背景技术

下面将结合附图,对本申请中的技术方案进行描述。
图1是本申请实施例提供的一种终端设备100的示意图。如图1所示,终端设备中包括健身应用110、控制器120和升降摄像头130。该终端设备100例如可以为智能电视、平板、智能手机等带有显示屏的电子设备,或者为运动手环、智能手表、智能眼镜等没有显示屏的电子设备,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
健身应用110为安装在终端设备100上的应用程序,能够根据用户的需求,提供健身 课程,或者体验体感游戏等项目,以满足用户健身或娱乐的目的。作为示例,健身应用100能够提供瘦腹课程、拉伸课程、塑形课程、有氧操、跑步、炫舞等健身课程或健身游戏。
控制器120能够根据用户在健身应用110中是否有使用摄像头的需求,来控制升降摄像头130的开启或者关闭。作为一个示例,当用户在健身应用110中需要使用摄像头时,控制器120控制升降摄像头130开启并弹出,获取包含用户动作的图像或视频。作为一个示例,当用户在健身应用110中不需要使用摄像头时,控制器120控制升降摄像头关闭并收回,不获取包含用户动作的图像或视频。
一些具体的例子中,用户的动作包括用户模拟健身课程或健身游戏中的动作教程所做的动作,包括用户躯干的动作,四肢的动作,和/或头部的动作等,本申请实施例对此不做限定。例如,用户的动作还可以包括用户在健身课程中的吸气动作或呼气动作等。
本申请的一些可能的实现方式中,终端设备100可以加装在健身器械上,能够使得用户在该健身器械上运动健身的过程中能够观看到终端设备的显示界面,并且终端设备100中的升降摄像头130也能够采集到包含用户动作的视频或图像,实现用户与该终端设备100之间的互动。
在一些可能的实现方式中,终端设备100也可以单独设置,比如为设置于客厅中的智能电视,用户能够通过终端设备100进行健身课程的学习,或者体验动感游戏,并且终端设备100中的摄像头能够采集包含用户动作的视频频或图像,实现用户与该终端设备100之间的互动。
一些可能的实现方式中,摄像头可以称为升降式摄像头,或者隐藏式摄像头。该摄像头在关闭状态下,隐藏在终端设备中,此时用户在终端设备上看不到摄像头。该摄像头在开启状态下,会弹出终端设备,此时用户可以观察到摄像头。
这里,摄像头弹出终端设备,可以指摄像头从隐藏在终端设备的状态改变为用户能够观察到的状态的过程,具体的摄像头可以从终端设备中滑出,或者翻转出,或者弹射出,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
另外,摄像头收回终端设备,可以指摄像头从用户能够观察到的状态改变为隐藏在终端设备中的状态的过程,具体的摄像头可以滑进,翻转进入,或者弹射进入终端设备,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
图2示出了升降摄像头130收回的一个示例。如图2所示,当用户不使用升降摄像头130时,升降摄像头130会设置隐藏在终端设备100的内部(如图2中的虚线所示),此时用户在该终端设备100的表面观察不到摄像头。在一些可能的描述中,升降摄像头130也可以成为隐藏式摄像头,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
图3示出了升降摄像头130弹出的一个示例。如图3所示,在用户使用升降摄像头130采集视频或图像时,升降摄像头130从终端设备100的内部弹出(即摄像头伸出终端设备100的一端)对准用户。
一些可能的实现方式中,摄像头在使用过程中还可以根据拍摄对象(比如用户)的位置,前倾一定的角度,或者旋转一定的角度,以获得用户角度最佳的视频或图像。
一些可选的实施例中,升降摄像头可以为红绿蓝(red green blue,RGB)摄像头、三维(three direction,3D)摄像头、结构光摄像头、双目摄像头等,本申请实施例对此不做限定。作为示例,3D摄像头可以为飞行时间(time of flight,TOF)立体深感摄像头,TOF 立体深感摄像头能够获取用户动作的三维数据,有助于对用户动作是否标准做出更准确的判断。但是本申请实施例并不限制于此。
需要说明的是,图2或图3示出了升降摄像头130的一个示例,但是本申请实施例并不限于此。例如,终端设备100上可以设置一个升降摄像头,或者两个,或者更多,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
图4示出了本申请实施例提供的一种摄像头控制的方法的示意性流程图。一些可能的实现方式中,该方法可以由图1中的终端设备100中的控制器120执行。如图4所示,该方法包括步骤401和步骤4。
