参考附图6和图7,所述限位部70A具有一限位外侧71A和对应于所述限位外侧71A的一限位内侧72A,其中所述限位部70A的所述限位外侧71A向外延伸以被连接于所述下部框架12A,所述限位部70A的所述限位内侧72A向内延伸以被连接于所述连接件60A,所述连接件60A被连接于所述振膜50A,以通过所述连接件60A保持所述限位部70A环绕于所述音圈30A。换言之,所述连接件60A的上侧向上延伸以被连接于所述振膜50A,和所述连接件60A的下侧向下延伸以被连接于所述限位部70A的所述限位内侧72A。
值得一提的是,所述连接件60A和所述振膜50A的连接方式不受限制,例如所述连接件60A和所述振膜50A可以通过胶水粘接的方式被相互连接,或者所述连接件60A可以自所述振膜50A一体地向所述限位部70A的所述限位内侧72A方向延伸,相应地,所述连接件60A和所述限位部70A的所述限位内侧72A的连接方式不受限制,例如所述连接件60A和所述限位部70A的所述限位内侧72A可以通过胶水粘接的方式被相互连接,或者所述连接件60A可以自所述限位部70A的所述限位内侧72A一体地向所述振膜50A方向延伸。
在音频信号被提供而被所述磁回系统20A响应时,所述磁回系统20A能够驱动所述音圈30A沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线往复运动,并且所述音圈30A能够带动所述振膜50A同步地沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线往复运动。具体地,在所述磁回系统20A驱动所述音圈30A沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线向上运动而带动所述振膜50A同步地沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线向上运动时,所述悬边40A限制所述振膜50A向上的冲程和保证所述振膜50A沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线向上运动,同时所述限位部70A通过所述连接件60A向下拉动所述振膜50A而限制所述振膜50A的冲程和保证所述振膜50A沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线向上运动。相应地,在所述磁回系统20A驱动所述音圈30A沿着所述扬声器的中心 轴线向下运动而带动所述振膜50A同步地沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线向下运动时,所述悬边40A限制所述振膜50A向下的冲程和保证所述振膜50A沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线向下运动,同时所述限位部70A通过所述连接件60A向上支撑所述振膜50A而限制所述振膜50A的冲程和保证所述振膜50A沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线向下运动。
继续参考附图6和图7,所述振膜50A具有一中心孔51A,以使所述振膜50A呈环形,其中所述音圈30A的所述高端部31A能够穿过所述振膜50A的所述中心孔51A而使所述音圈30A被保持在所述振膜50A的所述中心孔51A,并且所述振膜50A的用于形成所述中心孔51A的内侧边缘被连接于所述音圈30A。优选地,所述扬声器进一步包括一防尘盖80A,其中所述防尘盖80A被设置于所述音圈30A的所述高端部31A,以封闭所述音圈30A。可选地,在本发明的所述扬声器的其他示例中,所述振膜50A没有被设置所述中心孔51A。

Claims (26)

  1. 一扬声器,包括:
    一振膜;
    一框架;
    一连接件;
    一磁回系统,其中所述磁回系统被设置于所述框架;
    一音圈,其中所述音圈被耦接于所述磁回系统,所述振膜被设置能够被所述音圈驱动;
    一悬边,其中所述悬边的相对两侧分别被连接于所述框架和所述振膜;以及
    一限位部,其中所述限位部具有一限位外侧和对应于所述限位外侧的一限位内侧,所述限位部的所述限位外侧被安装于所述框架,和所述限位内侧朝向所述音圈方向延伸,其中所述连接件被设置连接所述振膜和所述限位部的所述限位内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其中所述连接件包括一第一连接臂和一第二连接臂,所述第一连接臂的两端分别被连接所述振膜和所述音圈以使所述振膜能够被所述音圈驱动,所述第二连接臂的两端分别被连接所述振膜和所述限位部的所述限位内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其中所述振膜被连接于所述音圈以使所述振膜能够被所述音圈驱动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其中所述悬边和所述限位部由相同的材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其中所述悬边和所述限位部由相同的材料制成。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其中所述悬边和所述限位部由相同的材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其中所述第一连接臂和所述第二连接臂于所述振膜的同一个位置被连接于所述振膜。