器加载以执行权利要求1所述的通话控制方法。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述指令具体适用于由处理器加载以执行以下步骤:
    判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内;
    若所述用户标识在预设名单内,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
    若所述用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。
  15. 一种终端设备,其包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器与所述存储器电性连接,所述存储器用于存储指令和数据,所述处理器用于执行权利要求1所述的通话控制方法中的步骤。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端设备,其中,所述处理器具体用于执行:
    判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内;
    若所述用户标识在预设名单内,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
    若所述用户标识不在预设名单内,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端设备,其中,在判断所述用户标识是否在预设名单内之前,所述处理器还用于执行:
    周期性统计一段时间内的来电用户、以及每个统计的来电用户的来电次数和通话时长;
    根据所述来电次数和通话时长确定写入预设名单的用户标识。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的终端设备,其中,在允许所述终端设备进行通话连接之前,所述处理器还用于执行:
    检测所述终端设备的前台运行应用是否为预设应用;
    若是,则生成通话确认窗口,并在当前显示界面上显示所述通话确认窗口;
    检测用户是否对所述通话确认窗口进行了确认操作;
    若检测到用户进行了确认操作,则允许所述终端设备进行通话连接;
    若未检测到用户进行了确认操作,则禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的终端设备,其中,在禁止所述终端设备进行通话连接之后,所述处理器还用于执行:
    确定所述用户标识对应的用户等级;
    获取所述用户等级对应的预设回复信息以及来电提醒周期;
    将所述预设回复信息发送至所述用户标识所在的终端设备,并启动计时;
    根据计时时长和所述来电提醒周期对用户进行来电提醒。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的终端设备,其中,在接收通话接入请求之前,所述处理器还用于执行:
    获取所述终端设备的当前时间以及当前光线亮度值;
    判断所述当前时间是否在预设时段内,且所述当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内;
    若所述当前时间在预设时段内,且所述当前光线亮度值在预设亮度范围内,则控制所述终端设备进入夜间模式。