应理解,图4示出了摄像头控制的方法的步骤或操作,但这些步骤或操作仅是示例,本申请实施例还可以执行其他操作或者图4中的各个操作的变形。此外,图4中的各个步骤可以按照与图4呈现的不同的顺序来执行,并且有可能并非要执行图4中的全部操作。
201,获取用户进入第一应用程序的指令。
作为示例,第一应用程序可以为图1中的健身应用100。用户可以通过终端设备呈现的用户界面输入进入第一应用程序的指令,对应的终端设备获取用户输入的该指令后,用户进入第一应用程序。图5示出了终端设备100的界面的一个示例。如图5所示,终端设备100中可以设置健身娱乐文件夹,在健身娱乐文件夹中可以包含至少一个健身应用100,比如可以为应用A、应用B等,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
本申请实施例中,可以通过显示屏获取用户输入的指令。作为示例,显示屏可以通过传感器,获取用户通过遥控器输入至显示屏的指令,或者,显示屏可以为触摸屏,通过触摸屏可以获取用户输入的指令。本申请实施例并不限制于此。
一个具体的例子,当终端设备为智能电视时,用户可以通过遥控器选择输入进入应用A的指令。作为示例,应用A的图标边框加粗表示用户选择了该图标,用户可以通过确认键进入所选择的应用A。另一个具体的例子,当终端设备为触摸屏设备时,用户可以通过触摸屏设备的输入区域(比如图标的显示区域)输入进入应用的指令,比如用户可以在通过触摸应用A的图标显示的区域,输入进入应用A的指令。
需要说明的是,如图5所示,在步骤201的过程中,升降摄像头130可以隐藏(即收回)在终端设备100中,用户通过升降摄像头的隐藏状态(或者也可以成为收回状态),能够判断摄像头处理关闭状态,即此时处于用户隐私保护的状态。
202,控制摄像头开启并弹出,采集用户的面部信息。
在获取用户进入第一应用程序的指令之后,响应于该指令,控制器120可以控制升降摄像头开启并弹出,并在升降摄像头130开启并弹出终端设备100之后采集用户的面部信息。作为示例,用户的面部信息可以包括用户的脸型信息、脸部轮廓信息、五官信息、肤色信息以及虹膜信息等中的至少一种,或者还可以包括面部的其他特征信息,比如用户的眉骨信息等,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
图6示出了终端设备100在进行用户面部信息采集的用户界面的一个示例。可以看出,在步骤202的执行过程中,升降摄像头130弹出终端设备100,用户通过升降摄像头的弹出状态,能够判断摄像头处于开启状态,即此时没有处于用户隐私保护的状态。
一些可能的实现方式,在执行步骤202时,可以控制升降摄像头同时进行弹出和开启,这样能够缩短摄像头弹出终端设备与进行拍摄之间的时间间隔,缩短用户等待的时间,提高用户体验。或者,在其他的可能实现方式中,还可以控制升降摄像头在弹出之后进行开 启,或者开启之后弹出,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
一些可选的实施例中,在摄像头进行弹出终端设备的过程中,终端设备还可以播放声音提示,让用户在黑暗情况下也能够感知到摄像头在弹出,提高用户体验。作为示例,在步骤202中,在摄像头弹出终端设备时,终端设备可以播放语音:“请注意,正在开启摄像头,即将录入面部信息”。或者,终端设备也可以播放特定的硬件层面机械声音提示等,提示用于正在打开并弹出摄像头。
在一些可能的实现方式中,当终端设备上设置多个升降摄像头时,可以在步骤202中只打开并弹出其中一个升降摄像头来采集用户面部信息。作为示例,该弹出的升降摄像头可以为该终端设备中设置在中间位置的摄像头。
203,采集面部信息结束后控制摄像头收回。
具体而言,当终端设备100采集面部信息结束后,控制器120控制升降摄像头关闭,并收回升降摄像头。
因此,在终端设备100在对用户进行面部信息采集时,升降摄像头130是弹出终端设备的,在没有对用户进行面部信息采集时,升降摄像头130是隐藏在终端设备100中的,基于此用户可以根据升降摄像头130是否弹出,明显感知到当前时刻摄像头是否正在使用,因此能够做到对用户的隐私保护,提高用户体验。
一些可能的实现方式,在执行步骤203时,可以控制升降摄像头同时进行关闭和收回,这样能够缩短摄像头收回终端设备的时间,提高用户体验。或者,在其他的可能的实现方式中,可以控制升降摄像头在关闭之后再收回,或者收回之后再关闭,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
一些可选的实施例中,在摄像头收回终端设备的过程中,终端设备还可以播放声音提示,让用户在黑暗情况下也能够感知到摄像头在收回,提高用户体验。作为示例,在步骤203中,在摄像头收回终端设备时,终端设备可以播放语音:“正在关闭摄像头”。或者,终端设备也可以播放特定的硬件层面机械声音提示等,提示用于正在关闭并弹出摄像头。本申请实施例中,弹出摄像头时播放的机械声音提示可以与收回摄像头时播放的机械声音提示相同,或者不同,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
