Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une surface dense pour une partie de fixation d'un composant d'implant dentaire, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à: former en premier lieu une partie de fixation gravée ou gaufrée au moyen d'un processus de découpe sur un composant d'un implant dentaire; fixer le composant traité en premier lieu à un dispositif de forgeage; former une surface dense par réalisation d'un forgeage par pression par rapport à la partie de fixation du composant traité en premier lieu fixé au dispositif de forgeage; et réaliser en second lieu un processus de découpe sur la surface dense de la partie de fixation forgée pour produire un produit fini ayant les dimensions finales.
