如图1、图8和图15所示,本发明提供了一种水龙头组件10,包括:底座12,底座12延伸穿过安装台T的安装孔;安装板14,安装板14设置于底座12的侧壁121中,并且从底座12的侧壁121向外侧突出,其中,安装板14接触安装台T的底面T1;安装环16,安装环16与底座12螺纹连接,其中,安装环16接触安装台T的顶面T2;水龙头18,水龙头18 安装固定在底座12上,其中,安装环16位于水龙头18和安装台T的顶面T2之间;以及输水管20,输水管20连接至水龙头18,并且延伸穿过底座12和安装环16;其中,安装板14构造成从底座12的侧壁121突出或者收回;并且,当安装板14与安装台T的底面T1接触,则安装板14从侧壁121突出到侧壁121的外侧。
在本实施例中,安装板14构造成从底座12的侧壁121突出或者收回。也就是说,设置在侧壁121上的安装板14,可以向侧壁121的外侧突出,以使得安装板14可以接触安装台T的底面T1,并和安装环16配合夹紧在安装台T的两侧。在安装底座12之前,安装板14可以向侧壁121的内侧收回,以方便将底座12延伸插入安装孔。在拆卸底座12时,可以先使用螺丝刀将安装板14收回到侧壁121的内侧,以方便将底座12从安装孔中取出。
在本实施例中,当然安装板14可以具有各种结构以实现从侧壁121向侧壁121的外侧突出或者向侧壁121的内侧收回,例如在安装板14与侧壁121之间设置弹簧,在底座12的侧壁121中设置轨道(供安装板14移动)等。
在本实施例中,安装板14位于安装台T的底面T1的下方,并且安装板14与安装台T的底面T1接触;而安装环16与安装台T的顶面T2接触,即安装环16位于安装台T的顶面T2上。因此安装板14和安装环16可以夹紧在安装台T的两侧。而且,由于安装环16与底座12是螺纹连接,所以安装环16可以调整夹紧程度,使得底座12牢牢固定于安装台T的安装孔。
如图1至图15所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,侧壁121设置有开口,开口中设置安装板14;其中,安装板14构造成从开口突出到侧壁121的外侧或者收回到侧壁121的内侧;并且,当安装板14与安装台T的底面T1接触,则安装板14从开口突出到侧壁121的外侧。
在本实施例中,将安装板14设置在侧壁121的开口中,简化了安装板14与底座12的连接方式,侧壁121无需再设置较为的复杂的结构。
在本实施例中,安装板14夹置于开口中。安装板14可以从开口向侧 壁121的外侧突出或者收回到侧壁121的内侧。而且,当安装板14与安装台T的底面T1接触时,安装板14从开口突出到侧壁121的外侧;当将底座12安装于安装台T之前,安装板14可以从开口收回到侧壁121的内侧,以方便底座12的安装;当对底座12进行拆卸时,使用螺丝刀将安装板14收回到侧壁121的内侧,以方便将底座12从安装台T中取出。
如图5至图7和图12至图14所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,安装板14的底端内嵌于开口中并且与侧壁121枢转连接,其中,当安装板14与安装台T的底面T1接触,则安装板14的顶端从侧壁121突出到侧壁121的外侧。
在本实施例中,安装板14设置成类似于三棱柱的结构,其中一条侧棱所在的位置是安装板14的底端,安装板14的底端内嵌到开口中并且与侧壁121枢转连接,另外两条侧棱所在的位置是安装板14的顶端,安装板14的顶端位于安装板14的底端和安装环16之间并且面向安装环16。顶端可以从侧壁121向侧壁121的外侧突出或者向侧壁121的内侧收回。该结构同样有助于简化底座12的安装过程。
在本实施例中,当安装板14与安装台T的底面T1接触,即当安装板14的顶端与安装台T的底面T1接触,则安装板14的顶端从侧壁121突出到侧壁121的外侧;在将底座12安装于安装台T之前,安装板14的顶端可以收回至侧壁121的内侧,以方便底座12的安装;当对底座12进行拆卸时,使用螺丝刀将安装板14的顶端收回到侧壁121的内侧,以方便将底座12从安装台T中取出。
如图2至图4和图9至图11所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,安装板14是长方体,并且长方体的至少一条边的延伸方向与安装板14从侧壁121向侧壁121的外侧突出或者向侧壁121的内侧收回的方向一致。
在本实施例中,将安装板14设置成长方体,简化了安装板14的结构。而且该安装板14的至少一条边可以从侧壁121向侧壁121的外侧突出或者向侧壁121的内侧收回,实际上增加了安装板14能够与底面T1接触的面积,有利于底座12牢固固定于安装台T。
在本发明的一个实施例中,安装板14设置有限位凸起,并且限位凸起 位于侧壁121的内侧。
在本实施例中,限位凸起的设置能够防止安装板14在移动的过程中从开口中脱落。
如图2、图9和图12所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,底座12是圆柱状,并且侧壁121的外表面设置有螺纹。