在一些可选的实施例中,在采集面部信息结束后,也可以不执行控制摄像头收回的动作。也就是说,此时可以保持摄像头弹出用户设备,当确定用户在之后的健身训练过程中不需要采集用户图像或视频时,可以控制摄像头关闭并收回。
在一些可能的实现方式中,终端设备100中还可以包括指示灯。在摄像头弹出终端设备时,还可以控制指示灯亮起,其中,该指示灯亮起表示摄像头处于开启的状态。而在摄像头隐藏在终端设备的情况下,指示灯是不亮的状态。因此,本申请实施例通过在摄像头弹出时亮起指示灯,能够进一步使得用户感知到当前时刻摄像头是否正在使用,因此能够做到对用户的隐私保护,提高用户体验。
204,判断是否存在该用户的账户。
在采集完用户的面部信息之后,终端设备可以根据采集的用户的面部信息,进行人脸识别,判断是否存在该用户的账户。当确定存在用户的账户时,执行步骤208,当确定不存在用户的账户时,执行步骤205。
作为示例,终端设备的数据库中可以保存有至少一个用户的账户,用户的账户中可以将用户的面部信息与该用户的用户属性信息相关联,使得根据用的面部信息,可以查询到 用户的账户。这里,用户的属性信息比如为用户的昵称、性别、身高、体重、三围、体能测试信息等中的至少一种信息。
可选的,用户的账户中还可以包括该用户的训练记录,或者针对用户的健身需求或实际身体状态为用户指定的智能训练计划等信息。在一些可能的实现方式中,该数据库可以保存在终端设备本地,或者保存在用户或终端设备对应的云存储设备中,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
当采集到用户的面部信息之后,可以与终端设备的数据库中保存的账号中面部信息进行匹配。如果当前采集到的面部信息与数据库中的某个账号对应的面部信息匹配成功,则进入该账户中。如果当前采集到的面部信息与数据库中的任何一个账户对应的面部信息都不能匹配成功时,则执行步骤205。
205,是否建立用户账户。
当建立用户账户时,执行步骤206,当不建立用户账户时,执行步骤207。
作为示例,终端设备100可以向用户显示图7中所示的界面,询问用户是否需要建立用户账户。如图7所示,当终端设备100为智能电视时,用户可以通过遥控器选择“是”或“否”的操作指令。当终端设备100为触摸屏设备时,用户可以通过触摸屏设备的在“是”或“否”对应的输入区域输入的操作指令。当获取到用户输入的“是”的操作指令时,确定建立对应于该用户的账户,即执行步骤206。当获取到用户输入的“否”的操作指令时,确定不建立对应于该用户的账户,即执行步骤207。

作为一种可能的实现方式,可以根据在步骤202中采集的用户的面部信息,建立该用户对应的个人账号,个人账户中可以只包括用户本人的信息。作为示例,该用户的个人账号除了包括用户的面部信息之外,还可以提示用户输入自己的属性信息。如图8所示,用户可以在界面中输入自己的昵称、性别、年龄、身高、体重等信息,使得用户的属性信息与用户的面部信息相关联。
一些可选的实施例,还可以为用户建立群组账户,群组账户中可以包括两个、三个或者更多的用户的信息。作为一种可能的实现方式,终端设备100可以显示如图9所示的界面,提示用户选择账户类型,其中包括群组账户和个人账户。当用户选择群组账户之后,可以向用户展示如图10所示的界面,提示用户完善用户资料。作为示例,用户可以在群组账号中输入用户1的用户资料,其中用户1可以为当前正在操作终端设备的用户本人。在完成用户1的资料之后,可以通过“添加新用户”增加用户2,并完成用户2的资料,用户2可以为除当前正在操作终端设备100的用户本人之外的其他人,比如用户本人的家人。用户还可以通过“添加新用户”增加更多的用户项,本申请实施例对此不做限定。本申请实施例中,每个用户的用户项可以包括用户的昵称、性别、年龄、身高、体重等信息中的至少一种。
一些可能的方式中,在完善用户的资料时,还可以录入除用户本人之外的其他用户的面部信息。作为示例,当用户在输入完用户2的昵称、性别、年龄、身高、体重等信息中的至少一种时,可以向用户显示图11所示的界面,提示用户是否选择录入用户2的面部信息。当用户选择“是”时,可以开启并弹出摄像头,采集用户2的面部信息。作为示例,采集用户2的面部信息的界面可以与图6相同。
此时,升降摄像头130开启并弹出终端设备100,在升降摄像头130开启并弹出终端 设备100之后,可以采集用户2的面部信息。这样,用户通过升降摄像头的弹出状态,能够判断摄像头处于开启状态,即此时没有处于用户隐私保护的状态。一些可能的实现方式中,在采集完用户2的面部信息之后,可以控制升降摄像头130关闭并收回终端设备。
