如图6至图10所示的第二实施例的刷笔9具有三角形的刷毛保持部10,如在图7中最佳可见的。靠外的面区段11在具有等边三角形形状的刷毛保持部10的两侧上延伸,靠外的面区段设置有用于容纳成束的刷毛的凹部,在靠外的面区段之间形成三角形的靠内的面区段12。在图8的侧视图中,可以看到刷笔9的自由端部具有倾斜面13。
刷笔9适用于精细涂抹工作,例如为门框或窗框等进行涂抹。第一类型的刷毛位于靠外的面区段11中,这些刷毛比位于三角形的靠内的面区段12中的第二类型的刷毛更硬且更坚固。第二类型的刷毛波浪式构造,因此能够容纳特别大量的颜料。通过第一类型的靠外的刷毛精确地分配大量颜料,从而可以精确地执行涂抹过程。
因为第一类型的靠外的刷毛比第二类型的靠内的刷毛长,所以第一类型的刷毛最终接触待涂抹的表面。
如图11至图14所示的第三示实施例的刷笔14具有圆形的刷毛保持部15,如图12所示。用于第一类型的刷毛的靠内的面区段16被环形的靠外的面区段17包围。在图13的侧视图中可以看出,刷笔14的自由端部具有倒圆面18,该倒圆面像球的一部分那样成形。这个圆的刷笔14在靠内的面区段16中具有波浪式刷毛作为第一类型的刷毛。这些波浪式刷毛比正常的、直刷毛容纳更多 的颜料。第一类型的刷毛被构造为被具有软尖端的直的、细刷毛的第二类型的刷毛包围。位于刷毛保持部15的环形的第二面区段17上的第二类型的靠外的刷毛最终接触带涂抹的表面。由于两种不同类型的刷毛的协作,以刷笔14可以实现非常好的涂漆效果。
图15至图18所示的第四实施例的刷笔19特别适合于精细的绘画工作,例如包围窗框或门框的涂抹工作。在图16中以俯视图示出的刷毛保持部20包括用于第一类型的刷毛的靠内的面区段21和用于第二类型的刷毛的第二靠外的面区段22。在这种情况下,第一类型的内置的刷毛比第二类型的靠外的刷毛更硬并且直地成形。第二类的靠外的刷毛较软并且是波浪式的。波浪式刷毛能够容纳附加地颜料,第一类型的硬的、内置的刷毛可以均匀地分配颜料,而不会在涂漆的表面上留下刷毛的痕迹或印记。刷笔19的尖端构造成椎体。
图19示出了刷笔23的第五实施例。刷笔23在刷毛保持部的靠内的面区段中具有第一类型的细刷毛24,其在刷毛保持部的中央面区段中被第二类型的波浪式刷毛25包围,而第二类型的波浪式刷毛25又被第三类型的厚刷毛26包围,第三类型的厚刷毛布置在刷毛保持部的靠外的面区段中。在图19中可以看出,刷笔23对称地构建,其方式是:第一类型的刷毛24在两侧被第二类型的刷毛25包围,而第二类型的刷毛25也在两侧被第三类型的刷毛26包围。第一类型的细刷毛24可以实现建立漂亮、无缺陷的表面。第二类型的波浪式刷毛25可以容纳大量的颜料,而靠外的、硬的、厚刷毛26可以实现精确地涂覆颜料。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种刷笔(1、9、14、19、23),所述刷笔包括柄(2)和具有凹部的刷毛保持部(3、10、15、20、27),结合成束的刷毛置入到所述凹部中,其特征在于,所述刷毛保持部(3、10、15、20、27)具有至少两个配设有所述凹部的面区段(4、5、6、11、12、16、17、21、22),并且第一类型的成束的刷毛(7、23)置入到第一面区段(4、11、16、21)的凹部中,并且第二类型的成束的刷毛(8、24)置入到第二面区段(5、12、17、22)的凹部中,其中,第一和第二类型的刷毛(7、8、23、24)在形状和/或尺寸和/或材料方面是不同的。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刷笔,其中,第一和第二类型的刷毛(7、8)至少在以下特征之一方面不同:
    -刷毛的长度,
    -刷毛的硬度,
    -刷毛的颜色。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的刷笔,其中,第一和第二类型的刷毛(7、8)具有以下形状之一:
    -恒定的横截面,
    -柱体的横截面,
    -锥体的横截面,
    -中空的横截面,
    -波浪式形状
    -阶梯式形状。
  4. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的刷笔,其中,所述凹部布置在矩形的刷毛保持部(3)中,其中,形成三个彼此并排布置的面区段(4、5、6),其中,两个靠外的面区段(4、6)具有第一类型的成束的刷毛(7),并且居中的面区段(5)具有第二类型的成束的刷毛(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的刷笔,其中,第一类型的刷毛(7)比第二类型的刷毛(8)更硬。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的刷笔,其中,第一类型的刷毛(7)是直的并且第二类型的刷毛(8)是波浪式的。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的刷笔,其中,第一类型的刷毛(7)比第二类型的刷毛(8)更短。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的刷笔,其中,所述凹部布置在三角形的刷毛保持部(10)中,其中,靠外的面区段(11)在三角形的两侧之上延伸并且靠内的面区段(12)构造在它们之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的刷笔,其中,在所述靠外的面区段(11)中的第一类型的刷毛构造成比第二类型的波浪式的刷毛更硬。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的刷笔,其中,所述刷笔(9)的自由端部是倾斜的并且第一类型的刷毛构造成比第二类型的刷毛更长。
  11. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的刷笔,其中,所述凹部构造在圆形的刷毛保持部(15)中并且在靠外的面区段(17)中的第一类型的刷毛构造成比在靠内的面区段(16)中的第二类型的刷毛更硬。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的刷笔,其中,第一类型的刷毛构造成直的且硬的,并且第二类型的刷毛构造成波浪式的且软的。
  13. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的刷笔,其中,所述凹部构造在圆形的刷毛保持部(20)中,并且所述刷笔(19)的刷毛侧的端部具有椎体形的尖端。
  14. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的刷笔,其中,还包括第三类型的刷毛,并且所述刷笔(23)在刷毛保持部(27)的靠内的面区段中具有第一类型的细刷毛(24),所述第一类型的细刷毛被在刷毛保持部(27)的居中的面区段中的第二类型的波浪式刷毛(25)包围,所述第二类型的波浪式刷毛又被布置在刷毛保持部(27)的靠外的面区段中的第三类型的厚刷毛(26)包围。