在本实施例中,由于底座12的侧壁121的外表面设置有螺纹,因此安装环16可以螺纹连接至底座12,并且安装环16可以通过螺纹夹紧在安装台T的顶面T2上。
如图6至图7、图10至图11和图13至图14所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,底座12的侧壁121包含相互连接的平面侧壁123和曲面侧壁124,并且曲面侧壁124的外表面上设置有螺纹。
在本实施例中,在平面侧壁123上设置螺孔,有利于水龙头18和底座12安装时进行对准。如果底座12是的侧壁121都是曲面型,那螺孔的周围也会是曲面型的区域。当将水龙头18安装于底座12时,从水龙头18的螺孔穿过的螺钉22就会很容易在曲面型的区域上打滑,而使螺钉22偏离到其他非螺孔的位置,则水龙头18和底座12难以进行对准。平面侧壁123会改善这种偏离情况,使得螺钉22很容易进入到底座12的螺孔。
如图7、图11和图14所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,底座12的侧壁121包含相互连接的平面侧壁123和曲面侧壁124,并且曲面侧壁124的外表面上设置有螺纹;其中,平面侧壁123上设置有弹性安装块125,水龙头18上设置有安装固定孔,并且弹性安装块125延伸穿过安装定位孔。
在本实施例中,弹性安装块125设置于平面侧壁123的外表面。弹性安装块125弹性连接于平面侧壁123,并且弹性安装块125从平面侧壁123向外偏置并且向外突出。当按压弹性安装块125时,弹性安装块125收回到平面侧壁123中;当停止按压弹性安装块125时,弹性安装块125从平面侧壁123向外偏置并且向外突出。因此,只需要将弹性安装块125装配到水龙头18的安装固定孔中,便可将水龙头18固定在底座12上。弹性安装块125与安装固定孔的配合,避免了螺丝等外接紧固件的使用,提升了安装效率。
如图1至图7和图16所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,侧壁121内侧设置有连接至安装板14的控制杆126,其中,安装板14构造成基于控制杆126的致动从侧壁121向侧壁121的外侧突出或者收回到侧壁121的内侧。
在本实施例中,按压控制杆126(或者向靠近安装台T的方向按压控制杆126),安装板14从侧壁121向侧壁121的外侧突出。当需要将安装板14收回至侧壁121的内侧时,只需要向拉拔控制杆126(或者向远离安装台T的方向拉拔控制杆126)即可。该结构简化了安装板14与底座12的连接方式,有助于提升安装效率
在本实施例中,如图16所示,控制杆126与安装板14之间设置有连接件;即该连接件一端连接到控制杆126的底端,该连接件另一端连接到安装板14。当按压控制杆126,则控制杆126的底端向下移动(此时控制杆126的底端与安装板14之间的距离缩短)。然后连接件随着控制杆126的底端的移动,逐渐将安装板14从侧壁121向侧壁121的外侧顶出。当拉拔控制杆126,则控制杆126的底端向上移动(此时控制杆126的底端与安装板14之间的距离增加)。然后连接件随着控制杆126的底端的移动,逐渐将安装板14从侧壁121的外侧向侧壁121拉进。
如图1所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,水龙头18通过螺钉22连接至底座12。
如图1、图8和图15所示,本发明还提供了一种水龙头组件10的安装方法,包括:使安装板14从底座12的侧壁121向侧壁121的外侧突出;将底座12延伸穿过安装台T的安装孔;将安装环16螺纹连接至底座12,其中,使安装环16接触安装台T的顶面T2,使安装板14接触安装台T的底面T1;将输水管20连接至水龙头18;将输水管20延伸穿过底座12和安装环16;以及将水龙头18安装固定至底座12。
下面结合说明书附图图1和图8,对本发明的水龙头组件10的安装方式进行描述。
第一步,确认安装板14已经从底座12的侧壁121突出至侧壁121的外侧。如果不是,使用螺丝刀将安装板14从底座12的侧壁121突出至侧 壁121的外侧;或者按压控制杆126,使安装板14从底座12的侧壁121突出至侧壁121的外侧。
第二步,将底座12延伸穿过安装台T的安装孔。此时,安装板14接触安装台T的底面T1。
第三步,将安装环16连接至底座12。旋紧安装环16,直至安装环16和安装板14夹紧在安装台T的两侧。
第四步,将输水管20连接至水龙头18。
第五步,将输水管20延伸穿过底座12。
第六步,将水龙头18安装固定至底座12。当水龙头18与底座12通过螺钉22连接时,可通过使用工具G来执行安装操作。
下面结合说明书附图图15,对本发明的水龙头组件10的安装过程进行描述。
第一步,确认安装板14已经从底座12的侧壁121突出至侧壁121的外侧。如果不是,使用螺丝刀将安装板14从底座12的侧壁121突出至侧壁121的外侧;或者按压控制杆126,使安装板14从底座12的侧壁121突出至侧壁121的外侧。
第二步,将底座12延伸穿过安装台T的安装孔。此时,安装板14接触安装台T的底面T1。
第三步,将安装环16连接至底座12。旋紧安装环16,直至安装环16和安装板14夹紧在安装台T的两侧。