一种可能的实现方式中,当用户在图9的界面中选择群组账户之后,可以控制升降摄像130头开启并弹出终端设备100,在升降摄像头130开启并弹出终端设备100之后,升降摄像头120可以同时采集多个用户的面部信息。
在一些可能的实现方式中,在同时采集多个用户的面部信息时,可以开启并弹出一个升降摄像头。图12A示出了群组账户在采集用户面部信息的界面的一个示例。如图12A所示,升降摄像头130可以同时采集3个用户的面部信息。
在一些可能的实现方式中,在同时采集多个用户的面部信息时,可以同时开启并弹出多个升降摄像头。图12B示出了群组账户在采集用户面部信息的界面的一个示例。如图12B所示,3个升降摄像头130可以同时采集3个用户的面部信息。
对应的,终端设备可以将获取的所有用户的面部信息都保存在该群组账户中。一些可能的实现中,终端设备可以分别为每个用户建立一个对应的用户项,每个用户项对应的图标可以分别为该项对应的用户的头像。可选的,终端设备此时可以向用户显示图10所示的界面,提醒用户完善用户资料。具体的,用户完善每个用户项的过程可以参见上文中的描述,为了简洁,这里不再赘述。
一些可能的情况,在采集完群组账户的面部信息之后,升降摄像头130可以关闭并收回终端设备100。
因此,在终端设备100在对用户进行面部信息采集时,升降摄像头是弹出终端设备的,在没有对用户进行面部信息采集时,升降摄像头是隐藏在终端设备中的,基于此用户可以根据升降摄像头是否弹出,明显感知到当前时刻摄像头是否正在使用,因此能够做到对用户的隐私保护,提高用户体验。
一些可能的实现方式中,在下一次进入应用A,并采集到用户的面部信息时,当用户的面部信息与群组账户中的某个用户的面部信息匹配时,用户可以进入该群组用户。比如,当在录入用户2的面部信息之后,下一次重新进入应用A时,采集到了用户2的面部信息,此时可以进入用户2对应的群组账号中。
207,使用游客模式训练。
作为示例,当用户在图7所示的界面中选择“否”,即选择不建立用户账户时,该用户使用游客模式进行训练。在用户使用游客模式进行训练时,训练接收后不会记录此次训练的数据。
208,是否进入智能模式。
作为示例,在用户进入自己的账户,或者确定使用游客模式进行训练之后,可以提示用户是否需要监测用户的动作。例如,可以向用户显示如图13所示的界面,请用户选择训练模式,其中训练模式包括智能模式和普通模式,其中,智能模式下终端设备能够监测用户的动作,在用户动作不标准时对用户进行提醒,普通模式下终端设备不能监测用户的动作,也不会在用户动作不标准的情况下对用户进行提醒。

用户可以在终端设备的显示界面中输入进行智能模式的指令,对应的终端设备可以获取用户输入的进入智能模式的指令,进入智能模式。在用户选择智能模式之后,可以向用户推荐适合用户的健身课程。图14示出了选择训练课程的界面的一个示例。如图14所示,可以向用户显示瘦腿训练课程、腹肌训练入门课程、高强度间歇训练(high-intensity interval training,HIIT)燃脂挑战课程、腹肌训练进阶课程、腹肌塑形强化课程等,或者其他课程供用户选择。可选的,还可以显示各个课程的相关信息,比如课程的训练时长,或者当前训练人数等,或者其他,本申请实施例对此不做限定。作为示例,用户还可以通过向下翻页或向下滑动选择更多的健身课程。
作为示例,可以根据用户的身体状态,比如身高体重,向用户建议健身课程的类型。比如,如图15所示,当用户的身高体重为162cm/53kg时,可以向用于提示当前身体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)比较正常,建议可以开始塑形。作为示例,在用户选择塑形之后,可以向用户显示塑形健身课程,比如如图16所示,可以向用户显示背部塑形课程、全身塑形课程、手臂线条收紧课程、腹肌马甲线课程、臀部塑形课程等,或者其他课程供用户选择。可选的,还可以显示各个课程的相关信息,比如课程的训练时长,或者当前训练人数等,或者其他,本申请实施例对此不做限定。作为示例,用户还可以通过向下翻页或向下滑动选择更多的塑形课程。

这样,在终端设备100在对用户进行拍照或拍摄时,升降摄像头130是弹出终端设备的,在没有对用户进行拍照或拍摄时,升降摄像头130是隐藏在终端设备100中的,基于此用户可以根据升降摄像头130是否弹出,明显感知到当前时刻摄像头是否正在使用,因此能够做到对用户的隐私保护,提高用户体验。
一些可能的实现方式,可以控制升降摄像头同时进行弹出和开启,这样能够缩短摄像头弹出终端设备与进行拍摄之间的时间间隔,缩短用户等待的时间,提高用户体验。或者,在其他的实现方式中,可以控制升降摄像头在弹出之后进行开启,或者开启之后弹出,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