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其中所述第一连接臂于所述振膜的内侧被连接于所述振膜,所述第二连接臂于所述振膜的外侧被连接于所述振膜。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其中所述第一连接臂和所述第二连接臂是一体式结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其中所述第一连接臂具有一偏移臂部分和一直臂部分,所述偏移臂部分自所述振膜延伸至所述音圈,所述直臂部分被连接于所述音圈。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其中所述偏移臂部分的截面边缘线为曲线或者直线,所述直臂部分贴合于所述音圈。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其中所述连接件的截面形状为“U”形或“V”形。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其中所述振膜自所述悬边向所述音圈方形倾斜地向下延伸。
  14. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其中所述振膜自所述悬边向所述音圈方向倾斜地向上延伸。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其中所述悬边以向外凸出的方式被设置于所述框架和所述振膜之间,所述限位部以向外凸出的方式被设置于所述框架和所述连接件之间,并且所述悬边和所述限位部的凸出方向相反。
  16. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其中所述悬边以向外凸出的方式被设置于所述框架和所述振膜之间,所述限位部以向外凸出的方式被设置于所述框架和所述连接件之间,并且所述悬边和所述限位部的凸出方向相反。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的扬声器,其中所述悬边以向外凸出的方式被设置于所述框架和所述振膜之间,所述限位部以向外凸出的方式被设置于所述框架和所述连接件之间,并且所述悬边和所述限位部的凸出方向相反。
  18. 一扬声器的制造方法,所述制造方法包括如下步骤:
    (a)允许一悬边的一悬边外侧和一悬边内侧分别连接一上部框架和一振膜;
    (b)连接一连接件于一限位部的一限位内侧和所述振膜;
    (c)安装一磁回系统于一下部框架;以及
    (d)以用于驱动所述振膜的一音圈的一低端部被耦接于所述磁回系统的方式安装所述限位部的一限位外侧于所述下部框架,和安装所述上部框架和所述下部框架,以制得所述扬声器。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的制造方法,其中在上述方法中,连接所述音圈的高端部于所述振膜,以允许所述音圈驱动所述振膜。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的制造方法,其中在上述方法中,连接所述连接件于所述音圈,以允许所述音圈通过所述连接件驱动所述振膜。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的制造方法,其中所述步骤(b)进一步包括步骤:
    粘接所述连接件的中部于所述振膜;和
    分别粘接所述连接件的两个端部于所述音圈和所述限位部的所述限位内侧。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的制造方法,其中所述步骤(b)进一步包括步骤:
    以所述连接件的中部被连接于所述振膜的方式于所述振膜一体地形成所述连接件;和
    分别粘接所述连接件的两个端部于所述音圈和所述限位部的所述限位内侧。
  23. 根据权利要求18所述的制造方法,其中在上述方法中,分别粘接所述连接件的两个端部于所述振膜和所述限位部的所述限位内侧。
  24. 一扬声器的发声方法,所述发声方法包括如下步骤:
    (A)在一磁回系统响应一音频信号的输入时驱动一音圈沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线往复运动;和
    (B)在所述音圈带动一振膜沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线同步地做往复运动的同时,所述振膜带动一悬边和通过一连接件带动一限位部以允许所述悬边和所述限位部同步地和同幅度地沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线做往复运动。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的发声方法,其中在所述步骤(B)中,所述音圈直接地带动所述振膜沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线同步地做往复运动。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的发声方法,其中在所述步骤(B)中,所述音圈通过所述连接件带动所述振膜沿着所述扬声器的中心轴线同步地做往复运动。