第四步,将输水管20延伸穿过底座12,并且连接至固定板B。
第五步,将固定板B上的一根输水管20取下,然后将其安装至水龙头18;然后取下另一根输水管20,将其安装至水龙头18。重复上述操作直至连接到固定板B上的输水管20全部连接至水龙头18。
第六步,将水龙头18安装固定至底座12。当水龙头18与底座12通过螺钉22连接时,可通过使用工具G来执行安装操作。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水龙头组件,其特征在于,包括:
    底座(12),所述底座(12)延伸穿过安装台(T);
    安装板(14),所述安装板(14)设置在所述底座(12)的侧壁(121)上,并且从所述底座(12)的侧壁(121)向外侧突出,其中,所述安装板(14)接触所述安装台(T)的底面(T1);
    安装环(16),所述安装环(16)与所述底座(12)螺纹连接,其中,所述安装环(16)接触所述安装台(T)的顶面(T2);
    水龙头(18),所述水龙头(18)安装固定在所述底座(12)上,其中,所述安装环(16)位于所述水龙头(18)和所述安装台(T)的顶面(T2)之间;以及
    输水管(20),所述输水管(20)连接至所述水龙头(18),并且延伸穿过所述底座(12)和所述安装环(16);
    其中,所述安装板(14)构造成从所述底座(12)的侧壁(121)突出或者收回;
    并且,当所述安装板(14)与所述安装台(T)的底面(T1)接触,则所述安装板(14)从所述侧壁(121)突出到所述侧壁(121)的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头组件,其特征在于,所述侧壁(121)设置有开口,所述开口中设置所述安装板(14);
    其中,所述安装板(14)构造成从所述开口突出到所述侧壁(121)的外侧或者收回到所述侧壁(121)的内侧;
    并且,当所述安装板(14)与所述安装台(T)的底面(T1)接触,则所述安装板(14)从所述开口突出到所述侧壁(121)的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水龙头组件,其特征在于,所述安装板(14)的底端内嵌于所述开口中并且与所述侧壁(121)枢转连接,其中,当所述安装板(14)与所述安装台(T)的底面(T1)接触,则所述安装板(14)的顶端从所述侧壁(121)突出到所述侧壁(121)的外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的水龙头组件,其特征在于,所述安装板(14) 是长方体,并且所述长方体的至少一条边的延伸方向与所述安装板(14)从所述底座(12)的侧壁(121)突出或者收回的方向一致。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的水龙头组件,其特征在于,所述安装板(14)设置有限位凸起,并且所述限位凸起位于所述侧壁(121)的内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头组件,其特征在于,所述底座(12)是圆柱状,并且所述侧壁(121)的外表面设置有螺纹。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头组件,其特征在于,所述底座(12)的侧壁(121)包含相互连接的平面侧壁(123)和曲面侧壁(124),并且所述曲面侧壁(124)的外表面上设置有螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头组件,其特征在于,所述底座12的侧壁(121)包含相互连接的平面侧壁(123)和曲面侧壁(124),并且所述曲面侧壁(124)的外表面上设置有螺纹;其中,所述平面侧壁(123)上设置有弹性安装块(125),所述水龙头(18)上设置有安装固定孔,并且所述弹性安装块(125)延伸穿过所述安装定位孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的水龙头组件,其特征在于,所述侧壁(121)内侧设置有连接至所述安装板(14)的控制杆(126),其中,所述安装板(14)构造成基于所述控制杆(126)的致动从所述侧壁(121)向所述侧壁(121)的外侧突出或者收回到所述侧壁(121)的内侧。
  10. 一种水龙头组件的安装方法,其特征在于,包括:
    使安装板(14)从所述底座(12)的侧壁(121)向所述侧壁(121)的外侧突出;
    将所述底座(12)延伸穿过安装台(T)的安装孔;
    将安装环(16)螺纹连接至所述底座(12),其中,使所述安装环(16)接触所述安装台(T)的顶面(T2),使所述安装板(14)接触所述安装台(T)的底面(T1);
    将输水管(20)连接至水龙头(18);
    将所述输水管(20)延伸穿过所述底座(12)和所述安装环(16);以及
    将所述水龙头(18)安装固定至所述底座(12)。