一些可选的实施例中,在摄像头进行弹出终端设备的过程中,终端设备还可以播放声音提示,让用户在黑暗情况下也能够感知到摄像头在弹出,提高用户体验。作为示例,在步骤209中,在摄像头弹出终端设备时,终端设备可以播放语音:“请注意,正在开启摄像头,采集您的健身动作”。或者,终端设备也可以播放特定的硬件层面机械声音提示等, 提示用于正在开启并弹出摄像头。
可选的,本申请实施例中,在不同的情况下,升降摄像头弹出时播放的声音提示可以不同,以通过不同的提示声音来提示摄像头在开启后需要拍摄的对象。作为示例,升降摄像头为了获取用户训练视频或照片而弹出的过程中播放的声音提示,与升降摄像头为了进行用户面部信息采集而弹出的过程中的声音提示可以不同,但是本申请实施例并不限于此。
在一些可能的实现方式中,随着用户的左移,右移,以及下蹲等方位的变化,可以适应性的调整升降摄像头旋转,以获取最佳角度的用户的图像或视频。比如,当用户向左移动时,可以调整升降摄像头向左移动,当用户向右移动时,可以调整升降摄像头向右移动,当用户下蹲时,可以调整升降摄像头向前倾斜,但是本申请实施例并不限制与此。
在一些可能的实现方式中,当多个用户同时模仿健身教程进行健身时,可以同时开启并弹出多个摄像头来分别采集包含每个用户动作的图像。作为示例,当有两个用户同时健身时,可以开启并弹出两个摄像头,每个摄像头采集距离该摄像头距离较近的用户的健身动作。
终端设备获取了包含用户动作的图像之后,可以比较该动作与该动作对应的动作教程,并根据比较结果确定是否提示用户修正该动作。作为示例,可以获取动作教程中各个身体部位的动作数据,以及用户动作中身体各个部位的动作数据,然后比较相同部位的动作教程中的动作数据和用户动作的动作数据,确定用户的该部位的动作是否需要修正。作为示例,当动作教程中的动作数据与用户动作的动作数据的差值超过预设阈值时,可以确定用户的该动作需要修正,当其差值小于该预设阈值时,可以确定用户的该动作不需要修正。当确定用户的动作需要修正时,可以通过语言、文字或图像等方式对用户进行提示。
一些可能的实现方式中,可以通过所述显示屏播放第一应用程序中的动作教程和摄像头获取的包括用户动作的图像或视频。这样,用户可以直接观察到动作教程与自己所做的动作,有助于用户比较自己所做的动作是否标准,进而有助于提高用户体验。
图17示出了用户使用个人账户在智能模式下进行训练的界面的示意图。如图17所示,在终端设备的主要界面部分(比如界面中央)播放健身课程的动作教程,在终端设备的界面中的用户动作显示区可以播放使用升降摄像头拍摄的用户的动作视频。作为示例,在图17中用户动作显示区位于终端设备界面的右上角部分,在其他可能的实现方式中,用户动作显示区也可以位于终端设备界面的左上角、左下角或右下角,或者其他部分,本申请实施例对此不做限定。可选的,用户还可以选择用户动作显示区占终端设备界面的比例,比如可以占1/2,1/3,1/4,或者其他。可选的,用户还可以选择将用户动作显示区与动作教程的显示区进行互换,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
作为示例,当确定用户的动作需要修正时,可以向用户显示图18所示的界面,其中可以对图17中的动作教程显示区域所占的界面进行缩小,对用户动作显示区域所占的界面部分可以进行放大。一种可能的情况,可以在终端设备的界面的左半部分区域显示动作教程,右半部分区域可以显示用户的动作。其中,在用户的动作部分,可以标示出用户出现错误的部位。比如在动作教程中,左胳膊部分应该处于向前伸直状态,但是用户的动作中左胳膊处于向上举起的状态,此时可以用一个虚线的方框将用户的动作中的左胳膊部分圈出,并通过语音向用户提示应该举起左胳膊。
图19示出了用户使用群组账户在智能模式下进行训练的界面的示意图。与图17所不同的是,在用户使用群组账户时,可以弹出多个摄像头分别获取包含每个用户的动作的图 像,或者可以弹出一个摄像头来获取包含多个用户的动作的图像。一种可能的实现方式中,可以分别设置多个用户动作显示区来显示多个用户的动作。比如用户1动作显示区可以显示用户1的动作,用户2动作显示区可以显示用户2的动作,用户3动作显示区可以显示用户3的动作等,本申请实施例对此不做限定。并且,在获取多个用户的动作之后,可以分别将多个用户的动作与动作教程进行比较,并分别提示每个用户。具体的,对每个用户的动作与动作教程的比较过程,以及提示每个用户的过程可以参见单用户使用个人账户中的比较过程以及提示过程,为了简洁,这里不再赘述。
一些可能的实现方式中,当在步骤202之后,即采集完用户的面部信息之后,如果没有关闭并收回升降摄像头,则在步骤209中则不需要重新开启并弹出升降摄像头。

用户训练结束后,停止播放健身课程,升降摄像头130停止获取包含用户的动作的图像,比如停止对用户进行拍照,或停止对用户进行拍摄等,此时可以控制升降摄像头130关闭并收回升降摄像头130。

