一种涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,隔声舱体套设于涡轮发动机上,隔声舱体包括舱本体,进气降噪单元和通风降噪单元,进气降噪单元和通风降噪单元设在舱本体上,舱本体的四周填充隔音材料,进气降噪单元用于涡轮发动机的进气降噪,通风降噪单元用于涡轮发动机的通风系统降噪。通过在涡轮发动机的进气口增设进气降噪单元,实现对涡轮发动机的进气实现降噪;在涡轮发动机的传动方向上增设通风降噪单元,实现对涡轮发动机的通风、冷却降噪;在涡轮发动机的四周填充隔音材料,实现对涡轮发动机四周整体的降噪。

Description

一种涡轮发动机的隔声舱体 技术领域
本发明涉及降噪技术领域,具体涉及一种涡轮发动机的隔声舱体。
背景技术
在全球的油气田压裂作业现场,压裂设备的噪音扰民问题一直在困扰着油服公司。特别是在一些距离居民区近的井场,噪音扰民导致设备无法在夜间施工,进而推迟了压裂施工进度。
伴随着压裂装备技术的发展,出现了以涡轮发动机为动力源的压裂设备。虽然,涡轮发动机相比较传统的柴油发动机具有很多优势,比如单机功率密度大,可以100%以天然气为燃料以降低施工成本,等等。但是涡轮发动机的噪音远超柴油发动机,这个问题一直没有得到有效解决。
为此亟待一种涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,以解决涡轮发动机噪音大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,通过在涡轮发动机的进气口增设进气降噪单元,实现对涡轮发动机的进气实现降噪;在涡轮发动机的传动方向上增设通风降噪单元,实现对涡轮发动机的通风、冷却降噪;在涡轮发动机的四周填充隔音材料,实现对涡轮发动机四周整体的降噪。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,所述隔声舱体套设于涡轮发动机上,所述隔声舱体包括舱本体,进气降噪单元和通风降噪单元,所述进气降噪单元和通风降噪单元设在舱本体上,所述舱本体的框架四周填充隔音材料,所述进气降噪单元用于涡轮发动机的进气 降噪,所述通风降噪单元用于涡轮发动机的通风系统降噪。
进一步地,所述进气降噪单元包括进气过滤器,进气消音器,进气房和进气管道,所述进气房设在舱本体的顶部,在进气房的外侧面设置进气过滤器,在进气房的内侧面设置进气消音器,进气过滤器与进气消音器的位置相对应,进气房通过进气管道与涡轮发动机的进气口连接。
进一步地,在所述涡轮发动机的排气端不设置进气过滤器和进气消音器。
进一步地,所述通风降噪单元包括进风消音器,进风风机和排风消音器,所述进风消音器和进风风机连接,所述进风消音器、进风风机和排风消音器设在舱本体上,所述进风消音器与排风消音器相对设置在舱本体的两侧。
进一步地,所述通风降噪单元为1组以上。
进一步地,在涡轮发动机非传动方向上设有隔声门,所述隔声门填充隔音材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在涡轮发动机的进气口增设进气降噪单元,实现对涡轮发动机的进气实现降噪;在涡轮发动机的传动方向上增设通风降噪单元,实现对涡轮发动机的通风、冷却降噪;在涡轮发动机的四周填充隔音材料,实现对涡轮发动机四周整体的降噪。通过填充有隔音材料的隔声门的设置,既能起到对涡轮发动机非传动方向上的隔音,又能很好的方便维修和日常维护。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作详细说明。

其中,1.排风消音器,2.进气房,3.隔声门,4.进风消音器,5.进气消音器,6.进气过滤器,7.涡轮发动机,8.进气管道,9.进风风机,10.排气管道。
具体实施方式
如图1至2所示,一种涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,所述隔声舱体套设于涡轮发动机7上,所述隔声舱体包括舱本体,进气降噪单元和通风降噪单元,所述进气降噪单元和通风降噪单元设在舱本体上,所述舱本体的框架四周填充隔音材料,所述进气降噪单元用于涡轮发动机7的进气降噪,所述通风降噪单元用于涡轮发动机7的通风系统降噪。隔音材料可以是玻璃纤维棉,岩棉,聚氨酯,铝蜂窝板,峰型棉等。
所述进气降噪单元包括进气过滤器6,进气消音器5,进气房2和进气管道,所述进气房2设在舱本体的顶部,在进气房2的外侧面设置进气过滤器6,在进气房2的内侧面设置进气消音器5,进气过滤器6与进气消音器5的位置相对应,在进气房2的底面设有出气口,进气房2通过该出气口与进气管道的一端连接,进气管道另一端与涡轮发动机7的进气口连接。在进气房2的顶面和底面均填充有隔音材料。
在所述涡轮发动机7的排气端不设置进气过滤器6和进气消音器5。排气端为涡轮发动机7的排气管道10所在端。在排气端一侧的进气房2侧面上,也可以填充隔音材料。
所述通风降噪单元包括进风消音器4,进风风机和排风消音器1,所述进风消音器4和进风风机连接,所述进风消音器4、进风风机和排风消音器1设在舱本体上,所述进风消音器4与排风消音器1相对设置在舱本体的两侧。
所述通风降噪单元为1组以上。例如,可以在涡轮发动机7传动方向的 两侧分别设置一组。其中每组通风降噪单元中的排风消音器1可设置为1个或2个。由此可以更好地起到通风降噪的作用。
在涡轮发动机7非传动方向上设有隔声门3,所述隔声门3填充隔音材料。隔声门3可设置多个,填充有隔音材料的多个隔声门3既能起到对涡轮发动机7非传动方向上的隔音,又能很好的方便维修和日常维护。
工作原理:
用于涡轮发动机7燃烧的空气由进气过滤器6进入,经进气消音器5进入进气房2内,然后经进气管道进入涡轮发动机7的进气口。
用于涡轮发动机7通风、冷却的空气在进风风机的作用下,经进风消音器4进入发动机隔声舱体内,然后经排风消音器1排放到发动机隔声舱体的外部。

  1. 一种涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,其特征在于:所述隔声舱体套设于涡轮发动机上,所述隔声舱体包括舱本体,进气降噪单元和通风降噪单元,所述进气降噪单元和通风降噪单元设在舱本体上,所述舱本体的四周填充隔音材料,所述进气降噪单元用于涡轮发动机的进气降噪,所述通风降噪单元用于涡轮发动机的通风系统降噪。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,其特征在于:所述进气降噪单元包括进气过滤器,进气消音器,进气房和进气管道,所述进气房设在舱本体的顶部,在进气房的外侧面设置进气过滤器,在进气房的内侧面设置进气消音器,进气过滤器与进气消音器的位置相对应,进气房通过进气管道与涡轮发动机的进气口连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,其特征在于:在所述涡轮发动机的排气端不设置进气过滤器和进气消音器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,其特征在于:所述通风降噪单元包括进风消音器,进风风机和排风消音器,所述进风消音器和进风风机连接,所述进风消音器、进风风机和排风消音器设在舱本体上,所述进风消音器与排风消音器相对设置在舱本体的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,其特征在于:所述通风降噪单元为1组以上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的涡轮发动机的隔声舱体,其特征在于:在涡轮发动机非传动方向上设有隔声门,所述隔声门填充隔音材料。