一些可选的实施例中,在摄像头收回终端设备的过程中,终端设备还可以播放声音提示,让用户在黑暗情况下也能够感知到摄像头在收回,提高用户体验。作为示例,在步骤210中,在摄像头收回终端设备时,终端设备可以播放语音:“正在关闭摄像头”。或者,终端设备也可以播放特定的硬件层面机械声音提示等,提示用于正在关闭并弹出摄像头。本申请实施例中,弹出摄像头时播放的机械声音提示可以与收回摄像头时播放的机械声音提示不同,本申请实施例对此不做限定。在弹出过程和收回过程的提示声音不同,能够进一步提示用户摄像头是在弹出,还是在收回,提高用户体验。或者在其他可能的实现方式中,弹出过程和收回过程的提示声音也可以相同,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
一些可选的实施例中,在训练的过程中,或者在训练结束之后,可以将当前的训练数据记录在用户的账户中,以便根据该训练数据,向用户制定下一次智能健身计划。
211,用户在普通模式下进行训练。
当用户在普通模式下进入健身课程之后,播放健身课程中的健身动作教程。此时,保持摄像头关闭且收回在终端设备中的状态不变,即在普通模式下进行健身训练时,不会采集包含用户动作的视频或图像。
一些可能的实现方式中,当在步骤202之后,即采集完用户的面部信息之后,如果没有关闭并收回升降摄像头,则在步骤211中需要关闭并收回升降摄像头,保证在普通模式下用户进行健身训练时,不会采集包含用户动作的视频或图像。

例如,用户输入模块530可以用于获取用户输入的第一指令,其中,所述第一指令用于播放所述终端设备中的第一应用程序中的动作教程。
又例如,用户输入模块530可以用于获取所述用户输入的第二指令,其中,所述第二指令用于指示所述用户同意所述处理器获取所述包含用户动作的图像。
又例如,用户输入模块530可以用于获取所述用户输入的第三指令,所述第三指令用于进入所述第一应用程序。
输出模块540包括显示面板,用于显示由用户输入的信息、提供给用户的信息或系统的各种菜单界面等。可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(liquid crystal display,LCD)或有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板。在其他一些实施例中,触控面板可覆盖显示面板上,形成触摸显示屏。另外,输出模块540还可以包括音频输出模块、告警器以及触觉模块等。
例如,输出模块540用于通过显示屏播放第一应用程序中的动作教程和所述摄像头获取的包括所述用户动作的图像。
又例如,输出模块540可以用于向所述用户提示(显示)是否需要监测所述用户的动作。
音视频输入模块560,用于输入音频信号或视频信号。音视频输入模块560可以包括摄像头和麦克风。其中,该摄像头可以为升降摄像头,用于获取包含用户的动作的视频或图像。
电源580可以在处理器550的控制下接收外部电力和内部电力,并且提供系统的各个组件的操作所需的电力。
处理器550可以指示一个或多个处理器,例如,处理器550可以包括一个或多个中央处理器,或者包括一个中央处理器和一个图形处理器,或者包括一个应用处理器和一个协处理器(例如微控制单元)。当处理器550包括多个处理器时,这多个处理器可以集成在同一块芯片上,也可以各自为独立的芯片。一个处理器可以包括一个或多个物理核,其中物理核为最小的处理模块。
例如,处理器550用于响应于所述第一指令,控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备,并在弹出所述终端设备之后获取包含用户动作的图像,其中,所述用户动作是所述用户模仿所述动作教程做出的动作。
又例如,处理器530还用于在所述动作教程暂停播放,或者结束播放,或者退出播放的情况下,确定停止获取包含所述用户动作的图像;在确定停止获取包含所述用户动作的图像时,控制所述摄像头关闭并收回至所述终端设备。
又例如,所述处理器530还用于响应于所述第三指令,控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备,并在弹出所述终端设备之后获取包含所述用户的面部信息的图像;所述处理器还用于根据所述用户的面部信息的图像,进入所述用户的账号,其中,所述用户的账号中保存有所述用户的面部信息。
又例如,所述处理器530还用于根据所述用户的面部信息的图像,建立所述用户的账号。
又例如,所述处理器530还用于在获取包含所述用户的面部信息的图像之后,控制所述摄像头关闭并收回至所述终端设备。
又例如,所述处理器530还用于在控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备的过程中,控制所述音频播放器播放第一音频,所述第一音频用于提示所述终端设备在开启摄像头。
又例如,所述处理器530还用于在控制所述摄像头关闭并收回所述终端设备的过程中,控制所述音频播放器播放第二音频,所述第二音频用于提示所述终端设备在关闭摄像头。
存储器570存储计算机程序,该计算机程序包括操作系统程序572和应用程序571等。典型的操作系统如微软公司的Windows,苹果公司的MacOS等用于台式机或笔记本的系统,又如谷歌公司开发的基于

系统等用于移动终端的系统。前述实施例提供的方法可以通过软件的方式实现,可以认为是应用程序571的具体实现。
存储器570可以是以下类型中的一种或多种:闪速(flash)存储器、硬盘类型存储器、微型多媒体卡型存储器、卡式存储器(例如SD或XD存储器)、随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM)、静态随机存取存储器(static RAM,SRAM)、只读存储器(read only memory,ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(electrically erasable programmable read-only memory,EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(programmable ROM,PROM)、磁存储器、磁盘或光盘。在其他一些实施例中,存储器570也可以是因特网上的网络存储设备,系统可以对 在因特网上的存储器570执行更新或读取等操作。
处理器550用于读取存储器570中的计算机程序,然后执行计算机程序定义的方法,例如处理器550读取操作系统程序572从而在该系统运行操作系统以及实现操作系统的各种功能,或读取一种或多种应用程序571,从而在该系统上运行应用。
存储器570还存储有除计算机程序之外的其他数据573,例如本申请中涉及的包含用户动作的图像、动作教程视频、用户的账户等。
图21中各个模块的连接关系仅为一种示例,本申请任意实施例提供的方法也可以应用在其它连接方式的终端设备中,例如所有模块通过总线连接。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统、装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统、装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种摄像头控制的方法,其特征在于,所述摄像头设置于终端设备中,所述方法包括:
    所述终端设备获取用户输入的第一指令,其中,所述第一指令用于播放所述终端设备中的第一应用程序中的动作教程;
    响应于所述第一指令,所述终端设备控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备,并在弹出所述终端设备之后获取包含用户动作的图像,其中,所述用户动作是所述用户模仿所述动作教程做出的动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述动作教程暂停播放,或者结束播放,或者退出播放的情况下,所述终端设备确定停止获取包含所述用户动作的图像;
    所述终端设备在确定停止获取包含所述用户动作的图像时,控制所述摄像头关闭并收回至所述终端设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括显示屏,所述方法还包括:
    通过所述显示屏播放所述动作教程和所述摄像头获取的包括所述用户动作的图像。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述终端设备向所述用户提示是否需要监测所述用户的动作;
    所述终端设备获取所述用户输入的第二指令,其中,所述第二指令用于指示所述用户同意所述终端设备获取所述包含用户动作的图像。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备获取用户输入的第一指令之前,还包括:
    所述终端设备获取所述用户输入的第三指令,所述第三指令用于进入所述第一应用程序;
    响应于所述第三指令,所述终端设备控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备,并在弹出所述终端设备之后获取包含所述用户的面部信息的图像;
    所述终端设备根据所述用户的面部信息的图像,进入所述用户的账号,其中,所述用户的账号中保存有所述用户的面部信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备根据所述用户的面部信息的图像,进入所述用户的账号之前,还包括:
    所述终端设备根据所述用户的面部信息的图像,建立所述用户的账号。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述终端设备在获取包含所述用户的面部信息的图像之后,控制所述摄像头关闭并收回至所述终端设备。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括音频播放器,所述方法还包括:
    在所述终端设备控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备的过程中,所述终端设备控制所述音频播放器播放第一音频,所述第一音频用于提示所述终端设备在开启摄像头。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括音频播放器,所述方法还包括:
    在所述终端设备控制所述摄像头关闭并收回所述终端设备的过程中,所述终端设备控制所述音频播放器播放第二音频,所述第二音频用于提示所述终端设备在关闭摄像头。
  10. 一种摄像头控制的装置,其特征在于,所述摄像头设置于终端设备中,所述装置包括:
    处理器,用于获取用户输入的第一指令,其中,所述第一指令用于播放所述终端设备中的第一应用程序中的动作教程;
    所述处理器还用于响应于所述第一指令,控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备,并在弹出所述终端设备之后获取包含用户动作的图像,其中,所述用户动作是所述用户模仿所述动作教程做出的动作。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    在所述动作教程暂停播放,或者结束播放,或者退出播放的情况下,确定停止获取包含所述用户动作的图像;
    在确定停止获取包含所述用户动作的图像时,控制所述摄像头关闭并收回至所述终端设备。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括显示屏,所述处理器还用于通过所述显示屏播放所述动作教程和所述摄像头获取的包括所述用户动作的图像。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括显示屏,
    所述显示屏还用于向所述用户提示是否需要监测所述用户的动作;
    所述处理器还用于获取所述用户输入的第二指令,其中,所述第二指令用于指示所述用户同意所述处理器获取所述包含用户动作的图像。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13任一项的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器还用于获取所述用户输入的第三指令,所述第三指令用于进入所述第一应用程序;
    所述处理器还用于响应于所述第三指令,控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备,并在弹出所述终端设备之后获取包含所述用户的面部信息的图像;
    所述处理器还用于根据所述用户的面部信息的图像,进入所述用户的账号,其中,所述用户的账号中保存有所述用户的面部信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    根据所述用户的面部信息的图像,建立所述用户的账号。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    在获取包含所述用户的面部信息的图像之后,控制所述摄像头关闭并收回至所述终端设备。
  17. 根据权利要求10-16任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括音频播放器,所述处理器还用于:
    在控制所述摄像头开启并弹出所述终端设备的过程中,控制所述音频播放器播放第一音频,所述第一音频用于提示所述终端设备在开启摄像头。
  18. 根据权利要求10-17任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括音频播放器,所述处理器还用于:
    在控制所述摄像头关闭并收回所述终端设备的过程中,控制所述音频播放器播放第二音频,所述第二音频用于提示所述终端设备在关闭摄像头。
  19. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求10-18任一项所述摄像头控制的装置和摄像头,其中,所述摄像头控制的装置用于控制所述摄像头弹出所述终端设备,或者控制所述摄像头收回所述终端设备。
